One in Messiah Congregation

Nisan 20 – 4/26/2019

To the churches of the Gentiles

Rom.16 [1] I commend unto you Phebe our sister, which is a servant of the church which is at Cenchrea:
[2] That ye receive her in Yehovah, as becometh saints, and that ye assist her in whatsoever business she hath need of you: for she hath been a succourer of many, and of myself also.
[3] Greet Priscilla and Aquila my helpers in Messiah Yeshua: [4] Who have for my life laid down their own necks: unto whom not only I give thanks, but also all the
churches of the Gentiles.

Some things “Set in order” in our congregation

By God pertaining to His feasts

Lev.23[1] And Yehovah spake unto Moses, saying,[2] Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, Concerning the feasts of Yehovah, which ye shall proclaim to be holy convocations, even these are My feasts.

Very Important!

Exod.23

[14] Three times thou shalt keep a feast unto me in the year.
[15] Thou shalt keep the feast of unleavened bread: (thou shalt eat unleavened bread seven days, as
I commanded thee, in the time appointed of the month ha Aviv; for in it thou camest out from Egypt: and none shall appear before me empty:)

[16] And the feast of harvest, the firstfruits of thy labours, which thou hast sown in the field: and the feast of ingathering, which is in the end of the year, when thou hast gathered in thy labours out of the field.

[17] Three times in the year all thy males shall appear before the Lord Yehovah.

Deut.16

[1] Observe the month of ha Aviv, and keep the passover unto Yehovah thy God: for in the month of ha Aviv Yehovah thy God brought thee forth out of Egypt by night.

[2] Thou shalt therefore sacrifice the passover unto Yehovah thy God, of the flock and the herd, in the place which Yehovah shall choose to place his name there.

[3] Thou shalt eat no leavened bread with it; seven days shalt thou eat unleavened bread therewith, even the bread of affliction; for thou camest forth out of the land of Egypt in haste: that thou mayest remember the day when thou camest forth out of the land of Egypt all the days of thy life.

[4] And there shall be no leavened breadseen” with thee in all thy coast seven days; neither shall there anything of the flesh, which thou sacrificedst the first day at even, remain all night until the morning.

[5] Thou mayest not sacrifice the passover within any of thy gates, which Yehovah thy God giveth thee:

[6] But at the place which Yehovah thy God shall choose to place his name in, there thou shalt sacrifice the passover at even, at the going down of the sun, at the season that thou camest forth out of Egypt.

Now at the congregation Yehovah gave us.

[7] And thou shalt roast and eat it in the place which Yehovah thy God shall choose: and thou shalt turn in the morning, and go unto thy tents.

[8] Six days thou shalt eat unleavened bread: and on the seventh day shall be a solemn assembly to Yehovah thy God: thou shalt do no work therein.

[9] Seven weeks shalt thou number unto thee: begin to number the seven weeks from such time as thou beginnest to put the sickle to the corn.

[10] And thou shalt keep the feast of weeks unto Yehovah thy God with a tribute of a freewill offering of thine hand, which thou shalt give unto Yehovah thy God, according as Yehovah thy God hath blessed thee:
[11] And thou shalt rejoice before Yehovah thy God, thou, and thy son, and thy daughter, and thy manservant, and thy maidservant, and the Levite that is within thy gates, and the stranger, and the fatherless, and the widow, that are among you,
in the place which Yehovah thy God hath chosen to place his name there.

[12] And thou shalt remember that thou wast a bondman in Egypt: and thou shalt observe and do these statutes.
[13] Thou shalt observe the
feast of tabernacles seven days, after that thou hast gathered in thy corn and thy wine:

[14] And thou shalt rejoice in thy feast, thou, and thy son, and thy daughter, and thy manservant, and thy maidservant, and the Levite, the stranger, and the fatherless, and the widow, that are within thy gates.

All together

[15] Seven days shalt thou keep a solemn feast unto Yehovah thy God in the place which Yehovah shall choose: because Yehovah thy God shall bless thee in all thine increase, and in all the works of thine hands, therefore thou shalt surely rejoice.

[16] Three times in a year shall all thy males appear before Yehovah thy God in the place which he shall choose; in the feast of unleavened bread, and in the feast of weeks, and in the feast of tabernacles: and they shall not appear before Yehovah empty:

[17] Every man shall give as he is able, according to the blessing of Yehovah thy God which he hath given thee.

Acts.2 – Feast of Weeks

[1] And when the day of Pentecost was fully come, they were all with one accord in one place.
[2] And suddenly there came a sound from heaven as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled all the house where they were sitting.
[3] And there appeared unto them cloven tongues like as of fire, and it sat upon each of them.
[4] And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.
[5] And there were dwelling at Jerusalem Jews, devout men, out of every nation under heaven.
[6] Now when this was noised abroad, the multitude came together, and were confounded, because that every man heard them speak in his own language.
[7] And they were all amazed and marvelled, saying one to another, Behold, are not all these which speak Galilaeans?
[8] And how hear we every man in our own tongue, wherein we were born?
[9] Parthians, and Medes, and Elamites, and the dwellers in Mesopotamia, and in Judaea, and Cappadocia, in Pontus, and Asia,
[10] Phrygia, and Pamphylia, in Egypt, and in the parts of Libya about Cyrene, and strangers of Rome, Jews and proselytes,
[11] Cretes and Arabians, we do hear them speak in our tongues the wonderful works of God.

Some things “Set in order” in congregations by Saul

1Cor.11 [34] And if any man hunger, let him eat at home; that ye come not together unto condemnation. And the rest will I set in order when I come.

Titus 1

[1] Paul, a servant of God, and an apostle of Yeshua the Messiah, according to the faith of God's elect, and the acknowledging of the truth which is after godliness;
[2] In hope of eternal life, which God, that cannot lie, promised before the world began;
[3] But hath in due times manifested his word through preaching, which is committed unto me according to the commandment of God our Saviour;
[4] To Titus, mine own son after the common faith: Grace, mercy, and peace, from God the Father and the Lord Yeshua the Messiah our Saviour.
[5] For this cause left I thee in Crete,
that thou shouldest set in order the things that are wanting (lacking) , and ordain elders in every city, as I had appointed thee:

1 Thes. 4

[11] And that ye study to be quiet, and to do your own business, and to work with your own hands, as we commanded you;

2 Thes. 3

[10] For even when we were with you, this we commanded you, that if any would not work, neither should he eat.

We agree with Saul, here are a few things we command:

Some things “Set in order” in our congregation by me,

 Minister Malachi

We start our reading and fellowship on Friday evening as the Sabbath begins.

We start our Sabbath service at 12 noon

We are all with one accord in one place like Acts - at the 3 feasts of Yehovah at our congregation the Lord gave us.

As Saul puts it:

1Cor.7 [12] But to the rest speak I, not the Lord:

1Cor.7 [40] But she is happier if she so abide, after my judgment: and I think also that I have the Spirit of God.

1Cor.14 [40] Let all things be done decently and in order.

We all talk, ask questions, or give answers “we talk one at a time”.

Ask yourselves, when you speak or whatever you do:

Are you strengthening the brothers and sisters or discouraging them?

Shalom
