It is not Lashon Hara - Evil Tongue to name people who are evil and pervert the Word of God.

Just to name a few people to show it is scriptural to name evil people.

Rom.16[ 17] Now I beseech you, brethren, mark them which cause divisions and offences contrary to the doctrine which ye have learned; and avoid them.[18] For they that are such serve not our Lord Jesus Christ, but their own belly; and by good words and fair speeches deceive the hearts of the simple.

Num.16 [ 1] Now Korah , the son of Izhar, the son of Kohath, the son of Levi, and Dathan and Abiram , the sons of Eliab, and On, the son of Peleth, sons of Reuben,

1Tim.1[ 18] This charge I commit unto thee, son Timothy, according to the prophecies which went before on thee, that thou by them mightest war a good warfare;
[19] Holding faith, and a good conscience; which some having put away concerning faith have made shipwreck :[20] Of whom is Hymenaeus and Alexander; whom I have delivered unto Satan, that they may learn not to blaspheme.

2Thes.3[ 14] And if any man obey not our word by this epistle, note that man, and have no company with him, that he may be ashamed.[15] Yet count him not as an enemy, but admonish him as a brother.

2Tim.4 [ 14] Alexander the coppersmith did me much evil: the Lord reward him according to his works:

3John.1 [ 9] I wrote unto the church: but Diotrephes, who loveth to have the preeminence among them, receiveth us not.[10] Wherefore, if I come, I will remember his deeds which he doeth, prating against us with malicious words: and not content therewith, neither doth he himself receive the brethren, and forbiddeth them that would, and casteth them out of the church.

John.8[ 37] I know that ye are Abraham's seed; but ye seek to kill me, because my word hath no place in you.[ 38] I speak that which I have seen with my Father: and ye do that which ye have seen with your father.[ 39] They answered and said unto him, Abraham is our father. Jesus saith unto them, If ye were Abraham's children, ye would do the works of Abraham.[40 ] But now ye seek to kill me, a man that hath told you the truth, which I have heard of God: this did not Abraham.
[41] Ye do the deeds of your father . Then said they to him, We be not born of fornication; we have one Father, even God.[ 42] Jesus said unto them, If God were your Father, ye would love me: for I proceeded forth and came from God; neither came I of myself, but he sent me.[43] Why do ye not understand my speech? even because ye cannot hear my word .[44] Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it.

Luke.13[ 31] The same day there came certain of the Pharisees, saying unto him ( Yeshua ), Get thee out, and depart hence: for Herod will kill thee.[32 ] And he said unto them, Go ye, and tell that fox, Behold, I cast out devils, and I do cures to day and to morrow, and the third day I shall be perfected.

Matt.23

[1] Then spake Jesus to the multitude, and to his disciples,
[
2] Saying, The scribes and the Pharisees sit in Moses' seat:
[
3] All therefore whatsoever they bid you observe, that observe and do; but do not ye after their works: for they say, and do not.
[
4] For they bind heavy burdens and grievous to be borne, and lay them on men's shoulders; but they themselves will not move them with one of their fingers.
[
5] But all their works they do for to be seen of men: they make broad their phylacteries, and enlarge the borders of their garments,
[
6] And love the uppermost rooms at feasts, and the chief seats in the synagogues,
[7] And greetings in the markets, and to be called of men, Rabbi, Rabbi.
[8] But be not ye called Rabbi: for one is your Master, even Christ; and all ye are brethren.
[9] And call no man your father upon the earth: for one is your Father, which is in heaven.
[10] Neither be ye called masters: for one is your Master, even Christ.

[11] But he that is greatest among you shall be your servant.
[
12] And whosoever shall exalt himself shall be abased; and he that shall humble himself shall be exalted.
[13] But woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye shut up the kingdom of heaven against men: for ye neither go in yourselves, neither suffer ye them that are entering to go in.
[14] Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye devour widows' houses, and for a pretence make long prayer: therefore ye shall receive the greater damnation.
[15] Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye compass sea and land to make one proselyte, and when he is made, ye make him twofold more the child of hell than yourselves.
[16] Woe unto you, ye blind guides, which say, Whosoever shall swear by the temple, it is nothing; but whosoever shall swear by the gold of the temple, he is a debtor!
[
17] Ye fools and blind: for whether is greater, the gold, or the temple that sanctifieth the gold?
[
18] And, Whosoever shall swear by the altar, it is nothing; but whosoever sweareth by the gift that is upon it, he is guilty.
[
19] Ye fools and blind: for whether is greater, the gift, or the altar that sanctifieth the gift?
[
20] Whoso therefore shall swear by the altar, sweareth by it, and by all things thereon.
[
21] And whoso shall swear by the temple, sweareth by it, and by him that dwelleth therein.
[
22] And he that shall swear by heaven, sweareth by the throne of God, and by him that sitteth thereon.
[23] Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye pay tithe of mint and anise and cummin, and have omitted the weightier matters of the law, judgment, mercy, and faith: these ought ye to have done, and not to leave the other undone.
[24] Ye blind guides, which strain at a gnat, and swallow a camel.
[25] Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye make clean the outside of the cup and of the platter, but within they are full of extortion and excess.
[26] Thou blind Pharisee, cleanse first that which is within the cup and platter, that the outside of them may be clean also.
[27] Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye are like unto whited sepulchres, which indeed appear beautiful outward, but are within full of dead men's bones, and of all uncleanness.
[28] Even so ye also outwardly appear righteous unto men, but within ye are full of hypocrisy and iniquity.
[29] Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! because ye build the tombs of the prophets, and garnish the sepulchres of the righteous,
[
30] And say, If we had been in the days of our fathers, we would not have been partakers with them in the blood of the prophets.
[
31] Wherefore ye be witnesses unto yourselves, that ye are the children of them which killed the prophets.
[
32] Fill ye up then the measure of your fathers.
[33] Ye serpents, ye generation of vipers, how can ye escape the damnation of hell?
[34] Wherefore, behold, I send unto you prophets, and wise men, and scribes: and some of them ye shall kill and crucify; and some of them shall ye scourge in your synagogues, and persecute them from city to city:
[
35] That upon you may come all the righteous blood shed upon the earth, from the blood of righteous Abel unto the blood of Zacharias son of Barachias, whom ye slew between the temple and the altar.
[
36] Verily I say unto you, All these things shall come upon this generation.
[
37] O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, thou that killest the prophets, and stonest them which are sent unto thee, how often would I have gathered thy children together, even as a hen gathereth her chickens under her wings, and ye would not!
[
38] Behold, your house is left unto you desolate.
[
39] For I say unto you, Ye shall not see me henceforth, till ye shall say, Blessed is he that cometh in the name of the Lord.

Matt.7[ 15] Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves.

Matt.10[ 16] Behold, I send you forth as sheep in the midst of wolves : be ye therefore wise as serpents, and harmless as doves.

Josh.7[ 1] But the children of Israel committed a trespass in the accursed thing: for Achan, the son of Carmi, the son of Zabdi, the son of Zerah, of the tribe of Judah, took of the accursed thing: and the anger of the LORD was kindled against the children of Israel.

[18] And he brought his household man by man; and Achan, the son of Carmi, the son of Zabdi, the son of Zerah, of the tribe of Judah, was taken.

[19] And Joshua said unto Achan, My son, give, I pray thee, glory to the LORD God of Israel, and make confession unto him; and tell me now what thou hast done; hide it not from me.
[
20] And Achan answered Joshua, and said, Indeed I have sinned against the LORD God of Israel, and thus and thus have I done:
[
21] When I saw among the spoils a goodly Babylonish garment, and two hundred shekels of silver, and a wedge of gold of fifty shekels weight, then I coveted them, and took them; and, behold, they are hid in the earth in the midst of my tent, and the silver under it.
[
22] So Joshua sent messengers, and they ran unto the tent; and, behold, it was hid in his tent, and the silver under it.
[
23] And they took them out of the midst of the tent, and brought them unto Joshua, and unto all the children of Israel, and laid them out before the LORD.
[
24] And Joshua, and all Israel with him, took Achan the son of Zerah, and the silver, and the garment, and the wedge of gold, and his sons, and his daughters, and his oxen, and his asses, and his sheep, and his tent, and all that he had: and they brought them unto the valley of Achor.
[
25] And Joshua said, Why hast thou troubled us? the LORD shall trouble thee this day. And all Israel stoned him with stones, and burned them with fire, after they had stoned them with stones.
[26] And they raised over him a great heap of stones unto this day. So the LORD turned from the fierceness of his anger. Wherefore the name of that place was called, The valley of Achor, unto this day.

Acts.20[ 28] Take heed therefore unto yourselves, and to all the flock, over the which the Holy Ghost hath made you overseers, to feed the church of God, which he hath purchased with his own blood.

29 - For I know this, that after my departing shall grievous wolves enter in among you, not sparing the flock.

30 - Also of your own selves shall men arise, speaking perverse things, to draw away disciples after them

Mal.1[ 3] And I hated Esau, and laid his mountains and his heritage waste for the dragons of the wilderness.

Rom.9[ 13] As it is written, Jacob have I loved, but Esau have I hated ( God said ).
