“Tis the season to be pagan”
It is already around us!
I am always reminded to
inform you to beware of the false image of love, false emotions, loneliness, depression, financial drain, suicide,
murders and the artificial false festival lights they put up.
Satan really sets the stage for you. Beware if you
feel or hear a voice telling you to separate yourself from the congregation, go
off on your own and read or whatever.
*Breaking News: Once upon a
time, Christmas was banned in 1659 in America
Today’s Topic:
No lies please
Xmas
I feel it
is only appropriate to explain why we don’t observe Christmas
Some History
Breaking News
Once upon a time, Christmas
was banned in 1659 in the new land know as America
Christmas
Nearly all aspects of
Christmas observance have their roots in pagan Roman customs and religions.
Consider the following
admission from a large American newspaper (The Buffalo News, Nov. 22, 1984): “The earliest reference to Christmas being
marked on Dec. 25 comes from the second century after Yeshua’ birth.
It is considered likely the
first Christmas celebrations were in reaction to the Roman Saturnalia, a harvest festival that marked the winter solstice—the return of the
sun—and honored Saturn, the
god of sowing.
Saturnalia was a rowdy
time, much opposed by the more austere leaders among the still-minority
Christian sect.
Christmas developed, one
scholar says, as a means of replacing worship of the sun with worship of
the Son.
By 529 A.D., after
Christianity had become the official state religion of the Roman Empire,
Emperor Justinian made Christmas a civic holiday.
The celebration of
Christmas reached its peak—some would say its worst moments—in the medieval
period when it became a time for conspicuous consumption and unequaled
revelry.”
Consider these quotes from
the Catholic Encyclopedia, 1911 edition, under “Christmas”: “Christmas was not among the earliest
festivals of the Church…The first evidence of the feast is from Egypt.” Further, “Pagan customs
centring round the January calends gravitated to Christmas.”
The Encyclopedia Americana,
1956 edition, adds, “Christmas…was not observed in the first centuries of the Christian church,
since the Christian usage in general was to celebrate the death of remarkable
persons rather than their birth…
a feast was established in
memory of this event [Messiah’s birth] in the 4th century. In the 5th
century the Western church ordered the feast to be celebrated on the day of
the Mithraic rites of the birth of the
sun and at the close of the Saturnalia, as no certain knowledge of the day of Messiah’s birth existed.”
The following is a quote from the Encyclopedia Britannica, Volume 11; page 390.
During the later periods of
Roman history, sun worship gained in importance and ultimately led to what has
been called a 'solar monotheism.' Nearly all the gods of the period were
possessed of Solar qualities, and both
Messiah and Mithra acquired the traits of
solar seities.
The feast of Sol and Victus (open unconquered Sun) on December 25th was
celebrated with great joy, and eventually this date was taken over by the (pseudo)
Christians as Christmas, the birthday of Messiah.!!
The (pseudo) Christians
were trying to get more converts so they adapted a pagan holiday to their
worship to appease the pagans in 336 AD.
The Encyclopedia Britannica reports that "The traditional customs connected with
Christmas have developed from several sources not as a result of the
coincidence of the celebration of the birth of Messiah with the pagan agricultural
and solar observations at midwinter.
In the Roman world the
Saturnalia (December 17) was a time of merrymaking and exchange of gifts.
December 25 was also regarded as the birth date of the Iranian mystery god Mithra, the Sun of Righteousness."
Colliers Encyclopedia agrees. Quote:
"After the triumph of Constantine, the church at Rome assigned December 25
as the date for the celebration of the feast, possibly about A.D. 320 or 353.
By the end of the fourth
century the whole pseudo Christian world was celebrating Christmas on that day,
with the exception of the Eastern churches, where it was celebrated on January
6.
The choice of December 25
was probably influenced by the fact that on this day the Romans celebrated the Mithraic feast of the Sun-god (natalis solis invicti), and that the Saturnalia
also came at this time."
Look it up on you computer,

Let’s talk about the Nativity scene
All the Nativity sets and scenes they sell are wrong
There are no "3"
wise men
The wise men came to the
"young child" - "in the house" not when Yeshua / Jesus was a babe lying in a manger.
Matt.2 [1] Now when Jesus was born in Bethlehem
of Judaea in the days of Herod the king, behold, there came wise men from
the east to Jerusalem, [ 2] Saying, Where is he that is born King of the
Jews? for we have seen his star in the east, and are come to worship him.[ 3]
When Herod the king had heard these things, he was troubled, and all Jerusalem
with him.[ 4] And when he had gathered all the chief priests and scribes
of the people together, he demanded of them where Christ should be born.[5]
And they said unto him, In Bethlehem of Judaea: for thus it is written by the
prophet,[ 6] And thou Bethlehem, in the land of Juda, art not the least among the princes of Juda: for out of thee shall come a Governor, that
shall rule my people Israel.[ 7] Then Herod, when he had privily called the wise men , inquired of them
diligently what time the star appeared.[ 8] And he sent them to
Bethlehem, and said, Go and search diligently for the young child; and
when ye have found him, bring me word again, that I may come and worship him
also.[ 9] When they had heard the king, they departed; and, lo, the
star, which they saw in the east, went before them, till it came and stood over
where the young child was.[10 ] When they saw the star, they
rejoiced with exceeding great joy.
[11] And when they were come into the house, they saw the young
child with Mary his mother, and fell down, and worshipped him: and when
they had opened their treasures, they presented unto him gifts; gold, and
frankincense, and myrrh.[12] And being warned of God in a dream that
they should not return to Herod, they departed into their own country another
way.[13 ] And when they were departed, behold, the angel of the Lord appeareth to Joseph in a dream, saying, Arise, and take
the young child and his mother, and flee into Egypt, and be thou there
until I bring thee word: for Herod will seek
the young child to destroy him.[14 ] When he arose, he took the young
child and his mother by night, and departed into Egypt:[15 ] And was
there until the death of Herod: that it might be fulfilled which was spoken of
the Lord by the prophet, saying, Out of Egypt have I called my son.[16]
Then Herod, when he saw that he was mocked of the wise men, was
exceeding wroth, and sent forth, and slew all the children that were in
Bethlehem, and in all the coasts thereof, from two years old and under,
according to the time which he had diligently inquired of the wise men.[
17] Then was fulfilled that which was spoken by Jeremy the prophet,
saying,[18 ] In Rama was there a voice heard, lamentation, and weeping,
and great mourning, Rachel weeping for her children, and would not be
comforted, because they are not.[19] But when Herod was dead, behold, an
angel of the Lord appeareth in a dream to Joseph in
Egypt,[20] Saying, Arise, and take the young child and his
mother, and go into the land of Israel: for they are dead which sought the young
child 's life.[21 ] And he arose, and took the young child
and his mother, and came into the land of Israel.[22 ] But when he heard
that Archelaus did reign in Judaea in the room of his father
Herod, he was afraid to go thither: notwithstanding, being warned of God in a
dream, he turned aside into the parts of Galilee:[ 23] And he came and
dwelt in a city called Nazareth: that it might be fulfilled which was spoken by
the prophets, He shall be called a Nazarene.
Shepherds, not 3 wise men came with haste, and
found Mary, and Joseph, and the babe lying in a manger
Luke 2 [1] And it came to pass in those days, that there went out a decree
from Caesar Augustus, that all the world should be taxed.[ 2] (And this
taxing was first made when Cyrenius was governor of Syria.)[3
] And all went to be taxed, every one into his own city .[ 4] And Joseph
also went up from Galilee, out of the city of Nazareth, into Judaea, unto the
city of David, which is called Bethlehem; (because he was of the house and
lineage of David:)[ 5] To be taxed with Mary his espoused wife, being
great with child.[6 ] And so it was, that, while they were there, the
days were accomplished that she should be delivered.[7 ] And she brought
forth her firstborn son, and wrapped him in swaddling clothes, and laid him in
a manger; because there was no room for them in the inn.[8] And there
were in the same country shepherds abiding in the field, keeping watch
over their flock by night.[ 9] And, lo, the angel of the Lord came upon
them, and the glory of the Lord shone round about them: and they were sore
afraid.[10] And the angel said unto them, Fear not: for, behold, I bring
you good tidings of great joy, which shall be to all people.[11 ] For
unto you is born this day in the city of David a Saviour, which is Christ the Lord.[12 ] And this shall be a sign
unto you; Ye shall find the babe wrapped in swaddling clothes, lying in a
manger.[13 ] And suddenly there was with the angel a multitude of the
heavenly host praising God, and saying,[14 ] Glory to God in the
highest, and on earth peace, good will toward men.[15] And it came to
pass, as the angels were gone away from them into heaven, the shepherds said
one to another, Let us now go even unto Bethlehem, and see this thing which is
come to pass, which the Lord hath made known unto us.[16] And they came with
haste, and found Mary, and Joseph, and the babe lying in a manger. [17]
And when they had seen it, they made known abroad the saying which was told
them concerning this child.[18 ] And all they that heard it wondered at those
things which were told them by the shepherds.
[19] But Mary kept all these things, and pondered them in her heart.[20 ] And the shepherds returned, glorifying and praising God
for all the things that they had heard and seen, as it was told unto them.

We are commanded to teach
our children the truth, not lies
Lev.10 [11] And that ye may teach the children of Israel all the statutes which Yehovah
hath spoken unto them by the hand of Moses.
Deut.4 [9] Only take
heed to thyself, and keep thy soul diligently, lest thou forget the things
which thine eyes have seen, and lest they depart from thy heart all the
days of thy life: but teach them thy sons, and thy sons' sons;
[10] Specially the day that thou
stoodest before Yehovah thy God in Horeb, when Yehovah said unto me, Gather me the people together, and I will
make them hear my words, that they may learn to fear me all the days that they
shall live upon the earth, and that they may teach
their children.
Deut.6 [7] And thou shalt teach them diligently unto thy children, and shalt talk of them when thou sittest in thine
house, and when thou walkest by the way, and when thou liest down, and when thou risest
up.
Deut.11 [19] And ye shall teach them your children, speaking of them when
thou sittest in thine house, and when thou walkest by the way, when
thou liest down, and when thou risest up.
Deut.31 [19] Now therefore write ye this song for you, and teach it the children of Israel: put it in their
mouths, that this song may be a witness for me against the children of Israel.
Pss.34 [11]
Come, ye children, hearken unto me: I will teach you the fear of Yehovah.
Pss.132 [12] If thy children will keep my covenant and my testimony
that I shall teach them, their children
shall also sit upon thy throne for evermore.
Tit.2 [3] The aged women likewise,
that they be in behavior as becometh holiness, not false accusers, not given to much wine, teachers of good things; - not lies
[4] That they may teach the young women to be sober, to love
their husbands, to love their children, not lie to them
[5] To be discreet, chaste, keepers at home, good, obedient to their
own husbands, that the word of God be not
blasphemed.
We are commanded by God - Learn not the way of the heathen
The customs of the people are vain
Jer. 10 - Idols
[1] Hear ye the word which Yehovah speaketh unto you,
O house of Israel:
[2]
Thus saith Yehovah, Learn not the way of the heathen, and be not
dismayed at the signs of heaven; for the heathen are dismayed at them.
[3]
For the customs of the people are vain: for one cutteth a tree out of the
forest, the work of the hands of the workman, with the axe.
[4]
They deck it with silver and with gold; they fasten it with nails and with
hammers, that it move not.
[5]
They are upright as the palm tree, but speak not: they must needs be borne,
because they cannot go. Be not afraid of them; for they cannot do evil, neither
also is it in them to do good.
[6] Forasmuch as there is none like unto thee, O Yehovah; thou art great, and thy name
is great in might.
How did the Christmas tree get started?
Germany is credited with
starting the Christmas tree tradition as we now know it in the 16th century
when devout false Christians brought decorated trees into their homes.
Some built Christmas
pyramids of wood and decorated them with evergreens and candles, if wood was
scarce.
The Christmas card
In 1843, the Christmas card was
invented by a man named John
Calcott Horsley, who lived Italy. He was hired by Sir Henry Cole
The Tradition of Mistletoe at Christmas
The custom of kissing
under Mistletoe comes from England. The original custom was that a berry was
picked from the sprig of Mistletoe before the person could be kissed and when
all the berries had gone, there could be no more kissing!
Xmas is also a made up
holiday celebrated by non-
false Christians, or just anyone.

In closing:
We are not against having a
good time, fun or parties, but when the “whole pretense” is made up, well we
just, as they say, opt out.
