clothes, and be unclean until the evening.
[26] The carcasses of every beast which divides the hoof, and is not
cloven-footed, nor chews the cud, are unclean unto you: every one that touches

go on all four, those are unclean unto you: whoso touches their carcass shall
be unclean until the evening.
[28] And he that bears the carcass of them shall wash his clothes, and

creep upon the earth; the weasel, and the mouse, and the tortoise after his

shall be unclean; whether it be any vessel of wood, or raiment, or skin, or
sack, whatsoever vessel it be, wherein any work is done, it must be put into
water, and it shall be unclean until the evening; so it shall be cleansed.
[33] And every earthen vessel, where into any of them falls, whatsoever
is in it shall be unclean; and you shall break it.
[34] Of all meat which may be eaten, that on which such water cometh
shall be unclean: and all drink that may be drunk in every such vessel shall be
unclean.
[35] And everything whereupon any part of their carcass falls shall be
unclean; whether it be oven, or ranges for pots, they shall
be broken down: for they are unclean, and shall be unclean unto you.
[36] Nevertheless a fountain or pit, wherein there is plenty of water,
shall be clean: but that which touches their carcass shall be unclean.[37]
And if any part of their carcass fall upon any sowing seed which is to be sown,
it shall be clean.
[38] But if any water be put upon the seed, and any part of their
carcass fall thereon, it shall be unclean unto you.
[39] And if any beast, of which you may eat, die; he that touches the
carcass thereof shall be unclean until the evening.
[40] And he that eats of the carcass of it shall wash his
clothes, and be unclean until the evening: he also that bears the carcass of it
shall wash his clothes, and be unclean until the even.[41] And every
creeping thing that creeps upon the earth shall be an abomination; it shall
not be eaten.[42] Whatsoever goes upon the belly, and whatsoever goes
upon all four, or whatsoever hath more feet among all creeping things that
creep upon the earth, them you shall not
eat; for they are an abomination.
[43] Ye shall not make yourselves abominable with any creeping thing
that creeps, neither shall you make yourselves unclean with them, that you
should be defiled thereby.[44] For I
am Yehovah
your God: you shall therefore sanctify yourselves, and you shall be holy; for I
am holy: neither shall you defile yourselves with any manner of creeping thing
that creeps upon the earth.
[45] For I am Yehovah that brings
you up out of the land of Egypt, to be your God: you shall therefore be holy,
for I am holy.
[46] This is the law of the beasts, and of the fowl, and of every living
creature that moves in the waters, and of every creature that creeps upon the
earth:[47]
To make a difference between the
unclean and the clean, and between the beast that may be eaten and the beast
that may not be eaten.
Read all of Lev.18 if you get a chance
Lev.18 [22] You shall not lie
with mankind, as with womankind: it is abomination. [23]
Neither shall you lie with any beast to defile thyself therewith: neither shall
any woman stand before a beast to lie down thereto: it
is confusion.
תֶּבֶל tevel {teh'-vel}
Meaning – confusion: (violation of nature or divine
order), perversion (in sexual sin)
[29] For whosoever shall
commit any of these abominations, even the souls that commit them
shall be cut off from among their people.
Lev.20 [13] If
a man also lie with mankind, as he lies with a woman, both of them have
committed an abomination: they
shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them.
Deut.7 [25] the
graven images of their gods shall you burn with fire: you shall not desire the
silver or gold that is on them, nor take it unto yourself lest you be snared
therein: for it is an abomination to
Yehovah
your God.[26]
Neither shall you bring an abomination into
your house, lest you be a cursed thing like it: but you shall utterly detest
it, and you shall utterly abhor it; for it is a cursed thing.
Deut.12 [28] Observe and
hear all these words which I command thee, that it may go well with thee, and
with your children after thee forever, when you doest that which is good and
right in the sight of Yehovah your God.[29]
When Yehovah
your God shall cut off the nations from before thee, whither you go to possess
them, and you succeed them, and dwell in their land;[30] Take heed to
thyself that you be not snared by following them, after that they be destroyed
from before thee; and that you inquire not after their gods, saying, How did
these nations serve their gods? even so will I do
likewise.[31] You shall not do so unto
Yehovah
your God: for every abomination to
Yehovah,
which he hates, have they done unto their gods; for even their sons and their
daughters they have burnt in the fire to their gods.
Deut.13
[1] If there arise among you a prophet, or a dreamer of dreams, and
gives you a sign or a wonder,[2] And the sign or the wonder come to
pass, whereof he spoke unto thee, saying, Let us go after other gods, which you
have not known, and let us serve them;
[3] Thou shall not hearken unto the words of that prophet, or that
dreamer of dreams: for Yehovah your God
proves you, to know whether you love Yehovah your God
with all your heart and with all your soul.[4] Ye shall walk after Yehovah
your God, and fear him, and keep his commandments, and obey his voice, and you
shall serve him, and cleave unto him.[5] And that prophet, or that
dreamer of dreams, shall be put to death; because he hath spoken to turn you
away from Yehovah
your God, which brought you out of the land of Egypt, and redeemed you out of
the house of bondage, to thrust thee out of the way which Yehovah
your God commanded thee to walk in. So shall you put the evil away from the
midst of you.
[6] If your brother, the son of your mother, or your son, or your
daughter, or the wife of your bosom, or your friend, which is as your own soul,
entice thee secretly, saying, Let us go and serve other gods, which you hast
not known, you, nor your fathers;
[7] Namely, of the gods of the people which are round about you, nigh
unto thee, or far off from thee, from the one end of the earth even unto the
other end of the earth;[8] Thou shall not consent unto him, nor hearken
unto him; neither shall your eye pity him, neither shall you spare, neither
shall you conceal him:[9] But you shall surely kill him; your hand shall
be first upon him to put him to death, and afterwards the hand of all the
people.[10] And you shall stone him with stones, that he die; because he
hath sought to thrust thee away from Yehovah your God,
which brought thee out of the land of Egypt, from the house of bondage.[11]
And all Israel shall hear, and fear, and shall do no more any such wickedness
as this is among you.
[12] If you shall hear say in one of your cities, which Yehovah
your God hath given thee to dwell there, saying,[13] Certain men, the
children of Belial, are gone out from among you, and have withdrawn the
inhabitants of their city, saying, Let us go and serve other gods, which you
have not known;[14] Then shall you inquire, and make search, and ask
diligently; and, behold, if it be truth, and the thing certain, that such abomination is wrought
among you;[15] Thou shall surely smite the inhabitants of that city with
the edge of the sword, destroying it utterly, and all that is therein, and the
cattle thereof, with the edge of the sword.
[16] And you shall gather all the spoil of it into the midst of the
street thereof, and shall burn with fire the city, and all the spoil thereof
every whit, for Yehovah your God: and it shall be an
heap for ever; it shall not be built again.[17] And there shall cleave
naught of the cursed thing to your hand: that Yehovah
may turn from the fierceness of his anger, and show thee mercy, and have
compassion upon thee, and multiply thee, as he hath sworn unto your fathers;[18]
When you shall hearken to the voice of Yehovah your God, to
keep all his commandments which I command thee this day, to do that which is
right in the eyes of Yehovah your God.
[1] Thou shall not sacrifice unto Yehovah
your God any bullock, or sheep, wherein is blemish, or any evilfavouredness:
for that is an abomination unto Yehovah your God.
[2] If there be found among you, within any of your gates which Yehovah
your God gives thee, man or woman, that hath wrought wickedness in the sight of
Yehovah
your God, in transgressing his covenant,
[3] And hath gone and served other gods, and worshipped them, either the
sun, or moon, or any of the host of heaven, which I have not commanded;
[4] And it be told thee, and you have heard of it, and inquired
diligently, and, behold, it be true, and the thing certain, that such abomination is wrought
in Israel:
[5] Then shall you bring forth that man or that woman, which have
committed that wicked thing, unto your gates, even that man or that woman, and shall
stone them with stones, till they die.
[6] At the mouth of two witnesses, or three witnesses, shall he that is
worthy of death be put to death; but at the mouth of one witness he shall not
be put to death.
[7] The hands of the witnesses shall be first upon him to put him to
death, and afterward the hands of all the people. So you shall put the evil
away from among you.
Deut.22 [5] The
woman shall not wear that which pertains unto a man, neither shall a man put on
a woman's garment: for all that do so are abomination unto
Yehovah
your God.
Deut.23 [19] You shall not lend upon usury to your brother; usury of
money, usury of victuals, usury of anything that is lent upon usury:[18] You shall not bring the hire of a
whore, or the price of a dog, into the house of Yehovah
your God for any vow: for even both these are abomination unto
Yehovah
your God.
Deut.24 [1] When a man
hath taken a wife, and married her, and it come to pass that she find no favor
in his eyes, because he hath found some uncleanness in her: then let him write
her a bill of divorcement, and give it in her hand, and send her out of his
house.[2] And when she is departed out of his house, she may go and be
another man's wife.[3] And if the latter husband hate her, and write her
a bill of divorcement, and gives it in her hand, and sends her out of his
house; or if the latter husband die, which took her to be his wife;[4] Her former husband, which sent her away, may not
take her again to be his wife, after that she is defiled; for that is abomination before Yehovah:
and you shall not cause the land to sin, which Yehovah
your God gives you for an inheritance.
Deut.25 [13] You shall not have in your bag divers weights, a great and a
small.[14] You shall not have in your house divers measures, a great
and a small.[15] But you shall have a perfect and just weight, a perfect and
just measure shall you have: that your days may be lengthened in the land which
Yehovah your God gives you.[16] For all that do such things, and all that do unrighteously
are an abomination unto Yehovah
your God.
Deut.27 [15]
Cursed be the man that makes any graven or molten image, an abomination unto Yehovah,
the work of the hands of the craftsman, and puts it in a secret place. And all
the people shall answer and say, Amen.
Deut.32 [16] They
provoked Him to jealousy with strange gods, with abominations
provoked they him to anger.
1Kgs.11 [1] But king Solomon loved many strange women, together with the daughter
of Pharaoh, women of the Moabites, Ammonites, Edomites,
Zidonians,
and Hittites;[2] Of the nations concerning which Yehovah said unto the children of Israel, Ye shall
not go in to them, neither shall they come in unto you: for surely they will
turn away your heart after their gods: Solomon clave unto these in love.[3] And he had seven hundred wives, princesses, and three
hundred concubines: and his wives turned away his heart.[4] For it came to pass, when Solomon was old, that his wives
turned away his heart after other gods: and his heart was not perfect with Yehovah his God, as was the heart
of David his father.[5] For Solomon went after Ashtoreth the goddess of the Zidonians, and after Milcom the abomination of the
Ammonites.[6] And Solomon did evil in the sight of Yehovah, and went not fully after Yehovah, as did David his father.[7] Then did Solomon build an high place for Chemosh, the abomination of Moab, in
the hill that is before Jerusalem, and for Molech,
the abomination of the children of Ammon.
[8] And likewise did he for all his strange wives, which burnt
incense and sacrificed unto their gods.[9] And Yehovah
was angry with Solomon, because his heart was turned from Yehovah God of Israel, which had appeared unto him
twice,[10] And had commanded him concerning this thing, that he should
not go after other gods: but he kept not that which Yehovah commanded.
1Kgs.14[24] And there were also sodomites in the land: and they did
according to all the abominations of the nations which Yehovah
cast out before the children of Israel.

few Proverbs:
Prov.3 [32] for
the froward
is abomination to Yehovah:
but his secret is with the righteous.
Prov.6 [16] These six things doth Yehovah hate: yea, seven are an abomination unto him: [17] A proud look, a lying tongue, and hands that shed innocent blood,[18] An heart that devises wicked imaginations, feet that be swift in running to mischief,[19] A false witness that speaks lies, and he that sows discord among brethren.
Prov.8 [7] For my mouth shall speak truth; and wickedness is an abomination to my lips.
Prov.11 [1] A false balance is abomination to
Yehovah:
but a just weight is his delight.
[20] They that are of a froward
heart are abomination to Yehovah:
but such as are upright in their way are his delight.
Prov.12 [22] Lying
lips are abomination to Yehovah:
but they that deal truly are his delight.
Prov.13 [19] the
desire accomplished is sweet to the soul: but it is abomination to fools to depart from evil.
Prov.15 [8] The
sacrifice of the wicked is an abomination to
Yehovah:
but the prayer of the upright is his delight.
[9] The way of the wicked is
an abomination unto Yehovah:
but he loveth
him that follows after righteousness.
[26] The thoughts of the

but the words of the pure are pleasant words.
Prov.16 [5] Everyone that is proud in heart is an abomination to Yehovah:
though hand join in hand, he shall not be unpunished.

wickedness: for the throne is established by righteousness.
Prov.17 [15] He
that justifies the wicked, and he that condemneth the just,
even they both are abomination to
Yehovah.

Divers weights, and divers measures, both of them are alike abomination to Yehovah.
[23] Divers weights are an abomination unto Yehovah;
and a false balance is not good.
Prov.21 [27] The
sacrifice of the wicked is abomination:
how much more, when he brings it with a wicked mind?
Prov.24 [9] The
thought of foolishness is sin: and the scorner is an abomination to men.
Prov.26 [25] When
he speaks fair, believe him not: for there are seven abominations in
his heart.

that turns away his ear from hearing the law, even his prayer shall be abomination.
Prov.29 [27] An
unjust man is an abomination to
the just: and he that is upright in the way is abomination to

The book of Ezekiel has the word “abomination” many
times, here are just a few:
Ezek.44 [1] Then
he brought me back the way of the gate of the outward sanctuary which looks
toward the east; and it was shut.
[2] Then said Yehovah unto me; This
gate shall be shut, it shall not be opened, and no man shall enter in by it;
because Yehovah,
the God of Israel, hath entered in by it, therefore it shall be shut.
[3] It is for the prince; the prince, he shall sit in it to eat bread
before Yehovah;
he shall enter by the way of the porch of that gate, and shall go out by the
way of the same.
[4] Then brought he me the way of the
north gate before the house: and I looked, and, behold, the glory of Yehovah
filled the house of Yehovah: and I fell
upon my face.
[5] And Yehovah said unto me, Son of man, mark
well, and behold with your eyes, and hear with your ears all that I say unto
thee concerning all the ordinances of the house of Yehovah,
and all the laws thereof; and mark well the entering in of the house, with
every going forth of the sanctuary.
[6] And you shall say to the rebellious, even to the house of Israel, Thus
says the Lord Yehovah; O you house of Israel, let it
suffice you of all your abominations,
[7] In that you have brought into my sanctuary strangers, uncircumcised
in heart, and uncircumcised in flesh, to be in my sanctuary, to pollute it,
even my house, when you offer my bread, the fat and the blood, and they have
broken my covenant because of all your abominations.
[8] And you have not kept the charge of mine holy things: but you have
set keepers of my charge in my sanctuary for yourselves.
[9] Thus says the Lord Yehovah
No stranger, uncircumcised in heart, nor uncircumcised in
flesh, shall enter into my sanctuary, of any stranger that is among the
children of Israel.
Book of Daniel
Dan.9 [27] And
he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week: and in the midst of the
week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease, and for the
overspreading of abominations he shall make it desolate, even until the
consummation, and that determined shall be poured upon the desolate.
Dan.11 [31] And
arms shall stand on his part, and they shall pollute the sanctuary of strength,
and shall take away the daily sacrifice, and they shall place the abomination that makes desolate.
Dan.12 [11] And
from the time that the daily sacrifice shall be taken away, and the abomination that makes desolate set up,
there shall be a thousand two hundred and ninety days.
Mal.2 [11] Judah
hath dealt treacherously, and an abomination is
committed in Israel and in Jerusalem; for Judah hath profaned the holiness of Yehovah
which he loved, and hath married the daughter of a strange god.
Matt.24 [15] When
you therefore shall see the abomination of
desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, stand in the holy place, (whoso
reads, let him understand :) [16] Then let them which be in Judaea
flee into the mountains:
[17] Let him which is on the housetop not come down to take anything out
of his house:

[6] And I saw the woman drunken with the blood of the
saints, and with the blood of the martyrs of Yeshua:
and when I saw her, I wondered with great admiration.
[7] And the angel said unto me, wherefore didst you marvel? I will tell
thee the mystery of the woman, and of the beast that carries her, which hath
the seven heads and ten horns.
[8] The beast that you saw was, and is not; and shall ascend out of the
bottomless pit, and go into perdition: and they that dwell on the earth shall
wonder, whose names were not written in the book of life from the foundation of
the world, when they behold the beast that was, and is not, and yet is.
[9] And here is the mind which hath wisdom. The seven heads are seven
mountains, on which the woman sits.
[10] And there are seven kings: five are fallen, and one is, and the
other is not yet come; and when he cometh, he must
continue a short space.
[11] And the beast that was, and is not, even he is the eighth, and is
of the seven, and goes into perdition.
[12] And the ten horns which you saw are ten kings, which have received
no kingdom as yet; but receive power as kings one hour with the beast.
[13] These have one mind, and shall give their power and strength unto
the beast.
[14] These shall make war with the Lamb, and the Lamb shall overcome
them: for he is Lord of lords, and King of kings: and they that are with him
are called, and chosen, and faithful.
[15] And he said unto me, The waters which you
saw, where the whore sits, are peoples, and multitudes, and nations, and
tongues.
[16] And the ten horns which you saw upon the beast, these shall hate
the whore, and shall make her desolate and naked, and shall eat her flesh, and
burn her with fire.
[17] For God hath put in their hearts to fulfill his will, and to agree,
and give their kingdom unto the beast, until the words of God shall be
fulfilled.
[18] And the woman which you saw is that great city, which reigns over
the kings of the earth. [4] And the woman was
arrayed in purple and scarlet color, and decked with gold and precious stones
and pearls, having a golden cup in her hand full of abominations
and filthiness of her fornication:[5] And upon her forehead was a name written,
MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH.

[1] And I saw a new heaven and a new earth:
for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no
more sea.
[2] And I John saw the holy city, New Jerusalem, coming down from God
out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.
[3] And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the
tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be
his people, and God himself shall be with them, and be their God.
[4] And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall
be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more
pain: for the former things are passed away.
[5] And he that sat upon the throne said, Behold, I make all things new.
And he said unto me, Write: for these words are true and faithful.
[6] And he said unto me, It is done. I am
Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end. I will give unto him that is
athirst of the fountain of the water of life freely.
[7] He that overcomes shall inherit all things; and I will be his God,
and he shall be my son.
[8] But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers,
and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their
part in the lake which burns with fire and brimstone: which is the second
death.
[9] And there came unto me one of the seven angels which had the seven
vials full of the seven last plagues, and talked with me, saying, Come here, I
will show thee the bride, the Lamb's wife.
[10] And he carried me away in the spirit to a great and high mountain,
and showed me that great city, the holy Jerusalem, descending out of heaven
from God,
[11] Having the glory of God: and her light was like unto a stone most
precious, even like a jasper stone, clear as crystal;
[12] And had a wall great and high, and had twelve gates, and at the
gates twelve angels, and names written thereon, which are the names of the
twelve tribes of the children of Israel:
[13] On the east three gates; on the north three gates; on the south
three gates; and on the west three gates.
[14] And the wall of the city had twelve foundations, and in them the
names of the twelve apostles of the Lamb.
[15] And he that talked with me had a golden reed to measure the city,
and the gates thereof, and the wall thereof.
[16] And the city lies foursquare, and the length is as large as the
breadth: and he measured the city with the reed, twelve thousand furlongs. The
length and the breadth and the height of it are equal.
[17] And he measured the wall thereof, an hundred and forty and four
cubits, according to the measure of a man, that is, of the angel.
[18] And the building of the wall of it was of jasper: and the city was
pure gold, like unto clear glass.
[19] And the foundations of the wall of the city were garnished with all
manner of precious stones. The first foundation was jasper; the second,
sapphire; the third, a chalcedony; the fourth, an emerald;
[20] The fifth, sardonyx; the sixth, sardius;
the seventh, chrysolite; the eighth, beryl; the
ninth, a topaz; the tenth, a chrysoprasus; the
eleventh, a jacinth; the twelfth, an amethyst.
[21] And the twelve gates were twelve pearls; every several gate was of
one pearl: and the street of the city was pure gold, as it were
transparent glass.
[22] And I saw no temple therein: for the Yehovah
God Almighty and the Lamb are the temple of
it.
[23] And the city had no need of the sun, neither of the moon,
to shine in it: for the glory of God did lighten it, and the Lamb is the light
thereof.
[24] And the nations of them which are saved shall walk in the light of
it: and the kings of the earth do bring their glory and honor into it.
[25] And the gates of it shall not be shut at all by day: for there
shall be no night there.
[26] And they shall bring the glory and honor of the nations into it.
[27] And there shall in no wise enter into it
anything that defiles, neither whatsoever works abomination, or makes a lie:
but they
which are written in the Lamb's book of life.
