Do you have the Father's Doctrine?
1Kgs.18
[21] And Elijah
came unto all the people, and said, How long halt ye
between two opinions? if the LORD be God, follow
him: but if Baal, then follow him. And the people answered
him not a word.
John.7
[16] Yeshua
1Thes.5[
21] Prove
all things; hold fast that which is good.
2Tim.2
[15] Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not
to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.
Deut.32[
2]
My doctrine
____________
Good and Bad Doctrine
Prov.4[
2] For
I, ( the Lord ) give you
good doctrine, forsake ye not my law
.
Matt.7[
28] And it came to pass, when
Jesus had ended these sayings, the people were astonished at
His doctrine:[
29] For he taught them as one having authority,
and not as the scribes.
Matt.22[
33] And when the multitude heard
this, they were astonished at his doctrine
.
Mark.1[
22] And they were astonished
at his doctrine: for he taught
them as one that had authority, and not as the scribes.
[27] And they
were all amazed, insomuch that they questioned among themselves, saying, What
thing is this? what new doctrine
is this? for with authority commandeth
he even the unclean spirits, and they do obey him.
Mark.4[
2] And he taught them many things
by parables, and said unto them in his doctrine
,
Luke.4[
32] And they were astonished
at his doctrine: for his word
was with power.
Acts.2[
42] And
they continued stedfastly in the apostles' doctrine
and fellowship, and in breaking of bread, and in prayers.
Jer.10[
8] But they are altogether brutish
and foolish: the stock is a doctrine of vanities.
Matt.15[
9] But in vain they do worship
me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men
.
Matt.16[
12] Then understood they how
that he bade them not beware of
the leaven of bread, but of the doctrine
of the Pharisees and of the Sadducees.
Mark.11[
18] And the scribes and chief
priests heard it, and sought how they might destroy him: for they feared him,
because all the people was astonished at his doctrine
.
Mark.12[
38] And he said unto them in
his doctrine, Beware of the
scribes, which love to go in long clothing, and love salutations in the marketplaces,
Col.2[
22] Which all are to perish
with the using;) after the commandments and doctrines
of men?
Acts 17:[19
] And they took him, and brought him unto Areopagus, saying, May
we know what this new doctrine, whereof thou speakest, is?
John.18[
19] The high priest then asked
Jesus of his disciples, and of His doctrine
.
Acts.5[
28] Saying, Did not we straitly
command you that ye should not teach in this name? and,
behold, ye have filled Jerusalem
with your doctrine, and intend to bring this man's
blood upon us.[29] Then Peter
and the other apostles answered and said, We ought to obey God rather than
men.
Teach no other Doctrine, mark and avoid people that pervert
the Father's doctrine
Rom.16
[17] Now I beseech you, brethren, mark them which cause divisions and offences
contrary to the doctrine which ye have learned; and avoid them.
Eph.4[14]
That we henceforth be no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried about
with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, and cunning craftiness,
whereby they lie in wait to deceive;
1Tim.1[
3] As I besought thee to abide
still at Ephesus, when I went into Macedonia, that thou mightest charge some
that they teach no other doctrine,
[4] Neither give heed to fables and endless genealogies, which
minister questions, rather than godly edifying which is in faith: so do.
1Tim.4[
1] Now
the Spirit, ( of God ) speaketh expressly, that
in the latter times some shall depart from the faith
, giving heed to seducing spirits
, and
doctrines of devils;
Speaking lies in hypocrisy; having their
conscience seared with a hot iron; Forbidding to marry,
and commanding to abstain
from meats, which God hath created to be received with thanksgiving of them
which believe and know the truth. 4
For every creature of God
is good, and nothing
to be refused, if it be received with thanksgiving:
5 For it is sanctified by
the word of God and prayer. [6
] If thou put the brethren in remembrance of these
things, thou shalt be a good minister of Jesus Christ, nourished up in the
words of faith and of good doctrine
, whereunto thou hast attained.
But refuse profane and old wives' fables, and exercise
thyself rather
unto godliness.
[13] Till I
come, give attendance to reading, to exhortation, to
doctrine.
[16]
Take heed unto thyself, and unto the doctrine; continue
in them: for in doing this thou
shalt both save thyself, and them that hear thee.
1Tim.5[
17] Let the elders that rule
well be counted worthy of double honour, especially they who
labour in the word and doctrine.
1Tim.6[
1] Let as many servants as are
under the yoke count their own masters worthy of all honour, that
the name of God and His doctrine be
not blasphemed.
[3] If any man
teach otherwise, and consent not to wholesome words, even the words of our
Lord Jesus Christ, and to the doctrine which is according
to godliness;4
He is proud, knowing nothing, but doting about questions and strifes of words,
whereof cometh envy, strife, railings, evil surmisings,
5 Perverse disputings of
men of corrupt minds, and destitute of the truth, supposing that gain is godliness:
from such withdraw thyself.
2Tim.3[
10] But thou hast fully known
my doctrine, manner of life,
purpose, faith, longsuffering, charity, patience,
[16] All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is
profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:
2Tim.4[
2] Preach the word; be instant
in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all longsuffering and
doctrine. [
3] For the time will come when
they will not endure sound doctrine
; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers,
having itching ears;[4] And
they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables.
Tit.1[
9] Holding
fast the faithful word as he hath been taught, that
he may be able by sound doctrine
both to exhort and to convince the gainsayers.
Tit.2[
1] But
speak thou the things which become sound doctrine
:
[7] In all things
shewing thyself a pattern of good works: in doctrine
shewing uncorruptness, gravity, sincerity,
[10] Not purloining,
but shewing all good fidelity; that they may adorn the
doctrine of God our Saviour in all things.
Heb.6[
1] Therefore leaving the principles
of the doctrine of Christ
, let us go on unto perfection; not laying again the
foundation of repentance from dead works, and of faith toward God,
[2] Of the
doctrine of baptisms, and of
laying on of hands, and of resurrection of the dead, and of eternal judgment.
Heb.13[
9] Be
not carried about with divers and strange doctrines
. For it is a good thing that the heart be established with grace;
not with meats, which have not profited them that have been occupied therein.
Rev.2[
14] But
I have a few things against thee,
because thou hast there them that hold the doctrine
of Balaam, who taught Balac to cast a stumblingblock
before the children of Israel, to eat things sacrificed unto idols, and to
commit fornication.
[15] So hast
thou also them that hold the doctrine of the Nicolaitans,
which thing I hate.
[24] But unto
you I say, and unto the rest in Thyatira, as many as
have not this doctrine, and which have not known
the depths of Satan, as they speak; I will put upon you none other burden.
1John.2
[23] Whosoever denieth the Son, the same hath not the Father: (but) he that
acknowledgeth the Son hath the Father also.
2John.1[1
] The elder unto the elect lady and her children, whom
I love in the truth; and not I only, but also all they that have known the
truth;
[7] For many deceivers are entered into the world, who confess
not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh. This is a deceiver and an antichrist.
[10] If there come any unto you, and bring not this doctrine,
receive him not into your house, neither bid him God speed:
[12] Having
many things to write unto you, I would not write with paper and ink: but I
trust to come unto you, and speak face to face, that our joy may be full.
Shalom -
[20] For thou bringest certain
strange things to our ears: we would know therefore what these things mean.
[21] (For all the Athenians
and strangers which were there spent their time in nothing
else, but either to tell, or to hear some new thing.)
[2] For the truth's sake, which
dwelleth in us, and shall be with us for ever.
[3] Grace be with you, mercy,
and peace, from God the Father, and from the Lord Jesus Christ, the Son of
the Father, in truth and love.
[4] I rejoiced greatly that
I found of thy children walking in truth, as we have received a commandment
from the Father.
[5] And now I beseech thee,
lady, not as though I wrote a new commandment unto thee, but that which we
had from the beginning, that we love one another.
[6] And this is love, that we walk after his commandments.
This is the commandment, That, as ye have heard from
the beginning, ye should walk in it.
[8]
Look to yourselves, that we lose not those things which we have wrought, but
that we receive a full reward.
[9] Whosoever transgresseth, and abideth not in the
doctrine of Christ, hath not God. He that abideth in the doctrine of Christ,
he hath both the Father and the Son.
[11] For he that biddeth him God speed is partaker of his evil deeds.
[13] The children of thy elect
sister greet thee. Amen.
