We are now in the third month of God called
Sivan,
Esther 8:9, day 20
Be a
good vessel of God
Deut.4
[2] You shall not add unto the word which I command you,
neither shall you diminish ought from it, that you may keep the
commandments of Yehovah your
God which I command you.
Deut.12
[32] What thing so
ever I command you, observe to do it: you shalt not
add thereto, nor diminish from it.
Prov.30
[6]
Add not unto His words, lest He reprove you, and you be found a liar.
We are supposed to be a new creature in God
Eph.4
[22] That you
put off concerning the former conversation the old man, which is corrupt
according to the deceitful lusts;
[23] And be renewed
in the spirit of your mind;
[24] And that
you put on the new man, which after God is created in righteousness and true
holiness.
2 Cor.5
[17] Therefore if
any man or woman be in Messiah, he is a new creature: old things are
passed away; behold, all things are become
new.
[3] Can
two walk together, except they be agreed?
Paul
said:
every wind of doctrine
Eph.4
[14] … be no
more children, tossed to and fro,
and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men,
and cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive…
John 9
[31] Now we know that God hears not sinners:
but if any
man be a worshipper of God, and does his will, him he hears.
Tit.1
[10] For there
are many unruly and vain talkers and
deceivers, especially they of the circumcision: Jews that rejected the Messiah
[11] Whose
mouths must be stopped, who subvert whole houses, teaching things which they
ought not, for filthy lucre's sake.
[14]
Not giving heed to Jewish fables, and commandments of men, that turn from the
truth.
[15] Unto the pure
all things are pure: but unto them that are defiled and unbelieving is nothing
pure; but even their mind and conscience
is defiled.
[16]
They profess that they know God; but in works they deny him, being abominable,
and disobedient, and unto every good work reprobate.
1 Tim.1
[1] Paul, an
apostle of Yeshua the Messiah by the
commandment of God our Savior, and Lord Yeshua the
Messiah, which is our hope;
[2] Unto Timothy,
my own son in the faith: Grace, mercy, and peace, from God our Father and Yeshua the
Messiah our Lord.
[3] As I besought
you to abide still at Ephesus, when I went into Macedonia that
you might charge some that they teach no
other doctrine,
[4] Neither
give heed to fables and endless genealogies, which minister questions,
rather than godly edifying which is in faith:
so do.
[5] Now the end (goal) of the commandment is charity out of a
pure heart, and of a good conscience, and of faith unfeigned:
[6] From which some
having swerved have turned aside unto vain
jangling;
Jangling:
ματαιολογία mataiologia {mat-ah-yol-og-ee'-ah}
Meaning: 1) vain talking, empty talk
Back to:
1 Tim.1:
[7] Desiring to be teachers of the law; understanding neither
what they say, nor whereof they affirm.
[8] But we know
that the law is good, if a man use it lawfully;
[9]
Knowing this that the law (the
judgments) is not made for a righteous man,
but for the
lawless and disobedient, for the ungodly and for sinners, for unholy and
profane, for murderers of fathers and murderers of mothers, for manslayers,
[10] For whoremongers,
for them that defile themselves with mankind, for men stealers, for liars,
for perjured persons, and if there be any
other thing that is contrary to sound doctrine…
Heb.13
[9] Be not
carried about with divers and
strange doctrines.
1 Tim. 4
[1] Now the
Spirit speaks expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing
spirits, and doctrines of devils;
[2] Speaking
lies in hypocrisy; having their conscience seared with a hot iron;
[7] But
refuse profane and old wives' fables, and exercise thyself rather unto godliness.
2 Tim. 4
[1] I charge you
therefore before God, and the Lord Yeshua the
Messiah, who shall judge the quick and the dead at his appearing and his
kingdom;
[2]
Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove,
rebuke, exhort with all longsuffering and doctrine.
[3]
For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after
their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears;
[4]
And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto
fables.
Rom.16
[17] Now I beseech
you, brethren, mark
them which cause divisions and offences contrary to the doctrine which you have
learned; and avoid them.
[18] For they that
are such serve not our Lord Yeshua the
Messiah, but their own belly; and by good
words and fair speeches deceive the hearts of the simple.
Be
aware of:
2
Cor. 11
[26] …false brothers and sisters
Gal. 2
[4] And that
because of false brethren unawares
brought in…
2 Cor.
11
[13] … false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming
themselves into
the apostles of Messiah
[14] And no marvel; for Satan himself
is transformed into an angel of light.
[15] Therefore it is
no great thing if his, Satan’s ministers also
be transformed as the ministers of righteousness; whose end shall be
according to their works.
Think of
all the religions that don’t believe God
was manifested in the flesh…
Pail
said:
1Tim. 3
[16] And without controversy great is the mystery of
godliness: God
was manifest in the flesh…
John 1
[1] In the
beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
[14] And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among
us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,)
full of grace and truth.
2 John 1
[7] For many
deceivers are entered into the world, who confess not that Yeshua the
Messiah is come in the flesh (of Israel).
This
is a deceiver and an anti-Messiah.
[9]
Whosoever transgresses, and abides not in the doctrine of
Messiah, had not God.
He
that abides in the doctrine of Messiah, he hath both the Father and
the Son.
[10] If there come
any unto you, and bring not this doctrine, receive
him not into your house, neither bid him God speed:
[11]
For he that bids him God speed is
partaker of his evil
Vessels of God
Acts 9
[1] And Saul, yet breathing out
threatenings
and slaughter against the disciples of the Lord, went unto the high priest
[2] And desired of him letters
to Damascus to the synagogues, that if he found any of this way, whether they
were men or women, he might bring them bound unto Jerusalem.
[3] And as he journeyed, he
came near Damascus: and suddenly there shined round about him a light from
heaven:
[4] And he fell to the earth,
and heard a voice saying unto him, Saul, Saul, why persecutest
thou me?
[5] And he said, Who are you, Lord? And the Lord said,
I am Yeshua
whom thou persecute:
it is hard for thee to kick against the pricks.
[6] And he trembling and
astonished said, Lord, what wilt thou have me to do?
And the Lord said unto him,
Arise, and go into the city, and it shall be told thee what thou must do.
[7] And the men which journeyed with him stood speechless, hearing a voice,
but seeing no man.
[8] And Saul arose from the earth; and when his eyes were opened, he
saw no man: but they led him by the hand, and brought him into Damascus.
[9] And he was three days
without sight, and neither did eat nor drink.
[10] And there was a certain
disciple at Damascus, named Ananias; and to him said the Lord in a vision,
Ananias. And he said, Behold, I am here, Lord.
[11] And the Lord said unto him,
Arise, and go into the street which is called Straight, and inquire in the
house of Judas for one called Saul, of Tarsus: for, behold he prays,
[12] And hath seen in a vision
a man named Ananias coming in, and putting his hand on him, that he might receive
his sight.
[13] Then Ananias answered,
Lord, I have heard by many of this man, how much evil he hath done to thy
saints at Jerusalem:
[14] And here he hath authority
from the chief priests to bind all that call on thy name.
[15]
But the Lord said unto him, Go thy way:
for he is a chosen vessel unto me,
to bear my name
before the Gentiles, and kings, and the children of Israel:
[16] For I will show him how
great things he must ssuffer for my
name's sake
[17] And Ananias went his way,
and entered into the house; and putting his hands on him said,
Brother Saul, the Lord, even Yeshua,
that appeared unto thee in the way as thou camest,
hath sent me, that thou mightest
receive thy sight, and be filled with the Holy Ghost.
[18] And immediately there fell
from his eyes as it had been scales:
and he received sight forthwith, and arose, and was
baptized.
[1] I say the truth in Messiah,
I lie not, my conscience also bearing me witness in
the Holy Ghost,
[2] That I have great heaviness
and continual sorrow in my heart.
[3] For I could wish that myself were accursed from Messiah for my brethren, my
kinsmen according to the flesh:
[4] Who are Israelites; to whom
pertaineth the adoption, and
the glory, and the covenants, and the giving of the law, and the service of
God, and the promises;
[5] Whose are the fathers, and
of whom as concerning the flesh Messiah came, who is over all, God blessed for
ever. Amen.
[6] Not as though the word of
God hath taken none effect.
For they are not all Israel,
which are of Israel:
[7] Neither, because they are
the seed of Abraham, are they all children: but, In
Isaac shall thy seed be called.
[8] That is, They
which are the children of the flesh, these are not the children of God: but the
children of the promise are counted for the seed.
[9] For this is the word of
promise, At this time will I come, and Sara shall have
a son.
[10] And not only this; but when
Rebecca also had conceived by one, even by our father Isaac;
[11] (For the children being
not yet born, neither having done any good or evil, that the purpose of God
according to election might stand, not of works, but of him that calleth;)
[12] It was said unto her, The elder shall serve the younger.
[13] As it is written, Jacob
have I loved, but Esau have I hated.
[14] What shall we say then? Is
there unrighteousness with God? God forbid.
[15] For he saith
to Moses, I will have mercy on whom I will have mercy, and I will have
compassion on whom I will have compassion.
[16] So then it is not of him
that willeth,
nor of him that runneth, but of God that sheweth
mercy.
[17] For the scripture saith
unto Pharaoh, Even for this same purpose have I raised thee up, that I might
show my power in thee, and that my name might be declared throughout all the
earth.
[18] Therefore had he mercy on whom he will have mercy, and whom he will he hardeneth.
[19] You will say then unto me,
Why doth he yet find fault? For who hath resisted his
will?
[20] Nay but, O man, who are
you that repliest
against God?
Shall the thing formed say to
him that formed it, Why have you made me thus?
[21]
Had not the potter power over the clay, of the same lump to make one vessel unto honor, and another unto
dishonor?
[22]
What if God, willing to shew his wrath,
and to make his power known, endured with much longsuffering the vessels of wrath fitted
to destruction:
[23]
And that he might make known the riches of his glory on the vessels of mercy, which he had afore prepared unto
glory,
[24] Even us, whom he had
called, not of the Jews only, but also of the Gentil
[26] And it shall come to pass,
that in the place where it was said unto them, Ye are
not my people; there shall they be called the children of the living God.
[27] Esaias
also crieth
concerning Israel, Though the number of the children
of Israel be as the sand of the sea, a remnant shall be saved:
[28] For he will finish the
work, and cut it short in righteousness: because a short work
will the Lord make upon the earth.
[29] And as Esaias
said before, Except the Lord of Sabaoth
had left us a seed, we had been as Sodoma, and
been made like unto Gomorrha.
[30] What shall we say then?
That the Gentiles, which followed not after righteousness, have attained to
righteousness, even the righteousness which is of faith.
[31] But Israel, which followed
after the law of righteousness, hath not attained to the law of righteousness.
[32] Wherefore? Because they
sought it not by faith, but as it were by the works of the law. For they
stumbled at that stumblingstone;
[33] As it is written, Behold,
I lay in Sion
a stumblingstone
and rock of offence: and whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed.
[1] Furthermore then we beseech you, brethren, and
exhort you by the Lord Jesus, that as ye have received of us how ye ought to
walk and to please God, so ye would abound more and more.
[2] For ye know what commandments we gave you by the
Lord Jesus.
[3] For this is the will of God, even your sanctification, that ye should abstain from fornication:
[4] That every one of you should know how to possess his vessel in sanctification and honor
[6] That no man go beyond and
defraud his brother in any matter: because that the Lord is the avenger of all
such, as we also have forewarned you and testified.
[7] For God hath not called us unto uncleanness, but
unto holiness.
[8] He therefore that despiseth, despiseth
not man, but God, who hath also given unto us his holy Spirit.
[9] But as touching brotherly love ye need not that I
write unto you: for ye yourselves are taught of God to love one another.
We are still waiting for
the return of Yeshua the Messiah
Wait with patience:
Have patience:
Luke 21
[19] In your patience possess
you your souls.
Luke 8
[15] … (they) that on the
good ground are they, which in an honest and good heart, having heard the word,
keep it, and bring forth fruit with patience.
[1] Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace
with God through our Lord Yeshua the
Messiah:
[2] By whom also we have access by faith into this
grace wherein we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God.
[3] And not only so, but we glory in tribulations
also: knowing that tribulation works patience;
[4] And patience, experience; and experience,
hope:
[5] And hope makes not ashamed; because the love of
God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost which is given unto us.
Rom.8
[24] For we are saved by hope: but hope that
is seen is not hope: for what a man sees, why does he yet hope for?
[25] But if we hope for that we see not, then do we
with patience wait for it.
Rom.15
[4] For whatsoever things were written
aforetime were written for our learning, that we through patience and
comfort of the scriptures might have hope.
[5] Now the God of patience and consolation
grant you to be likeminded one toward
another according to Messiah Yeshua:
[6] That you may with one
mind and one mouth glorify God, even the Father of our Lord Yeshua the
Messiah.
Col.1
[9] For this cause we also, since the day we heard it,
do not cease to pray for you, and to desire that you might be filled with the nowledge
of his will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding;
[10] That you might walk worthy of Yehovah unto
all pleasing, being fruitful in every good work, and increasing in the
knowledge of God;
[11] Strengthened with all might, according to his
glorious power, unto all patience and
longsuffering with joyfulness;
[12] Giving thanks unto the Father, which
had made us meet to be partakers of the
inheritance of the saints in light:
[13] Who had delivered us from the power of darkness,
and had translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son:
[14] In
whom we have redemption through his blood, even the forgiveness of sins:
[15] Who is the image of the invisible God, the
firstborn of every creature:
[16] For by him were all things created, that are in
heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones,
or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and
for him:
[17] And he is before all things, and by him all
things consist.
[18] And he is the head of the body, the church: who is
the beginning, the firstborn from the dead; that in all things he might have
the preeminence.
[19] For it pleased the Father that in him should all
fullness dwell;
[20] And, having made peace through the blood of his
cross, by him to reconcile all things unto himself; by him, I say, whether
they be things in earth, or things in
heaven.
[21] And you, that were sometime alienated and enemies
in your mind by wicked works, yet now hath he reconciled
[22] In the body of his flesh through death, to
present you holy and unblameable and unreproveable in
his sight:
[23] If you continue in the faith grounded and
settled, and be not moved away from the hope of the gospel, which you have
heard, and which was preached to every creature which is under heaven…
1Thes.1
[2] We give thanks to God always for you
all, making mention of you in our prayers;
[3] Remembering without ceasing your work of faith,
and labor of love, and patience of hope
in our Lord Yeshua the Messiah, in the
sight of God and our Father;
[4] Knowing, brethren beloved,
your election of God.
2 Thes.1
[4] … we ourselves glory in you in the churches of God
for your patience and faith in all
your persecutions and tribulations that you
endure:
[5] Which is a manifest token of the righteous
judgment of God, that you may be counted
worthy of the kingdom of God, for which you also suffer:
[6] Seeing it is a righteous thing with God to
recompense tribulation to them that trouble you…
1Cor.1
[7] … (see that) you
come behind in no gift; waiting for the coming of our Lord Yeshua the
Messiah:
2Thes.3
[5] And the Lord direct your hearts into the love of
God, and into the patient waiting for
Messiah.
In closing:
Be a good vessel of God
Thanks for joining us, may God bless you
