Our seven week journey again
Lev.23
[15] and you shall count unto you from the morrow
after the Sabbath, from the day that you brought the sheaf of the wave
offering; seven Sabbaths shall be
complete:
[16] Even
unto the morrow after the
seventh Sabbath shall you number fifty
days; and you shall offer a new meat offering unto Yehovah.
Today is 5/9/2026
We are now in the second month called:
Ziv day 21
1 Kings 6:1 calls
it Zif -
Not called Iyyar as Judaism states
**
This is the fifth Sabbath of the seven Sabbaths we were told to count
Today’s Topic:
Gen.2
[16]
And Yehovah God
commanded the man, saying, Of every tree
of the garden thou mayest freely
eat:
Gen.6
[22]
Thus did Noah; according to all that God
commanded him, so did he.
Deut.1
[19]
And when we departed from Horeb, we went
through all that great and terrible wilderness, which you saw by the way of the
mountain of the Amorites, as Yehovah our God commanded us; and we came to Kadesh-barnea.
[41]
Then you answered and said unto me, We have sinned
against Yehovah,
we will go up and fight, according to all that Yehovah
our God commanded us.
and when you had
girded on every man his weapons of war, you were ready to go up into the hill.
Deut.4
[5]
Behold, I have taught you statutes and judgments, even as Yehovah my God commanded me,
that you should do so in the land whither you go to
possess it.
Deut.5
[15]
And remember that thou wast a servant
in the land of Egypt, and that Yehovah your
God brought you out thence through a mighty hand and by a stretched out arm:
therefore Yehovah
your God commanded you to keep the sabbath
day.
Deut.6
[1]
Now these are the commandments, the statutes, and the judgments, which Yehovah your God
commanded to teach you,
that you might do them
in the land whither you go to possess it:
Deut.13
[5]
And that prophet, or that dreamer of dreams, shall be put to death; because he
hath spoken to turn you away from Yehovah your
God,
which brought you out of
the land of Egypt, and redeemed you out of the house of bondage, to thrust you
out of the way which Yehovah your God commanded you to walk in.
So
shall thou put the evil away from the midst of you.
Josh.9
[24]
And they answered Joshua, and said, Because it was
certainly told your servants, how that Yehovah
your God commanded his servant Moses
to give you all the land,
and to destroy all the
inhabitants of the land from before you, therefore we were sore afraid of our lives
because of you, and have done this thing.
1Chr.14
[16]
David therefore did as God commanded him:
and they smote the host of the Philistines from Gibeon even to Gazer.
Matt.15
[4]
For God commanded, saying, Honor your
father and mother: and, He that curseth father
or mother, let him die the death.
Some of the Power of God
Gen.1
[1] In the
beginning God created the heaven and the earth.
Jude
[5] I will therefore
put you in remembrance, though ye once knew this, how that Yehovah,
having saved the people out of the land of Egypt, afterward destroyed them
that believed not.
[6] And the
angels which kept not their first estate,
but left their own habitation, he hath
reserved in everlasting chains under darkness unto the judgment of the great
day.
[7] Even as Sodom and Gomorrha,
and the cities about them in like manner, giving themselves over to fornication,
and going after strange flesh, are set forth for an example, suffering the
vengeance of eternal fire.
[4] For if God
spared not the angels that sinned, but cast them down to hell, and
delivered them into chains of darkness, to be reserved unto judgment;
[5] And spared
not the old world, but saved Noah the eighth person, a preacher of
righteousness, bringing in the flood upon the world of the ungodly;
[6] And
turning the cities of Sodom and Gomorrha into
ashes condemned them with an overthrow, making them an ensample unto those that
after should live ungodly;
[7]
And delivered just Lot, vexed with the filthy conversation of the
wicked:
[8] (For that
righteous man dwelling among them, in seeing and hearing, vexed his righteous
soul from day to day with their unlawful deeds;)
[9] Yehovah knows
how to deliver the godly out of temptations, and to reserve the unjust
unto the day of judgment to be
punished:
Isa
14- the devil was cast out of heaven
[12] How
are you fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son
of the morning! how are
you cut down to the ground, which didst weaken the nations!
[13]
For you have said in your heart, I will ascend into heaven,
I will exalt my throne above the stars of God: I will sit also upon the mount
of the congregation, in the sides of the north:
[14] I will ascend above the heights of the clouds;
I will be like the most High.
[15]
Yet you shall be brought down to hell, to
the sides of the pit.
[16] They that see you shall narrowly look upon you, and consider you, saying,
Is this the man that made the earth to tremble, that did shake kingdoms;
[17] That made the world as a wilderness, and destroyed the cities thereof;
that opened not the house of his prisoners?
[18] All the kings of the nations, even all of them, lie in glory, every
one in his own house.
[19] But you are cast out of your grave like an abominable branch, and as the
raiment of those that are slain, thrust through with a sword, that go down to
the stones of the pit; as a carcase trodden
under feet.
[20]
You shall not be joined with them in burial, because you have destroyed your
land, and slain your people: the seed of evildoers shall never be renowned.
Ezek.28 – satan
[13] You have been
in Eden the garden of God; every precious stone was your covering, the sardius,
topaz, and the diamond, the beryl, the onyx, and the jasper, the sapphire, the
emerald, and the carbuncle, and gold: the workmanship of your tabrets and
of your pipes was prepared in you
in the day that
you was created.
[14] You are the
anointed cherub that covers; and I have set your so:
you were upon the holy mountain of God; you have walked up and down in the
midst of the stones of fire.
[15] You were perfect
in your ways from the day that you were
created until iniquity was found in you.
[16] By the
multitude of your merchandise they have filled the midst of you with violence,
and you have sinned:
therefore I will cast
you as profane out of the mountain of God: and I will destroy you, O covering
cherub, from the midst of the stones of fire.
[16] By the
multitude of your merchandise they have filled the midst of you with violence,
and you have sinned:
therefore I will cast
you as profane out of the mountain of God: and I will destroy
you, O covering cherub, from the midst of the stones of fire.
[17] Your heart was
lifted up because of your beauty, you have corrupted your wisdom by
reason of your brightness: I will cast you to the ground, I will lay
you before kings, that they may behold you.
[18] You have
defiled your sanctuaries by the multitude of your iniquities, by the iniquity
of your traffic;
therefore will I bring forth
a fire from the midst of you, it shall devour you, and I will bring you to
ashes upon the earth in the sight of all them that behold you.
[19] All they that
know you among the people shall be astonished at you: you shall be a terror,
and never shall you be any more.
Rev.12
[9] And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent,
called the Devil, and Satan, which
deceives the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his
angels were cast out with him.
Gen.6
a worldwide flood
[1]
And it came to pass, when men began to multiply on the face of the earth, and
daughters were born unto them,
[2] That the sons of God saw the daughters of men that they were fair; and they
took them wives of all which they chose.
[3] And Yehovah said, My spirit
shall not always strive with man, for that he also is flesh: yet his days shall
be an hundred and twenty years.
[4]
There were giants in the earth in those days; and also after that, when the
sons of God came in unto the daughters of men, and they bare children
to them, the same became mighty men which were of old, men of renown.
[5]
And GOD saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and
that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually.
[6]
And it repented Yehovah that
he had made man on the earth, and it grieved him at his heart.
[7]
And Yehovah said,
I will destroy man whom I have created from the face of the earth; both
man, and beast, and the creeping thing, and the fowls of the air; for it repenteth me
that I have made them.
[8] But Noah found grace in the eyes of Yehovah.
[9] These are the generations of Noah:
Noah
was a just man and perfect in his generations,
and Noah walked with God.
[10] And Noah begat three sons, Shem, Ham, and Japheth.
[11] The earth also was corrupt before God, and the earth was filled with
violence.
[12] And God looked upon the earth, and, behold, it was corrupt; for all flesh
had corrupted his way upon the earth.
[13] And God said unto Noah, The end of all flesh is come before me; for the earth
is filled with violence through them; and, behold, I will destroy them with the
earth.
[14] Make you an ark of gopher wood; rooms shall you make in the ark, and shall
pitch it within and without with pitch.
[15]
And this is the fashion which you shall make it of: The length of the ark shall
be three hundred cubits, the breadth of it fifty cubits, and the height of it
thirty cubits.
[16] A window shall you make to the ark, and in a cubit shall you finish it
above; and the door of the ark shall you set in the side thereof; with lower,
second, and third stories shall you make it.
[17] And, behold, I, even I, do bring a flood of
waters upon the earth, to destroy all flesh, wherein is the breath of
life, from under heaven; and every thing that
is in the earth shall die.
[18] But with you will I establish my covenant; and you shall come into the
ark, you, and your sons, and your wife, and your sons' wives with you.
[19] And of every living thing of all flesh, two of every sort shall you bring
into the ark, to keep them alive with you; they shall be male and female.
[20] Of fowls after their kind, and of cattle after their kind, of every
creeping thing of the earth after his kind, two of every sort shall come unto
you, to keep them alive.
[21] And take you unto you of all food that is eaten, and you shall gather it
to you; and it shall be for food for you, and for them.
[22]
Thus did Noah; according to all that God commanded him, so did he.
Gen.19 Sodom and Gomorrah – Power of God
Pss.78
[31] The wrath of God came upon them, and slew
the fattest of them, and smote down the chosen men of Israel.
John 3
[36] He that
believeth on the Son had everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son
shall not see life; but the wrath of God abides on him.
Rom.1
[18] For the wrath
of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and
unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness…
Eph.5
[6] Let no man
deceive you with vain words: for because of these things cometh the wrath
of God upon the children of disobedience.
Col.3 [5] Mortify
/ kill therefore your members which are upon the earth; fornication,
uncleanness, inordinate affection, evil concupiscence, and covetousness, which is
idolatry:
[6] For which
things' sake the wrath of God cometh on the children of disobedience:
Rev.14
[9] And the third
angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, If any man worship the beast and
his image, and receive his mark in his forehead, or in his hand,
[10] The same shall
drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out without mixture
into the cup of his indignation;
and he shall be tormented with fire and
brimstone in the presence of the holy angels, and in the presence of the Lamb:
[19] And the angel
thrust in his sickle into the earth, and gathered the vine of the earth, and
cast it into the great winepress of the wrath of God.
Rev.15
[1] And I saw
another sign in heaven, great and marvellous,
seven angels having the seven last plagues; for in them is filled up
the wrath of God.
[7] And one of the
four beasts gave unto the seven angels seven golden vials full of
the wrath of God, who lives for ever and
ever.
Rev.16
[1] And I heard a
great voice out of the temple saying to the seven angels, Go your ways, and
pour out the vials of the wrath of God upon the earth.
2 Kgs.1
[12] And Elijah
answered and said unto them, If I be a
man of God, let fire come down from heaven, and consume you and your fifty. And
the fire of God came down from heaven, and
consumed him and his fifty.
2 Kgs.21
[9] But they
hearkened not: and Manasseh seduced them to do more evil than did the nations
whom Yehovah destroyed before
the children of Israel.
Joel.2
[11] And Yehovah shall
utter his voice before his army: for his camp is very great: for he is strong that executeth his
word: for the day of Yehovah is
great and very terrible; and who can abide it
Zech.14
[12] And this shall
be the plague wherewith Yehovah will smite all the people that have fought
against Jerusalem;
Their flesh
shall consume away while they stand upon their feet, and their eyes shall
consume away in their holes, and their tongue shall consume away in their mouth.
[18] And if the
family of Egypt go not up, and come not, that have no
rain; there shall be the plague, wherewith Yehovah will
smite the heathen that come not up to keep the feast of tabernacle
Prov.15
[25] Yehovah will destroy
the house of the proud: but he will establish the border of the widow.
2 Cor.5
[11] Knowing
therefore the terror of the Lord, we persuade men; but we are made
manifest unto God…
Exod.14
[27] And Moses
stretched forth his hand over the sea, and the sea returned to his strength
when the morning appeared;
and the Egyptians fled against it;
and Yehovah overthrew the
Egyptians in the midst of the sea.
Deut.29
[23] And that the
whole land thereof is brimstone, and salt, and burning, that it is not
sown, nor beareth, nor any grass groweth therein,
like the overthrow of Sodom, and
Gomorrah, Admah, and Zeboim,
which Yehovah overthrew in
his anger, and in his wrath:
Jer.20
[16] And let that
man be as the cities which Yehovah overthrew,
and repented not: and let him hear the cry in the morning, and the shouting at
noontide…
Rev.12
[7] And there was
war in heaven: Michael and his angels fought against the dragon; and the dragon
fought and his angels,
[8] And prevailed not;
neither was their place found any more in heaven.
[9] And the great
dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the
whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with
him.
Rev.18
[1] And after these
things I saw another angel come down from heaven, having great power; and the
earth was lightened with his glory.
[2] And he cried
mightily with a strong voice, saying, Babylon the great is fallen, is
fallen, and is become the habitation of devils, and the hold of every foul
spirit, and a cage of every unclean and hateful bird.
[3] For all
nations have drunk of the wine of the wrath of her fornication,
and the kings of the earth have committed fornication with her, and
the merchants of the earth are waxed rich through the abundance of her
delicacies.
[4] And I heard
another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my people, that
you be not partakers of her sins, and that you receive not of her plagues.
[5] For her sins
have reached unto heaven, and God had remembered her iniquities.
[6] Reward her even
as she rewarded you, and double unto her double according to her works: in the
cup which she had filled fill to her double.
[7] How much she
had glorified herself, and lived deliciously, so much torment and sorrow give
her: for she said in her heart, I sit a queen, and am no widow, and shall see
no sorrow.
[8] Therefore shall
her plagues come in one day, death, and mourning, and famine; and she shall be
utterly burned with fire: for strong is Yehovah God
who judged her.
[9] And the kings
of the earth, who have committed fornication and lived deliciously with her,
shall bewail her, and lament for her, when they shall see the smoke of her
burning,
[10] Standing afar
off for the fear of her torment, saying, Alas, alas,
that great city Babylon, that mighty city! for in
one hour is your judgment come.
[11] And the
merchants of the earth shall weep and mourn over her; for no man buys their
merchandise any more:
[12] The
merchandise of gold, and silver, and precious stones, and of pearls, and fine
linen, and purple, and silk, and scarlet, and all thyine wood,
and all manner vessels of ivory, and all manner vessels of most precious wood,
and of brass, and iron, and marble,
[13] And cinnamon,
and odours,
and ointments, and frankincense, and wine, and oil, and fine flour, and wheat,
and beasts, and sheep, and horses, and chariots, and slaves, and souls of men.
[14] And the fruits
that your soul lusted after are departed from you, and all things which were
dainty and goodly are departed from you, and you shall find them no more at all.
[15] The merchants
of these things, which were made rich by her, shall stand afar off for the fear
of her torment, weeping and wailing,
[16] And saying, Alas,
alas, that great city, that was clothed in fine linen, and purple, and scarlet,
and decked with gold, and precious stones, and pearls!
[17] For in one
hour so great riches is come to nought.
And every
shipmaster, and all the company in ships, and sailors, and as many as trade by
sea, stood afar off,
[18] And cried when
they saw the smoke of her burning, saying, What city is
like unto this great city!
[19] And they cast
dust on their heads, and cried, weeping and wailing, saying, Alas, alas, that
great city, wherein were made rich all that had ships in the sea by reason of
her costliness! for in one
hour is she made desolate.
[20] Rejoice over her, you heavens, and you holy apostles and
prophets; for God had avenged you on her.
Rev.19
[1] And after these
things I heard a great voice of much people in heaven, saying, praise Yehovah - Hallelu Yah ; Salvation,
and glory, and honor, and power, unto the Lord our God:
[2] For true and
righteous are his judgments: for He had judged the great whore, which
did corrupt the earth with her fornication, and hath avenged the
blood of his servants at her hand.
[3] And again they
said, praise Yehovah, Hallelu Yah.
And her smoke rose
up for
ever and ever.
[4] And the four
and twenty elders and the four beasts fell down and worshipped God that sat on
the throne, saying, Amen; praise Yehovah Hallelu Yah
Heb.12 [29] For our God is
a consuming fire.
