Shabbat Shalom

Today we use the Gregorian calendar

(From Pope Gregory, from the 1500's) March 1, 2010

However, God has His own calendar

12th month called Adar, 14th day

Esth. 3 [7] In the first month, that is, the month Nisan, in the twelfth year of king Ahasuerus, they cast Pur, that is, the lot, before Haman from day to day, and from month to month, to the twelfth month, that is, the month Adar.

Topic: "The Invisible, Hidden - Star"

A short recap of all I have been talking about

- first letter in the Hebrew alphabet and is " hidden or silent "

means to dwell, live

I can see by this word Adar, when broken down, it can convey a message that the invisible God wants to dwell among us and in us.

Happy Purim

Adar - A primitive root; to expand, that is, be great or (figuratively) magnificent: - (become) glorious, honorable. (A mantle, cloak)

In Hebrew the word Esther means "star" but the root of the word Esther is satar and means "hidden".

The words God, Lord are "hidden" in this book of Esther

Something or someone glorious is "hidden"

Lets examine:

Is the "Morning Star - The Word of the Lord", the "real Messiah", hidden from this world?

Rev. 22 [16] I Yeshua / Jesus have sent mine angel to testify unto you these things in the churches. I am the root and the offspring of David, and the bright and morning star.

Rev. 19 [13] And He was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and His name is called The Word of God.

John 1 [1] In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.

1Sam. 3 [21] And the LORD appeared again in Shiloh: for the LORD revealed himself to Samuel in Shiloh by the word of the LORD.

John. 16 [3] And these things will they do unto you, because they have not known the Father, nor me. (His Word - the Messiah)

A good time to reflect and remind ourselves on the many things of God that are "hidden", lest we miss them

I detect a evil root, a seed and a trail from Haman back through time to Agag the king of the Amalekites , Amalek and Esau.

Lets examine:

Exod. 17 [14] And the LORD said unto Moses, Write this for a memorial in a book, and rehearse it in the ears of Joshua: for I will utterly put out the remembrance of Amalek from under heaven.

Num. 24 [20] And when he looked on Amalek, he took up his parable, and said, Amalek was the first of the nations; but his latter end shall be that he perish for ever.

Deut. 25 [17] Remember what Amalek did unto thee by the way, when ye were come forth out of Egypt; [18] How he met thee by the way, and smote the hindmost of thee, even all that were feeble behind thee, when thou wast faint and weary; and he feared not God.

1 Sam. 15 Samuel hewed Agag in pieces before the LORD

Rom. 9 [13] As it is written, Jacob have I loved, but Esau have I hated.

Mal. 1 [3] And I hated Esau, and laid his mountains and his heritage waste for the dragons of the wilderness.

Esth. 7 [10] So they hanged Haman on the gallows that he had prepared for Mordecai.

Esth. 9 : 14 they hanged Haman's ten sons.

Sad to say, Satan has blinded the minds of many people for centuries

2 Cor. 4 [4] In whom the god of this world (Satan) hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Messiah, who is the image of God, should shine unto them.

Here are a few of the very important things that are hidden and replaced:

The God of Israel is hidden

God's true Messiah, the Word of God, Yeshua is hidden

God's ways are hidden

God's commandments, judgments and statutes are hidden

God's Torah / laws are hidden

God's feasts are hidden

God's Sabbath is hidden

God's food laws are hidden

God's words are hidden and replaced

As Moses, we need to endure, as seeing Him (God, Messiah) who is invisible, hidden!

Heb.11 [27] By faith he (Moses) forsook Egypt, not fearing the wrath of the king: for he endured, as seeing him who is invisible.

Now unto the King eternal, immortal, invisible, the only wise God, be honor and glory forever and ever, amen!

Shalom all
