Shabbat Shalom

 שַׁבָּת שָׁלוֹם

Our address is 101 Forrest Crossing Blvd., Franklin Tn. 37064, suite 105A

We are still using the Gregorian calendar from Pope Gregory; from the 1500’s today in the 21 century

Today is Feb. 21, 2026

February -- month of Februa

Latin dies februatus "day of purification"

Februa is the Roman festival of purification, held on February fifteenth.

1st day of Adar was the 19 of February, Thursday,

We are now in the 12th month of God called Adar, Day 3

אֲדָר 'Adar {ad-awr'}

Meaning:  Adar = "glorious" 1) twelfth month, corresponding to modern March-April

Esth.3 [7] … to the twelfth month that is, the month Adar.

Today’s topic:

We must

Occupy until”

Messiah comes back

Gen.8

[22] While the earth remains, seed time and harvest, and cold and heat, and summer and winter, and day and night shall not cease.

Luke 19

[10] For the Son of man is come to seek and to save that which was lost.

[11] And as they heard these things, he added and spoke a parable, because he was nigh to Jerusalem, and because they yought that the kingdom of God should immediately appear.

[12] He said therefore, A certain nobleman went into a far country to receive for himself a kingdom, and to return.

[13] And he called his ten servants, and delivered them ten pounds, and said unto them, Occupy till I come.

[14] But his citizens hated him, and sent a message after him, saying, We will not have this man to reign over us.

[15] And it came to pass, that when he was returned, having received the kingdom,

then he commanded these servants to be called unto him, to whom he had given the money, that he might know how much every man had gained by trading.

[16] Then came the first, saying, Lord, thy pound had gained ten pounds.

[17] And he said unto him, Well, you good servant: because you hast been faithful in a very little, have you authority over ten cities.

[18] And the second came, saying, Lord, thy pound had gained five pounds.

[19] And he said likewise to him, Be you also over five cities.

[20] And another came, saying, Lord, behold, here is thy pound, which I have kept laid up in a napkin:

[21] For I feared thee, because you art an austere man: you take up that you layed not down, and reapest that you didst not sow.

[22] And he said unto him, Out of thine own mouth will I judge thee, you wicked servant.

You knew that I was an austere man, taking up that I laid not down, and reaping that I did not sow:

[23] Wherefore then gave not you my money into the bank, that at my coming I might have required mine own with usury?

[24] And he said unto them that stood by, Take from him the pound, and give it to him that had ten pounds.

[25] (And they said unto him, Lord, he had ten pounds.)

[26] For I say unto you,

That unto every one which had shall be given; and from him that had not, even that he had shall be taken away from him.

[27] But those mine enemies, which would not that I should reign over them, bring hither, and slay them before me.

The return of Yeshua in the future

Here are a few more verses:

Paul to the Gentiles, nations

1 Thes.1

[9] For they themselves show of us what manner of entering in we had unto you, and how you turned to God from idols to serve the living and true God;

[10] …to wait for the Fathers’s Son from heaven, whom the Father raised from the dead, even Yeshua, which delivered us from the wrath to come.

Matt.16

[28] Verily I say unto you, There be some standing here, which shall not taste of death, until they see the Son of man coming in his kingdom.

Matt.24

[1] And Yeshua went out, and departed from the temple:

and his disciples came to him for to show him the buildings of the temple.

[2] And Yeshua said unto them, See you not all these things?

verily I say unto you, There shall not be left here one stone upon another, that shall not be thrown down.

[3] And as he sat upon the Mount of Olives, the disciples came unto him privately, saying,

Tell us, when shall these things be?

and what shall be the sign of your coming, and of the end of the world?

[4] And Yeshua answered and said unto them, Take heed that no man deceive you.

[5] For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Messiah; and shall deceive many.

[6] And you shall hear of wars and rumors of wars: see that you be not troubled: for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet.

[7] For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places.

[8] All these are the beginning of sorrows.

[9] Then shall they deliver you up to be afflicted, and shall kill you: and you shall be hated of all nations for my name's sake.

[10] And then shall many be offended, and shall betray one another, and shall hate one another.

[11] And many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many.

[12] And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold.

[13] But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.

[14] And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations;

and then shall the end come.

[15] When you therefore shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, stand(ing) in the holy place, (the 3rd Temple) (whoso reads, let him understand:)

[16] Then let them which be in Judaea flee into the mountains:

[17] Let him which is on the housetop not come down to take anything out of his house:

[18] Neither let him which is in the field return back to take his clothes.

[19] And woe unto them that are with child,

and to them that give suck in those days!

[20] But pray you that your flight be not in the winter, neither on the Sabbath day:

[21] For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be.

[22] And except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved: but for the elect's sake those days shall be shortened.

[23] Then if any man shall say unto you, Lo, here is Messiah, or there; believe it not.

[24] For there shall arise false Messiah, and false prophets, and shall show great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect.

[25] Behold, I have told you before.

[26] Wherefore if they shall say unto you, Behold, he is in the desert; go not forth: behold, he is in the secret chambers; believe it not.

[27] For as the lightning comes out of the east, and shins even unto the west; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.

[28] For where ever the carcass is, there will the eagles be gathered together.

[29] Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken:

[30] And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven:

and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn,

and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.

[31] And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.

[32] Now learn a parable of the fig tree; When his branch is yet tender, and puts forth leaves, you know that summer is nigh:

[33] So likewise you, when you shall see all these things, know that it is near, even at the doors.

[34] Verily I say unto you, this generation shall not pass, till all these things be fulfilled.

[35] Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away.

[36] But of that day and hour knows no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only.

[37] But as the days of Noah were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.

[38] For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noah entered into the ark,

[39] And knew not until the flood came, and took them all away; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.

[40] Then shall two be in the field; the one shall be taken, and the other left.

[41] Two women shall be grinding at the mill; the one shall be taken, and the other left.

[42] Watch therefore: for you know not what hour your Lord doth come.

[43] But know this that if the good man of the house had known in what watch the thief would come, he would have watched, and would not have suffered his house to be broken up.

[44] Therefore be you also ready: for in such an hour as you think not the Son of man comes.

[45] Who then is a faithful and wise servant, whom his lord hath made ruler over his household, to give them meat in due season?

[46] Blessed is that servant, whom his lord when he comes shall find so doing.

[47] Verily I say unto you, That he shall make him ruler over all his goods.

[48] But and if that evil servant shall say in his heart, My lord delays his coming;

[49] And shall begin to smite his fellow servants, and to eat and drink with the drunken;

[50] The lord of that servant shall come in a day when he looks not for him, and in an hour that he is not aware of,

[51] And shall cut him asunder, and appoint him his portion with the hypocrites: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.

Matt.26

[64] Yeshua said unto him, you have said: nevertheless I say unto you, Hereafter shall you see the Son of man sitting on the right hand of power, and coming in the clouds of heaven.

Mark 14

[61] …. Again the high priest asked him, and said unto him, Are you the Messiah, the Son of the Blessed?

[62] And Yeshua said, I am (the Messiah): and you shall see the Son of man sitting on the right hand of power, and coming in the clouds of heaven.

1 Cor.1

[4] I thank my God always on your behalf, for the grace of God which is given you by Yeshua the Messiah;

[5] That in everything you are enriched by him, in all utterance, and in all knowledge;

[6] Even as the testimony of Messiah was confirmed in you:

[7] So that you come behind in no gift; waiting for the coming of our Lord Yeshua the Messiah:

[8] Who shall also confirm you unto the end, that you may be blameless in the day of our Lord Yeshua the Messiah.

1 Thes.3

[11] Now God himself and our Father, and our Lord Jesus Christ, direct our way unto you.

[12] And the Lord make you to increase and abound in love one toward another, and toward all men, even as we do toward you:

[13] To the end he may establish your hearts unblameable in holiness before God, even our Father, at the coming of our Lord Yeshua the Messiah with all his saints.

1 Thes.4

[15] For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent, go before them which are asleep.

[16] For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Messiah shall rise first:

[17] Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.

[18] Wherefore comfort one another with these words.

1 Thes.5

[23] … the very God of peace sanctify you wholly; and I pray God your whole spirit and soul and body be preserved blameless unto the coming of our Lord Yeshua the Messiah.

2 Thes.2

[1] Now we beseech you, brethren, by the coming of our Lord Yeshua the Messiah, and by our gathering together unto him,

[2] That you be not soon shaken in mind, or be troubled, neither by spirit, nor by word, nor by letter as from us, as that the day of Messiah is at hand.

[3] Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;

[4] Who opposes and exalts himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sits in the temple of God, showing himself that he is God.

[5] Remember you not, that, when I was yet with you, I told you these things?

[6] And now you know what withholds that he might be revealed in his time.

[7] For the mystery of iniquity doth already work: only he who now lets will let, until he be taken out of the way.

[8] And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming:

[9] Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders,

[10] And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved.

[11] And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie:

[12] That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.

[13] But we are bound to give thanks always to God for you, brethren beloved of the Lord,

because God hath from the beginning chosen you to salvation through sanctification of the Spirit and belief of the truth:

[14] Whereunto he called you by our gospel, to the obtaining of the glory of our Lord Yeshua the Messiah.

[15] Therefore, brethren, stand fast, and hold the traditions which you have been taught, whether by word, or our epistle.

[16] Now our Lord Yeshua the Messiah himself, and God, even our Father, which hath loved us, and hath given us everlasting consolation and good hope through grace,

[17] Comfort your hearts, and establish you in every good word and work.

Jas.5

[7] Be patient therefore, brethren, unto the coming of the Lord.

Behold, the husbandman waits for the precious fruit of the earth, and hath long patience for it, until he receive the early and latter rain.

[8] Be you also patient; establish your hearts: for the coming of the Lord draws nigh.

2 Pet.3

[1] This second epistle, beloved, I now write unto you; in both which I stir up your pure minds by way of remembrance:

[2] That you may be mindful of the words which were spoken before by the holy prophets, and of the commandment of us the apostles of the Lord and Savior:

[3] Knowing this first, that there shall come in the last days scoffers, walking after their own lusts,

[4] And saying, where is the promise of his coming?

for since the fathers fell asleep, all things continue as they were from the beginning of the creation.

[5] For this they willingly are ignorant of, that by the word of God the heavens were of old, and the earth standing out of the water and (then) in the water:

[6] Whereby the world that then was, being overflowed with water, perished:

[7] But the heavens and the earth, which are now, by the same word are kept in store, reserved unto fire against the day of judgment and perdition of ungodly men.

[8] But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day.

[9] The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.

[10] But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise,

and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up.

[11] Seeing then that all these things shall be dissolved, what manner of persons ought you to be in all holy conversation and godliness,

[12] Looking for and hasting unto the coming of the day of God, wherein the heavens being on fire shall be dissolved, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat?

[13] Nevertheless we, according to his promise, look for new heavens and a new earth, wherein dwells righteousness.

[14] Wherefore, beloved, seeing that you look for such things, be diligent that you may be found of him in peace, without spot, and blameless.

[15] And account that the longsuffering of our Lord is salvation; even as our beloved brother Paul also according to the wisdom given unto him hath written unto you;

[16] As also in all his epistles, speaking in them of these things; in which are some things hard to be understood,

which they that are unlearned and unstable wrest, as they do also the other scriptures, unto their own destruction.

[17] You therefore, beloved, seeing you know these things before,

beware lest you also, being led away with the error of the wicked, fall from your own steadfastness.

[18] But grow in grace, and in the knowledge of our Lord and Savior Yeshua the Messiah.

To Him be glory both now and forever. Amen.

In closing for today:

As I said last week, be Holy in life: word, conversation, thought, in works, actions, appearance, sight etc…

One day we will meet God
