Shabbat Shalom

שַׁבָּת שָׁלוֹם

Today, we sadly use the Gregorian calendar from Pope Gregory; from the 1500’s.

November -- the ninth month – now it is the 11th month

Middle English Novembre
Latin November
Latin
Novembris mensis "ninth month"

Novembris had 30 days, until Numa when it had 29 days, until Julius when it became 30 days long.

Today is Nov. 11, 2023

Yehovah has His own calendar which is deleted from the world

We are now in the eight month called Bool, day 26

Bool - 1 Kings 6:38 - In English, scripture calls it Bul - Not called Cheshvan or Mar Cheshvan as Judaism states

1Kgs.6 [38] … in the month Bul, which is the eighth month

Notes:

Chislev - Zach 7:1 - in English, scripture calls it Chisleu

Nov, 16, Thursday - new moon – 9th month

Today’s topic:

Our congregation,

is all around the world

In Tennessee, why we attend this congregation?

Tell me, where is a better, more scriptural congregation?

My wife and I will go there…

Again, recently I found 2 people that have the wrong version of the bible, no Sabbath, feasts etc…

They ask me for information on who changed the Sabbath, the 4th commandment, I send it to them.

NO Response, no more dialogue, it’s over.  L

Again, to all the people from the past that left our congregation:

If you think I am saying something wrong or unscriptural, please come and have enough God in you to reason with me about that topic you disagree with me about.

Let’s reason the scriptures together.

Reason:

They just run away.

Well, here is a short study for a short day:

We attend this congregation because they keep the commandments; have the right bible version and many other things.

Here are some verses in Psalms and Proverbs with the word congregation:

Pss.1 [1] Blessed is the man that walks not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor stands in the way of sinners, nor sits in the seat of the scornful.

[2] But his delight is in the law of Yehovah; and in his law doth he meditate day and night.
[3] And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that brings forth his fruit in his season; his leaf also shall not wither; and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper.

[4] The ungodly are not so: but are like the chaff which the wind drives away.

[5] Therefore the ungodly shall not stand in the judgment nor sinners in the congregation of the righteous.

[6] For Yehovah knows the way of the righteous: but the way of the ungodly shall perish.

Pss.7 [1] O Yehovah my God, in you do I put my trust: save me from all them that persecute me, and deliver me:
[2] Lest he tear my soul like a lion, rending it in pieces, while there is none to deliver.
[3] O Yehovah my God, if I have done this; if there be iniquity in my hands;
[4] If I have rewarded evil unto him that was at peace with me; (yea, I have delivered him that without cause is mine enemy:)
[5] Let the enemy persecute my soul, and take it; yea, let him tread down my life upon the earth, and lay mine honor in the dust. Selah.

[6] Arise, O Yehovah, in your anger, lift up yourself because of the rage of mine enemies: and awake for me to the judgment that you have commanded.

[7] So shall the congregation of the people compass you about: for their sakes therefore return you on high.

[8] Yehovah shall judge the people: judge me, O Yehovah, according to my righteousness, and according to mine integrity that is in me.
[9] Oh let the wickedness of the wicked come to an end; but establish the just: for the righteous God tries the hearts and reins.

Prov.25 [23] The north wind drives away rain: so doth an angry countenance a backbiting tongue.

Place to eliminate:

Catholic and Protestantism nor any religions are all places you should not want to attend.

This eliminates all churches. (And they say they have the truth, ha)

Then there is Judaism, no Messiah Yeshua, no offering for salvation etc….this eliminates synagogues.

Then we have the Messianic Mess congregations which are all different and don’t agree with each other, all different doctrines, bible versions etc…. This eliminates them.

People say all the time, all churches, congregations and synagogues say they are the only true right one. Which one is right?

Yeshua said:

John 7 [24] Judge not according to the appearance, but judge righteous judgment.

In closing for today:

By this small study, you should know where to go to congregate, and you should know why we attend this congregation

These questions below should be asked:

Who should I believeWhere should I attend? Which Bible version should I read?

Again, prove all things with the Word - Apostle Paul, in his letter to the Thessalonians says:

Thes. 5 [21] Prove all things; hold fast that which is good.

Now you know at least by all these reasons why we are at this congregation.

May Yehovah bless our congregation…
