A few prophecies in the Word

The Word of God - Torah, Prophets and Writings ( psalms )

Torah ( law, teachings )

Ta Na Kk is a acronym for:

T = Torah - first 5 books of Moses

N = Navi' eem or prophets (pl. sounds like - Na vi eem )

K = Ke'tuvim or writings ( psalms etc. )

It is written

Matt.2  [5] And they said unto him, In Bethlehem of Judaea: for thus it is written by the prophet, [6 ] And  you Bethlehem, in the land of Juda, are not the least among the princes of Juda: for out of you shall come a Governor, that shall rule my people Israel.

Mic.5  [2] But  you, Bethlehem Ephratah, though  you be little among the thousands of Judah, yet out of you shall he come forth unto me that is to be ruler in Israel; whose goings forth have been from of old, from everlasting.

Matt.4 [4] But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.

Deut.8 [3] And he humbled you, and suffered you to hunger, and fed you with manna, which you knew not, neither did your fathers know; that he might make you know that man doth not live by bread only, but by every word that proceedes out of the mouth of Yehovah doth man live.

Matt.4 [6] And said unto him, If  you be the Son of God, cast thyself down: for it is written , He shall give his angels charge concerning you: and in their hands they shall bear you up, lest at any time  you dash your foot against a stone.

Pss.91 [11] For he shall give his angels charge over you, to keep you in all your ways. [12 ] They shall bear you up in their hands, lest  you dash your foot against a stone .

Matt.4 [7] Yeshua said unto him, It is written again, You shall not tempt the Lord your God.

Deut.6 [16] You shall not tempt Yehovah your God, as you tempted him in Massah.

Matt.4 [10] Then said Yeshua unto him, Get you hence, Satan: for it is written , You shall worship the Lord your God, and him only shall  you serve.

Deut.26 [10] And now, behold, I have brought the firstfruits of the land, which  you, Yehovah, have given me. And  you shall set it before Yehovah your God, and worship before Yehovah your God :

Deut.10 [20] You shall fear Yehovah your God; him shall  you serve , and to him shall  you cleave, and swear by his name.

Matt.11 [10] For this is he, of whom it is written, Behold, I send my messenger before your face, which shall prepare your way before you.

Mal.3 [1] Behold, I will send my messenger, and he shall prepare the way before me: and the Lord, whom you seek, shall suddenly come to this temple, even the messenger of the covenant, whom you delight in: behold, he shall come, said Yehovah of hosts.

Matt.21 [13] And said unto them, It is written, My house shall be called the house of prayer; but you have made it a den of thieves.

Isa.56 [7] Even them will I bring to my holy mountain, and make them joyful in my house of prayer: their burnt offerings and their sacrifices shall be accepted upon mine altar; for mine house shall be called an house of prayer for all people.

Matt.26 [24] The Son of man goeth as it is written of him: but woe unto that man by whom the Son of man is betrayed! it had been good for that man if he had not been born.

Matt.26 [31] Then said Yeshua unto them, All you shall be offended because of me this night: for it is written, I will smite the shepherd, and the sheep of the flock shall be scattered abroad.

Zech.13 [7] Awake, O sword, against my shepherd, and against the man that is my fellow, said Yehovah of hosts: smite the shepherd, and the sheep shall be scattered: and I will turn mine hand upon the little ones.

Mark.1 [2] As it is written in the prophets, Behold, I send my messenger before your face, which shall prepare your way before you.

Mal.3 [1] Behold, I will send my messenger, and he shall prepare the way before me: and the Lord, whom you seek, shall suddenly come to this temple, even the messenger of the covenant, whom you delight in: behold, he shall come, said Yehovah of hosts.

Mark.7 [6] He answered and said unto them, Well had Esaias prophesied of you hypocrites, as it is written, This people honored me with their lips, but their heart is far from me.

Isa.29 [13] Wherefore the Lord said, Forasmuch as this people draw near me with their mouth, and with their lips do honor me, but have removed their heart far from me, and their fear toward me is taught by the precept of men:

Mark.9 [12] And he answered and told them, Elias verily comes first, and restores all things; and how it is written of the Son of man, that he must suffer many things, and be set at nought.

[13] But I say unto you, That Elias is indeed come, and they have done unto him whatsoever they listed, as it is written of him.

Mark.14 [21] The Son of man indeed goeth, as it is written of him: but woe to that man by whom the Son of man is betrayed! good were it for that man if he had never been born.

[27] And Yeshua said unto them, All you shall be offended because of me this night: for it is written, I will smite the shepherd, and the sheep shall be scattered.

Zech.13 [7] Awake, O sword, against my shepherd, and against the man that is my fellow, said Yehovah of hosts: smite the shepherd, and the sheep shall be scattered: and I will turn mine hand upon the little ones.

Luke.2 [23] (As it is written in the law of the Lord, Every male that openeth the womb shall be called holy to the Lord;)

Exod.13[2] Sanctify unto me all the firstborn, whatsoever opens the womb among the children of Israel, both of man and of beast: it is mine.

Luke.3[4] As it is written in the book of the words of Esaias the prophet, saying, The voice of one crying in the wilderness, Prepare you the way of the Lord, make his paths straight.

Isa.40[3] The voice of him that crieth in the wilderness, Prepare you the way of Yehovah, make straight in the desert a highway for our God

Luke.24[46] And said unto them, Thus it is written, and thus it behoved Messiah to suffer, and to rise from the dead the third day:

Jonah

John.6 [31] Our fathers did eat manna in the desert; as it is written , He gave them bread from heaven to eat.

Exod.16 [4] Then said Yehovah unto Moses, Behold, I will rain bread from heaven for you; and the people shall go out and gather a certain rate every day, that I may prove them, whether they will walk in my law, or no.

Neh.9 [15] And gave them bread from heaven for their hunger, and broughtest forth water for them out of the rock for their thirst, and promisedst them that they should go in to possess the land which  you hadst sworn to give them.

John.6[45] It is written in the prophets, And they shall be all taught of God. Every man therefore that had heard, and had learned of the Father, cometh unto me.

Isa.54 [13] And all your children shall be taught of Yehovah; and great shall be the peace of your children.

John.12 [14] And Yeshua, when he had found a young ass, sat thereon; as it is written , [15] Fear not, daughter of Sion: behold, your King comes, sitting on an ass's colt.

Zech.9[9] Rejoice greatly, O daughter of Zion; shout, O daughter of Jerusalem: behold, your King comes unto you: he is just, and having salvation; lowly, and riding upon an ass, and upon a colt the foal of an ass.

Acts.1[20] For it is written in the book of Psalms, Let his habitation be desolate, and let no man dwell therein: and his bishoprick let another take.

Pss.69[25] Let their habitation be desolate; and let none dwell in their tents.

Acts.7 [42] Then God turned, and gave them up to worship the host of heaven; as it is written in the book of the prophets, O you house of Israel, have you offered to me slain beasts and sacrifices by the space of forty years in the wilderness?

Acts.15 [15] And to this agree the words of the prophets; as it is written, [16] After this I will return, and will build again the tabernacle of David, which is fallen down; and I will build again the ruins thereof, and I will set it up:
[17] That the residue of men might seek after the Lord, and all the Gentiles, upon whom my name is called, said Yehovah, who doeth all these things.

Acts.23 [5] Then said Paul, I wist not, brethren, that he was the high priest: for it is written , You shall not speak evil of the ruler of your people.

Exod.22 [28] You shall not revile the gods ( judges ), nor curse the ruler of your people.

Rom.1 [17] For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written The just shall live by faith.

Hab.2 [4] Behold, his soul which is lifted up is not upright in him: but the just shall live by his faith.

Rom.2 [24] For the name of God is blasphemed among the Gentiles through you, as it is written .

Pss.74 [10] O God, how long shall the adversary reproach? shall the enemy blaspheme your name for ever?

[18] Remember this, that the enemy had reproached, Yehovah, and that the foolish people have blasphemed your name.

Isa.52 [5] Now therefore, what have I here, said Yehovah, that my people is taken away for nought? they that rule over them make them to howl, said Yehovah; and my name continually every day is blasphemed.

Rom.3 [4] God forbid: yea, let God be true, but every man a liar; as it is written , That  you mightest be justified in your sayings, and mightest overcome when you are judged.

Pss.51 [4] Against you, you only, have I sinned, and done this evil in your sight: that you might be justified when  you speak, and be clear when you judge.

Rom.3 [10] As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one:

Pss.14 [3] They are all gone aside, they are all together become filthy: there is none that doeth good, no, not one.

Pss.53 [3] Every one of them is gone back: they are altogether become filthy; there is none that doeth good, no, not one.

Rom.4 [17] (As it is written, I have made you a father of many nations,)

Gen.17 [4] As for me, behold, my covenant is with you, and  you shall be a father of many nations.

Rom.8 [36] As it is written, For your sake we are killed all the day long; we are accounted as sheep for the slaughter.

Pss.44 [22] Yea, for your sake are we killed all the day long; we are counted as sheep for the slaughter.

Rom.9 [13] As it is written, Jacob have I loved, but Esau have I hated

Mal.1 [2] I have loved you, said Yehovah. Yet you say, Wherein have  you loved us? Was not Esau Jacob's brother? said Yehovah: yet I loved Jacob, [3] And I hated Esau, and laid his mountains and his heritage waste for the dragons of the wilderness.

Rom.9 [33] As it is written, Behold, I lay in Sion a stumblingstone and rock of offence: and whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed.

Isa.8 [14] And he shall be for a sanctuary; but for a stone of stumbling and for a rock of offence to both the houses of Israel, for a gin and for a snare to the inhabitants of Jerusalem.

Rom.10 [15] And how shall they preach, except they be sent? as it is written , How beautiful are the feet of them that preach the gospel of peace, and bring glad tidings of good things!

Isa.52 [7] How beautiful upon the mountains are the feet of him that bringeth good tidings, that publisheth peace; that bringeth good tidings of good, that publisheth salvation; that said unto Zion, Thy God reigneth!

Rom.11 [8] (According as it is written, God had given them the spirit of slumber, eyes that they should not see, and ears that they should not hear;) unto this day.

Jer.5 [21] Hear now this, O foolish people, and without understanding; which have eyes, and see not; which have ears, and hear not:

Rom.11 [26] And so all Israel shall be saved: as it is written, There shall come out of Sion the Deliverer, and shall turn away ungodliness from Jacob:

Pss.14 [7] Oh that the salvation of Israel were come out of Zion! when Yehovah brings back the captivity of his people, Jacob shall rejoice, and Israel shall be glad.

Pss.53 [6] Oh that the salvation of Israel were come out of Zion! When God brings back the captivity of his people, Jacob shall rejoice, and Israel shall be glad.

Rom.12 [19] Dearly beloved, avenge not yourselves, but rather give place unto wrath: for it is written, Vengeance is mine; I will repay, said the Lord.

Deut.32 [35] To me belongeth vengeance, and recompence; their foot shall slide in due time: for the day of their calamity is at hand, and the things that shall come upon them make haste.

[41] If I whet my glittering sword, and mine hand take hold on judgment; I will render vengeance to mine enemies, and will reward them that hate me.

[43] Rejoice, O you nations, with his people: for he will avenge the blood of his servants, and will render vengeance to his adversaries, and will be merciful unto his land, and to his people.

Rom.14 [11] For it is written, As I live, said the Lord, every knee shall bow to me, and every tongue shall confess to God.

Isa.45 [23] I have sworn by myself, the word is gone out of my mouth in righteousness, and shall not return, That unto me every knee shall bow, every tongue shall swear.

Rom.15 [3] For even Messiah pleased not himself; but, as it is written , The reproaches of them that reproached you fell on me.

Pss.69 [9] For the zeal of your house had eaten me up; and the reproaches of them that reproached you are fallen upon me.

Rom.15 [9] And that the Gentiles might glorify God for his mercy; as it is written , For this cause I will confess to you among the Gentiles, and sing unto your name.

Isa.61 [9] And their seed shall be known among the Gentiles, and their offspring among the people: all that see them shall acknowledge them, that they are the seed which Yehovah had blessed.

Isa.66 [19] And I will set a sign among them, and I will send those that escape of them unto the nations, to Tarshish, Pul, and Lud, that draw the bow, to Tubal, and Javan, to the isles afar off, that have not heard my fame, neither have seen my glory; and they shall declare my glory among the Gentiles.

1Cor.1 [19] For it is written, I will destroy the wisdom of the wise, and will bring to nothing the understanding of the prudent.

Isa.29 [14] Therefore, behold, I will proceed to do a marvellous work among this people, even a marvellous work and a wonder: for the wisdom of their wise men shall perish, and the understanding of their prudent men shall be hid.

1 Cor.1 [31] That, according as it is written, He that glorieth, let him glory in the Lord.

Jer.9 [23] Thus said Yehovah, Let not the wise man glory in his wisdom, neither let the mighty man glory in his might, let not the rich man glory in his riches: [24] But let him that glorieth glory in this, that he understandeth and knoweth me , that I am Yehovah which exercise lovingkindness, judgment, and righteousness, in the earth: for in these things I delight, said Yehovah.

1 Cor.2 [9] But as it is written, Eye had not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God had prepared for them that love him.

Isa.64 [4] For since the beginning of the world men have not heard, nor perceived by the ear, neither had the eye seen, O God, besides you, what he had prepared for him that waiteth for him.

1 Cor.3 [19] For the wisdom of this world is foolishness with God. For it is written, He takes the wise in their own craftiness.

Job.5 [13] He takes the wise in their own craftiness: and the counsel of the froward is carried headlong.

1 Cor.9 [9] For it is written in the law of Moses, You shall not muzzle the mouth of the ox that treads out the corn. Doth God take care for oxen?

[10] Or said he it altogether for our sakes? For our sakes, no doubt, this is written: that he that plows should plow in hope; and that he that threshes in hope should be partaker of his hope.

Deut.25 [4] You shall not muzzle the ox when he treads out the corn.
1 Tim.5 [18] For the scripture said, You shall not muzzle the ox that treads out the corn.

Deut.25 [4] You shall not muzzle the ox when he treads out the corn.

1Cor.10  [7] Neither be you idolaters, as were some of them; as it is written , The people sat down to eat and drink, and rose up to play.

Exod.32  [6] And they rose up early on the morrow, and offered burnt offerings, and brought peace offerings; and the people sat down to eat and to drink, and rose up to play.

2 Cor.8  [15] As it is written, He that had gathered much had nothing over; and he that had gathered little had no lack.

Exod.16  [18] And when they did mete it with an omer, he that gathered much had nothing over, and he that gathered little had no lack; they gathered every man according to his eating.

Gal.3 [10] For as many as are of the works of the law are under the curse: for it is written, Cursed is every one that continues not in all things which are written in the book of the law to do them.

Deut.27  [26] Cursed be he that confirmeth not all the words of this law to do them. And all the people shall say, Amen.

Gal.3  [13] Messiah had redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed is every one that hangeth on a tree:

Deut.21  [23] His body shall not remain all night upon the tree, but  you shall in any wise bury him that day; ( for he that is hanged is accursed of God ;) that your land be not defiled, which Yehovah your God giveth you for an inheritance.

Gal.4 [22] For it is written, that Abraham had two sons, the one by a bondmaid, the other by a freewoman.

Sarah - Hagar

Gal.4  [27] For it is written, Rejoice,  you barren that bearest not; break forth and cry,  you that travailest not: for the desolate had many more children than she which had an husband.

Isa.54  [1] Sing, O barren,  you that didst not bear; break forth into singing, and cry aloud,  you that didst not travail with child: for more are the children of the desolate than the children of the married wife, said Yehovah.

Heb.10  [7] Then said I, Lo, I come (in the volume of the book it is written of me,) to do your will, O God.

Pss.40  [7] Then said I, Lo, I come: in the volume of the book it is written of me, [8] I delight to do your will, O my God: yea, your law is within my heart.

1 Pet.1 [16] Because it is written, Be you holy; for I am holy.

Lev.20 [7] Sanctify yourselves therefore, and be you holy: for I am Yehovah your God.

It was written

Luke 4 [17] And there was delivered unto him the book of the prophet Esaias. And when he had opened the book, he found the place where it was writ ten, [18] The Spirit of Yehovah is upon me, because he had anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he had sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised, [19] To preach the acceptable year of the Lord.]

Isa. 61 [1] The Spirit of the Lord Yehovah is upon me; because Yehovah had anointed me to preach good tidings unto the meek; he had sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to them that are bound; [2] To proclaim the acceptable year of Yehovah,and the day of vengeance of our God; to comfort all that mourn;
[3] To appoint unto them that mourn in Zion, to give unto them beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; that they might be called trees of righteousness, the planting of Yehovah, that he might be glorified.

John.2 [17] And his disciples remembered that it was written, The zeal of your house had eaten me up.

Pss.69 [9] For the zeal of your house had eaten me up; and the reproaches of them that reproached you are fallen upon me.

It is said

Luke.4 [12] And Yeshua answering said unto him, It is said, You shall not tempt the Lord your God.

Deut.6 [16] You shall not tempt Yehovah your God, as you tempted him in Massah.

Heb.3 [15] While it is said, To day if you will hear his voice, harden not your hearts, as in the provocation. [8] Harden not your hearts, as in the provocation, in the day of temptation in the wilderness:
[9] When your fathers tempted me, proved me, and saw my works forty years.
[10] Wherefore I was grieved with that generation, and said, They do alway err in their heart; and they have not known my ways.
[11] So I sware in my wrath, They shall not enter into my rest.)

Pss.95  [7] For he is our God; and we are the people of his pasture, and the sheep of his hand. To day if you will hear his voice, [8] Harden not your heart, as in the provocation, and as in the day of temptation in the wilderness:
[9] When your fathers tempted me, proved me, and saw my work.
[10] Forty years long was I grieved with this generation, and said, It is a people that do error in their heart, and they have not known my ways:
[11] Unto whom I sware in my wrath that they should not enter into my rest.

Heb.4  [7] Again, he limiteth a certain day, saying in David, To day, after so long a time; as it is said, To day if you will hear his voice, harden not your hearts.

It was said

Matt.5 [21] You have heard that it was said by them of old time, You shall not kill;

Exod.20 [13] You shall not kill.

Deut.5 [17] You shall not kill.

Matt.5:21 and whosoever shall kill shall be in danger of the judgment:

[27] You have heard that it was said by them of old time, You shall not commit adultery:

Exod.20 [14] You shall not commit adultery.

Deut.5 [18] Neither shall  you commit adultery.

Rom.9 [12] It was said unto her, The elder shall serve the younger.

Gen.25 [23] And Yehovah said unto her, Two nations are in your womb, and two manner of people shall be separated from your bowels; and the one people shall be stronger than the other people; and the elder shall serve the younger.

Rom.9 [26] And it shall come to pass, that in the place where it was said unto them, You are not my people; there shall they be called the children of the living God.

Hos.1 [9] Then said God, Call his name Lo-ammi: for you are not my people , and I will not be your God.

[10] Yet the number of the children of Israel shall be as the sand of the sea, which cannot be measured nor numbered; and it shall come to pass, that in the place where it was said unto them, You are not my people , there it shall be said unto them, You are the sons of the living God.

Hos.2 [23] And I will sow her unto me in the earth; and I will have mercy upon her that had not obtained mercy; and I will say to them which were not my people , You are my people; and they shall say, You are my God.

Heb.11 [18] Of whom it was said, That in Isaac shall your seed be called:

Gen.21 [12] And God said unto Abraham, Let it not be grievous in your sight because of the lad, and because of your bondwoman; in all that Sarah had said unto you, hearken unto her voice; for in Isaac shall your seed be called.

In the scriptures

Matt.21 [42] Yeshua said unto them, Did you never read in the scriptures , The stone which the builders rejected, the same is become the head of the corner: this is the Lord's doing, and it is marvellous in our eyes?

Pss.118 [22] The stone which the builders refused is become the head stone of the corner. [23] This is Yehovah's doing; it is marvellous in our eyes.

Matt.22 [29] Yeshua answered and said unto them, You do error, not knowing the scriptures, nor the power of God. [30] For in the resurrection they neither marry, nor are given in marriage, but are as the angels of God in heaven.
[31] But as touching the resurrection of the dead, have you not read that which was spoken unto you by God, saying,
[32] I am the God of Abraham, and the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob? God is not the God of the dead, but of the living.

Exod.3 [6] Moreover he said, I am the God of your father, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob. And Moses hid his face; for he was afraid to look upon God.

Matt.26 [54] But how then shall the scriptures be fulfilled, that thus it must be?

[56] But all this was done, that the scriptures of the prophets might be fulfilled. Then all the disciples forsook him, and fled.

Zech.13 [7] Awake, O sword, against my shepherd, and against the man that is my fellow, said Yehovah of hosts: smite the shepherd, and the sheep shall be scattered: and I will turn mine hand upon the little ones.

Isa.7 [14] Therefore Yehovah himself shall give you a sign;

Behold, a virgin shall conceive, and bear a son, and shall call his name Immanuel. God with us.

Matt.1 [23]

Behold, a virgin shall be with child, and shall bring forth a son, and they shall call his name Emmanuel, which being interpreted is, God with us.

Isa.9

[1] Nevertheless the dimness shall not be such as was in her vexation, when at the first he lightly afflicted the land of Zebulun and the land of Naphtali, and afterward did more grievously afflict her by the way of the sea, beyond Jordan, in Galilee of the nations.
[2] The people that walked in darkness have seen a great light: they that dwell in the land of the shadow of death, upon them hath the light shined.

Matt.4

[13] And leaving Nazareth, he came and dwelt in Capernaum, which is upon the sea coast, in the borders of Zabulon and Nephthalim:
[
14] That it might be fulfilled which was spoken by Esaias the prophet, saying,
[
15] The land of Zabulon, and the land of Nephthalim, by the way of the sea, beyond Jordan, Galilee of the Gentiles; [16] The people which sat in darkness saw great light; and to them which sat in the region and shadow of death light is sprung up.
