I have made thee a watchman צֹפֶה

Read Ezek. 3, 18, 33

Ezek.3[ 17] Son of man, I have made thee a watchman unto the house of Israel: therefore hear the word at my mouth, and give them warning from me.[ 18] When I say unto the wicked, Thou shalt surely die; and thou givest him not warning, nor speakest to warn the wicked from his wicked way, to save his life; the same wicked man shall die in his iniquity; but his blood will I require at thine hand.[ 19] Yet if thou warn the wicked, and he turn not from his wickedness, nor from his wicked way, he shall die in his iniquity; but thou hast delivered thy soul.[20 ] Again, When a righteous man doth turn from his righteousness, and commit iniquity, and I lay a stumblingblock before him, he shall die: because thou hast not given him warning, he shall die in his sin, and his righteousness which he hath done shall not be remembered; but his blood will I require at thine hand.[21] Nevertheless if thou warn the righteous man, that the righteous sin not, and he doth not sin, he shall surely live, because he is warned; also thou hast delivered thy soul.

If you are not "Watching and Warning" the Lord will come on you as a thief!!

Rev.3[ 2] Be watchful, and strengthen the things which remain, that are ready to die: for I have not found thy works perfect before God. [ 3] Remember therefore how thou hast received and heard, and hold fast, and repent. If therefore thou shalt not watch, I will come on thee as a thief, and thou shalt not know what hour I will come upon thee.

1Thes.5[1 ] But of the times and the seasons, brethren, ye have no need that I write unto you.[2 ] For yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord so cometh as a thief in the night.[ 3] For when they shall say, Peace and safety; then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape.[4] But ye, brethren, are not in darkness, that that day should overtake you as a thief.

[5] Ye are all the children of light, and the children of the day: we are not of the night, nor of darkness.

כִּי כֻלְּכֶם בְּנֵי אוֹר וּבְנֵי יוֹם אַתֶּם לֹא בְנֵי לַיְלָה וְלֹא בְנֵי חשֶׁךְ

[6] Therefore let us not sleep, as do others; but let us watch and be sober.[7 ] For they that sleep sleep in the night; and they that be drunken are drunken in the night.[8] But let us, who are of the day, be sober, putting on the breastplate of faith and love; and for an helmet, the hope of salvation.[ 9] For God hath not appointed us to wrath, but to obtain salvation by our Lord Jesus Christ,[ 10] Who died for us, that, whether we wake or sleep, we should live together with him.[ 11] Wherefore comfort yourselves together, and edify one another, even as also ye do.

1Thes.5[ 14] Now we exhort you, brethren, warn them that are unruly , comfort the feebleminded, support the weak, be patient toward all men.

2Pet.3[ 10] But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night ; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up.

Rev.3[ 3] Remember therefore how thou hast received and heard, and hold fast, and repent. If therefore thou shalt not watch, I will come on thee as a thief , and thou shalt not know what hour I will come upon thee.

Rev.16[ 15] Behold, I come as a thief. Blessed is he that watcheth, and keepeth his garments, lest he walk naked, and they see his shame.

Matt.24[ 42] Watch therefore: for ye know not what hour your Lord doth come. [ 43] But know this, that if the goodman of the house had known in what watch the thief would come, he would have watched, and would not have suffered his house to be broken up.[44 ] Therefore be ye also ready: for in such an hour as ye think not the Son of man cometh.[45 ] Who then is a faithful and wise servant, whom his lord hath made ruler over his household, to give them meat in due season?[ 46] Blessed is that servant, whom his lord when he cometh shall find so doing.[47 ] Verily I say unto you, That he shall make him ruler over all his goods.[48] But and if that evil servant shall say in his heart, My lord delayeth his coming;[ 49] And shall begin to smite his fellowservants, and to eat and drink with the drunken;[ 50] The lord of that servant shall come in a day when he looketh not for him, and in an hour that he is not aware of,[51] And shall cut him asunder, and appoint him his portion with the hypocrites: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.

Matt.25 [13] Watch therefore, for ye know neither the day nor the hour wherein the Son of man cometh.

Mark.13[ 33] Take ye heed, watch and pray: for ye know not when the time is. [34] For the Son of man is as a man taking a far journey, who left his house, and gave authority to his servants, and to every man his work, and commanded the porter to watch.[ 35] Watch ye therefore: for ye know not when the master of the house cometh, at even, or at midnight, or at the cockcrowing, or in the morning: [36] Lest coming suddenly he find you sleeping.[37] And what I say unto you I say unto all, Watch.

Luke.12[ 35] Let your loins be girded about, and your lights burning;[36 ] And ye yourselves like unto men that wait for their lord, when he will return from the wedding; that when he cometh and knocketh, they may open unto him immediately.[37 ] Blessed are those servants, whom the lord when he cometh shall find watching: verily I say unto you, that he shall gird himself, and make them to sit down to meat, and will come forth and serve them.
[
38] And if he shall come in the second watch, or come in the third watch, and find them so, blessed are those servants.[39] And this know, that if the goodman of the house had known what hour the thief would come, he would have watched, and not have suffered his house to be broken through. [40] Be ye therefore ready also: for the Son of man cometh at an hour when ye think not.

Luke.21[ 34] And take heed to yourselves, lest at any time your hearts be overcharged with surfeiting, and drunkenness, and cares of this life, and so that day come upon you unawares.[ 35] For as a snare shall it come on all them that dwell on the face of the whole earth .[36 ] Watch ye therefore, and pray always , that ye may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son of man.

1Cor.16[ 13] Watch ye, stand fast in the faith, quit you like men , ( be brave ) be strong.

Eph.5[ 8] For ye were sometimes darkness , but now are ye light in the Lord : walk as children of light:

Eph.6[ 18] Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints;

Col.4[ 2] Continue in prayer, and watch in the same with thanksgiving ;

2Tim.4[ 5] But watch thou in all things, endure afflictions, do the work of an evangelist, make full proof of thy ministry.

Heb.13[ 17] Obey them that have the rule over you, and submit yourselves: for they watch for your souls, as they that must give account, that they may do it with joy, and not with grief: for that is unprofitable for you.

1Pet.4[ 7] But the end of all things is at hand: be ye therefore sober, and watch unto prayer.

Rev.16[ 15] Behold, I come as a thief. Blessed is he that watcheth , and keepeth his garments, lest he walk naked, and they see his shame.

Acts.20[ 31] Therefore watch, and remember, that by the space of three years I ceased not to warn every one night and day with tears .

1Cor.4[ 14] I write not these things to shame you, but as my beloved sons I warn you.

2Cor.5[ 11] Knowing therefore the terror of the Lord , we persuade men;

Col.1[ 21] And you, that were sometime alienated and enemies in your mind by wicked works, yet now hath he reconciled[ 22] In the body of his flesh through death, to present you holy and unblameable and unreproveable in his sight:[23] If ye continue in the faith grounded and settled, and be not moved away from the hope of the gospel, which ye have heard, and which was preached to every creature which is under heaven; whereof I Paul am made a minister;[ 24] Who now rejoice in my sufferings for you, and fill up that which is behind of the afflictions of Christ in my flesh for his body's sake, which is the church:[25 ] Whereof I am made a minister, according to the dispensation of God which is given to me for you, to fulfil the word of God;[ 26] Even the mystery which hath been hid from ages and from generations, but now is made manifest to his saints:[ 27] To whom God would make known what is the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles; which is Christ in you, the hope of glory:[28 ] Whom we preach, warning every man, and teaching every man in all wisdom; that we may present every man perfect in Messiah / Yeshua - Christ Jesus:[ 29] Whereunto I also labour, striving according to his working, which worketh in me mightily.
