Simply
put: you therefore do greatly error
God
is, not will be the God of the Living
-------------------------------------
All the verses about sleeping in the dust is talking
about your flesh, spirits don’t sleep, hover in dust J
The flesh will be change into incorruptible flesh at the “last
day”
-----------------
Heaven and
Hell are spiritual places
Yes there are People that have died, in Heaven & Hell today, even now as you read this!
We are not talking
about people in the flesh
When
we are alive on earth we are called a living soul. (with a spirit)
When
we die we are called quickening spirits.
----------------------------------
1Pet.3[19] By which also he (Yeshua) went and preached unto
the spirits in prison;[20] Which sometime were disobedient, when once
the longsuffering of God waited in the days of Noah,
while the ark was a preparing, wherein few, that is, eight souls were saved by
water.

Remember:
Hell has other references as prison, the pit
Being with
God has many references as Heaven, Abraham’s bosom, paradise
Hell now
while the earth abides then the Lake of Fire

Moses
and Elias – their spirits are not sleeping in the dust, they appeared!
[1]
And after six days Jesus taketh Peter, James, and John his brother, and bringeth them up into an high mountain apart,
[2] And was transfigured before them: and his face did shine as the sun,
and his raiment was white as the light.
[3] And, behold, there appeared unto them Moses and Elias talking with him.
[4]
Then answered Peter, and said unto Jesus, Lord, it is good for us to be here:
if thou wilt, let us make here three tabernacles; one for thee, and one for
Moses, and one for Elias.
[5] While he yet spake, behold, a bright cloud overshadowed them: and
behold a voice out of the cloud, which said, This is
my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased; hear ye him.

Hell
As you read Luke 16, just think these people are still there
today
Luke.16
[19]
There was a certain rich man, which was clothed in
purple and fine linen, and fared sumptuously every day:
[20] And
there was a certain beggar named Lazarus, which was laid at his gate, full of
sores,
[21] And
desiring to be fed with the crumbs which fell from the rich man's table:
moreover the dogs came and licked his sores.
[22] And it came to pass, that the beggar died,
and was carried by the angels into Abraham's bosom:
the rich man also died, and was buried;
[23] And in hell he lift up
his eyes, being in torments, and seeth Abraham afar
off, and Lazarus in his bosom.
[24] And he
cried and said, Father Abraham, have mercy on me, and send Lazarus, that he may
dip the tip of his finger in water, and cool my tongue;
for I am tormented in this flame.
[25] But Abraham said, Son, remember that thou in thy lifetime receivedst thy good things, and likewise Lazarus evil
things:
but now he is comforted, and thou art tormented.
[26] And beside all this, between us and you there is
a great gulf fixed: so that they which would
pass from hence to you cannot; neither can they pass to us,
that would come from thence.
[27] Then he said, I pray thee therefore, father, that thou wouldest
send him to my father's house:
[28] For I have five brethren; that he may testify unto them,
lest they also come into this place of torment.
[29] Abraham saith unto him, They have Moses and the
prophets; let them hear them.
[30] And he said, Nay, father Abraham: but if one went
unto them from the dead, they will repent.
[31] And he said unto him, If they hear not Moses and
the prophets, neither will they be persuaded, though one rose from the dead.
Isa.14[9] Hell from beneath is
moved for thee to meet thee at thy coming: it stirreth
up the dead for thee, even all the chief ones of
the earth; it hath raised up from their thrones all the kings of the nations. [15]
Yet thou shalt be brought down to hell, to the sides of
the pit.
Matt.25 [41] Then shall he say also unto them on the left hand,
Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire,
prepared for the devil and his angels:

Here
is a reference to other people in heaven compared to John as he was living on
earth
Matt.11[11]
Verily I say unto you, Among them that are born of women there hath not risen a
greater than John the Baptist:
notwithstanding he that
is least in the kingdom of heaven is greater than he. (John)
Luke.7 28] For I say
unto you, Among those that are born of women there is not a greater prophet
than John the Baptist: but he that is least in the kingdom of God is greater
than he.

Another reference
Matt.5 [19] Whosoever therefore shall break one of these
least commandments, and shall teach men so, he
shall be called the least " in ", (which
means by, among ) kingdom of heaven:
but whosoever shall do and teach them, the same shall be called great "
in ", (which means by, among ) the kingdom of heaven

Here is a reference to a man that was about to die as Yeshua died
-
Luke.23
[39]
And one of the malefactors which were hanged
railed on him, saying, If thou be Christ, save thyself and us.
[40] But the other answering rebuked him, saying, Dost
not thou fear God, seeing thou art in the same condemnation?
[41] And we indeed justly; for we receive the due reward of our deeds:
but this man hath done nothing amiss.
[42] And he said unto Jesus, Lord, remember me
when thou comest into thy kingdom.
[43] And Jesus said unto him, Verily I say unto
thee, today shalt thou be with me in paradise.

Elijah
into heaven
2Kgs.2[1] And it came to pass, when Yehovah would take up Elijah into heaven by a whirlwind,
that Elijah went with Elisha from Gilgal. [11]
And it came to pass, as they still went on, and talked, that, behold, there
appeared a chariot of fire, and horses of fire, and parted them both asunder;
and Elijah went up by a whirlwind into heaven.

Many verses say God is in heaven, I am not going to mention
them all. Angeles, God’s army etc., are all in heaven now.
Ecclesiastes
5:2
Be not rash with thy mouth, and let not thine heart be hasty to utter anything
before God: for God is in heaven, and thou upon
earth: therefore let thy words be few.

Yeshua taught hid disciples to pray:
Matt 6
[9] After
this manner therefore pray ye: Our Father which art in
heaven, Hallowed be thy name.
[10] Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, as
it is in heaven.
Pss.11[4] The LORD is in his holy temple, the LORD's throne is in heaven: his eyes behold, his
eyelids try, the children of men.

Rev.19 [1] And after these things I heard
a great voice of much people in heaven, saying, Alleluia; Salvation, and glory, and honour, and power, unto the Lord our God:

Many pseudo ministers misinterpret these
verses
Let's break down this scripture,
John 3:13
John.3 [13]
And no man hath ascended up to heaven, but he that came down from heaven , even the Son of man which is in heaven.
John.3 [13]
1 - And no man hath ascended up
to heaven,
2 - but he that came down from
heaven,
3 - even the
Son of man which is in heaven.
1 - John.3
[13] And no man hath ascended
up to heaven,
No mere man, as you Nicodemus, "came from heaven" or hath
ascended to heaven to bring from heaven the knowledge and mysteries of God (
heavenly things - verse 12 ) and then return to earth to teach men what he
knew, as I, Yeshua had done.
Prophets have had visions of what Yehovah has
wanted them to reveal to the people, but they have never actually been in
heaven and seen the God Almighty in all His power ( No man has seen God at any
time - John 1:18, 4:12). However God showed up many time and in many places in
other forms, manifestations speaking to them all through the scriptures.
Here is another example
David did not go to heaven to get this
understanding then but it
was revealed to him at that time.
Acts.2-[34] For David is not ascended into the heavens: but
he saith himself, The LORD said unto my Lord, Sit thou on my right hand,
***Please do not confuse this with "there is no one in heaven now"***
God is a God of the 'Living", not the dead.
(Mark.12 [27] He is not the God of the dead, but the God of
the living: ye therefore do greatly err.)
Nicodemus had acknowledged Messiah Yeshua to be a teacher
come from God:
John.3 [2 ] The same came to Jesus by night, and said unto
him, Rabbi, we know that thou art a teacher come
from God: for no man can do these
miracles that thou doest, except God be with him.
Yeshua knew He was come of God
John.13
[3 ] Jesus . Yeshua knowing that the
Father had given all things into his hands, and that he, Yeshua was come from God, and went to God;
Nicodemus knew "no man can
do these miracles that thou doest, except God be with him". (John 3:2)

Most pastors and church people do not understand
this scripture.
If you break the commandments or teach men so,
you will not be in heaven.
The people in heaven will call you the "least",
worst on this earth.
Matt.5 [19]
Whosoever therefore shall " break " one
of these least commandments,
and shall "teach "
men so,
he shall be "
called" the least "
" in the
kingdom of heaven ": but
"whosoever shall do (commandments)
and teach them",
the same shall be
"called great in the kingdom of heaven ".
Scripture tells us NO sin
shall enter the Kingdom of Heaven
Rev.21 [27] And there shall in no wise
enter into it any thing that defileth,
neither whatsoever worketh abomination, or maketh a lie: but they which are written in the Lamb's book
of life.
Eph.5[27] That He might present it to Himself a glorious
church, not having spot, or wrinkle, or any such thing; but that it
should be holy and without blemish.
Scripture tells us if you
teach people to break the commandments and serve other gods, then:
Deut.13:[1] If there arise among you a prophet, or a
dreamer of dreams, and giveth thee a sign or a wonder,
[2] And the sign or the wonder come to pass, whereof he spake unto
thee, saying, Let us go after other gods, which thou hast not known, and let
us serve them;
[3] Thou shalt not hearken unto the words of that prophet, or that dreamer of
dreams: for the LORD your God proveth you, to know
whether ye love the LORD your God with all your heart and with all your soul.
[4] Ye shall walk after the LORD
your God, and fear him, and keep his commandments, and obey his voice, and ye
shall serve him, and cleave unto him.
[5] And that prophet, or that
dreamer of dreams, shall be put to death;
because he hath spoken to turn you away from the LORD your God, which
brought you out of the land of Egypt, and redeemed you out of the house of
bondage, to thrust thee out of the way which the LORD thy God commanded thee to
walk in. So shalt thou put the evil away from the midst of thee.
[6] If thy brother, the son of thy
mother, or thy son, or thy daughter, or the wife of thy bosom, or thy friend,
which is as thine own soul, entice thee secretly, saying, Let us go and serve
other gods, which thou hast not known, thou, nor thy fathers;
[7] Namely, of the gods of the people which are round about you, nigh
unto thee, or far off from thee, from the one end of the earth even unto the
other end of the earth;[8] Thou shalt not consent unto him, nor hearken
unto him; neither shall thine eye pity him, neither shalt thou spare, neither
shalt thou conceal him:
[9] But thou shalt surely kill him; thine hand shall be first upon him to
put him to death, and afterwards the hand of all the people.[10] And thou shalt
stone him with stones, that he die; because he hath sought to thrust thee away
from the LORD thy God, which brought thee out of the land of Egypt, from the
house of bondage.
[11] And all Israel shall
hear, and fear, and shall do no more any such wickedness as this is among you.[12]
If thou shalt hear say in one of thy cities, which the LORD thy God hath
given thee to dwell there, saying,[13] Certain men, the children of Belial, are
gone out from among you, and have withdrawn the inhabitants of their city,
saying, Let us go and serve other gods, which ye have not known;[14] Then
shalt thou inquire, and make search, and ask diligently; and, behold, if it be
truth, and the thing certain, that such abomination is wrought among you;[15]
Thou shalt surely smite the inhabitants of that city with the edge of the
sword, destroying it utterly, and all that is therein, and the cattle thereof,
with the edge of the sword.[16] And thou shalt gather all the spoil of it into
the midst of the street thereof, and shalt burn with fire the city, and all the
spoil thereof every whit, for the LORD thy God: and it shall be an heap for
ever; it shall not be built again.[17] And there shall cleave nought of the cursed thing to thine hand: that the LORD may
turn from the fierceness of his anger, and shew thee
mercy, and have compassion upon thee, and multiply thee, as he hath sworn unto
thy fathers;[18] When thou shalt hearken to the voice of the LORD thy God, to
keep all his commandments which I command thee this day, to do that which is
right in the eyes of the LORD thy God.
