Travel Expenses:
The host is expected to take care of all travel expenses. Example, airfare, bus, train, rental car if needed, etc. If I drive to your meeting, fuel expenses are expected. Receipts will be supplied.

Food & Lodging:
The host should provide lodging and meals during the entire event. ( hotel & restaurant fees )

Please have available during the meeting two large tables for study material and projector if used.
