Judaism say for "one" to be A Jew, his or her mother has to be Jewish.
I think they never read these verses in the Hebrew Bible
A few scriptures
Abram's father Terah was from Ur of the Chaldees, the land of his nativity. ( they are not Jewish )
Gen.11 [27] Now these are the generations of Terah: Terah begat Abram, Nahor, and Haran; and Haran begat Lot.
[28] And Haran died before his father Terah in the land of his nativity, in Ur of the Chaldees.
Gen.19 [29
] And it came to pass, when God destroyed the cities
of the plain, that God remembered Abraham, and sent Lot out of the midst of
the overthrow, when he overthrew the cities in the which Lot dwelt.
[30] And Lot went up out of
Zoar, and dwelt in the mountain, and his two daughters with him; for he feared
to dwell in Zoar: and he dwelt in a cave, he and his two daughters.
[31] And the firstborn said
unto the younger, Our father is old, and there is not a man in the earth to
come in unto us after the manner of all the earth:
[32] Come, let us make our father
drink wine, and we will lie with him, that we may preserve seed of our father.
[33] And they made their father
drink wine that night: and the firstborn went in, and lay with her father;
and he perceived not when she lay down, nor when she arose.
[34] And it came to pass on
the morrow, that the firstborn said unto the younger, Behold, I lay yesternight
with my father: let us make him drink wine this night also; and go thou in,
and lie with him, that we may preserve seed of our Father.
[35] And they made their father
drink wine that night also: and the younger arose, and lay with him; and he
perceived not when she lay down, nor when she arose.
[36] Thus were both the daughters
of Lot with child by their father.
[37] And the firstborn bare a son, and
called his name Moab: the same is the father of the Moabites unto this day.
[38] And the younger, she also bare a son,
and called his name Benammi: the same is the father of the children of Ammon
unto this day.
Look like Rebekah is a Syrian
Gen.25[ 20] And Isaac was forty years old when he took Rebekah to wife, the daughter of Bethuel the Syrian of Padan-aram, the sister to Laban the Syrian.
Rebekah's father and brother are Syrians
Look like Jacob's and Esau's mother Rebekah is a Syrian, making them also Syrian.
Gen.28[ 5] And Isaac sent away Jacob: and he went to Padan-aram unto Laban, son of Bethuel the Syrian, the brother of Rebekah, Jacob's and Esau's mother.
Gen.31[ 20] And Jacob stole away unawares to Laban the Syrian, in that he told him not that he fled.
[24] And God came to Laban the Syrian in a dream by night, and said unto him, Take heed that thou speak not to Jacob either good or bad.
Deut.26[ 5] And thou shalt speak and say before the LORD thy God, A Syrian ready to perish was my father, and he went down into Egypt, and sojourned there with a few, and became there a nation, great, mighty, and populous:
Moses talking
Deut.26[ 5] And thou shalt speak and say before the LORD thy God, A Syrian ready to perish was my father , and he went down into Egypt, and sojourned there with a few, and became there a nation, great, mighty, and populous:
Look like Joseph's wife wan not Jewish of
whom was born Manasseh and Ephraim
Gen.41[
50] And
unto Joseph were born two sons before the years of
famine came, which Asenath the daughter
of Poti-pherah priest of On bare unto him.
Gen.46[
20] And
unto Joseph in the land of Egypt were born Manasseh
and Ephraim, which Asenath the daughter
of Poti-pherah priest of On bare unto him.

King Rehoboam'a mother was not Jewish, Naamah
was an Ammonitess
1Kgs.14[
21] And Rehoboam the son of
Solomon reigned in Judah. Rehoboam was forty and one years old when he began
to reign, and he reigned seventeen years in Jerusalem, the city which the LORD
did choose out of all the tribes of Israel, to put his name there. And his
mother's name was Naamah
an Ammonitess.
[31] And Rehoboam
slept with his fathers, and was buried with his fathers in the city of David.
And his mother's name was
Naamah an Ammonitess. And Abijam his son reigned
in his stead.
2Chr.12[
13] So king Rehoboam strengthened
himself in Jerusalem, and reigned: for Rehoboam was one and forty years old
when he began to reign, and he reigned seventeen years in Jerusalem, the city
which the LORD had chosen out of all the tribes of Israel, to put his name
there. And his mother's name was
Naamah an Ammonitess.

Ezek.16 [
3] And say,
Thus saith the Lord GOD unto Jerusalem
; Thy birth and thy nativity is of the
land of Canaan; thy father was
an Amorite, and thy mother an Hittite.
[45] Thou art
thy mother's daughter, that lotheth her husband and her children; and thou
art the sister of thy sisters, which lothed their husbands and their children:
your mother was an Hittite, and your father an Amorite.
