1 Cor. 8 ... Knowledge puffeth up, but charity edifieth.
1 Cor. 13
[1]
Though I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, and have not charity, I am become as sounding brass, or a
tinkling cymbal.
[2] And though I have the gift of prophecy, and understand all
mysteries, and all knowledge; and though I have all faith, so that I could
remove mountains, and have not charity I
am nothing.
[3] And though I bestow all my goods to feed the poor, and though I give
my body to be burned, and have not charity,
it profiteth me nothing.
[4]
charity suffereth long, and is kind;
charity envieth not; charity vaunteth not itself, is not puffed up,
[5] Doth not behave itself unseemly, seeketh not her own, is not easily
provoked, thinketh no evil;
[6] Rejoiceth not in iniquity, but rejoiceth in the truth;
[7] Beareth all things, believeth all things, hopeth all things,
endureth all things.
[8] charity never faileth: but
whether there be prophecies, they shall fail; whether there be tongues, they
shall cease; whether there be knowledge, it shall vanish away.
[9] For we know in part, and we prophesy in part.
[10] But when that which is perfect is come, then that which is in part
shall be done away.
[11] When I was a child, I spake as a child, I understood as a child, I
thought as a child: but when I became a man, I put away childish things.
[12] For now we see through a glass, darkly; but then face to face: now
I know in part; but then shall I know even as also I am known.
[13] And now
abideth faith, hope, charity, these three; but
the greatest of
these is charity.

rather that ye may prophesy.

righteousness, faith, charity, peace,
with them that call on the Lord out of a pure heart.

doctrine, manner of life, purpose, faith, longsuffering, charity, patience,

in patience.

things have fervent charity among
yourselves: for charity shall cover the

1 Pet. 5 [14] Greet ye one another with a kiss of
charity. Peace be with you all that are in
Christ Jesus. Amen.
2 Pet. 1 [7] And to godliness brotherly kindness;
and to brotherly kindness charity.

forward on their journey after a godly sort, thou shalt do well:
Jude 1 [12] These are spots in your feasts of charity, when they feast with you, feeding
themselves without fear: clouds they are without water, carried about of winds;

roots;

patience, and thy works; and the last to be more than the first.

[3]
Six years thou shalt sow thy field, and six years thou shalt prune thy

[ 5]
That which groweth of its own accord of thy harvest thou shalt not reap,
neither gather the grapes of thy vine undressed: for it is a year of rest unto
the land.

And for thy cattle, and for the beast that are in thy land, shall all the

Lev.25
[8] And thou shalt number seven sabbaths of years unto thee, seven times seven
years; and the space of the seven sabbaths of years shall be unto thee forty
and nine years.
[9]
Then shalt thou cause the trumpet of the
jubile to sound on the tenth day of the seventh

And ye shall hallow the fiftieth year, and proclaim liberty throughout all the land unto all the
inhabitants thereof: it shall be a jubile unto you; and ye shall return every
man unto his possession, and ye shall return every man unto his family.
[11]
A jubile shall that fiftieth year be unto you: ye shall not sow, neither
reap that which groweth of itself in it, nor gather the grapes in it of thy
vine undressed.
[12]
For it is the jubile; it shall be holy unto you: ye shall eat the
increase thereof out of the field.[ 13] In the year of this jubile ye
shall return every man unto his possession

Proclaiming
liberty - the jubile
Jer. 34 [8] This is the word that came unto Jeremiah from the LORD,
after that the king Zedekiah had made a covenant with all the people which were
at Jerusalem, to proclaim liberty unto
them;
[15]
And ye were now turned, and had done right in my sight, in proclaiming liberty every man to his neighbour;
and ye had made a covenant before me in the house which is called by my name: [16
] But ye turned and polluted my name, and caused every man his servant, and
every man his handmaid, whom ye had set at liberty at their pleasure, to return, and brought them into
subjection, to be unto you for servants and for handmaids. [17 ]
Therefore thus saith the LORD; Ye have not hearkened unto me, in proclaiming liberty ,
every one to his brother, and every man to his neighbour: behold, I proclaim a liberty for you, saith the LORD, to the
sword, to the pestilence, and to the famine; and I will make you to be removed
into all the kingdoms of the earth.
Ezek. 46 [17] But if he give a gift of his inheritance to one of his
servants, then it shall be his to the year of
liberty ; after it shall return to the prince: but his inheritance
shall be his sons' for them.
Lev. 27 [17] If he sanctify his field from the year of jubile, according to thy estimation it shall
stand.
[18]
But if he sanctify his field after the jubile,
then the priest shall reckon unto him the money according to the years that
remain, even unto the year of the jubile,
and it shall be abated from thy estimation.
[21]
But the field, when it goeth out in the jubile,
shall be holy unto the LORD, as a field devoted; the possession thereof shall
be the priest's.
[23]
Then the priest shall reckon unto him the worth of thy estimation, even unto
the year of the jubile: and he shall give
thine estimation in that day, as a holy thing unto the LORD.[ 24] In the
year of the jubile the field shall return
unto him of whom it was bought, even to him to whom the possession of the land
did belong.
Num. 36 [4] And when the jubile
of the children of Israel shall be, then shall their inheritance be put unto
the inheritance of the tribe whereunto they are received: so shall their inheritance
be taken away from the inheritance of the tribe of our fathers.

Gal. 2 [4] And that because of false brethren unawares brought in, who
