Today’s topic:

A Memorial of Trumpets

זִכְרוֹן תְּרוּעָה

Today’s date: September 28, 2022

הָאֵתָנִים - ha Ethanim – 1Kings 8:2 - the 7th month, a Sabbath

זִכְרוֹן

zikrôn a memento (or memorable thing, day or writing): - memorial, record.

First, let’s go over - Ha Ethanim

God is the alef and tav, first and last (forever)

The first letter and the last letter

God is the first and the last!

Ha Ethanim = “enduring” - the permanent brooks

 הָאֵתָנִים- ha Ethanim

הָ    Ha, the  (the definite article)

אֵ  aleph   (first letter in Hebrew alphabet)

תָ   tov   (last letter in Hebrew alphabet)

נִים neem:  permanent brooks

הָאֵתָנִים ha Ethanim always has the definite article ha, the, which means the permanent brooks

Ethanim = enduring - seventh month, corresponding end of Sept, Oct. - so named because permanent streams (of mercy) still flowed - plural of the word below:

איתן eythan - perpetual, constant, perennial, ever-flowing, ever-flowing (of a stream), permanence, permanent, enduring (figuratively)

Most people have never heard of ha Ethanim from scripture, they are brainwashed by Judaism to say Tishri which is nowhere in scripture.

Here is 1Kgs.8 [2] And all the men of Israel assembled themselves unto king Solomon at the feast in the month ha Ethanim, which is the seventh month.

These two simple verses below prove it is the 7th month, at the end of the year,  not new year, and it is called ha Ethanim not Tishrei, which is not found in the Hebrew Bible

1 Kgs.8

[2] And all the men of Israel assembled themselves unto king Solomon at the feast in the month Ethanim, which is the seventh month.

Exod.23

[16] … and the Feast of Ingathering (Tabernacles)which is in the end of the year, when you hast gathered in your labors out of the field

These verses prove it is not New Year nor head of the year, Rosh ha Shannah nor when the world was created nor Adam’s birthday.

Judaism and some Messianics makeup so many things which are lies!

Here is God’s New Year during Spring, when all is new again

Exod.12 is all about Passover

[1] And Yehovah spoke unto Moses and Aaron in the land of Egypt, saying,
[2] This month shall be unto you the beginning of months: it shall be the first month of the year to you.

Exod.13 [4] This day came ye out in the month Abib.   ha Aviv

Here something I was thinking about last night, the number 7

Gen.2

[1] Thus the heavens and the earth were finished, and all the host of them.

[2] And on the seventh day God ended his work which he had made; and he rested on the seventh day from all his work which he had made.[3] And God blessed the seventh day, and sanctified it: because that in it he had rested from all his work which God created and made.

Gen.8

[4] And the ark rested in the seventh month, on the seventeenth day of the month, upon the mountains of Ararat.

Josh.6

[5] And it shall come to pass, that when they make a long blast with the ram's horn, and when you hear the sound of the trumpet, all the people shall shout with a great shout; and the wall of the city shall fall down flat, and the people shall ascend up every man straight before him.

[16] And it came to pass at the seventh time, when the priests blew with the trumpets, Joshua said unto the people, Shout; for Yehovah hath given you the city.

[20] So the people shouted when the priests blew with the trumpets: and it came to pass, when the people heard the sound of the trumpet, and the people shouted with a great shout, that the wall fell down flat, so that the people went up into the city, every man straight before him, and they took the city.

Rev.1

[4] John to the seven churches which are in Asia: Grace be unto you, and peace, from him which is, and which was, and which is to come; and from the seven Spirits which are before his throne;

[5] And from Yeshua the Messiah, who is the faithful witness, and the first begotten of the dead, and the prince of the kings of the earth. Unto him that loved us, and washed us from our sins in his own blood,[6] And hath made us kings and priests unto God and his Father; to him be glory and dominion for ever and ever. Amen.

[12] And I turned to see the voice that spoke with me. And being turned, I saw seven golden candlesticks;[13] And in the midst of the seven candlesticks one like unto the Son of man, clothed with a garment down to the foot, and girt about the paps with a golden girdle. [14] His head and his hairs were white like wool, as white as snow; and his eyes were as a flame of fire;[15] And his feet like unto fine brass, as if they burned in a furnace; and his voice as the sound of many waters.[16] And he had in his right hand seven stars: and out of his mouth went a sharp two edged sword: and his countenance was as the sun shines in his strength.

[20] The mystery of the seven stars which you sawest in my right hand, and the seven golden candlesticks. The seven stars are the angels of the seven churches: and the seven candlesticks which you saw are the seven churches.

Rev.5

[1] And I saw in the right hand of him that sat on the throne a book written within and on the backside, sealed with seven seals.
[2] And I saw a strong angel proclaiming with a loud voice, Who is worthy to open the book, and to loose the seals thereof?
[3] And no man in heaven, nor in earth, neither under the earth, was able to open the book, neither to look thereon.

[4] And I wept much, because no man was found worthy to open and to read the book, neither to look thereon.
[5] And one of the elders said unto me, Weep not:

behold, the Lion of the tribe of Juda, the Root of David, hath prevailed to open the book, and to loose the seven seals thereof.

[6] And I beheld, and, lo, in the midst of the throne and of the four beasts, and in the midst of the elders, stood a Lamb as it had been slain, having seven horns and seven eyes, which are the seven Spirits of God sent forth into all the earth.
[7] And he came and took the book out of the right hand of Him that sat upon the throne.

[8] And when he had taken the book, the four beasts and four and twenty elders fell down before the Lamb, having every one of them harps, and golden vials full of odors, which are the prayers of saints.
[9] And they sung a new song, saying, Thou art worthy to take the book, and to open the seals thereof: for you was slain, and have redeemed us to God by your blood out of every kindred, and tongue, and people, and nation;[10] And hast made us unto our God kings and priests: and we shall reign on the earth.

the seven thunders

seven angels

seven thunders

the seven angels which had the seven vials full of the seven last plagues

Let’s read about the 7th month:

1Kgs.8

[1] Then Solomon assembled the elders of Israel, and all the heads of the tribes, the chief of the fathers of the children of Israel, unto king Solomon in Jerusalem, that they might bring up the ark of the covenant of Yehovah out of the city of David, which is Zion.
[2] And all the men of Israel assembled themselves unto king Solomon
at “the feast” in the month Ethanim, which is the seventh month.

Lev.23

[23] And Yehovah spoke unto Moses, saying,
[24] Speak unto the children of Israel, saying,
In the seventh month, in the first day of the monthshall you have a Sabbath, a memorial of blowing of trumpets, an holy convocation.
[25] You shall do no servile work therein: but you shall offer an offering made by fire unto Yehovah.

[26] And Yehovah spoke unto Moses, saying,
[27] Also on
the tenth day of this seventh month there shall be a day of atonement: it shall be an holy convocation unto you; and you shall afflict your souls, and offer an offering made by fire unto Yehovah.
[28] And you shall do no work in that same day: for it is a day of atonement, to make
an atonement for you before Yehovah your God.
[29] For whatsoever soul it
be that shall not be afflicted in that same day, he shall be cut off from among his people.
[30] And whatsoever soul it be that doeth any work in that same day, the same soul will I destroy from among his people.
[31] You shall do no manner of work: it shall be a statute for ever throughout your generations in all your dwellings.
[32] It shall be unto you a Sabbath of rest, and you shall afflict your souls: in the ninth day of the month at even, from even unto even, shall you celebrate your Sabbath.

[33] And Yehovah spoke unto Moses, saying,
[34] Speak unto the children of Israel, saying,
The fifteenth day of this seventh month shall be the feast of tabernacles for seven days unto Yehovah.
[35] On the first day shall be a holy convocation: you shall do no servile work therein.
[36] Seven days you shall offer an offering made by fire unto
Yehovah: on the eighth day shall be a holy convocation unto you; and you shall offer an offering made by fire unto Yehovah: it is a solemn assembly; and you shall do no servile work therein.

[37] These are the feasts of Yehovah, which you shall proclaim to be holy convocations, to offer an offering made by fire unto Yehovah, a burnt offering, and a meat offering, a sacrifice, and drink offerings, everything upon his day:

[38] Beside the Sabbaths of Yehovah, and beside your gifts, and beside all your vows, and beside all your freewill offerings, which you give unto Yehovah.

[39Also in the fifteenth day of the seventh month, when you have gathered in the fruit of the land, you shall keep a feast unto Yehovah seven days:

on the first day shall be a Sabbath, and on the eighth day shall be a Sabbath.

[40] And you shall take you on the first day the boughs of goodly trees, branches of palm trees, and the boughs of thick trees, and willows of the brook; and you shall rejoice before Yehovah your God seven days.

[41] And you shall keep it a feast unto Yehovah seven days in the year. It shall be a statute forever in your generations: you shall celebrate it in the seventh month.

[42] You shall dwell in booths seven days; all that are Israelites born (again) shall dwell in booths:
[43] That your generations may know that I made the children of Israel to dwell in booths, when I brought them out of the land of Egypt: I am
Yehovah your God.
[44] And Moses declared unto the children of Israel
the feasts of Yehovah.

We read in Exodus 19 that Yehovah came down:

We obviously believe this indirect forecast of future events show us at a future time in someone’s life, the great sound of the trumpet will occur again and Messiah / God will come back (down).

Here is Exodus 19:

[1] In the third month, when the children of Israel were gone forth out of the land of Egypt, the same day came they into the wilderness of Sinai.
[2] For they were departed from
Rephidim, and were come to the desert of Sinai, and had pitched in the wilderness; and there Israel camped before the mount.

[3] And Moses went up unto God, and Yehovah called unto him out of the mountain, saying, Thus shall you say to the house of Jacob, and tell the children of Israel;
[4] You have seen what I did unto the Egyptians, and how I bare you on eagles' wings, and brought you unto myself.

[5] Now therefore,

if you will obey my voice indeed, and keep my covenant, then you shall be a peculiar treasure unto me above all people: for all the earth is mine: [6] And you shall be unto me a kingdom of priests, and an holy nation. These are the words which you shall speak unto the children of Israel.

Brother Peter rehearses these words:

1Pet.2 [9]… you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that you should show forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvelous light: [10] Which in time past were not a people, but are now the people of God: which had not obtained mercy, but now have obtained mercy.

Back to Exod. 19

[7] And Moses came and called for the elders of the people, and laid before their faces all these words which Yehovah commanded him.
[8] And all the people answered together, and said, All that
Yehovah hath spoken we will do. And Moses returned the words of the people unto Yehovah.

[9] And Yehovah said unto Moses, Lo, I come unto you in a thick cloud, that the people may hear when I speak with you, and believe you forever.

And Moses told the words of the people unto Yehovah. [10] And Yehovah said unto Moses, Go unto the people, and sanctify them today and tomorrow, and let them wash their clothes,

[11] And be ready against the third day: for the third day Yehovah will come down in the sight of all the people upon Mount Sinai.
[12] And you shall set bounds unto the people round about, saying, Take heed to yourselves, that you go not up into the mount, or touch the border of it: whosoever touches the mount shall be surely put to death:

[13] There shall not a hand touch it, but he shall surely be stoned, or shot through; whether it is beast or man, it shall not live: when the trumpet sounds long, they shall come up to the mount.

[14] And Moses went down from the mount unto the people, and sanctified the people; and they washed their clothes.

[15] And he said unto the people, be ready against the third day: come not at your wives.

[16] And it came to pass on the third day in the morning, that there were thunders and lightnings, and a thick cloud upon the mount, and the voice of the trumpet exceeding loud; so that all the people that was in the camp trembled.

[17] And Moses brought forth the people out of the camp to meet with God; and they stood at the nether part of the mount.

[18] And Mount Sinai was altogether on a smoke,

because Yehovah descended upon it in fire:

and the smoke thereof ascended as the smoke of a furnace, and the whole mount quaked greatly.

[19] And when the voice of the trumpet sounded long, and waxed louder and louder, Moses spoke, and God answered him by a voice.

[20] And Yehovah came down upon Mount Sinaion the top of the mount:

and Yehovah called Moses up to the top of the mount; and Moses went up.

[21] And Yehovah said unto Moses, Go down, charge the people, lest they break through unto Yehovah to gaze, and many of them perish. A plurality of God

[22] And let the priests also, which come near to Yehovah, sanctify themselves, lest Yehovah break forth upon them. A plurality of God

[23] And Moses said unto Yehovah, The people cannot come up to Mount Sinai: for you charges us, saying, Set bounds about the mount, and sanctify it.

[24] And Yehovah said unto him, away, get you down, and you shall come up, you, and Aaron with you: but let not the priests and the people break through to come up unto Yehovah, lest “He” break forth upon them.  A plurality of God

[25] So Moses went down unto the people, and spoke unto them.

We obviously believe this indirect forecast of future events show us at a future time in someone’s life, the sound of the trumpet will occur again and Messiah / God will come back (down).

Pss.47 [5] God is gone up with a shout, Yehovah with the sound of a trumpet.

Remember this trumpet –the Lord Yeshua Himself again shall descend from heaven - we shall rise, be changed!

Saul tells the Corinthians

1 Cor. 15

[51] Behold, I show you a mystery; We shall not all sleep (die), but we shall all be changed,

[52] In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye

at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.

[53] For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality.
[54] So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality,
then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory (in so many words).[55] O death, where is your sting? O grave, where is your victory?[56] The sting of death is sin; and the strength of sin is the law.

[57] But thanks be to God, which gives us the victory through our Lord Yeshua the Messiah.

[58] Therefore, my beloved brethren, be you steadfast, unmovable, always abounding in the work of Yehovah, forasmuch as you know that your labor is not in vain in the Lord Yeshua.

Just a few more verses with trumpets and the number seven:

Zech.9 [14And Yehovah shall be seen over them, and his arrow shall go forth as the lightning: and the Lord Yehovah shall blow the trumpet, and shall go with whirlwinds of the south.

Rev.1 [10] I was in the Spirit on Yehovah's day, (Sabbath) and heard behind me a great voice, as of a trumpet

Rev.4 [1] After this I looked, and, behold, a door was opened in heaven: and the first voice which I heard was as it were of a trumpet talking with me ; which said, Come up hither, and I will show you things which must be hereafter.

Rev.16 [17] And the seventh angel poured out his vial into the air; and there came a great voice out of the temple of heaven, from the throne, saying, It is done.

***The forecast of the end time, in someone’s life in the future:

Matt.24

[29] Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken:

[30] And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn,

and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.

[31] And He shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpetand they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.

Rev.10

[7] But in the days of the voice of the seventh angel, when he shall begin to sound, the mystery of God should be finished, as he hath declared to his servants the prophets.
