שַׁבָּת שָׁלוֹם
Today is August 10, 2019 -
in the 21 Century
August -- Augustus Caesar's month
Latin Augustus
"Augustus"
Latin Augustus mensis "month of Augustus"
Latin sextilis mensis
"sixth month"
Sextilis had 30 days, until Numa
when it had 29 days, until Julius when it became 31 days long.
Augustus Caesar clarified and completed the calendar reform of
Julius Caesar. In the process, he also renamed this month after himself.
We
acknowledge Yehovah’s calendar
We are now in the - 5th month of God, no scriptural name – day 8
Judaism and some Messianics calls this month Ab /Av - made up, wrong, a lie

2Sam.22 [47] Yehovah liveth;
and blessed be my rock; and exalted be the God of the rock of my salvation.
[48] It is God that avengeth
me, and that bringeth down the people under me,
[49] And that bringeth me forth
from mine enemies: thou also hast lifted me up on high above them that rose up
against me: thou hast delivered me from the violent man.
[50] Therefore I will give thanks unto thee, Yehovah, among the heathen, and I will
sing praises unto thy name.
[51] He is the tower of salvation for his king: and sheweth mercy to his anointed, unto David, and to his seed
for evermore.
1Chr.16 [4] And he
appointed certain of the Levites to minister before the ark of Yehovah, and to record, and to thank and praise Yehovah God of Israel: [5] Asaph the chief, and next to him Zechariah, Jeiel, and Shemiramoth, and Jehiel, and Mattithiah, and Eliab, and Benaiah, and Obed-edom: and Jeiel with
psalteries and with harps; but Asaph made a sound
with cymbals;
[6] Benaiah also and Jahaziel the priests with trumpets continually before the
ark of the covenant of God.[7] Then on
that day David delivered first this psalm to thank Yehovah
into the hand of Asaph and his brethren.[8] Give thanks unto Yehovah, call upon his name, make known his deeds among the
people.
[34] O give thanks
unto Yehovah; for he is good; for his mercy endureth for ever.
[35] And say ye, Save us, O God of our salvation, and gather us
together, and deliver us from the heathen, that we may give thanks
to thy holy name, and glory in thy praise. [36] Blessed be Yehovah God of Israel for ever and ever. And all the people said, Amen, and
praised Yehovah.
1Chr.2327 For by the last words
of David the Levites were numbered from twenty years old and above:
[28] Because their office was to wait on the sons of
Aaron for the service of the house of Yehovah, in the
courts, and in the chambers, and in the purifying of all holy things, and the
work of the service of the house of God;
[29] Both for the shewbread,
and for the fine flour for meat offering, and for the unleavened cakes, and for
that which is baked in the pan, and for that which is fried, and for all manner
of measure and size;
[30] And to stand every morning to thank and praise Yehovah,
and likewise at even;
[31] And to offer all burnt sacrifices unto Yehovah in the sabbaths, in the
new moons, and on the set feasts, by number, according to the order commanded
unto them, continually before Yehovah:
[32] And that they should keep the charge of the
tabernacle of the congregation, and the charge of the holy place, and the
charge of the sons of Aaron their brethren, in the service of the house of Yehovah.
1Chr.29 [13] Now
therefore, our God, we thank thee, and praise thy glorious name.
2Chr.5 [13] It came
even to pass, as the trumpeters and singers were as one, to make one sound to
be heard in praising and thanking Yehovah;
and when they lifted up their voice with the trumpets and cymbals and
instruments of musick, and praised Yehovah, saying, For he is good; for his mercy endureth for ever: that then the house was filled with a
cloud, even the house of Yehovah;
2Chr.31 [2] And
Hezekiah appointed the courses of the priests and the Levites after their
courses, every man according to his service, the priests and Levites for burnt
offerings and for peace offerings, to minister, and to give thanks,
and to praise in the gates of the tents of Yehovah.
Ezra.3[11] And they
sang together by course in praising and giving thanks unto Yehovah; because he is good, for his mercy endureth for ever toward Israel. And all the people shouted
with a great shout, when they praised Yehovah,
because the foundation of the house of Yehovah was
laid.
Neh.12 [8] Moreover
the Levites: Jeshua, Binnui,
Kadmiel, Sherebiah, Judah,
and Mattaniah, which was over the thanksgiving,
he and his brethren.
[24] And the
chief of the Levites: Hashabiah, Sherebiah,
and Jeshua the son of Kadmiel,
with their brethren over against them, to praise and to give thanks,
according to the commandment of David the man of God, ward over against ward.
[46] For in the days of David and Asaph of old there were chief of the singers, and songs of
praise and thanksgiving
unto God.
Pss.18 [46] Yehovah liveth;
and blessed be my rock; and let the God of my salvation be exalted.
[47] It is God that avengeth
me, and subdueth the people under me.
[48] He delivereth me from mine
enemies: yea, thou liftest me up above those that
rise up against me: thou hast delivered me from the violent man.
[49] Therefore will I give thanks unto thee, Yehovah, among the heathen, and sing praises unto thy name.
[50] Great deliverance giveth
he to his king; and sheweth mercy to his anointed, to
David, and to his seed for evermore.
Pss.26 [1] Judge me, Yehovah; for I have walked in mine
integrity: I have trusted also in Yehovah; therefore
I shall not slide.
[2] Examine me, Yehovah, and
prove me; try my reins and my heart.
[3] For thy lovingkindness is
before mine eyes: and I have walked in thy truth.
[4] I have not sat with vain persons,
neither will I go in with dissemblers.
[5] I have hated the congregation of evil doers; and
will not sit with the wicked.
[6] I will wash mine hands in innocency:
so will I compass thine altar, Yehovah:[7] That I may publish with the voice of thanksgiving,
and tell of all thy wondrous works.
Pss.30 [4] Sing unto
Yehovah, O ye saints of his, and give thanks
at the remembrance of his holiness.
[11] Thou hast turned for me my mourning into dancing: thou hast put off my
sackcloth, and girded me with gladness;[12] To the end that my glory may sing praise to thee, and not
be silent. Yehovah my God, I will give thanks
unto thee for ever.
Pss.35 [18] I will
give thee thanks
in the great congregation: I will praise thee among much people.
Pss.50 [14] Offer
unto God thanksgiving;
and pay thy vows unto the most High: [15] And call upon me in the day of
trouble: I will deliver thee, and thou shalt glorify
me.
Pss.69 [30] I will
praise the name of God with a song, and will magnify him with thanksgiving.
Pss.75 [1] Unto thee, O God, do we give thanks, unto thee do we give thanks:
for that thy name is near thy wondrous works declare.
Pss.79 [13] So we thy people and sheep of thy pasture will give thee thanks
for ever: we will shew forth thy praise to all
generations.
Pss.92 [1] It is a
good thing to give thanks unto Yehovah,
and to sing praises unto thy name, O most High: [2] To shew forth thy lovingkindness
in the morning, and thy faithfulness every night,
[3] Upon an instrument of ten strings, and upon the
psaltery; upon the harp with a solemn sound.
Pss.95 [2] Let us come before his presence with thanksgiving, and make a
joyful noise unto him with psalms.
Pss.97 [12] Rejoice
in Yehovah, ye righteous; and give thanks
at the remembrance of his holiness.
Pss.100 [1] Make a joyful noise unto Yehovah, all ye
lands.
[2] Serve Yehovah with
gladness: come before his presence with singing.
[3] Know ye that Yehovah he is God: it is he that hath made us, and not we
ourselves; we are his people, and the sheep of his pasture.
[4] Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, and into his courts
with praise: be thankful unto him, and bless his name.
[5] For Yehovah is good; his
mercy is everlasting; and his truth endureth to all
generations.
Pss.105 [1] O give thanks
unto Yehovah; call upon his name: make known his
deeds among the people. [2] Sing unto him, sing psalms unto him: talk ye of all his wondrous
works.
Pss.106 [1] Praise ye
Yehovah. O give thanks
unto Yehovah; for he is good: for his mercy endureth for ever.
[47] Save us,
Yehovah our God, and gather us from among the
heathen, to give thanks unto thy holy name, and to triumph
in thy praise.
Pss.107 [1] O give thanks unto Yehovah, for he is good: for his mercy endureth
for ever.
[22] And let
them sacrifice the sacrifices of thanksgiving, and declare his works with
rejoicing.
Pss.116 [17] I will
offer to thee the sacrifice of thanksgiving, and will call upon the name
of Yehovah.
Pss.118 [1] O give thanks
unto Yehovah; for he is good: because his mercy endureth for ever.
[29] O give thanks
unto Yehovah; for he is good: for his mercy endureth for ever.
Pss.119[62] At midnight I will
rise to give thanks
unto thee because of thy righteous judgments.
Pss.122 [1] I was glad when they said unto me, Let us go into the house of Yehovah.
[2] Our feet shall stand within thy gates, O Jerusalem.
[3] Jerusalem is builded as a
city that is compact together:
[4] Whither the tribes go up, the tribes of Yehovah, unto the testimony of Israel, to give thanks unto the name of Yehovah.
[5] For there are set thrones of judgment, the thrones
of the house of David.
[6] Pray for the peace of Jerusalem: they shall prosper
that love thee.
[7] Peace be within thy walls,
and prosperity within thy palaces.
[8] For my brethren and companions' sakes, I will now
say, Peace be within thee.
[9] Because of the house of Yehovah
our God I will seek thy good.
Pss.136 [1] O give thanks
unto Yehovah; for he is good: for his mercy endureth for ever.[2]
O give thanks
unto the God of gods: for his mercy endureth for
ever.[3] O give thanks
to the Lord of lords: for his mercy endureth for
ever.
[26] O give thanks
unto the God of heaven: for his mercy endureth for
ever.
Pss.140 [13] Surely
the righteous shall give thanks unto thy name: the upright shall
dwell in thy presence.
Pss.147 [7] Sing unto
Yehovah with thanksgiving; sing praise upon the harp
unto our God: [8] Who covereth the
heaven with clouds, who prepareth rain for the earth,
who maketh grass to grow upon the mountains.
Isa.51 [3] For Yehovah shall comfort Zion: he will comfort all her waste
places; and he will make her wilderness like Eden, and her desert like the
garden of Yehovah; joy and gladness shall be found
therein, thanksgiving,
and the voice of melody.
Dan.2 [23] I thank
thee, and praise thee, O thou God of my fathers, who hast given me wisdom and
might, and hast made known unto me now what we desired of thee: for thou hast
now made known unto us the king's matter.
Jonah.2 [9] But I
will sacrifice unto thee with the voice of thanksgiving; I will pay that
that I have vowed. Salvation is of Yehovah.

Gospels and Letters
Matt.11 [25] At that
time Yeshua answered and said, I thank
thee, O Father, Lord of heaven and earth, because thou hast hid these things
from the wise and prudent, and hast revealed them unto babes. [26] Even so, Father: for so it
seemed good in thy sight.
[27] All things are delivered unto me of my Father: and
no man knoweth the Son, but the Father; neither knoweth any man the Father, save the Son, and he to
whomsoever the Son will reveal him.
[28] Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.
[29] Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am
meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls.
[30] For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.
Matt.15 [36] And he took the seven loaves and the fishes, and gave thanks,
and brake them, and gave to his disciples, and the disciples to the multitude. [36] And he took the seven loaves
and the fishes, and gave thanks, and brake them, and gave to his disciples,
and the disciples to the multitude.
[37] And they did all eat, and were filled: and they took
up of the broken meat that was left seven baskets full.
[38] And they that did eat were four thousand men, beside
women and children.
Mark.14 [22] And as they did eat, Yeshua
took bread, and blessed, and brake it, and gave to them, and said, Take, eat:
this is my body.
[23] And he took the cup, and when he had given thanks, he gave it to them: and they
all drank of it.
[24] And he said unto them, This
is my blood of the new testament, which is shed for many.
Luke.2 [36] And there was one Anna, a prophetess, the daughter of Phanuel, of the tribe of Aser:
she was of a great age, and had lived with an husband seven years from her
virginity;
[37] And she was a widow of about fourscore and four
years, which departed not from the temple, but served God with fastings and prayers night and day.[38] And she coming in that instant
gave thanks
likewise unto the Lord, and spake of him to all them
that looked for redemption in Jerusalem.
Luke.6 [32] For if ye love them which love you, what thank
have ye? for sinners also love those that love them.[33] And if ye do good to them which do
good to you, what thank have ye? for
sinners also do even the same.[34]
And if ye lend to them of whom ye hope to receive, what thank have ye? for sinners also lend to sinners, to receive as much again. [35] But love ye your enemies, and
do good, and lend, hoping for nothing again; and your reward shall be great,
and ye shall be the children of the Highest: for he is kind unto the unthankful and to the evil.
[36] Be ye therefore merciful, as your Father also is
merciful.
Luke.10 [21] In that
hour Yeshua rejoiced in spirit, and said, I thank
thee, O Father, Lord of heaven and earth, that thou hast hid these things from
the wise and prudent, and hast revealed them unto babes: even so, Father; for
so it seemed good in thy sight. [22] All things are delivered to me of my Father: and no man knoweth who the Son is, but the Father; and who the Father
is, but the Son, and he to whom the Son will reveal him.
[23] And he turned him unto his disciples, and said
privately, Blessed are the eyes which see the things that ye see:
[24] For I tell you, that many prophets and kings have
desired to see those things which ye see, and have not seen them; and to hear
those things which ye hear, and have not heard them.
Rom. 1[8] First, I thank
my God through Yeshua the Messiah for you all, that
your faith is spoken of throughout the whole world.
Rom.6[17] But God be thanked,
that ye were the servants of sin, but ye have obeyed from the heart that form
of doctrine which was delivered you.
Rom.7[25] I thank
God through Yeshua the Messiah our Lord. So then with
the mind I myself serve the law of God; but with the
flesh the law of sin.
Rom.14[6] He that regardeth the day, regardeth it
unto the Lord; and he that regardeth not the day, to
the Lord he doth not regard it. He that eateth, eateth to the Lord, for he giveth
God thanks;
and he that eateth not, to the Lord he eateth not, and giveth God thanks.
Rom.16[3] Greet Priscilla and Aquila my helpers in Messiah Yeshua:[4] Who have
for my life laid down their own necks: unto whom not only
I give thanks,
but also all the churches of the Gentiles.
1Cor.15 [57] But thanks be to God, which giveth
us the victory through our Lord Yeshua the Messiah. [58] Therefore, my beloved
brethren, be ye stedfast, unmoveable,
always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as ye know that your labour is not in vain in the Lord.
2Cor.2 [14] Now thanks be unto God, which always causeth us to triumph in Messiah, and maketh
manifest the savour of his knowledge by us in every
place.
Eph.1 [15] Wherefore I also, after I heard of your faith in the Lord Yeshua, and love unto all the saints,
[16] Cease not to give thanks for you, making mention of
you in my prayers;
[17] That the God of our Lord Yeshua
the Messiah, the Father of glory, may give unto you the spirit of wisdom and
revelation in the knowledge of him:
[18] The eyes of your understanding being enlightened;
that ye may know what is the hope of his calling, and what the riches of the
glory of his inheritance in the saints,
[19] And what is the exceeding greatness of his power to usward who believe, according to the working of his mighty
power,
[20] Which he wrought in Messiah, when he raised him from
the dead, and set him at his own right hand in the heavenly places,
[21] Far above all principality, and power, and might,
and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this world, but also in
that which is to come:
[22] And hath put all things under his feet, and gave him
to be the head over all things to the church,
[23] Which is his body, the fulness
of him that filleth all in all.
Eph.5 [1] Be ye therefore followers of God, as dear children;
[2] And walk in love, as Messiah also hath loved us, and
hath given himself for us an offering and a sacrifice to God for a sweetsmelling savour.
[3] But fornication, and all uncleanness, or
covetousness, let it not be once named among you, as becometh
saints;[4] Neither
filthiness, nor foolish talking, nor jesting, which are not convenient: but rather giving of
thanks.
rd Yeshua the Messiah;
[15] See then that ye walk circumspectly, not as fools, but as
wise,
[16] Redeeming the time, because the days are evil.
[17] Wherefore be ye not unwise, but understanding what
the will of the Lord is.
[18] And be not drunk with wine, wherein is excess; but
be filled with the Spirit;
[19] Speaking to yourselves in psalms and hymns and
spiritual songs, singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord;
[20] Giving thanks always for all things unto God and the Father in the name of our Lord Yeshua the Messiah;
[21] Submitting yourselves one to
another in the fear of God.
Phil.1 [3] I thank
my God upon every remembrance of you, [4] Always in every prayer of mine for you all making request with joy,
[5] For your fellowship in the gospel from the first day
until now;
[6] Being confident of this very thing, that he which
hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Yeshua the Messiah:
[7] Even as it is meet for me to think this of you all,
because I have you in my heart; inasmuch as both in my bonds, and in the defence and confirmation of the gospel, ye all are
partakers of my grace.
Phil.4 [6] Be careful for nothing; but in every
thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests
be made known unto God. [7] And the peace of God, which passeth all
understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Messiah Yeshua.
[1] Paul, an apostle of Yeshua the Messiah by the will of God, and Timotheus our brother,
[2] To the saints and faithful brethren in Messiah which
are at Colosse: Grace be unto you, and peace, from
God our Father and the Lord Yeshua the Messiah.
[3] We give thanks to God and the Father of our Lord Yeshua
the Messiah, praying always for you,
[4] Since we heard of your faith in Messiah Yeshua, and of the love which ye have to all the saints,
[5] For the hope which is laid up for you in heaven,
whereof ye heard before in the word of the truth of the gospel;
[6] Which is come unto you, as it is in all the world;
and bringeth forth fruit, as it doth also in you,
since the day ye heard of it, and knew the grace of God in truth:
[7] As ye also learned of Epaphras
our dear fellowservant, who is for you a faithful
minister of Messiah;
[8] Who also declared unto us your love in the Spirit.
[9] For this cause we also, since the day we heard it, do
not cease to pray for you, and to desire that ye might be filled with the
knowledge of his will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding;
[10] That ye might walk worthy of the Lord unto all
pleasing, being fruitful in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of
God;
[11] Strengthened with all might, according to his
glorious power, unto all patience and longsuffering with joyfulness;
[12] Giving thanks unto the Father, which hath made us meet to be partakers of
the inheritance of the saints in light:
[13] Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness,
and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son:
[14] In whom we have redemption through his blood, even
the forgiveness of sins:
[15] Who is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn
of every creature:
[16] For by him were all things created, that are in
heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones,
or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and
for him:
[17] And he is before all things, and by him all things
consist.
[18] And he is the head of the body, the church: who is
the beginning, the firstborn from the dead; that in all things he might have
the preeminence.
[19] For it pleased the Father that in him should all fulness dwell;
[20] And, having made peace through the blood of his
cross, by him to reconcile all things unto himself; by him, I say, whether they
be things in earth, or things in heaven.
[21] And you, that were sometime alienated and enemies in
your mind by wicked works, yet now hath he reconciled
[22] In the body of his flesh through death, to present
you holy and unblameable and unreproveable
in his sight:
[23] If ye continue in the faith grounded and settled,
and be not moved away from the hope of the gospel, which ye have heard, and
which was preached to every creature which is under heaven; whereof I Paul am
made a minister;
[24] Who now rejoice in my sufferings for you, and fill
up that which is behind of the afflictions of Messiah in my flesh for his body's
sake, which is the church:
[25] Whereof I am made a minister, according to the
dispensation of God which is given to me for you, to fulfil
the word of God;
[26] Even the mystery which hath been hid from ages and
from generations, but now is made manifest to his saints:
[27] To whom God would make known what is the riches of
the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles; which is Messiah in you, the hope
of glory:
[28] Whom we preach, warning every man, and teaching
every man in all wisdom; that we may present every man perfect in Messiah Yeshua:
[29] Whereunto I also labour,
striving according to his working, which worketh in
me mightily.
Col.2 [5] For though I be absent in the flesh, yet am I
with you in the spirit, joying and beholding your
order, and the stedfastness of your faith in Messiah.
[6] As ye have therefore received Messiah Yeshua the Lord, so walk ye in him:[7] Rooted and built up in him, and stablished
in the faith, as ye have been taught, abounding therein with thanksgiving.
Col.3 [15] And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to the which
also ye are called in one body; and be ye thankful. [16] Let the word of Messiah dwell
in you richly in all wisdom; teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and
hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord.[17] And whatsoever ye do in word or deed, do all in the name
of the Lord Yeshua, giving thanks to God and the Father
by him.
Col.4 [1] Masters, give unto your servants that which
is just and equal; knowing that ye also have a Master in heaven.
[2] Continue in prayer, and watch in the same with thanksgiving;
[3] Withal praying also for us, that God would open unto
us a door of utterance, to speak the mystery of Messiah, for which I am also in
bonds:
[4] That I may make it manifest, as I ought to speak.
[5] Walk in wisdom toward them that are without,
redeeming the time.
[6] Let your speech be alway
with grace, seasoned with salt, that ye may know how ye ought to answer every
man.
1Thes.1 [2] We give thanks to God always for you all, making mention of you in our prayers; [3] Remembering without ceasing
your work of faith, and labour of love, and patience
of hope in our Lord Yeshua the Messiah, in the sight
of God and our Father;[4] Knowing, brethren beloved, your election of God.
1Thes.2 [13] For this
cause also thank
we God without ceasing, because, when ye received the word of God which ye
heard of us, ye received it not as the word of men,
but as it is in truth, the word of God, which effectually worketh
also in you that believe.
1Thes.5 [18] In every thing give thanks:
for this is the will of God in Messiah Yeshua
concerning you.
2Thes.1 [3] We are bound to thank God always for you, brethren, as it
is meet, because that your faith groweth exceedingly,
and the charity of every one of you all toward each other aboundeth;
2Thes.2 [13] But we
are bound to give thanks alway to God for you,
brethren beloved of the Lord, because God hath from the beginning chosen you to
salvation through sanctification of the Spirit and belief of the truth:
1Tim.1 [12] And I thank
Messiah Yeshua our Lord, who hath enabled me, for
that he counted me faithful, putting me into the ministry; [14] Whereunto he called you by
our gospel, to the obtaining of the glory of our Lord Yeshua
the Messiah.
1Tim.2 [1] I exhort
therefore, that, first of all, supplications, prayers, intercessions, and
giving of thanks,
be made for all men; [2] For kings, and for all that are in authority; that we may lead a quiet
and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty.
[3] For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God
our Saviour;
[4] Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto
the knowledge of the truth.
1Tim.4 [1] Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall
depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of
devils;
[2] Speaking lies in hypocrisy; having their conscience
seared with a hot iron;[3]
Forbidding to marry, and commanding to abstain from meats, which God hath
created to be received with thanksgiving of them which believe and know
the truth.[4] For every creature
of God is good, and nothing to be refused, if it be received with thanksgiving: [5] For it is sanctified by the
word of God and prayer.
2Tim.1 [3] I thank
God, whom I serve from my forefathers with pure conscience, that without
ceasing I have remembrance of thee in my prayers night and day; [4] Greatly desiring to see thee,
being mindful of thy tears, that I may be filled with joy;
[5] When I call to remembrance the unfeigned faith that
is in thee, which dwelt first in thy grandmother Lois, and thy mother Eunice;
and I am persuaded that in thee also.
Phlm.1 [4] I thank
my God, making mention of thee always in my prayers, [5] Hearing of thy love and
faith, which thou hast toward the Lord Yeshua, and
toward all saints;
[6] That the communication of thy faith may become
effectual by the acknowledging of every good thing which is in you in Messiah Yeshua.
Heb.13 [15] By him Yeshua therefore let us
offer the sacrifice of praise to God continually, that is, the fruit of our
lips giving thanks
to his name.
1Pet.2 [19] For this is thankworthy, if a man for conscience toward
God endure grief, suffering wrongfully. [20] For what glory is it, if, when ye be buffeted for your
faults, ye shall take it patiently? but if, when ye do
well, and suffer for it, ye take it patiently, this is acceptable with God.
Rev.4 [9] And when those beasts give glory
and honour and
thanks to him that sat on the throne,
who liveth for ever and
ever, [10] The four and twenty elders
fall down before him that sat on the throne, and worship him that liveth for ever and ever, and
cast their crowns before the throne, saying,
[11] Thou art worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honour and power: for thou hast created all things, and for
thy pleasure they are and were created.
Rev.7 [11] And all the angels stood round about the throne, and about the elders
and the four beasts, and fell before the throne on their faces, and worshipped
God,
[12] Saying, Amen: Blessing, and glory, and wisdom, and thanksgiving, and honour, and power, and might, be unto our God for ever and ever. Amen.
Rev.11 [15] And the seventh angel sounded; and there were
great voices in heaven, saying, The kingdoms of this world are become the
kingdoms of our Lord, and of his Messiah; and he shall reign for ever and ever.
[16] And the four and twenty elders, which sat before God
on their seats, fell upon their faces, and worshipped God,
[17] Saying, We give thee thanks, O Lord God Almighty, which
art, and wast, and art to come; because thou hast
taken to thee thy great power, and hast reigned.
[18] And the nations were angry, and thy wrath is come,
and the time of the dead, that they should be judged, and that thou shouldest give reward unto thy servants the prophets, and
to the saints, and them that fear thy name, small and great; and shouldest destroy them which destroy the earth.
[19] And the temple of God was opened in heaven, and
there was seen in his temple the ark of his testament: and there were lightnings, and voices, and thunderings,
and an earthquake, and great hail.
In
closing: Always be thankful to God in everything
