God has
His own calendar
We are
now in the 12th month - the month Adar, day 8
Esth. 9 [1] Now in the
twelfth month, that is, the month Adar, on the thirteenth day of the
same, when the king's commandment and his decree drew near to be put in
execution, in the day that the enemies of the Jews hoped to have power over
them, (though it was turned to the contrary, that the Jews had rule over them
that hated them;)
אדר a-dar - A primitive root; to expand,
that is, be great or (figuratively) magnificent: - (become) glorious, honorable

coming: the book of Esther

Why are we
here today?
The 4th Commandment is a part of the
covenant given to us at mount Sinai
We read from law
and the prophets every Sabbath
60 times in the Gospels and letters it uses the word
Sabbath
Acts 13 [13] Now when Paul
and his company loosed from Paphos, they came to Perga in Pamphylia: and John
departing from them returned to Jerusalem.[14] But when they departed from Perga, they came to Antioch in Pisidia,
and went into the synagogue on the sabbath day, and
sat down.[15] And after the reading of the law and the prophets the rulers of
the synagogue sent unto them, saying, Ye men and brethren, if ye have any word
of exhortation for the people, say on.
[27] For they that dwell at
Jerusalem, and their rulers, because they knew him not, nor yet the voices of
the prophets which are read every sabbath
day, they have fulfilled them in condemning him.
[42] And when the Jews were gone
out of the synagogue, the Gentiles besought that these words might be preached
to them the next sabbath.
[44]And the next sabbath
day came almost the whole city together to hear the word of God
Acts 15 [21] For Moses of old time hath in every city
them that preach him, being read in the synagogues every sabbath day.
Luke 4 [16] And he, Yeshua / Jesus came to Nazareth, where he had been brought
up: and, as his custom was, he went into the synagogue on the sabbath day, and stood up for to read.[17] And there was
delivered unto him the book of the prophet Esaias.
Exod. 31 [13] Speak thou
also unto the children of Israel, saying,
Verily my sabbaths ye shall keep : for it is a sign between me and you throughout your
generations; that ye may know that I am the LORD that doth sanctify you.
[16] Wherefore the children of Israel shall keep the sabbath, to observe the sabbath
throughout their generations, for a perpetual covenant .
[17] It is a sign between me and the children of Israel for ever: for in six
days the LORD made heaven and earth, and on the seventh day he rested, and was
refreshed.
Ezek. 20 [12] Moreover
also I gave them my sabbaths,
to be a sign between me and them, that they might know that I am the LORD that
sanctify them.
[20] And hallow my sabbaths;
and they shall be a sign between me and you, that ye may know that I am the
LORD your God.
Luke.23 [56] And
they returned, and prepared spices and ointments; and rested the sabbath day according to the commandment.
Messiah Yeshua speaking of the future: Matt.24 [20] But pray ye that your
flight be not in the winter, neither on the sabbath
day:

Topic
for today:
Are you measuring the pattern? (of
your house, how to serve the Lord, etc...)
Isa. 34 [16] Seek ye out of the book of the LORD, and read: no one of
these shall fail...
Rom. 10 [17] So then
faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.
Hear, Read, and Use "The Word"
Eph. 5 [25] Husbands, love your wives, even as Messiah / Christ also
loved the church, and gave himself for it;
[26] That he might sanctify and cleanse it with the
washing of water by the word,
[27] That he might present it to himself a glorious church, not having spot,
or wrinkle, or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish.
Isa. 28: [10] For precept must be upon precept, precept upon precept; line
upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little:
[11] For with stammering lips and another tongue will he speak to this
people.
[12] To whom he said, This is the rest
wherewith ye may cause the weary to rest; and this is the refreshing: yet they
would not hear.
[13] But the word of the LORD was unto them precept upon precept,
precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and
there a little; that they might go, and fall backward, and be broken, and
snared, and taken.
Deut. 8 [3] And he
humbled thee, and suffered thee to hunger, and fed thee with manna, which thou knewest not, neither did thy fathers know; that he might
make thee know that man doth not live by bread only,
but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of
the LORD doth man live.
Prov. 30 [5] Every word of God is pure: he is a shield unto them that
put their trust in him.
Matt. 4 [4] But he
answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by
every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of
God.
One of the main problems is the Word has been added to
and diminished from for centuries!
Prov. 30 [6] Add
thou not unto his words, lest he reprove thee, and thou be found a liar.
Deut. 4 [2] Ye shall not add unto the word which I command you,
neither shall ye diminish ought from it, that ye may keep the
commandments of the LORD your God which I command you.
Deut. 12 [32] What thing soever I command you,
observe to do it: thou shalt not add thereto,
nor diminish from it.
Rev. 22 [18] For I
testify unto every man that heareth the words of the
prophecy of this book, If any man shall add unto these things, God shall
add unto him the plagues that are written in this book: [19] And if
any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God
shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and
from the things which are written in this book.
--------
It is
still all about "Faith"
Deut. 30 - Paul says also: the righteousness which is of faith speaketh on this wise,
[11] For this commandment which I command thee
this day, it is not hidden from thee, neither is it far off.
[12] It is not in heaven, that thou shouldest
say, Who shall go up for us to heaven, and bring it unto us, that we may hear
it, and do it?
[13] Neither is it beyond the sea, that thou shouldest
say, Who shall go over the sea for us, and bring it
unto us, that we may hear it, and do it?
[14] But the word is
very nigh unto thee, in thy mouth, and in thy heart, that thou mayest do it.
Rom. 10
[4] For Messiah / Christ is the
end ( the goal ) of the law for righteousness to every one that believeth.
G5056 τελος telos - From a primary word τελλω tello (to set out for a
definite point or goal); properly the point aimed at as a limit, the result.
back to Rom. 10
[5] For Moses describeth the righteousness
which is of the law, That the man which doeth
those things shall live by them.
Lev.18 [5] Ye shall
therefore keep my statutes, and my judgments: which if
a man do, he shall live in them: I am the LORD.
[6] But the righteousness which is of faith speaketh on this wise,
Say not in thine heart, Who shall ascend into heaven? (that
is, to bring Messiah / Christ down from above:)
[7] Or, Who shall descend into the deep? (that
is, to bring up Messiah / Christ again from the dead.)
[8] But what saith it? The word is nigh thee, even in thy mouth, and in
thy heart: that is, the word of faith,
which we preach;
[9] That if thou shalt
confess with thy mouth the Lord Yeshua / Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that
God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be
saved.
[10] For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the
mouth confession is made unto salvation.
[11] For the scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed.
[12] For there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek: for the
same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon him.
[13] For whosoever shall call upon the name
of the Lord shall be saved.
[14] How then shall they call on him in whom they have
not believed? and how shall they believe in him of
whom they have not heard? and how shall they hear
without a preacher?
[15] And how shall they preach, except they be sent? as it is written, How beautiful are the feet of them that
preach the gospel of peace, and bring glad tidings of good things!
Isa. 52 [7] How
beautiful upon the mountains are the feet of him that bringeth
good tidings, that publisheth peace; that bringeth good tidings of good, that publisheth
salvation; that saith unto Zion, Thy God reigneth!

Ezek. 43
[10] Thou son of man, shew
the house to the house of Israel, that they may
be ashamed of their iniquities: and let
them measure the pattern.
[11] And if they be
ashamed of all that they have done, shew them the form of the house, and the fashion thereof,
and the goings out thereof, and the comings in
thereof, and all the forms thereof,
and all the ordinances thereof, and all the forms thereof, and all the laws thereof: and
write it in their sight, that they may keep the whole form thereof, and
all the ordinances thereof, and do them.
[12] This is the law of the
house; Upon the top of the mountain the whole
limit thereof round about shall be most holy. Behold, this is the law of the
house.
[13] And these are the measures of the altar after the cubits: The cubit is a cubit
and an hand breadth; even the bottom shall be a cubit, and the breadth a cubit,
and the border thereof by the edge thereof round about shall be a span: and
this shall be the higher place of the altar.
[14] And from the bottom upon the ground even to the lower settle shall
be two cubits, and the breadth one cubit; and from the lesser settle even to the
greater settle shall be four cubits, and the breadth one cubit.
[15] So the altar shall be four
cubits; and from the altar and upward
shall be four horns.
[16] And the altar shall be
twelve cubits long, twelve broad, square in the four squares thereof.
[17] And the settle shall be fourteen cubits long and fourteen broad in
the four squares thereof; and the border about it shall be half a cubit; and
the bottom thereof shall be a cubit about; and his stairs shall look toward the
east.
[18] And he said unto me, Son of man, thus saith the Lord GOD; These
are the ordinances of the altar in the day
when they shall make it, to offer burnt offerings thereon, and to sprinkle
blood thereon.
[19] And thou shalt give to the priests the
Levites that be of the seed of Zadok, which approach unto me, to minister
unto me, saith the Lord GOD, a young bullock for a
sin offering.
Zadok from - צדק tsadaq - A primitive root;
to be (causatively make) right (in a moral or forensic sense): - cleanse, clear
self, (be, do) just (-ice, -ify, -ify
self), (be, turn to) righteous (-ness).
[20] And thou shalt take of the blood thereof,
and put it on the four horns of it, and on the four corners of the settle, and
upon the border round about: thus shalt thou cleanse
and purge it.
[21] Thou shalt take the bullock also of the sin
offering, and he shall burn it in the appointed place of the house, without the sanctuary.
[22] And on the second day thou shalt
offer a kid of the goats without blemish for a sin offering; and they shall
cleanse the altar, as they did cleanse it with the bullock.
[23] When thou hast made an end of cleansing it, thou shalt offer a young bullock without blemish, and a ram out
of the flock without blemish.
[24] And thou shalt offer them before the
LORD, and the priests shall cast salt upon them, and they shall offer them up
for a burnt offering unto the LORD.
[25] Seven days shalt thou prepare every day a
goat for a sin offering: they shall also prepare a young bullock, and a ram out
of the flock, without blemish.
[26] Seven days shall they purge the altar and purify it; and they shall
consecrate themselves.
[27] And when these days are expired, it shall be, that upon the eighth
day, and so forward, the priests shall make your burnt offerings upon the
altar, and your peace offerings; and I will accept you, saith
the Lord GOD.
Heb. 13
[8] Yeshua the Messiah - Jesus Christ the same
yesterday, and to day, and for
ever.
[9]
Be not carried about with divers and strange doctrines. For it is a good thing
that the heart be established with grace; not with
meats, which have not profited them that have been occupied therein.
[10] We have an altar, whereof they have no
right to eat which serve the tabernacle.
[11] For the bodies of those beasts, whose blood is brought into the sanctuary
by the high priest for sin, are burned without the camp.
[12] Wherefore Yeshua / Jesus also, that he might
sanctify the people with his own blood, suffered
without the gate.
[13] Let us go forth therefore unto him without the camp, bearing his reproach.
[14] For here have we no continuing city, but we seek one to come.
[15] By him therefore let us offer the sacrifice of praise to God
continually, that is, the fruit of our lips giving
thanks to his name.
[16] But to do good and to communicate
forget not: for with such sacrifices God is well pleased.
Hos. 14
[1]
O Israel, return unto the LORD thy God; for thou hast fallen by thine iniquity.
[2] Take with you words, and turn to the LORD: say unto him, Take away
all iniquity, and receive us graciously: so will we
render the calves of our lips.
It is still all about "Faith"
Heb.
11 [6] But without faith it is impossible
to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he
is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.
Remember: Jas.
2 [26]
For as the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works is dead also.
1 Cor. 3
[9] For we
are labourers together with God: ye are God's
husbandry, ye are God's building.
[10]
According to the grace of God which is given unto me, as a wise masterbuilder, I have laid the foundation, and another buildeth thereon. But let every man take heed how he buildeth thereupon.
[11] For other foundation can no man lay than that is
laid, which is Yeshua the Messiah - Jesus Christ.
[12]
Now if any man build upon this foundation gold, silver, precious stones, wood, hay, stubble;
[13] Every
man's work shall be made manifest: for the day shall declare it, because it shall be revealed by fire; and the fire shall try every man's work of what sort it is.
[14] If any man's work abide which he hath
built thereupon, he shall receive a reward.
[15] If any man's work shall be burned, he shall suffer loss: but he himself shall be saved; yet so as by fire.
[16] Know ye not that ye are the temple of God,
and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you?
[17] If any man defile the temple of God, him shall God destroy; for the temple
of God is holy, which temple ye are.
1
Pet. 1 [3]
Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, which according to his
abundant mercy hath begotten us again unto a lively hope by the resurrection of
Jesus Christ from the dead,
[4] To an inheritance incorruptible, and undefiled, and that fadeth not away, reserved in heaven for you,
[5] Who are kept by the power of God through faith unto salvation ready
to be revealed in the last time.
[6] Wherein ye greatly rejoice, though now for a season, if need be, ye are
in heaviness through manifold temptations:
[7] That the trial of your faith, being much more
precious than of gold that perisheth, though it be
tried with fire, might be found unto praise and honour
and glory at the appearing of Jesus Christ:
[8] Whom having not seen, ye love; in whom, though now ye see him
not, yet believing, ye rejoice with joy unspeakable and full of glory:
[9] Receiving the end of your faith, even the salvation of your souls.
----------
Exod.
19 [5] Now therefore, if ye will obey my voice indeed, and keep my
covenant, then ye shall be a peculiar treasure unto me above all people: for
all the earth is mine: [6] And ye shall be unto me a
kingdom of priests, and an holy nation. These are the words which thou shalt speak unto the children of Israel.
1
Pet. 2 [9] But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an
holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew
forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light:
----------
Some patterns, examples, shadows..... some
are in the future tense, after the resurrection of Messiah
Col. 2 [16] Let no man
therefore judge you in meat, or in drink, or in respect of an
holyday, or of the new moon, or of the sabbath days:
[17] Which are a shadow of things to come ; but the body is of Messiah /
Christ.
-------------
Learn the Pattern (from
the Word) - Preach the Word (after you have learned it)
2
Tim. 4 [2]
Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke,
exhort with all longsuffering and doctrine.
We read eariler:
Rom. 10 : [14] How then shall they call on him in whom they have
not believed? and how shall they believe in him of
whom they have not heard? and how shall they hear
without a preacher? [15] And how shall they preach, except they be sent? as it is written, How
beautiful are the feet of them that preach the gospel of peace, and bring glad
tidings of good things!
Let's not end up as
these shepherds
Ezek. 34
[1]
And the word of the LORD came unto me, saying,
[2] Son of man, prophesy against the shepherds of Israel, prophesy, and
say unto them, Thus saith the Lord GOD unto the
shepherds; Woe be to the shepherds of Israel that do feed themselves! should not the shepherds feed the flocks?
[3] Ye eat the fat, and ye clothe you with the wool, ye kill them that
are fed: but ye feed not the flock.
[4] The diseased have ye not strengthened, neither have ye healed that
which was sick, neither have ye bound up that which was broken, neither have ye
brought again that which was driven away, neither have ye sought that which was
lost; but with force and with cruelty have ye ruled them.
[5] And they were scattered, because there is no shepherd: and they
became meat to all the beasts of the field, when they were scattered.
[6] My sheep wandered through all the mountains, and upon every high
hill: yea, my flock was scattered upon all the face of the earth, and none did
search or seek after them.
[7] Therefore, ye shepherds, hear the word of the LORD;
[8] As I live, saith the Lord GOD, surely
because my flock became a prey, and my flock became meat to every beast of the
field, because there was no shepherd, neither did my shepherds search for my
flock, but the shepherds fed themselves, and fed not my flock;
[9] Therefore, O ye shepherds, hear the word of the LORD;
[10] Thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I am
against the shepherds; and I will require my flock at their hand, and cause
them to cease from feeding the flock; neither shall the shepherds feed
themselves any more; for I will deliver my flock from
their mouth, that they may not be meat for them.
[11] For thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I,
even I, will both search my sheep, and seek them out.
[12] As a shepherd seeketh out his flock in
the day that he is among his sheep that are scattered; so will I seek out my
sheep, and will deliver them out of all places where they have been scattered
in the cloudy and dark day.
[13] And I will bring them out from the people, and gather them from the
countries, and will bring them to their own land, and feed them upon the
mountains of Israel by the rivers, and in all the inhabited places of the
country.
[14] I will feed them in a good pasture, and upon the high mountains of
Israel shall their fold be: there shall they lie in a good fold, and in a fat
pasture shall they feed upon the mountains of Israel.
[15] I will feed my flock, and I will cause them to lie down, saith the Lord GOD.
[16] I will seek that which was lost, and bring again that which was
driven away, and will bind up that which was broken, and will strengthen that
which was sick: but I will destroy the fat and the strong; I will feed them
with judgment.
[17] And as for you, O my flock, thus saith
the Lord GOD; Behold, I judge between cattle and cattle, between the rams and
the he goats.
[18] Seemeth it a small thing unto you to have
eaten up the good pasture, but ye must tread down with your feet the residue of
your pastures? and to have drunk of the deep waters,
but ye must foul the residue with your feet?
[19] And as for my flock, they eat that which ye have trodden with your
feet; and they drink that which ye have fouled with your feet.
[20] Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD unto
them; Behold, I, even I, will judge between the fat cattle and between the lean
cattle.
[21] Because ye have thrust with side and with shoulder, and pushed all
the diseased with your horns, till ye have scattered them abroad;
[22] Therefore will I save my flock, and they shall no more be a prey;
and I will judge between cattle and cattle.
[23] And I will set up one shepherd over them, and he shall feed them,
even my servant David; he shall feed them, and he shall be their shepherd.
[24] And I the LORD will be their God, and my servant David a prince
among them; I the LORD have spoken it.
[25] And I will make with them a covenant of peace, and will cause the
evil beasts to cease out of the land: and they shall dwell safely in the
wilderness, and sleep in the woods.
[26] And I will make them and the places round about my hill a blessing;
and I will cause the shower to come down in his season; there shall be showers
of blessing.
[27] And the tree of the field shall yield her fruit, and the earth
shall yield her increase, and they shall be safe in their land, and shall know
that I am the LORD, when I have broken the bands of their yoke, and delivered
them out of the hand of those that served themselves of them.
[28] And they shall no more be a prey to the heathen, neither shall the
beast of the land devour them; but they shall dwell safely, and none shall make
them afraid.
[29] And I will raise up for them a plant of renown, and they shall be
no more consumed with hunger in the land, neither bear
the shame of the heathen any more.
[30] Thus shall they know that I the LORD their God am with them, and
that they, even the house of Israel, are my people, saith
the Lord GOD.
[31] And ye my flock, the flock of my pasture, are men, and I am your
God, saith the Lord GOD.
Rev.14:[6]
And I saw another angel fly in the midst of heaven, having the everlasting gospel to preach unto them that dwell on the earth, and to every nation, and kindred, and tongue, and people,
(What happened to the believers who were to preach the gospel to all the world? Did we fail? Think this over. Are you out there preaching the gospel today?)
[7] Saying with a loud voice, Fear God, and give glory to him; for the hour of his judgment is come: and worship him that made heaven, and earth, and the sea, and the fountains of waters.
