Abram was not born Jewish.
Abram's father Terah was from Ur of the Chaldees, the land of his nativity. ( their not Jewish )
Gen.11 [27] Now these are the generations of Terah: Terah begat Abram, Nahor, and Haran; and Haran begat Lot.
[28] And Haran died before his father Terah in the land of his nativity, in Ur of the Chaldees
Gen.12[ 1] Now the LORD had said unto Abram, Get thee out of thy country, and from thy kindred, and from thy father's house, unto a land that I will shew thee:
Gen.14 [
13] And there came one that
had escaped, and told Abram
the Hebrew; for he dwelt in the plain of Mamre the
Amorite, brother of Eschol, and brother of Aner: and these were confederate
with Abram.[2] And I will make
of thee a great nation, and I will bless thee, and make thy name great; and
thou shalt be a blessing:[3]
And I will bless them that bless thee,
and curse him that curseth thee: and in thee shall all families of the earth
be blessed.
[4]
So Abram departed, as the LORD had spoken unto him; and Lot went with him:
and Abram was seventy and five years old when he departed out of Haran.

This scripture below is explained wrong by protestants.
They say this is unsaved Jews, not true.
This scripture is to Abram and "all nations, families of the earth"
Gen.12 [3] And I will bless them that bless thee (Abram), and curse him that curseth thee (Abram) : and in thee (Abram) shall all families of the earth be blessed.
Gal.3
[6] Even as Abraham believed God, and it was accounted to him for righteousness.
***[7] Know ye therefore that they which are of faith, the same are the children of Abraham .
[8] And "the scripture", foreseeing that " God would justify the heathen through faith" , preached before the gospel unto Abraham, saying, "In thee shall all nations be blessed. (Gen. 12 : 3 and Gen. 14: 3 )" (above).
[9] So then they which be of faith are blessed with faithful Abraham.
Gen.18[ 18] Seeing that Abraham shall surely become a great and mighty nation, and all the nations of the earth shall be blessed in him?
Gen.22[ 18] And in thy seed shall all the nations of the earth be blessed; because thou hast obeyed my voice.
Gen.26[ 4] And I will make thy seed to multiply as the stars of heaven, and will give unto thy seed all these countries; and in thy seed shall all the nations of the earth be blessed;
