Neh.8[1 ] And all the people gathered themselves together as one man into the street that was before the water gate; and they spake unto Ezra the scribe to bring the book of the law of Moses, which the LORD had commanded to Israel.

[13] And on the second day were gathered together the chief of the fathers of all the people, the priests, and the Levites, unto Ezra the scribe, even to understand the words of the law.[14] And they found written in the law which the LORD had commanded by Moses, that the children of Israel should dwell in booths in the feast of the seventh month:[15 ] And that they should publish and proclaim in all their cities, and in Jerusalem, saying, Go forth unto the mount, and fetch olive branches, and pine branches, and myrtle branches, and palm branches, and branches of thick trees, to make booths, as it is written.[16 ] So the people went forth, and brought them, and made themselves booths, every one upon the roof of his house, and in their courts, and in the courts of the house of God, and in the street of the water gate, and in the street of the gate of Ephraim.[17 ] And all the congregation of them that were come again out of the captivity made booths, and sat under the booths: for since the days of Jeshua the son of Nun unto that day had not the children of Israel done so. And there was very great gladness .
[18] Also day by day, from the first day unto the last day, he read in the book of the law of God. And they kept the feast seven days; and on the eighth day was a solemn assembly, according unto the manner

It is all about Messiah who has eternal life

John.6[ 54] Whoso eateth my flesh, and drinketh my blood, hath eternal life; and I will raise him up at the last day.

[68] Then Simon Peter answered him, Lord, to whom shall we go? thou hast the words of eternal life.

1John.5[ 11] And this is the record, that God hath given to us eternal life, and this life is in his Son. [12 ] He that hath the Son hath life; and he that hath not the Son of God hath not life.[13 ] These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God.

[20] And we know that the Son of God is come, and hath given us an understanding, that we may know him that is true, and we are in him that is true, even in his Son Jesus Christ. This is the true God, and eternal life .

My sabbaths ye shall keep: for it is a sign

Exod.31[ 13] Speak thou also unto the children of Israel, saying, Verily my sabbaths ye shall keep: for it is a sign between me and you throughout your generations; that ye may know that I am the LORD that doth sanctify you. [ 14] Ye shall keep the sabbath therefore; for it is holy unto you: every one that defileth it shall surely be put to death: for whosoever doeth any work therein, that soul shall be cut off from among his people.[15] Six days may work be done; but in the seventh is the sabbath of rest, holy to the LORD: whosoever doeth any work in the sabbath day, he shall surely be put to death.[ 16] Wherefore the children of Israel shall keep the sabbath, to observe the sabbath throughout their generations, for a perpetual covenant.[17 ] It is a sign between me and the children of Israel for ever: for in six days the LORD made heaven and earth, and on the seventh day he rested, and was refreshed.

--------------------------------

total 70 bullocks

----------------------------

total 98 lambs of the first year without blemish

-------------------

total 14 rams

-------------------------------------------

total = 70 + 98 + 14 = 182 ( all these numbers are divisible by 7 )

total goats for a sin offering " 7 "

Also in verses:

14] And their meat offering shall be of flour mingled with oil, three tenth deals unto every bullock of the thirteen bullocks, two tenth deals to each ram of the two rams,

[15] And a several tenth deal to each lamb of the fourteen lambs:

[16] And one kid of the goats for a sin offering;

three tenth deals times 70 bullocks = 210/10

two tenth deals times 98 rams = 196/10

several tenth deal ( 1/10 ) times 14 lambs = 14/10

add 210 + 196 + 14 = 420/10 or 42 ( which is divisible by 7 )
