Things True and Things false

Things false

Pss.7 [14] Behold, he travailed with iniquity, and hath conceived mischief, and brought forth falsehood.[15] He made a pit, and digged it, and is fallen into the ditch which he made.[16] His mischief shall return upon his own head, and his violent dealing shall come down upon his own pate.

Pss.27 [12] Deliver me not over unto the will of mine enemies: for false witnesses are risen up against me, and such as breathe out cruelty.

Pss.35 [11] False witnesses did rise up; they laid to my charge things that I knew not.[12] They rewarded me evil for good to the spoiling of my soul.

Pss.44 [17] All this is come upon us; yet have we not forgotten thee, neither have we dealt falsely in thy covenant.

Pss.119 [104] Through thy precepts I get understanding: therefore I hate every false way.

[118] You have trodden down all them that err from thy statutes: for their deceit is falsehood.

[128] Therefore I esteem all thy precepts concerning all things to be right; and I hate every false way.

Pss.120 [3] What shall be given unto thee? or what shall be done unto thee, you false tongue? [4] Sharp arrows of the mighty, with coals of juniper.

Pss.144 [7] Send thine hand from above; rid me, and deliver me out of great waters, from the hand of strange children;[8] Whose mouth speaks vanity, and their right hand is a right hand of falsehood.

[9] I will sing a new song unto thee, O God: upon a psaltery and an instrument of ten strings will I sing praises unto thee.[10] It is he that gives salvation unto kings: who delivers David his servant from the hurtful sword.

[11] Rid me, and deliver me from the hand of strange children, whose mouth speaks vanity, and their right hand is a right hand of falsehood:[12] That our sons may be as plants grown up in their youth; that our daughters may be as corner stones, polished after the similitude of a palace:[13] That our garners may be full, affording all manner of store: that our sheep may bring forth thousands and ten thousands in our streets:
[14] That our oxen may be strong to labor; that there be no breaking in, nor going out; that there be no complaining in our streets.[15] Happy is that people, that is in such a case: yea, happy is that people, whose God is Yehovah.

Prov.6 [16] These six things doth Yehovah hate: yea, seven are an abomination unto him:[17] A proud look, a lying tongue, and hands that shed innocent blood,
[18] An heart that devises wicked imaginations, feet that be swift in running to mischief,
[19] A false witness that speaks lies, and he that sows discord among brethren.

Prov.11 [1] A false balance is abomination to Yehovah: but a just weight is his delight.

Prov.12 [17] He that speaks truth shows forth righteousness: but a false witness deceit.

Prov.14 [5] A faithful witness will not lie: but a false witness will utter lies.

Prov.17 [4] A wicked doer gives heed to false lips; and a liar gives ear to a naughty tongue.

Prov.19 [5] A false witness shall not be unpunished, and he that speaks lies shall not escape.

[9] A false witness shall not be unpunished, and he that speaks lies shall perish.

Prov.20 [23] Divers weights are an abomination unto Yehovah; and a false balance is not good.

Prov.21 [28] A false witness shall perish: but the man that hears speaks constantly.

Prov.25 [14] Whoso boasts himself of a false gift is like clouds and wind without rain.

[18] A man that bears false witness against his neighbor is a maul, and a sword, and a sharp arrow.

Matt.5 [11] Blessed are you, when men shall revile you, and persecute you, and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely, for my sake.[12] Rejoice, and be exceeding glad: for great is your reward in heaven: for so persecuted they the prophets which were before you.

Matt.7 [15] Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves.

Matt.15 [17] Do not you yet understand, that whatsoever enters in at the mouth gos into the belly, and is cast out into the draught?[18] But those things which proceed out of the mouth come forth from the heart; and they defile the man.[19] For out of the heart proceed evil thoughts, murders, adulteries, fornications, thefts, false witness, blasphemies: [20] These are the things which defile a man: but to eat with unwashed hands defiles not a man.

Matt.19 [18] …Yeshua said, You shall do no murder, You shall not commit adultery, You shall not steal, You shall not bear false witness, [19] Honor thy father and thy mother: and, You shall love thy neighbor as thyself.

Matt.24 [11] And many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many.

[24] For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall show great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect.

Matt.26 [59] Now the chief priests, and elders, and all the council, sought false witness against Yeshua, to put him to death; [60] But found none: yea, though many false witnesses came, yet found they none. At the last came two false witnesses, [61] And said, This fellow said, I am able to destroy the temple of God, and to build it in three days.

Mark.13 [22] For false Christs and false prophets shall rise, and shall show signs and wonders, to seduce, if it were possible, even the elect.

Mark.14 [56] For many bare false witness against him, but their witness agreed not together. [57] And there arose certain, and bare false witness against him, saying,[58] We heard him say, I will destroy this temple that is made with hands, and within three days I will build another made without hands.[59] But neither so did their witness agree together.

Luke.3 [12] Then came also publicans to be baptized, and said unto him, Master, what shall we do?[13] And he said unto them, Exact no more than that which is appointed you.[14] And the soldiers likewise demanded of him, saying, And what shall we do? And he said unto them, do violence to no man neither accuse any falsely; and be content with your wages.

Luke.6 [26] Woe unto you, when all men shall speak well of you! for so did their fathers to the false prophets.

Luke.19 [8] And Zacchaeus stood, and said unto the Lord; Behold, Lord, the half of my goods I give to the poor; and if I have taken anything from any man by false accusation, I restore him fourfold.[9] And Yeshua said unto him, This day is salvation come to this house, forsomuch as he also is a son of Abraham.
[10] For the Son of man is come to seek and to save that which was lost.

Acts.6 [13] And set up false witnesses, which said, This man ceaseth not to speak blasphemous words against this holy place, and the law: [14] For we have heard him say, that this Yeshua of Nazareth shall destroy this place, and shall change the customs which Moses delivered us.
[15] And all that sat in the council, looking steadfastly on him, saw his face as it had been the face of an angel.
- Stephen

Acts.13 [6] And when they had gone through the isle unto Paphos, they found a certain sorcerer, a false prophet, a Jew, whose name was Bar-jesus: [7] Which was with the deputy of the country, Sergius Paulus, a prudent man; who called for Barnabas and Saul, and desired to hear the word of God.[8] But Elymas the sorcerer (for so is his name by interpretation) withstood them, seeking to turn away the deputy from the faith.

2Cor.11 [12] But what I do, that I will do, that I may cut off occasion from them which desire occasion; that wherein they glory, they may be found even as we.[13] For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into the apostles of Messiah.[14] And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light.
[15] Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also be transformed as the ministers of righteousness; whose end shall be according to their works.[
26] In journeyings often, in perils of waters, in perils of robbers, in perils by mine own countrymen, in perils by the heathen, in perils in the city, in perils in the wilderness, in perils in the sea, in perils among false brethren;

Gal.2 [4] And that because of false brethren unawares brought in, who came in privily to spy out our liberty which we have in Messiah Yeshua, that they might bring us into bondage: [5] To whom we gave place by subjection, no, not for an hour; that the truth of the gospel might continue with you.

1Tim.6 [20] O Timothy, keep that which is committed to thy trust, avoiding profane and vain babblings, and oppositions of science falsely so called: [21] Which some professing have erred concerning the faith. Grace be with thee. Amen.

2Tim.3 [1] This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come.
[2] For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy,[3] Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good,
[4] Traitors, heady, high-minded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God;
[5] Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.

Tit.2 [1] But speak you the things which become sound doctrine:
[2] That the aged men be sober, grave, temperate, sound in faith, in charity, in patience.[3] The aged women likewise, that they be in behavior as becomes holiness, not false accusers, not given to much wine, teachers of good things;[4] That they may teach the young women to be sober, to love their husbands, to love their children, [5] To be discreet, chaste, keepers at home, good, obedient to their own husbands, that the word of God be not blasphemed.

2Pet.2 [1] But there were false prophets also among the people, even as there shall be false teachers among you, who privily shall bring in damnable heresies, even denying the Lord that bought them, and bring upon themselves swift destruction.

1John.4 [1] Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world.[2] Hereby know you the Spirit of God: Every spirit that confesses that Yeshua the Messiah is come in the flesh is of God:[3] And every spirit that confesses not that Yeshua the Messiah is come in the flesh is not of God: and this is that spirit of antichrist, whereof you have heard that it should come; and even now already is it in the world.

Rev.16 [13] And I saw three unclean spirits like frogs come out of the mouth of the dragon, and out of the mouth of the beast, and out of the mouth of the false prophet.

Rev.19 [20] And the beast was taken, and with him the false prophet that wrought miracles before him, with which he deceived them that had received the mark of the beast, and them that worshipped his image. These both were cast alive into a lake of fire burning with brimstone.

Rev.20 [10] And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet are, and shall be tormented day and night forever and ever.

Things true

Pss.19 [9] The fear of Yehovah is clean, enduring for ever: the judgments of Yehovah are true and righteous altogether.

Pss.119 [160] Thy word is true from the beginning: and every one of thy righteous judgments endures forever.

Prov.14 [25] A true witness delivers souls: but a deceitful witness speaks lies.

Matt.22 [16] And they sent out unto him their disciples with the Herodians, saying, Master, we know that you are true, and teach the way of God in truth, neither care  you for any man: for you regard not the person of men.[17] Tell us therefore, What think you? Is it lawful to give tribute unto Caesar, or not?[18] But Yeshua perceived their wickedness, and said, Why tempt you me, you hypocrites?[19] Show me the tribute money. And they brought unto him a penny.[20] And he said unto them, Whose is this image and superscription?[21] They say unto him, Caesar's. Then said he unto them, Render therefore unto Caesar the things which are Caesar's; and unto God the things that are God's.

Luke.16 [11] If therefore you have not been faithful in the unrighteous mammon, who will commit to your trust the true riches?

John.1 [6] There was a man sent from God, whose name was John.
[7] The same came for a witness, to bear witness of the Light, that all men through him might believe.[8] He was not that Light, but was sent to bear witness of that Light.
[9] That was the true Light, which lights every man that cometh into the world.

John the Baptist and Yeshua

John.3 [30] He must increase, but I must decrease.[31] He that cometh from above is above all: he that is of the earth is earthly, and speaks of the earth: he that cometh from heaven is above all.[32] And what he hath seen and heard, that he testifies; and no man receives his testimony.[33] He that hath received his testimony hath set to his seal that God is true.[34] For he whom God hath sent speaks the words of God: for God gives not the Spirit by measure unto him.[35] The Father loves the Son, and hath given all things into his hand.[36] He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abides on him.

John.4 [23] … the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeks such to worship him.[24] God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth.

John.5 [31] If I bear witness of myself, my witness is not true.[32] There is another that bears witness of me; and I know that the witness which he witnesses of me is true.

John.6 [32] Then Yeshua said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Moses gave you not that bread from heaven; but my Father gives you the true bread from heaven.

John.7 [18] He that speaks of himself seeks his own glory: but he that seeks his glory that sent him, the same is true, and no unrighteousness is in him.

[28] Then cried Yeshua in the temple as he taught, saying, Ye both know me, and you know whence I am: and I am not come of myself, but he that sent me is true, whom you know not.

John.8 [13] The Pharisees therefore said unto him, you bear record of thyself; thy record is not true.

[14] Yeshua answered and said unto them, Though I bear record of myself, yet my record is true: for I know whence I came, and whither I go; but you cannot tell whence I come, and whither I go.

[15] Ye judge after the flesh; I judge no man.

[16] And yet if I judge, my judgment is true: for I am not alone, but I and the Father that sent me.

[17] It is also written in your law, that the testimony of two men is true.

[18] I am one that bear witness of myself, and the Father that sent me bears witness of me.[

19] Then said they unto him, Where is thy Father? Yeshua answered, you neither know me, nor my Father: if you had known me, you should have known my Father also.

[20] These words spoke Yeshua in the treasury, as he taught in the temple: and no man laid hands on him; for his hour was not yet come.

[21] Then said Yeshua again unto them, I go my way, and you shall seek me, and shall die in your sins: whither I go, you cannot come.

[22] Then said the Jews, Will he kill himself? because he said, Whither I go, you cannot come.
[23] And he said unto them, You are from beneath; I am from above: you are of this world; I am not of this world.
[24] I said therefore unto you, that you shall die in your sins: for if you believe not that I am he, you shall die in your sins.
[25] Then said they unto him, Who are you? And Yeshua said unto them, Even the same that I said unto you from the beginning.
[26] I have many things to say and to judge of you: but he that sent me is true; and I speak to the world those things which I have heard of him.

John.10 [41] And many resorted unto him, and said, John did no miracle: but all things that John spoke of this man were true.

John.15 [1] I am the true vine, and my Father is the husbandman.

John.17 [3] And this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God, and Yeshua the Messiah, whom you have sent.

John.19 [35] And he that saw it bare record, and his record is true: and he knoweth that he said true, that you might believe.

John.21 [24] This is the disciple which testified of these things, and wrote these things: and we know that his testimony is true.

Rom.3 [1] What advantage then hath the Jew? or what profit is there of circumcision?
[2] Much every way: chiefly, because that unto them were committed the oracles of God.[3] For what if some did not believe? Shall their unbelief make the faith of God without effect?
[4] God forbid: yea, let God be true, but every man a liar; as it is written, That you might be justified in thy sayings, and might overcome when you are judged.

Eph.4 [20] … you have not so learned Messiah;[21] If so be that you have heard him, and have been taught by him, as the truth is in Yeshua:[22] That you put off concerning the former conversation the old man, which is corrupt according to the deceitful lusts;[23] And be renewed in the spirit of your mind;[24] And that you put on the new man, which after God is created in righteousness and true holiness.

Phil.4 [3] And I intreat thee also, true yokefellow, help those women which labored with me in the gospel, with Clement also, and with other my fellow laborers, whose names are in the book of life.

[8] Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.[9] Those things, which you have both learned, and received, and heard, and seen in me, do: and the God of peace shall be with you.

1Thes.1 [9] For they themselves show of us what manner of entering in we had unto you, and how you turned to God from idols to serve the living and true God; [10] And to wait for his Son from heaven, whom he raised from the dead, even Jesus, which delivered us from the wrath to come.

Heb.9 [24] For Messiah is not entered into the holy places made with hands, which are the figures of the true; but into heaven itself, now to appear in the presence of God for us…

Heb.10 [22] Let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience, and our bodies washed with pure water.[23] Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering; (for he is faithful that promised;)[24] And let us consider one another to provoke unto love and to good works:[25] Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as you see the day approaching.

1John.2 [8] Again, a new commandment I write unto you, which thing is true in him and in you: because the darkness is past, and the true light now shins.[9] He that says he is in the light, and hates his brother, is in darkness even until now.[10] He that loves his brother abides in the light, and there is none occasion of stumbling in him.[11] But he that hates his brother is in darkness, and walks in darkness, and knows not whither he goes, because that darkness hath blinded his eyes.

1John.5 [20] And we know that the Son of God is come, and hath given us an understanding, that we may know him that is true, and we are in him that is true, even in his Son Yeshua Messiah. This is the true God, and eternal life.

3John.1 [12] Demetrius hath good report of all men, and of the truth itself: yea, and we also bear record; and you know that our record is true.

Rev.3 [14] And unto the angel of the church of the Laodiceans write; these things says the Amen, the faithful and true witness, the beginning of the creation of God;

Rev.6 [9] And when he had opened the fifth seal, I saw under the altar the souls of them that were slain for the word of God, and for the testimony which they held:[10] And they cried with a loud voice, saying, How long, O Lord, holy and true, do you not judge and avenge our blood on them that dwell on the earth?[11] And white robes were given unto every one of them; and it was said unto them, that they should rest yet for a little season, until their fellow servants also and their brethren, that should be killed as they were, should be fulfilled.

Rev.15 [1] And I saw another sign in heaven, great and marvelous, seven angels having the seven last plagues; for in them is filled up the wrath of God.[2] And I saw as it were a sea of glass mingled with fire: and them that had gotten the victory over the beast, and over his image, and over his mark, and over the number of his name, stand on the sea of glass, having the harps of God.[3] And they sing the song of Moses the servant of God, and the song of the Lamb, saying, Great and marvelous are thy works, Lord God Almighty; just and true are thy ways, you King of saints.

Rev.16 [4] And the third angel poured out his vial upon the rivers and fountains of waters; and they became blood.[5] And I heard the angel of the waters say, You are righteous, O Lord, which are, and was, and shall be, because you have judged thus.
[6] For they have shed the blood of saints and prophets, and you have given them blood to drink; for they are worthy.
[7] And I heard another out of the altar say, Even so, Lord God Almighty, true and righteous are thy judgments.

Rev.19 [1]… after these things I heard a great voice of much people in heaven, saying, HalleluYah; Salvation, and glory, and honor, and power, unto the Lord our God:

[2] For true and righteous are his judgments: for he hath judged the great whore, which did corrupt the earth with her fornication, and hath avenged the blood of his servants at her hand.

[3] And again they said, HalleluYah. And her smoke rose up forever and ever.
[4] And the four and twenty elders and the four beasts fell down and worshipped God that sat on the throne, saying, Amen; HalleluYah
[5] And a voice came out of the throne, saying, Praise our God, all you his servants, and you that fear him, both small and great.
[6] And I heard as it were the voice of a great multitude, and as the voice of many waters, and as the voice of mighty thunderings, saying, Alleluia: for the Lord God omnipotent reigns.
[7] Let us be glad and rejoice, and give honor to him: for the marriage of the Lamb is come, and his wife hath made herself ready.
[8] And to her was granted that she should be arrayed in fine linen, clean and white: for the fine linen is the righteousness of saints.
[9] And he said unto me, Write, Blessed are they which are called unto the marriage supper of [10] And I fell at his feet to worship him. And he said unto me, See you do it not: I am thy fellow servant, and of thy brethren that have the testimony of Yeshua: worship God: for the testimony of Yeshua is the spirit of prophecy.
[11] And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and he that sat upon him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he doth judge and make war.
[12] His eyes were as a flame of fire, and on his head were many crowns; and he had a name written, that no man knew, but he himself.
[13] And he was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and his name is called The Word of God.
[14] And the armies which were in heaven followed him upon white horses, clothed in fine linen, white and clean.
[15] And out of his mouth goes a sharp sword, that with it he should smite the nations: and he shall rule them with a rod of iron: and he treads the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God.
[16] And he hath on his vesture and on his thigh a name written, KING OF KINGS, AND LORD OF LORDS.

Rev.21 [5] And he that sat upon the throne said, Behold, I make all things new. And he said unto me, Write: for these words are true and faithful.[6] And he said unto me, It is done. I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end. I will give unto him that is athirst of the fountain of the water of life freely.[7] He that overcomes shall inherit all things; and I will be his God, and he shall be my son.

Rev.22 [6] And he said unto me, These sayings are faithful and true: and the Lord God of the holy prophets sent his angel to show unto his servants the things which must shortly be done.

hatred

variance

emulations

Envyings

of the which I tell you before, ;as I have also told you in time past, that they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God.

These are two lists we don’t want to be on.
