Just a reminder:
Jer.6
[16]
Thus saith the LORD, Stand ye in the ways, and see,
and ask for the old paths
, where is the good way, and walk therein, and ye shall
find rest for your souls. But they said, We will not
walk therein.
Jer.10 [2 ] Thus saith the LORD, Learn not the way of the heathen , and be not dismayed at the signs of heaven; for the heathen are dismayed at them.
Jer.18 [15 ] Because my people hath forgotten me, they have burned incense to vanity, and they have caused them to stumble in their ways from the ancient paths, to walk in paths, in a way not cast up;

Some scriptures pertaining to the 10th of Nisan / Aviv
Nisan / Aviv 10th
Please read chapter 12 of Exodus
Exod.12
[1] And the
LORD spake unto Moses and Aaron in the land of Egypt, saying,
[2] This month shall be unto
you the beginning of months: it shall be the first month of the year to you.
[3] Speak ye unto all the congregation of Israel, saying,
In the tenth day of this month
they shall take to them every man a lamb, according
to the house of their fathers, a lamb for an house:
Zech.9 [9] Rejoice greatly, O daughter of Zion; shout, O daughter of Jerusalem: behold, thy King cometh unto thee : he is just, and having salvation; lowly, and riding upon an ass, and upon a colt the foal of an ass.
Matt.21 [2 ] Saying unto them, Go into the village over against you, and straightway ye shall find an ass tied, and a colt with her: loose them, and bring them unto me.
[5] Tell ye the daughter of Sion, Behold, thy King cometh unto thee, meek, and sitting upon an ass, and a colt the foal of an ass.
[7] And brought the ass, and the colt, and put on them their clothes, and they set him thereon.
Mark.11
[1] And when
they came nigh to Jerusalem, unto Bethphage and Bethany, at the mount of Olives,
he sendeth forth two of his disciples,
[2] And saith unto them, Go
your way into the village over against you: and as soon as ye be entered into
it, ye shall find a colt tied, whereon never man sat; loose him, and bring
him.
[3] And if any man say unto
you, Why do ye this? say ye that the Lord hath need of him; and straightway
he will send him hither.
[4] And they went their way,
and found the colt tied by the door without in a place where two ways met;
and they loose him.
[5] And certain of them that
stood there said unto them, What do ye, loosing the colt?
[6] And they said unto them
even as Jesus had commanded: and they let them go.
[7] And they brought the colt
to Jesus, and cast their garments on him; and he sat upon him.
[8] And many spread their garments
in the way: and others cut down branches off the trees, and strawed them in
the way.
[9] And they that went before, and they that followed, cried, saying,
Hosanna; Blessed is he that cometh in the name of the Lord:
[10] Blessed be the kingdom of our father David, that cometh
in the name of the Lord: Hosanna in the highest.
Luke.19[
29] And it came to pass, when
he was come nigh to Bethphage and Bethany, at the mount called the mount of
Olives, he sent two of his disciples,
[30] Saying, Go ye into the
village over against you; in the which at your entering ye shall find a colt
tied, whereon yet never man sat: loose him, and bring him hither.
[31] And if any man ask you,
Why do ye loose him? thus shall ye say unto him, Because the Lord hath need
of him.
[32] And they that were sent
went their way, and found even as he had said unto them.
[33] And as they were loosing
the colt, the owners thereof said unto them, Why loose ye the colt?
[34] And they said, The Lord
hath need of him.
[35] And they brought him to
Jesus: and they cast their garments upon the colt, and they set Jesus thereon.
[36] And as he went, they spread
their clothes in the way.
[37] And when he was come nigh, even now at the descent
of the mount of Olives, the whole multitude of the disciples began to rejoice
and praise God with a loud voice for all the mighty works that they had seen;
[38] Saying,
Blessed be the King that cometh in the name of the Lord: peace in heaven,
and glory in the highest.
John.12 [
12] On the next day much people
that were come to the feast, when they heard that Jesus was coming to Jerusalem,
[13] Took branches of palm trees,
and went forth to meet him, and cried, Hosanna: Blessed
is the King of Israel that cometh in the name of the Lord.
[14]
And Jesus, when he had found a young ass, sat thereon;
as it is written,
[15] Fear not, daughter of Sion:
behold, thy King cometh, sitting on an ass's colt.
[16]
These things understood not his disciples at the first: but when Jesus was
glorified, then remembered they that these things were written of him, and
that they had done these things unto him.
Pss.118 [22]
The stone which the builders refused
is become the head stone of the corner.
[23]
This is the LORD's doing; it is marvellous in our eyes.
[24] This is the day which the
LORD hath made; we will rejoice and be glad in it.
[25] Save now, I beseech thee, O LORD: O LORD, I beseech
thee, send now prosperity.
[26] Blessed be he that cometh in the name of the LORD:
we have blessed you out of the house of the LORD.
Matt.21 [42 ] Jesus saith unto them, Did ye never read in the scriptures, The stone which the builders rejected, the same is become the head of the corner: this is the Lord's doing, and it is marvellous in our eyes?
Mark.12 [10 ] And have ye not read this scripture; The stone which the builders rejected is become the head of the corner:
Luke.20 [17 ] And he beheld them, and said, What is this then that is written, The stone which the builders rejected, the same is become the head of the corner?
1Pet.2 [7 ] Unto you therefore which believe he is precious: but unto them which be disobedient, the stone which the builders disallowed, the same is made the head of the corner,
Exod.12
[1] And the
LORD spake unto Moses and Aaron in the land of Egypt, saying,
[2] This month shall be unto
you the beginning of months: it shall be the first month of the year to you.
[3] Speak ye unto all the congregation of Israel, saying,
In the tenth day of this month
they shall take to them every man a lamb, according
to the house of their fathers, a lamb for an house:
[4] And if the
household be too little for the lamb, let him and his neighbour next unto his
house take it according to the number of the souls; every man according to
his eating shall make your count for the lamb.
[5] Your lamb shall be without
blemish, a male of the first year: ye shall take it out from the sheep, or
from the goats:
[6] And
ye shall keep it up until the fourteenth day of the same month
: and the whole assembly of the congregation of Israel
shall kill it in the evening.
[7] And
they shall take of the blood, and strike it on the two side posts and on
the upper door post of the houses, wherein they shall
eat it.
[8] And they shall eat the flesh
in that night, roast with fire, and unleavened bread; and with bitter herbs
they shall eat it.
[9] Eat not of it raw, nor sodden
at all with water, but roast with fire; his head with his legs, and with the
purtenance thereof.
[10] And ye shall let nothing
of it remain until the morning; and that which remaineth of it until the morning
ye shall burn with fire.
[11] And thus shall ye eat it;
with your loins girded, your shoes on your feet, and your staff in your hand;
and ye shall eat it in haste: it is the LORD's passover.
[12] For I will pass through the land of Egypt this night, and will smite all the firstborn in the land of Egypt, both man and beast; and against all the gods of Egypt I will execute judgment: I am the LORD.
[13] And the blood shall be to you for a token upon the houses where ye are: and when I see the blood, I will pass over you, and the plague shall not be upon you to destroy you, when I smite the land of Egypt.
[14] And this day shall be unto you for a memorial; and ye shall keep it a feast to the LORD throughout your generations; ye shall keep it a feast by an ordinance for ever.
unleavened bread - flat, no pride, no rising, humble bread
[15] Seven days shall ye eat unleavened bread
; even the first day ye shall put away leaven out of your
houses: for whosoever eateth leavened bread from the first day until the seventh
day, that soul shall be cut off from Israel.
[16] And in the first day there
shall be an holy convocation, and in the seventh day there shall be an holy
convocation to you; no manner of work shall be done in them, save that which
every man must eat, that only may be done of you.
[17] And ye shall observe the feast of unleavened bread
; for in this selfsame day have I brought your armies
out of the land of Egypt: therefore shall ye observe this day in your generations
by an ordinance for ever.
[18] In the first month, on the fourteenth day of the month at even, ye shall eat unleavened bread, until the one and twentieth day of the month at even.
[19] Seven days shall there be no leaven found in your houses: for whosoever eateth that which is leavened, even that soul shall be cut off from the congregation of Israel, whether he be a stranger, or born in the land.
[20] Ye shall eat nothing leavened; in all your habitations shall ye eat unleavened bread.
[21] Then Moses
called for all the elders of Israel, and said unto them, Draw out and take
you a lamb according to your families, and kill the
passover.
[22] And ye shall take a bunch
of hyssop, and dip it in the blood that is in the bason, and strike the lintel
and the two side posts with the blood that is in the bason; and none of you
shall go out at the door of his house until the morning.
[23] For the LORD will pass
through to smite the Egyptians; and when he seeth the blood upon the lintel,
and on the two side posts, the LORD will pass over the door, and will not suffer
the destroyer to come in unto your houses to smite you.
[24] And ye shall observe this thing for an ordinance
to thee and to thy sons for ever.
[25]
And it shall come to pass, when ye be come to the land which the LORD will
give you, according as he hath promised, that ye shall keep this service.
[26] And it shall come to pass,
when your children shall say unto you, What mean ye by this service?
[27] That ye shall say, It is the sacrifice of the LORD's
passover, who passed over the houses of the children of Israel in Egypt, when
he smote the Egyptians, and delivered our houses. And the people bowed the
head and worshipped.
