“Tis the season to be pagan” is already around us!

I am reminded always to inform you to beware of the false image of love, false emotions, loneliness, depression, financial drain, suicide and the artificial false festival lights they put up.

Satan really sets the stage for you.

Beware if you feel or hear a voice telling you to separate yourself from the congregation, go off on your own and read or whatever.

Some News:

 Let’s see what love is being spread about this Christ’s Mass season.

Sun's Current Solar Activity Cycle Is Weakest in a Century

SAN FRANCISCO — the sun's current space-weather cycle is the most anemic in 100 years, scientists say.

Our star is now at "solar maximum," the peak phase of its 11-year activity cycle. But this solar max is weak, and the overall current cycle, known as Solar Cycle 24, conjures up comparisons to the famously feeble Solar Cycle 14 in the early 1900s, researchers said.

"None of us alive have ever seen such a weak cycle. So we will learn something," Leif Svalgaard of Stanford University told reporters here today (Dec. 11) at the annual meeting of the American Geophysical Union.

I guess, that takes care of the end of the world from the solar flares that would have destroyed the world. Oh well…

A 58-year-old airport worker was charged Friday with allegedly planning a suicide bombing at a passenger terminal at the Wichita Mid-Continent Airport in Kansas.

The suspect, Terry Lee Loewen, an avionics technician who lives in Wichita, was arrested earlier in the day as he attempted to use his security pass to drive a vehicle that he thought contained explosives onto the tarmac at the airport, law enforcement officials said at a news conference in Wichita. In fact, the car contained only dummy explosives.

A teacher may have saved other lives Friday by trying to lure, a 18 year old student brandishing a shotgun away from teenagers at a Colorado high school where the gunman wounded a fellow student before killing himself, authorities said.

The injured student, a 15-year-old girl, was critically wounded and was in surgery after the gunman shot her at Arapahoe High School in Centennial. Arapahoe County Sheriff Grayson Robinson said initial reports that the student confronted the gunman turned out not to be true.

A second student initially believed to have been wounded turned out only to have been splattered with some of the girl's blood, Robinson said at a news briefing late Friday.

The shooter, identified as Karl Halverson Pierson, 18, a student at the school, appeared to be seeking revenge against a specific teacher after an earlier confrontation, Robinson said. He said Pierson was looking for the teacher by name when the incident began about 12:33 p.m. (2:33 p.m. ET).The teacher hasn't been officially identified.

Martha Stewart gave the phrase “home for the holidays” a whole new twist Thursday when the well-compensated chairwoman of Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia axed about 100 employees.

The layoffs, coming only a week an a half before Christmas, unnerved employees, many of whom left in tears, carrying their belongings in Martha Stewart bags.

I think that’s enough of the holiday cheer for now.

Today's Topic:

My grace is sufficient for thee:

For my strength is made perfect in weakness

What else do you need if we have the Word of the Living God of Israel?

A few verses

The Word

Deut.8

[1] All the commandments which I command thee this day shall ye observe to do, that ye may live, and multiply, and go in and possess the land which Yehovah sware unto your fathers.
[2] And thou shalt remember all the way which Yehovah thy God led thee these forty years in the wilderness, to humble thee, and to prove thee, to know what was in thine heart, whether thou wouldest keep his commandments, or no.
[3] And he humbled thee, and suffered thee to hunger, and fed thee with manna, which thou knewest not, neither did thy fathers know
; that he might make thee know that man doth not live by bread only, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of Yehovah doth man live.

Matt.4[4] But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.

Prov.30[5] Every word of God is pure: he is a shield unto them that put their trust in him.

Pss.119

[9] Wherewithal shall a young man cleanse his way? by taking heed thereto according to thy word.

[11] Thy word have I hid in mine heart, that I might not sin against thee.

[16] I will delight myself in thy statutes: I will not forget thy word.

[17] Deal bountifully with thy servant, that I may live, and keep thy word.

[25] My soul cleaveth unto the dust: quicken thou me according to thy word.

[28] My soul melteth for heaviness: strengthen thou me according unto thy word.

[38] Stablish thy word unto thy servant, who is devoted to thy fear.

[41] Let thy mercies come also unto me, Yehovah, even thy salvation, according to thy word.

[42] So shall I have wherewith to answer him that reproacheth me: for I trust in thy word.

[50] This is my comfort in my affliction: for thy word hath quickened me.

[57] Thou art my portion, Yehovah: I have said that I would keep thy words.

[58] I intreated thy favour with my whole heart: be merciful unto me according to thy word.

[65] Thou hast dealt well with thy servant, Yehovah, according unto thy word.

[67] Before I was afflicted I went astray: but now have I kept thy word.

[74] They that fear thee will be glad when they see me; because I have hoped in thy word.

[76] Let, I pray thee, thy merciful kindness be for my comfort, according to thy word unto thy servant.

[81] My soul fainteth for thy salvation: but I hope in thy word.

[82] Mine eyes fail for thy word, saying, When wilt thou comfort me?

[89] For ever, Yehovah, thy word is settled in heaven.

[101] I have refrained my feet from every evil way, that I might keep thy word.

[103] How sweet are thy words unto my taste! yea, sweeter than honey to my mouth!

[105] Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path.

[107] I am afflicted very much: quicken me, Yehovah, according unto thy word.

[114] Thou art my hiding place and my shield: I hope in thy word.

[116] Uphold me according unto thy word, that I may live: and let me not be ashamed of my hope.

[130] The entrance of thy words giveth light; it giveth understanding unto the simple.

[133] Order my steps in thy word: and let not any iniquity have dominion over me.

[139] My zeal hath consumed me, because mine enemies have forgotten thy words.

[140] Thy word is very pure: therefore thy servant loveth it.

[147] I prevented the dawning of the morning, and cried: I hoped in thy word.

[148] Mine eyes prevent the night watches, that I might meditate in thy word.

[154] Plead my cause, and deliver me: quicken me according to thy word.

[158] I beheld the transgressors, and was grieved; because they kept not thy word.

[160] Thy word is true from the beginning: and every one of thy righteous judgments endureth for ever.

[161] Princes have persecuted me without a cause: but my heart standeth in awe of thy word.

[162] I rejoice at thy word, as one that findeth great spoil.

[169] Let my cry come near before thee, Yehovah: give me understanding according to thy word.

[170] Let my supplication come before thee: deliver me according to thy word.

[172] My tongue shall speak of thy word: for all thy commandments are righteousness.

----------

To whom shall we go?

Thou hast the words of eternal life.

John.6

[63] It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life.

[64] But there are some of you that believe not. For  Yeshua knew from the beginning who they were that believed not, and who should betray him.

[65] And he said, Therefore said I unto you, that no man can come unto me, except it were given unto him of my Father.

[66] From that time many of his disciples went back, and walked no more with him.

[67] Then said  Yeshua unto the twelve, Will ye also go away?
[68] Then Simon Peter answered him, Lord, to whom shall we go? thou hast the words of eternal life.
[69] And we believe and are sure that thou art that Messiah, the Son of the living God.

[70]  Yeshua answered them, Have not I chosen you twelve, and one of you is a devil?

[71] He spake of Judas Iscariot the son of Simon: for he it was that should betray him, being one of the twelve.

There shall be false teachers among you

In 2013, there are many places false teachers can appear. Be careful of all the forums on the Internet, example, Facebook, YouTube, and the other hundred or so other social media forums out there on the net.

The social media forums are filled with a den of iniquity, and heresies without number which minister questions that are not valid if you know the word of God.

Paul tells Timothy:

1Tim.1

[4] Neither give heed to fables and endless genealogies, which minister questions, rather than godly edifying which is in faith: so do.

1Tim.5

[1] Rebuke not an elder, but intreat him as a father; and the younger men as brethren;
[2] The elder women as mothers; the younger as sisters, with all purity.
[3] Honour widows that are widows indeed.
[4] But if any widow have children or nephews, let them learn first to shew piety at home, and to requite their parents: for that is good and acceptable before God.
[5] Now she that is a widow indeed, and desolate, trusteth in God, and continueth in supplications and prayers night and day.
[6] But she that liveth in pleasure is dead while she liveth.
[7] And these things give in charge, that they may be blameless.
[8] But if any provide not for his own, and specially for those of his own house, he hath denied the faith, and is worse than an infidel.
[9] Let not a widow be taken into the number under threescore years old, having been the wife of one man,
[10] Well reported of for good works; if she have brought up children, if she have lodged strangers, if she have washed the saints' feet, if she have relieved the afflicted, if she have diligently followed every good work.
[11] But the younger widows refuse: for when they have begun to wax wanton against Messiah, they will marry;
[12] Having damnation, because they have cast off their first faith.
[13] And withal they learn to be idle, wandering about from house to house; and not only idle, but tattlers also and busybodies, speaking things which they ought not.
[14] I will therefore that the younger women marry, bear children, guide the house, give none occasion to the adversary to speak reproachfully.
[15] For some are already turned aside after Satan.
[16] If any man or woman that believeth have widows, let them relieve them, and let not the church be charged; that it may relieve them that are widows indeed.

1Tim.6

[1] Let as many servants as are under the yoke count their own masters worthy of all honour, that the name of God and his doctrine be not blasphemed.
[2] And they that have believing masters, let them not despise them, because they are brethren; but rather do them service, because they are faithful and beloved, partakers of the benefit. These things teach and exhort.

[3] If any man teach otherwise, and consent not to wholesome words, even the words of our Lord Yeshua the Messiah, and to the doctrine which is according to godliness;
[4] He is proud, knowing nothing, but doting about questions and strifes of words, whereof cometh envy, strife, railings, evil surmisings,
[5] Perverse disputings of men of corrupt minds, and destitute of the truth, supposing that gain is godliness: from such withdraw thyself.

[6] But godliness with contentment is great gain.
[7] For we brought nothing into this world, and it is certain we can carry nothing out.
[8] And having food and raiment let us be therewith content.
[9] But they that will be rich fall into temptation and a snare, and into many foolish and hurtful lusts, which drown men in destruction and perdition.
[10] For the love of money is the root of all evil: which while some coveted after, they have erred from the faith, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows.
[11] But thou, O man of God, flee these things; and follow after righteousness, godliness, faith, love, patience, meekness.
[12] Fight the good fight of faith, lay hold on eternal life, whereunto thou art also called, and hast professed a good profession before many witnesses.
[13] I give thee charge in the sight of God, who quickeneth all things, and before Messiah Yeshua, who before Pontius Pilate witnessed a good confession;
[14] That thou keep this commandment without spot, unrebukeable, until the appearing of our Lord  Yeshua the Messiah:
[15] Which in his times he shall shew, who is the blessed and only Potentate, the King of kings, and Lord of lords;
[16] Who only hath immortality, dwelling in the light which no man can approach unto; whom no man hath seen, nor can see: to whom be honour and power everlasting. Amen.
[17] Charge them that are rich in this world, that they be not highminded, nor trust in uncertain riches, but in the living God, who giveth us richly all things to enjoy;
[18] That they do good, that they be rich in good works, ready to distribute, willing to communicate;
[19] Laying up in store for themselves a good foundation against the time to come, that they may lay hold on eternal life.
[20] O Timothy, keep that which is committed to thy trust, avoiding profane and vain babblings, and oppositions of science falsely so called:
[21] Which some professing have erred concerning the faith. Grace be with thee. Amen.

2Tim.3

[14] But continue thou in the things which thou hast learned and hast been assured of, knowing of whom thou hast learned them;

[15] And that from a child thou hast known the holy scriptures, which are able to make thee wise unto salvation through faith which is in Messiah Yeshua.

[16] All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:
[17] That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works.

2Tim.4

[1] I charge thee therefore before God, and the Lord  Yeshua Christ, who shall judge the quick and the dead at his appearing and his kingdom;
[2] Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all longsuffering and doctrine.

[3] For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears;

[4] And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables.
[5] But watch thou in all things, endure afflictions, do the work of an evangelist, make full proof of thy ministry.

Brother Peter tells us:

2Pet.2

[1] But there were false prophets also among the people, even as there shall be false teachers among you, who privily shall bring in damnable heresies, even denying the Lord that bought them, and bring upon themselves swift destruction.

[2] And many shall follow their pernicious ways; by reason of whom the way of truth shall be evil spoken of.
[3] And through covetousness shall they with feigned words make merchandise of you: whose judgment now of a long time lingereth not, and their damnation slumbereth not.

Paul tells Titus

Tit.2

[1] But speak thou the things which become sound doctrine:
[2] That the aged men be sober, grave, temperate, sound in faith, in charity, in patience.
[3] The aged women likewise, that they be in behaviour as becometh holiness, not false accusers, not given to much wine, teachers of good things;
[4] That they may teach the young women to be sober, to love their husbands, to love their children,
[5] To be discreet, chaste, keepers at home, good, obedient to their own husbands, that the word of God be not blasphemed.
[6] Young men likewise exhort to be sober minded.
[7] In all things shewing thyself a pattern of good works: in doctrine shewing uncorruptness, gravity, sincerity,
[8] Sound speech, that cannot be condemned; that he that is of the contrary part may be ashamed, having no evil thing to say of you.
[9] Exhort servants to be obedient unto their own masters, and to please them well in all things; not answering again;
[10] Not purloining, but shewing all good fidelity; that they may adorn the doctrine of God our Saviour in all things.
[11] For the grace of God that bringeth salvation hath appeared to all men,
[12] Teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly, in this present world;
[13] Looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour  Yeshua  the Messiah;
[14] Who gave himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify unto himself a peculiar people, zealous of good works.
[15] These things speak, and exhort, and rebuke with all authority. Let no man despise thee.

Yeshua warns

Matt.7 [15] Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves.

Matt.24[11] And many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many.

[24] For there shall arise false Messiahs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect.

-----------

Slothfulness and idleness go together

You may be slothful or idle and think you are busy

Ecc.10[18] By much slothfulness the building decayeth; and through idleness of the hands the house droppeth through.

Prov.31[27] A virtuous woman looketh well to the ways of her household, and eateth not the bread of idleness.

Prov.19[15] Slothfulness casteth into a deep sleep; and an idle soul shall suffer hunger.

Again: “Tis the season to be pagan” is already around us!

Beware of the false image of love, false emotions, loneliness, depression, financial drain, suicide and the artificial false festival lights they put up.

Satan really sets the stage for you.

Beware if you feel or hear a voice telling you to separate yourself from the congregation, go off on your own and read or whatever.

Watch out for all the crazies out there.
