FIRST download these two free softwares below.
Itunes
(Mac & PC) | Juice, podcatcher
(PC, Linux and OS X 10.3 or higher)
To Subscribe:
Right click, go down to properties, copy the entire link URL you want
and paste the link into your podcatcher software under tools,
add feed. ('ctrl +v or 'right click' and 'paste'). Next, you click on the link in the Juice
software to download, go to the "episode" in bottom window,
right click and play the episode (mp3) in Itunes. You
now can copy the mp3 to your player.
