If out of town - Travel Expenses:

The host is expected to take care of all travel expenses.

Airfare, bus, train, rental car if needed, etc.

If I drive to your meeting, fuel expenses are expected. Receipts will be supplied.

Food & Lodging:

The host should provide lodging and meals during the entire event. (hotel & restaurant fees)
