Acts.7[
1] Then said the high priest,
Are these things so?
[38] This is
he, ( Moses ) that was in the church in the wilderness with the angel ( Word
of The Lord ) which spake to him in the mount Sina, and with our fathers: who
received the lively oracles to give unto us:
Heb.10[
38] Now the just shall live
by faith: but
if any man draw back
, my soul shall have no pleasure in him.
Luke.17[
32]
Remember Lot's wife.
[33] Whosoever
shall seek to save his life shall lose it; and whosoever shall lose his life
shall preserve it.
the way satan works
Matt.4
[1] Then was
Jesus led up of the Spirit into the wilderness to be tempted of the devil.
( Satan comes when you are weak, lacking,
vulnerable )
[3] And when
the tempter
came to him, he said, If thou be the Son of God, command that
these stones be made bread.
Yeshua uses the Word.
Deut.8[
3] And he humbled thee, and
suffered thee to hunger, and fed thee with manna, which thou knewest not, neither
did thy fathers know; that he might make thee know that
man doth not live by bread only, but by every word that proceedeth out of the
mouth of the LORD doth man live
Satan uses the Word
( Satan uses a area, situation or whatever that you are comfotable
with to his advantage to cause you to sin.)
[5] Then the
devil taketh him up into the holy city, and setteth him on a pinnacle of the
temple,
Pss.91[
11] For he shall give his angels
charge over thee, to keep thee in all thy ways.[12
] They shall bear thee up in their hands, lest thou
dash thy foot against a stone.
Yeshua uses the Word.
Deut.6[
16] Ye shall not
tempt the LORD your God, as ye tempted
him in Massah.
Satan is relentless
You have to be even more relentless and
stedfast in your stand ( even with a rebuke )
Yeshua uses the Word.
Deut.26[
10] And now, behold, I have
brought the firstfruits of the land, which thou, O LORD, hast given me. And
thou shalt set it before the LORD thy God, and
worship before the LORD thy God
:
Deut.10[
20] Thou shalt fear the LORD
thy God; him shalt thou serve
, and to him shalt thou cleave, and
swear by his name.
Satan leaves, help comes fron God. You passed
the test.

Put on the "New"
man and put off the "Old" man ( of sin )
Rom.6[
1] What shall we say then? Shall
we continue in sin, that grace may abound?
Eph.2[
15] Having abolished in his
flesh the enmity, even the law of commandments contained in ordinances; for
to make in himself of twain
one new man, so making
peace;[16] And that he might
reconcile both unto God in one body
by the
cross, having slain the enmity thereby:
Eph.4[
20] But ye have not so learned
Christ;[21] If so be that ye
have heard him, and have been taught by him, as the truth is in Jesus:
Col.3[
9] Lie not one to another, seeing
that ye have put off the old man with his deeds;
[10]
And have put on the new man, which is
renewed in knowledge after the image of him that created
him:[11] Where there is neither
Greek nor Jew, circumcision nor uncircumcision, Barbarian, Scythian, bond nor
free: but Christ is all, and in all.
1Cor.5[
7] Purge
out therefore the old leaven, that ye may
be a new lump, as ye
are unleavened. For even Christ our passover is sacrificed for us:

Melchizedek - Melchisedec is
a priest and means my king is righteous
Shadows of Messiah - The King
and High Priest
The "priestly"
line of succession in Israel, according to God's Torah,
was different from the "kingly"
line. The kings were to descend from the tribe of
Judah, whereas the priests
were to be of the tribe of Levi
. The High Priest was selected from the household of Aaron.
Messiah was to be both a King and a High Priest
. It would appear impossible for the Messiah to lay claim
to both offices, since He would have to be from both the tribes of Judah and
Levi the unbelievers say.
However that obstacle is overcome because His, Messiah's
priesthood is not of the order of the Levitical priesthood, but of the order
of the Melchizedek priesthood.
Another shadow of Messiah's offices, King
and a Priest
David was King and TaNaKh states that David's sons were
priests, cohens. The Lord said:
Exod.19[
1] In the third month, when
the children of Israel were gone forth out of the land of Egypt, the same day
came they into the wilderness of Sinai.

Gen.14 [

Melchizedek
king of Salem,
brought forth bread and wine
: and he was the

the most high God. [19
] And he blessed him, and said, Blessed be Abram of the
most high God, possessor of heaven and earth:[20

Psalm 110: [
1] The LORD said unto
my Lord,
( Messiah )
Sit thou at my right hand, until I make thine enemies
thy footstool.[2] The LORD shall
send the rod of thy strength out of Zion: rule thou in the midst of thine enemies.[
3] Thy people shall be willing
in the day of thy power, in the beauties of holiness from the womb of the morning:
thou hast the dew of thy youth.[4
] The LORD hath sworn, and will not repent,
Thou ( Messiah ) art a priest for ever after the order of Melchizedek[5]
The Lord ( Messiah ) at thy ( the Father's ) right hand
shall strike through kings in the day of his wrath.[
6] He shall judge among the heathen,
he shall fill the places with the dead bodies; he shall wound the heads over
many countries.[7] He shall
drink of the brook in the way: therefore shall he lift up the head.
Psalm 2 [
1] Why
do the heathen rage, and the people imagine a vain thing?
[2] The kings of
the earth set themselves, and the rulers take counsel together, against the
LORD, and against his anointed
( Messiah ), saying,[
3] Let us break their bands
asunder, and cast away their cords from us.[4
] He that sitteth in the heavens shall laugh: the Lord
shall have them in derision.
Peter said : Acts.4
:[25]
Who by the mouth of thy servant David hast said
, ( Psalm 2
) Why did the heathen rage, and the people imagine vain things?
[26] The kings of the earth stood up, and the rulers were gathered together
against the Lord,
and against his Christ.
[27]
For of a truth against thy holy child Yeshua
/ Jesus,
whom thou hast anointed
, both Herod, and Pontius Pilate, with the Gentiles, and the
people of Israel, were gathered together,[28] For to do whatsoever thy hand
and thy counsel determined before to be done.
back to Psalm 2
[5] Then shall
he speak unto them in his wrath, and vex them in his sore displeasure.[
6] Yet have
I set my king
( Messiah ) upon my holy hill of Zion.[
7] I will declare the decree:
the LORD
hath said unto me, ( Messiah ) Thou
art my Son;
this day have I begotten thee
.[8
] Ask of me, and I shall give thee the heathen for thine
inheritance, and the uttermost parts of the earth for thy possession.
[9] Thou shalt break them with a rod of iron
; thou shalt dash them in pieces like a potter's vessel.[
10] Be wise now therefore, O
ye kings: be instructed, ye judges of the earth.[11
] Serve the LORD with fear, and rejoice with trembling.[
12] Kiss
the Son, lest he ( Messiah ) be angry, and ye perish
from the way, when his ( Messiah )
wrath is kindled but a little.
Blessed are all they
that put their trust in him. ( Messiah - the
Son )

Yeshua -Salvation
[1] Who hath believed our report? and to whom is the arm of
the LORD revealed?
We all are Kings and priests
Exod.19[
6] And ye shall be unto me a
kingdom of priests, and an
holy nation. These are the words
which thou shalt speak unto the children of Israel.
1Pet.2[
5] Ye also, as lively stones,
are built up a spiritual house, an holy priesthood
, to offer up spiritual sacrifices, acceptable to God
by Jesus Christ.
[9] But ye are
a chosen generation, a royal
priesthood, an holy nation
, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the
praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light:

[4]
So Abram departed, as the LORD had spoken unto
him; and Lot went with him: and Abram was seventy and
five years old when he departed out of Haran.
[5] And Abram took Sarai his
wife, and Lot his brother's son, and all their substance that they had gathered,
and the souls that they had gotten in Haran; and they went forth to go into
the land of Canaan; and into the land of Canaan they came.
[6] And Abram passed through
the land unto the place of Sichem, unto the plain of Moreh. And the Canaanite
was then in the land.
[7] And the LORD appeared unto
Abram, and said, Unto thy seed will I give this land: and there builded he
an altar unto the LORD, who appeared unto him.
[18] And Jesus, walking by the
sea of Galilee, saw two brethren, Simon called Peter, and Andrew his brother,
casting a net into the sea: for they were fishers.
[19] And he saith unto them,
Follow me, and I will make you
fishers of men.
[20] And they
straightway left their nets, and followed him.
[21]
And going on from thence, he saw other two brethren, James the son of Zebedee,
and John his brother, in a ship with Zebedee their father, mending their nets;
and he called them.
[22] And
they immediately left the ship and their father, and followed
him.
[19] And a certain scribe came,
and said unto him, Master, I will follow thee whithersoever
thou goest.
[20]
And Jesus saith unto him, The foxes have holes, and the birds of the air have
nests; but the Son of man hath not where to lay his head.
[21] And another of his disciples said unto him, Lord,
suffer me first to go and bury my father.
[22] But Jesus said unto him, Follow me; and let the dead bury their dead.
[17] And he said unto him, Why
callest thou me good? there is none good but one, that is, God: but if thou
wilt enter into life, keep the commandments.
[18] He saith unto him, Which?
Jesus said, Thou shalt do no murder, Thou shalt not commit adultery, Thou shalt
not steal, Thou shalt not bear false witness,
[19] Honour thy father and thy
mother: and, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.
[20] The young man saith unto
him, All these things have I kept from my youth up: what lack I yet?
[21] Jesus said unto him, If
thou wilt be perfect, go and sell that thou hast, and give to the poor, and
thou shalt have treasure in heaven: and come and follow me.
[22] But when the young man
heard that saying, he went away sorrowful: for he had great possessions.
[18] And Jesus said unto him,
Why callest thou me good? there is none good but one, that is, God.
[19] Thou knowest the commandments,
Do not commit adultery, Do not kill, Do not steal, Do not bear false witness,
Defraud not, Honour thy father and mother.
[20] And he answered and said
unto him, Master, all these have I observed from my youth.
[21] Then Jesus beholding him
loved him, and said unto him, One thing thou lackest: go thy way, sell whatsoever
thou hast, and give to the poor, and thou shalt have treasure in heaven: and
come, take up the cross, and follow me.
[22]
And he was sad at that saying, and went away grieved: for he had great possessions.
[24] For whosoever will save
his life shall lose it: but whosoever will lose his life for my sake, the same
shall save it.
[2] And he said, Men, brethren,
and fathers, hearken; The God of glory appeared unto our father Abraham, when
he was in Mesopotamia, before he dwelt in Charran,
[3] And said unto him,
Get thee out of thy country, and from
thy kindred, and come into the land which I shall shew thee.
[4]
Then came he out of the land of the Chaldaeans, and dwelt in Charran: and from
thence, when his father was dead, he removed him into this land, wherein ye
now dwell.
[5] And he gave him none inheritance
in it, no, not so much as to set his foot on: yet he promised that he would
give it to him for a possession, and to his seed after him, when as yet he
had no child.
[6] And God spake on this wise,
That his seed should sojourn in a strange land; and that they should bring
them into bondage, and entreat them evil four hundred years.
[7] And the nation to whom they
shall be in bondage will I judge, said God: and after that shall they come
forth, and serve me in this place.
[8] And he gave him the covenant
of circumcision: and so Abraham begat Isaac, and circumcised him the eighth
day; and Isaac begat Jacob; and Jacob begat the twelve patriarchs.
[39] To whom our fathers would
not obey, but thrust him from them, and
in their hearts turned back again into Egypt,
Gen.19
[26] But
his wife looked back from behind him
, and she became a pillar of salt.
[2] And when he had fasted forty
days and forty nights, he was afterward an hungred.
[4]
But he answered and said, It is written
, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word
that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.
[6] And saith unto him, If thou
be the Son of God, cast thyself down: for
it is written, He shall
give his angels charge concerning thee: and in their hands they shall bear
thee up, lest at any time thou dash thy foot against a stone.
[7]
Jesus said unto him, It is written
again, Thou shalt not tempt the Lord thy God.
[8]
Again, the devil
taketh him up into an exceeding high mountain, and sheweth him all the kingdoms
of the world, and the glory of them;
[9] And saith unto him, All
these things will I give thee, if thou wilt fall down and worship me.
[10]
Then saith Jesus unto him, Get thee hence, Satan
: for it is
written, Thou shalt worship the Lord thy God, and him
only shalt thou serve.
[11]
Then the devil leaveth him, and, behold, angels came and ministered unto him.
[2] God forbid. How shall we,
that are dead to sin, live any longer therein?
[3] Know ye not, that so many
of us as were baptized into Jesus Christ were baptized into his death?
[4] Therefore we are buried
with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the
dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should
walk in newness of life.
[5]
For if we have been planted together in the likeness of his death, we shall
be also in the likeness of his resurrection:
[6] Knowing this, that
our old man is crucified with him
, that the body of sin might be destroyed, that henceforth we
should not serve sin.
[22] That
ye put off concerning the former conversation the old man,
which is corrupt according to the deceitful lusts;
[23]
And be renewed in the spirit of your
mind;
[24] And that ye put on the new man, which after God is created in righteousness
and true holiness.
[25] Wherefore putting away
lying, speak every man truth with his neighbour: for we are members one of
another.
[26] Be ye angry, and sin not:
let not the sun go down upon your wrath:
[27] Neither give place to the
devil.
[28] Let him that stole steal
no more: but rather let him labour, working with his hands the thing which
is good, that he may have to give to him that needeth.
[29] Let no corrupt communication
proceed out of your mouth, but that which is good to the use of edifying, that
it may minister grace unto the hearers.
[30] And grieve not the holy
Spirit of God, whereby ye are sealed unto the day of redemption.
[31] Let all bitterness, and
wrath, and anger, and clamour, and evil speaking, be put away from you, with
all malice:
[32] And be ye kind one to another,
tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ's sake hath forgiven
you.
[2] For they were departed from
Rephidim, and were come to the desert of Sinai, and had pitched in the wilderness;
and there Israel camped before the mount.
[3] And Moses went up unto God,
and the LORD called unto him out of the mountain, saying, Thus shalt thou say
to the house of Jacob, and tell the children of Israel;[
4] Ye have seen what I did unto the
Egyptians, and how I bare you on eagles' wings, and brought you unto myself.
[5] Now therefore, if ye will obey my voice indeed,
and keep my covenant, then ye shall be a peculiar treasure unto me above all
people: for all the earth is mine:[
6] And ye shall
be unto me a kingdom of priests
, and an holy nation. These
are the words which thou shalt speak unto the children of Israel.
Acts.13[33] God hath fulfilled the same unto us
their children, in that he hath raised up Yeshua / Jesus again;
as it is also written in the second
psalm,
Thou art my Son, this day have I begotten thee
.
Heb.5[5] So also Christ glorified not himself to be made an high priest; but
he that said unto him, (
Psalm 2:7 )
Thou art my Son, to day have I begotten
thee.

[2] To whom also Abraham gave
a tenth part of all; first being by interpretation King of righteousness, and
after that also King of Salem, which is, King of peace;
[3] Without father, without mother, without descent,
having neither beginning of days, nor end of life; but made like unto the Son
of God; abideth a priest continually.
[4]
Now consider how great this man was, unto whom even
the patriarch Abraham gave the tenth
[6] But he whose descent is
not counted from them received
tithes ( 10th )
[7] And without all contradiction
the less is blessed of the better.
[8] And here men that die receive
tithes; but there he receiveth them, of whom it is witnessed that he liveth.
[9] And as I may so say, Levi
also, who receiveth tithes,
( 10th
[10] For he was yet in the loins
of his father, when Melchisedec met him.
[11] If therefore perfection were by the Levitical priesthood,
(for under it the people received the law,) what further need was there that
another priest should rise after the order of Melchisedec, and not be called
after the order of Aaron?
[12]
For the priesthood being changed
, there is made of necessity a change also of the law.
[13]
For he of whom these things are spoken pertaineth to another tribe, of which
no man gave attendance at the altar.
[14] For it is evident that
our Lord sprang out of Juda; of which tribe Moses spake nothing concerning
priesthood.
[15] And it is yet far more evident:
for that after the similitude of Melchisedec there ariseth another priest,
[16] Who is made, not after the law of a carnal commandment, but after the
power of an endless life.
[17] For he testifieth, Psalm 110
- Thou art a priest for ever after
the order of Melchisedec.
[18]
For there is verily a disannulling of the commandment going before for the
weakness and unprofitableness thereof.
[19] For the law made nothing
perfect, but the bringing in of a better hope did; by the which we draw nigh
unto God.
[20] And inasmuch as not without
an oath he was made priest:
[21] (For those priests were
made without an oath; but this with an oath by him that said unto him, The
Lord sware and will not repent,
Psalm 110 -
Thou art a priest for ever after the order of Melchisedec:
[22]
By so much was Yeshua / Jesus made a surety of a better testament.
[23] And they truly were many
priests, because they were not suffered to continue by reason of death:
[24] But this man, ( Messiah ) because He continueth
ever, hath an unchangeable priesthood
.
[25]
Wherefore He is able also to save them to the uttermost that come unto God
by Him, seeing he ever liveth to make intercession for
them. ( Isa. 53 )
[26]
For such an high priest became us, who is holy, harmless, undefiled, separate
from sinners, and made higher than the heavens;
[27] Who needeth not daily,
as those high priests, to offer up sacrifice, first for his own sins, and then
for the people's: for this he did once, when he offered
up himself. ( Isa. 53 )
[28]
For the law maketh men high priests which have infirmity; but the word of the
oath, which was since the law, maketh the Son, who is consecrated for evermore.
[2] For he shall
grow up before him as a tender plant, and as a root out of a dry ground:
he hath no form
nor comeliness; and when we shall see
him, there is no beauty that we should desire
him
.
[3] He is despised
and rejected of men; a man of sorrows
, and acquainted with grief: and we hid as it were our faces
from him; he
was despised, and we esteemed
him
not.
[4] Surely he
hath borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows: yet we did esteem
him stricken,
smitten of God, and afflicted.
[5] But he
was wounded for our transgressions,
he was bruised for
our iniquities: the chastisement
of our peace was upon him
; and with his
stripes we are healed.
[6] All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned every one to
his own way; and
the LORD hath laid on
him the iniquity
of us all.
[7] He
was oppressed, and
he was afflicted,
yet he opened
not his mouth: he
is brought as a lamb to the slaughter, and as a sheep before
her shearers is dumb, so he
openeth not his
mouth.
[8] He was taken
from prison and from judgment: and who shall declare
his generation? for
he was cut off
out of the land of the living: for the transgression
of my people was he
stricken.
[9] And he
made his grave with the wicked, and with the rich in
his death; because
he had done
no violence, neither was any deceit in
his mouth.
[10] Yet it pleased the LORD to bruise
him; he hath put
him to grief:
when thou shalt make
his soul an offering
for sin,
he shall see
his seed,
he shall prolong
his days, and
the pleasure of the LORD shall prosper in
his hand.
[11] He shall
see of the travail of his
soul, and shall be
satisfied: by his
knowledge shall my righteous servant
justify many; for
he shall
bear their iniquities.
[12] Therefore will I divide
him a portion with
the great, and he
shall divide the spoil with the strong; because
he hath poured out
his soul
unto death: and
he was numbered with
the transgressors; and
he bare the sin
of many, and made intercession for the transgressors.
