Today, we sadly use the Gregorian calendar from Pope Gregory; from
the 1500’s.
Middle
English decembre
Old French decembre
Latin december "tenth month"
Latin decem "ten"
+ -ber (adj.
suffix)
December had 30 days, until Numa when
it had 29 days, until Julius when it became 31 days long.
Yehovah has
His own calendar which is deleted from the world
We are now in the 9th month called Chislev, day
24 - Zach 7:1 - in English, scripture calls it Chisleu
New moon is coming again:
15th of Dec., next Friday starts Teveth, the 10th month -
Esther 2:16 - in English, scripture calls it Tebeth…

[1] In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.
[2] And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the
face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters.
[3] And God said, Let there be light: and there was light.
[4] And God saw
the light, that it was good: and God divided the light from the darkness.
[5] And God called the light Day,
and the darkness he called Night.
And the evening and the morning were the first day.
[14] And God said, Let there be lights in the firmament of the heaven
to divide the day from the night; and let them be for signs, and for seasons,
and for days, and years:
[15] And let them be
for lights in the firmament of the heaven to give light upon the earth: and it was so.
[16] And God made
two great lights; the greater light to
rule the day, and the lesser
light to rule the night: he
made the stars also.
[17] And God set
them (the lights) in the firmament of the heaven to give light upon the earth,
[18] And to rule over the day
and over the night, and to divide the light from the darkness: and
God saw that it was good.
[19] And the evening and the morning were the fourth day.
[1] The transgression of the wicked said within my heart,
that there is no fear of God before his eyes.
[2] For he flatters himself in his own eyes,
until his iniquity be found to be hateful.
[3] The words of his mouth are iniquity and deceit: he had left off to
be wise, and to do good.
[4] He devisees mischief upon his bed; he sets himself in a way that is
not good; he abhors not evil.
[5] Your mercy, O Yehovah is in
the heavens; and your faithfulness reaches unto the clouds.
[6] Your righteousness is like the great mountains; your judgments are a
great deep: O Yehovah, you preserves’ man and beast.
[7] How excellent is your loving
kindness, O God! Therefore the children of men put their trust under the
shadow of your wings.
[8] They shall be abundantly satisfied with the fatness of your house;
and you shall make them drink of the river of your pleasures.
[9]
For with you is the fountain of
life: in your light shall we see light.
[10] O continue your loving
kindness unto them that know you; and your righteousness to the upright in
heart.
[11] Let not the foot of pride come against me, and let not the
hand of the wicked remove me.
[12] There are the workers of
iniquity fallen: they are cast down, and shall not be able to rise.
[1] Bless Yehovah, O my soul. O Yehovah
my God, you are very great; you are clothed with honor and majesty.
[2] Who
covers thyself with light as with a garment: who stretches out the heavens like a curtain:
[3] Who laid the beams of his chambers in the waters: who makes the
clouds his chariot: who walks upon the wings of the wind:[4] Who makes his angels spirits; his ministers
a flaming fire:
[5] Who laid the
foundations of the earth, that it should not be removed for ever.
[6] You cover it with the deep as with a garment:
the waters stood above the mountains.
[1] O give thanks unto Yehovah; for he is good: for his mercy endures forever.
[2] O give thanks unto the God of gods: for his mercy endures forever.
[3] O give thanks to the Lord of lords: for his mercy endures forever.
[4] To him who alone doeth great
wonders: for his
mercy endures forever.
[5] To him that by wisdom made the
heavens: for his
mercy endures forever.
[6] To him that stretched out the earth
above the waters: for his
mercy endures forever.
[7] To him that made great lights: for his mercy
endures forever:
[8] The sun to rule by day: for his
mercy endures forever:
[9] The moon and stars to rule by night: for his
mercy endures forever.
Isa 42
[5] Thus said God Yehovah, he
that created the heavens, and stretched them out; he that spread forth the
earth, and that which cometh out of it; he that gives breath unto the people
upon it, and spirit to them that walk therein:
[6] I Yehovah have called you in righteousness, and will hold your hand, and will keep you, and give you for a
covenant of the people, for a light of the Gentiles;
[7] To open the
blind eyes, to bring out the prisoners from the prison, and them that sit
in darkness out of the prison house.
[8] I am Yehovah: that is my name: and my
glory will I not give to another, neither my praise to graven images.
[9] Behold, the former things are come to pass, and new things do I
declare: before they spring forth I tell you of them.
[16] And I will bring the blind by a way that they knew
not; I will lead them in paths that they have not known: I will make darkness light
before them, and crooked things straight.
These
things will I do unto them, and not forsake them.
Isa 45
[5] I am Yehovah, and there is
none else, there is no God beside me: I girded you, though you have not known
me:
[6] That they may know from the rising of the sun, and from the west,
that there is none beside me. I am Yehovah, and there
is none else.
[7] I form
the light, and create
darkness: I make peace, and create evil:
I Yehovah do all these things.
Isa.60
[1] Arise, shine; for your
light is come, and the glory of Yehovah is raised upon you.
[2] For, behold, the darkness shall cover the earth, and gross darkness
the people: but Yehovah shall arise upon you, and his
glory shall be seen upon you.
[3] And the Gentiles shall come to your light, and kings to the brightness of your rising.
[19] The sun shall be no more your light by day; neither
for brightness shall the moon give light unto you: but Yehovah shall be unto you an everlasting light,
and your God your glory.
[20] Your sun shall no more go down; neither shall your moon withdraw
itself: for Yehovah shall be your everlasting light, and
the days of your mourning shall be ended.
[21] Your people also shall be all righteous: they shall inherit the
land for ever, the branch of my planting, the work of my hands, that I may be
glorified.
[22] A little one shall become a thousand, and
a small one a strong nation:
I Yehovah will hasten it in his time.
Jer. 31
[35] Thus said Yehovah,
which gives the sun for a light
by day, and the ordinances of the moon and of the stars for a light by night, which divides the sea
when the waves thereof roar; Yehovah of hosts is
his name:
[36] If those ordinances depart from before me, said Yehovah,
then the seed of Israel also shall cease from being a nation before me forever.
[37] Thus said Yehovah; If heaven above can be
measured, and the foundations of the earth searched out beneath, I will also
cast off all the seed of Israel for all that they have done, said Yehovah.
John.1
[1]
In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
[2] The same was in the
beginning with God.
[3] All things were made by him;
and without him was not any thing made that was made.
[4] In him was life; and the life was the light of men.
[5] And the light shined in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not.
[6] There was a man sent from God, whose name was John.
[7] The same came for a witness, to bear witness of the Light, that all men through him might believe.
[8] He was not that Light, but was sent to bear witness of that
Light.
[9] That was the true Light, which lights every man
that cometh into the world.
1 John 1 [5] This then is the message which we have heard of him,
and declare unto you, that God
is light, and in
him is no darkness at all.
John 12 [36] While you have light,
believe in the light, that you
may be the children of light. These things spoke Yeshua, and departed, and did hide himself
from them.
1 Tim.6 [15]
Which in his Yeshua’s times he shall show, who is the
blessed and only Potentate, the King of kings, and Lord of lords;[16] Who only had immortality, dwelling in
the light which no man can approach unto; whom no man had seen, nor
can see: to whom be honor and power everlasting. Amen.
1 John 1 [7] …
if we walk in the
light, as he is in the light, we have
fellowship one with another, and the blood of Yeshua the Messiah his Son cleanses us from all sin.
Matt.11 [28] Yeshua said -
Come unto me, all you that labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.
[29] Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in
heart: and you shall find rest unto your souls.
[30] For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.
Luke 1 [67] And
his father Zacharias was filled with the Holy Ghost, and prophesied, saying,
[68] Blessed be the Lord God of
Israel; for he had visited and redeemed his people,
[69] And had raised up an horn of salvation for us in the house of his
servant David;
[70] As he spoke by the mouth of his holy prophets, which have been
since the world began:
[71] That we should be saved from our enemies, and from the hand of all
that hate us;
[72] To perform the mercy promised to our fathers, and to remember his
holy covenant;
[73] The oath which he swore to our father Abraham,
[74] That he would grant unto us, that we being delivered out of the
hand of our enemies might serve him without fear,
[75] In holiness and righteousness before him, all the days of our life.
[76] And you, child, shall be called the prophet of the Highest: for you
shall go before the face of the Lord to prepare his ways;
[77] To give knowledge of salvation unto his people by the remission of
their sins,
[78] Through the tender mercy of our God; whereby the dayspring from on
high had visited us,
[79]
To give light to them that sit
in darkness and in the shadow of death, to guide our feet into the way of
peace.
[80] And the child grew, and waxed strong in spirit, and was in the
deserts till the day of his shewing unto Israel.
In closing for
today,
There are many
other verses; I feel this is enough for now.
