Today, we use the Gregorian calendar from Pope Gregory; from the 1500’s,
Today is August 14, 2021
August -- Augustus Caesar's month
Latin Augustus "Augustus"
Latin Augustus mensis "month of Augustus"
Latin sextilis mensis "sixth month"
Sextilis had 30 days, until Numa when it had 29 days, until Julius when it became 31 days long.
Augustus Caesar clarified and completed the calendar reform of Julius Caesar. In the process, he also renamed this month after himself. Ha, why not?
Yehovah God has His own calendar, which is deleted from the world
We are now in the 6th month of God called Elul, day 5
Neh.6 So the wall was finished in the twenty and fifth day of the month Elul אֱלוּל in fifty and two days
Neh.7 So the priests, and the Levites, and the porters, and the singers, and some of the people, and the Nethinims, and all Israel, dwelt in their cities; and when the seventh month came, the children of Israel were in their cities.

We read from law and the prophets every Sabbath like they did in the Book of Acts.
Acts: 13 … after the reading of the law and the prophets…
Yeshua said unto them,
Luke 24 … These are the words which I spoke unto you, while I was yet with you, that all things must be fulfilled, which were written in the law of Moses, and in the prophets, and in the psalms, concerning me.
The Word of God - Torah, Prophets and Writings (psalms)
Ta Na Kk is an acronym for:
T = Torah (law, teachings) - first 5 books of Moses
N = Navi' eem or prophets (pl. sounds like - Na vi eem)
K = Ke'tuvim or writings (psalms etc.)
At this point, there were neither gospels nor letters.
The fall feasts of Yehovah for 2021 in the seventh month
The seventh month is called ha Ethanim below:
1Kgs.8 … all the men of Israel assembled themselves unto King Solomon at the feast in the month ha Ethanim, which is the seventh month
For 2021, ha Ethanim, the seventh month of God
Again, all these days start the evening before:
A memorial of blowing of trumpets - Sept. 9, 2021 - Thursday, a Sabbath
The Day of Atonement - Sept. 18, 2021 - Saturday, a Sabbath
The feast of Tabernacles - Sept. 23 to 30, 2021 - Thursday to Thursday, 2 Sabbaths
Back up scriptures:
The 7th month, ha Ethanim, has 4 extra Sabbaths
And Yehovah spoke unto Moses, saying,
Speak unto the children of Israel, saying, In the seventh month, in the first day of the month, shall you have a Sabbath, a memorial of blowing of trumpets, an holy convocation.
Ye shall do no servile work therein: but you shall offer an offering made by fire unto Yehovah.
And Yehovah spoke unto Moses, saying,
Also on the tenth day of this seventh month there shall be a day of atonement: it shall be an holy convocation unto you; and you shall afflict your souls, and offer an offering made by fire unto Yehovah.
And you shall do no work in that same day: for it is a day of atonement, to make an atonement for you before Yehovah your God.
For whatsoever soul it be that shall not be afflicted in that same day, he shall be cut off from among his people.
And whatsoever soul it be that doeth any work in that same day, the same soul will I destroy from among his people.
Ye shall do no manner of work: it shall be a statute for ever throughout your generations in all your dwellings.
It shall be unto you a Sabbath of rest, and you shall afflict your souls: in the ninth day of the month at even, from even unto even, shall you celebrate your Sabbath.
And Yehovah spoke unto Moses, saying,
Speak unto the children of Israel, saying, The fifteenth day of this seventh month shall be the feast of tabernacles for seven days unto Yehovah.
On the first day shall be an holy
convocation: you shall do no servile work therein.
 Seven days you shall offer an offering made by fire unto Yehovah: on the eighth day shall be a holy convocation unto you;
and you shall offer an offering made by fire unto Yehovah: it is a solemn assembly; and you shall do no servile work therein.
These are the feasts of Yehovah…
Have “Hope” in God
We have a few Biblical Hebrew words to look into today.
The word “Hope” has a few different words in Hebrew, let’s review:
Peter - Acts 2 For David speaks concerning him, I foresaw the
Lord always before my face, for he is on my right hand, that I should not be
Therefore did my heart rejoice, and my tongue was glad; moreover also my flesh shall rest in hope:
Because thou wilt not leave my soul in hell, neither wilt thou suffer your Holy One to see corruption.
Thou hast made known to me the ways of life; you shall make me full of joy with thy countenance.
Pss.16 Therefore my heart is glad, and my glory rejoices: my flesh also shall rest in hope.
For You (Father) will not leave My (Messiah) soul in hell; neither will you suffer your Holy One (Messiah) to see corruption.
Beṭach - beh'-takh - properly a place of refuge; abstractly safety, both the fact (security) and the feeling (trust); often (adverbially with or without preposition) safely: - assurance, boldly, (without) care (-less), confidence, hope, safe (-ly, -ty), secure, surely
bâṭach - baw-takh'
A primitive root; properly to hide for refuge figuratively to trust, be confident or sure: - be bold (confident, secure, sure), careless (one, woman), put confidence, (make to) hope, (put, make to) trust.
Pss.22 … you are He that took me out of the womb: you did make me hope when I was upon my mother's breasts. I was cast upon you from the womb: you are my God from my mother's belly.
Pss.31 Be of good courage, and He shall strengthen your heart, all you that hope in Yehovah.
yâchal - yaw-chal' - A primitive root; to wait; by implication to be patient, hope: - (cause to, have, make to) hope, be pained, stay, tarry, trust, wait.
Pss.33  Behold, the eye of Yehovah is upon them that fear him, upon them that hope in His mercy;
 To deliver their soul
from death, and to keep them alive in famine.
Our soul waits for Yehovah: He is our help and our shield.
For our heart shall rejoice in Him, because we have trusted in His Holy Name.
Let your mercy, Yehovah, be upon us, according as we hope in You.
Pss.38 For in you, Yehovah, do I hope: you will hear, O Lord my God.
Pss.39 … now, Lord, what wait I for? My hope is in you.
tôcheleth - to-kheh'-leth - expectation: - hope.
Three verses the same:
Pss.42 Why are you cast down, O my soul? And why are you disquieted in me? Hope in God: for I shall yet praise him for the help of His countenance.
Why are you cast down, O my soul? And why are you disquieted within me? Hope in God: for I shall yet praise him, who is the health of my countenance, and my God.
Pss.43 Why are you cast down, O my soul? And why are you disquieted within me? Hope in God: for I shall yet praise him, who is the health of my countenance, and my God.
Pss.71 For you are my hope, O Lord Yehovah: you are my trust from my youth.
tiqvâh - tik-vaw' - literally a cord (as an attachment -figuratively expectancy: - expectation ([-ted]), hope, live, thing that I long for.
… I will hope continually, and will yet praise You more and more.
Pss.78 Give ear, O my people, to my law: incline your ears to
the words of my mouth.
I will open my mouth in a parable: I will utter dark sayings of old:
Which we have heard and known, and our fathers have told us.
We will not hide them from their children, showing to the generation to come the praises of Yehovah, and his strength, and his wonderful works that he hath done.
For he established a testimony in Jacob, and appointed a law in Israel, which he commanded our fathers, that they should make them known to their children:
That the generation to come might know them, even the children which should be born; who should arise and declare them to their children: That they might set their hope in God, and not forget the works of God, but keep his commandments: And might not be as their fathers, a stubborn and rebellious generation; a generation that set not their heart aright, and whose spirit was not steadfast with God.

Yehovah, I have hoped for thy salvation, and done your commandments.

Pss.146 Happy is he that hath the God of Jacob for his help, whose hope is in Yehovah his God:

misery, the wormwood and the gall.

In Matt.26 Then did they spit in his face, and buffeted him; and others smote him with the palms of their hands, Saying, Prophesy unto us, you Messiah, Who is he that smote thee?
 For the Lord will not
cast off for ever:
But though he cause grief, yet will he have compassion according to the multitude of His mercies.
For he doth not afflict willingly nor grieve the children of men.
To crush under his feet all the prisoners of the earth,
To turn aside the right of a man before the face of the most High,
To subvert a man in his cause, the Lord approves not.
Who is he that said, and it cometh to pass, when the Lord commands it not?
Out of the mouth of the most High proceeds not evil and good?
Wherefore doth a living man complain, a man for the punishment of his sins?
Let us search and try our ways, and turn again to Yehovah.
Let us lift up our heart with our hands unto God in the heavens.

We have hope of eternal life and we need to hold fast our confidence and the rejoicing of the hope firm unto the end.
And as John put it, (I added daughters, woman, themselves, not changing the meaning)
Behold, what manner of love the Father hath bestowed upon us, that we should be called the sons (and daughters) of God: therefore the world knows us not, because it knew Him not.
Beloved, now are we the sons (and daughters) of
God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when He, Yeshua shall
appear, we shall be like Him; for we shall see Him as He is.
And every man (and woman) that has this hope purifies themselves, even as he Yeshua is pure.
