We are
now in the third month of God called Sivan 17th day סִיוָן
Jude
[5] I will therefore put you in remembrance, though
ye once knew this, how that Yehovah, having saved the
people out of the land of Egypt, afterward destroyed them that believed not.
[6] And the angels which
kept not their first estate, but left their own habitation, he hath reserved in
everlasting chains under darkness unto the judgment of the great day.
[7] Even as Sodom and Gomorrha,
and the cities about them in like manner, giving themselves over to
fornication, and going after strange flesh, are set forth for an example,
suffering the vengeance of eternal fire.
2 Peter 2
[4] For if God spared not the angels that sinned,
but cast them down to hell, and delivered them into chains of darkness, to be
reserved unto judgment;
[5] And spared not the old world, but saved
Noah the eighth person, a preacher of righteousness, bringing in the flood upon
the world of the ungodly;
[6] And turning the cities of Sodom and Gomorrha into ashes condemned them with an overthrow,
making them an ensample unto those that after should live ungodly;
[7] And delivered just Lot, vexed with the
filthy conversation of the wicked:
[8] (For that righteous man dwelling among them, in
seeing and hearing, vexed his righteous soul from day to day with their
unlawful deeds;)
[9] Yehovah knows how to
deliver the godly out of temptations, and to reserve the unjust unto the day of judgment to be punished:
Ezek.28
[13] You have been in Eden the garden of God; every
precious stone was your covering, the sardius, topaz,
and the diamond, the beryl, the onyx, and the jasper, the sapphire, the
emerald, and the carbuncle, and gold: the workmanship of your tabrets and of your pipes was prepared in you in the day
that you was created.
[14] You are the anointed cherub that covers; and I
have set your so: you were upon the holy mountain of
God; you have walked up and down in the midst of the stones of fire.
[15] You were perfect in your ways from the day that you
were created until iniquity was found in you.
[16] By the multitude of your merchandise they have
filled the midst of you with violence, and you have sinned: therefore I will
cast you as profane out of the mountain of God: and I will destroy you, O
covering cherub, from the midst of the stones of fire.
[16]
By the multitude of your merchandise they have filled the midst of you with
violence, and you have sinned: therefore I will cast you as profane out
of the mountain of God: and I will destroy you, O covering cherub,
from the midst of the stones of fire.
[17] Your heart was lifted up because of your beauty, you have corrupted your wisdom by reason of your
brightness: I will cast you to the ground, I will lay you before kings,
that they may behold you.
[18] You have defiled your sanctuaries by the
multitude of your iniquities, by the iniquity of your traffic; therefore will I
bring forth a fire from the midst of you, it shall devour you, and I will bring
you to ashes upon the earth in the sight of all them that behold you.
[19] All they that know you among the people shall be
astonished at you: you shall be a terror, and never shall you be any more.
Rev.12 [9] And the great dragon was
cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan,
which deceives the whole world: he was cast out into the
earth, and his angels were cast out with him.
[1] And there came two
angels to Sodom at even; and Lot sat in the gate of Sodom: and Lot seeing them
rose up to meet them; and he bowed himself with his face toward the ground;
[2] And he said, Behold now, my lords, turn in, I pray you, into your
servant's house, and tarry all night, and wash your feet, and ye shall rise up
early, and go on your ways. And they said, Nay; but we
will abide in the street all night.
[3] And he pressed upon them greatly; and they turned in unto him, and
entered into his house; and he made them a feast, and did bake unleavened
bread, and they did eat.
[4] But before they lay down, the men of the city, even the men of
Sodom, compassed the house round, both old and young, all the people from every
quarter:
[5] And they called unto Lot, and said unto him, Where are the men which
came in to you this night? bring them out unto us,
that we may know them.
[6] And Lot went out at the door unto them, and shut the door after him,
[7] And said, I pray you, brethren, do not so wickedly.
[8] Behold now, I have two daughters which have not known man; let me, I
pray you, bring them out unto you, and do ye to them as is good in your eyes:
only unto these men do nothing; for therefore came they under the shadow of my
roof.
[9] And they said, Stand back. And they said again, This
one fellow came in to sojourn, and he will needs be a judge: now will we deal
worse with you, than with them. And they pressed sore upon the man, even Lot,
and came near to break the door.
[10] But the men put forth their hand, and pulled Lot into the house to
them, and shut to the door.
[11] And they smote the men that were at the door of the house with
blindness, both small and great: so that they wearied themselves to find the
door.
[12] And the men said unto Lot, Hast you here any besides? son in law, and your sons, and your daughters, and
whatsoever you have in the city, bring them out of this place:
[13] For we will destroy
this place, because the cry of them is waxen great before the face of Yehovah; and Yehovah
had sent us to destroy it.
[14] And Lot went out, and spake unto his sons
in law, which married his daughters, and said, Up, get
you out of this place; for Yehovah will destroy this
city. But he seemed as one that mocked unto his sons in law.
[15] And when the morning arose, then the angels hastened Lot, saying,
Arise, take your wife, and your two daughters, which are here; lest you be
consumed in the iniquity of the city.
[16] And while he lingered, the men laid hold upon his hand, and upon the hand of his wife, and upon the hand of
his two daughters; Yehovah being merciful unto him:
and they brought him forth, and set him without the city.
[17] And it came to pass, when they had brought them forth abroad, that
he said, Escape for your life; look not behind you, neither stay you in all the
plain; escape to the mountain, lest you be consumed.
[18] And Lot said unto them, Oh, not so, my Lord:
[19] Behold now, your servant hath found grace in your sight, and you have
magnified your mercy, which you have shewed unto me
in saving my life; and I cannot escape to the mountain, lest some evil take me,
and I die:
[20] Behold now, this city is near to flee unto, and it is a little one:
Oh, let me escape thither, (is it not a little one?) and my soul shall live.
[21] And he said unto him, See, I have accepted you concerning this
thing also, that I will not overthrow this city, for the
which you have spoken.
[22] Haste you, escape thither; for I cannot do anything untill you be come thither.
Therefore the name of the city was called Zoar.
[23] The sun was risen upon the earth when Lot entered into Zoar.
[24] Then Yehovah
rained upon Sodom and upon Gomorrah brimstone and fire from Yehovah
out of heaven;
[25] And he overthrew those cities, and all the plain, and all the inhabitants
of the cities, and that which grew upon the ground.
[26] But his wife looked
back from behind him, and she became a pillar of salt.
Pss.78 [31] The wrath of
God came upon them, and slew the fattest of them, and smote
down the chosen men of Israel.
John 3 [36] He that believeth on the Son had everlasting
life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath
of God abides on him.
Rom.1 [18] For the wrath
of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and
unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness…
Eph.5
[6]
Let no man deceive you with vain words: for because of these things cometh the wrath
of God upon the children of disobedience.
Col.3 [5] Mortify / kill therefore your members
which are upon the earth; fornication, uncleanness, inordinate affection, evil
concupiscence, and covetousness, which is idolatry: [6] For which things'
sake the wrath of God cometh on the children of disobedience:
Rev.14
[9] And the third angel
followed them, saying with a loud voice, If any man worship the beast and his
image, and receive his mark in his forehead, or in his hand, [10] The same shall drink of the wine of the wrath
of God, which is poured out without mixture into the cup of his
indignation; and he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence
of the holy angels, and in the presence of the Lamb:
[19]
And the angel thrust in his sickle into the earth, and gathered the vine of the
earth, and cast it into the great winepress of the wrath of God.
Rev.15
[1]
And I saw another sign in heaven, great and marvellous,
seven angels having the seven last plagues; for in them is filled up the wrath
of God.
[7]
And one of the four beasts gave unto the seven angels seven golden vials full
of the wrath of God, who lives for ever
and ever.
Rev.16
[1]
And I heard a great voice out of the temple saying to the seven angels, Go your
ways, and pour out the vials of the wrath of God upon the earth.
2 Kgs.1
[12]
And Elijah answered and said unto them, If I be a man
of God, let fire come down from heaven, and consume you and your fifty. And the fire
of God came down from heaven, and consumed him and his fifty.
Gen.13
[10]
And Lot lifted up his eyes, and beheld all the plain of Jordan, that it was
well watered every where, before Yehovah
destroyed Sodom and Gomorrah, even as the garden of Yehovah, like the land of Egypt, as you come unto Zoar.
Deut.2
[21]
A people great, and many, and tall, as the Anakims;
but Yehovah destroyed them before
them; and they succeeded them, and dwelt in their stead:
2Kgs.21
[9]
But they hearkened not: and Manasseh seduced them to do more evil than did the
nations whom Yehovah destroyed before
the children of Israel.
Joel.2
[11]
And Yehovah shall utter his voice before his
army: for his camp is very great: for he is strong that executeth his word: for the day of Yehovah
is great and very terrible; and who can abide it
2 Sam.4
[8]
And they brought the head of Ish-bosheth unto David
to Hebron, and said to the king, Behold the head of Ish-bosheth
the son of Saul your enemy, which sought your life; and Yehovah had avenged my lord the king this day of
Saul, and of his seed.
2 Sam.18
[19]
Then said Ahimaaz the son of Zadok,
Let me now run, and bear the king tidings, how that Yehovah
had avenged him of his enemies.
[31]
And, behold, Cushi came; and Cushi
said, Tidings, my lord the king: for Yehovah had
avenged you this day of all them that rose up against you.
1 Sam.17
[47]
And all this assembly shall know that Yehovah saves
not with sword and spear: for the battle is Yehovah’s,
and he will give you into our hand
Deut.7
[1]
When Yehovah your God shall bring you into the
land whither you go to possess it, and
had cast out many nations before you, the Hittites, and the Girgashites,
and the Amorites, and the Canaanites, and the Perizzites,
and the Hivites, and the Jebusites,
seven nations greater and mightier than you;
[2] And when Yehovah your God shall
deliver them before you; you shall smite them, and utterly destroy them;
you shall make no covenant with them, nor show mercy unto them…
[23] But Yehovah your God shall deliver them unto
you, and shall destroy them with a mighty destruction, until they be destroyed.
Deut.22
[20] Yehovah will
not spare him, but then the anger of Yehovah and his jealousy shall smoke against that
man, and all the curses that are written in this book shall lie upon him, and Yehovah shall
blot out his name from under heaven.
[21] And Yehovah shall
separate him unto evil out of all the tribes of Israel, according to all
the curses of the covenant that are written in this book of the law…
Deut.28
[15] But it shall come to pass, if thou wilt not
hearken unto the voice of Yehovah your
God, to observe to do all his commandments and his statutes which I command
thee this day; that all these curses shall come upon thee, and overtake thee:
[16] Cursed shalt thou be
in the city, and cursed shalt thou be in the field.
[17] Cursed shall be your basket and your store.
[18] Cursed shall be the fruit of your body, and the
fruit of your land, the increase of your kine, and
the flocks of your sheep.
[19] Cursed shalt thou be
when thou comest in, and cursed shalt
thou be when thou goest out.
[20] Yehovah shall send upon thee cursing,
vexation, and rebuke, in all that thou settest thine hand unto for to do, until thou be destroyed, and
until thou perish quickly; because of the wickedness of your doings, whereby
thou hast forsaken me.
[21] Yehovah shall make the pestilence cleave unto thee, until he have consumed thee from off the land, whither thou goest to possess it.
[22] Yehovah shall smite thee with a consumption, and with a fever, and with an inflammation,
and with an extreme burning, and with the sword, and with blasting, and with
mildew; and they shall pursue thee until thou perish.
[23] And your heaven that is over your head shall be
brass, and the earth that is under thee shall be iron.
[24] Yehovah shall make the rain of your
land powder and dust: from heaven shall it come down upon thee, until thou be destroyed.
[25] Yehovah shall cause thee to be smitten
before thine enemies: thou shalt
go out one way against them, and flee seven ways before them: and shalt be removed into all the kingdoms of the earth.
[26] And your carcase shall
be meat unto all fowls of the air, and unto the beasts of the earth, and no man
shall fray them away.
[27] Yehovah
will smite you with the botch of Egypt, and with the emerods, and with the scab, and with the itch, whereof you
canst not be healed.
[28] Yehovah
shall smite thee with madness, and blindness, and astonishment of heart:
[29] And you shall grope at noonday, as the blind gropeth in darkness, and thou shalt
not prosper in your ways: and thou shalt be only
oppressed and spoiled evermore, and no man shall save thee.
[30] You shall betroth a wife, and another man shall
lie with her: thou shalt build an
house, and you shall not dwell therein: thou shalt
plant a vineyard, and shalt not gather the grapes
thereof.
[59]
Then Yehovah will make your
plagues wonderful, and the plagues of your seed, even great plagues, and of
long continuance, and sore sicknesses, and of long continuance.
[63]
And it shall come to pass, that as Yehovah rejoiced
over you to do you good, and to multiply you; so Yehovah
will rejoice over you to destroy you, and to bring you
to nought; and ye shall be plucked from off the land
whither you goest to possess it.
Zech.14
[12]
And this shall be the plague wherewith Yehovah
will smite all the people that have fought against Jerusalem; Their flesh shall consume away while they stand upon their
feet, and their eyes shall consume away in their holes, and their tongue shall
consume away in their mouth.
[18]
And if the family of Egypt go not up, and come not, that have no rain; there shall be the plague, wherewith Yehovah will smite the heathen that come
not up to keep the feast of tabernacle
Gen.19 [14] And Lot went out, and spake
unto his sons in law, which married his daughters, and said, Up,
get you out of this place; for Yehovah will destroy
this city.
Prov.15
[25] Yehovah will destroy the house of the proud:
but he will establish the border of the widow.
2 Cor.5
[11]
Knowing therefore the terror of the Lord, we persuade men; but we
are made manifest unto God…
Exod.14
[27]
And Moses stretched forth his hand over the sea, and the sea returned to his
strength when the morning appeared; and the Egyptians fled against it; and Yehovah overthrew the Egyptians in the
midst of the sea.
Deut.29
[23]
And that the whole land thereof is brimstone, and salt, and
burning, that it is not sown, nor beareth, nor
any grass groweth therein, like the overthrow of
Sodom, and Gomorrah, Admah, and Zeboim,
which Yehovah overthrew in his
anger, and in his wrath:
Jer.20
[16]
And let that man be as the cities which Yehovah
overthrew, and repented not: and let him hear the cry in the morning, and
the shouting at noontide…
Rev.12
[7] And there was war in heaven: Michael and his
angels fought against the dragon; and the dragon fought and his angels,
[8] And prevailed not; neither was their place found
any more in heaven.
[9] And the great dragon was cast out, that old
serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth
the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out
with him.
Rev.18
[1]
And after these things I saw another angel come down from heaven, having great
power; and the earth was lightened with his glory.
[2] And he cried mightily with a strong voice, saying, Babylon the
great is fallen, is fallen, and is become the habitation of devils, and the
hold of every foul spirit, and a cage of every unclean and hateful bird.
[3]
For all nations have drunk of the wine of the wrath of her fornication,
and the kings of the earth have committed fornication with her,
and the merchants of the earth are waxed rich through the abundance of her
delicacies.
[4]
And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my people,
that you be not partakers of her sins, and that you receive not of her plagues.
[5] For her sins have reached unto heaven, and God had remembered her
iniquities.
[6]
Reward her even as she rewarded you, and double unto her double according to
her works: in the cup which she had filled fill to her double.
[7] How much she had glorified herself, and lived deliciously, so much
torment and sorrow give her: for she said in her heart, I sit a queen, and am
no widow, and shall see no sorrow.
[8]
Therefore shall her plagues come in one day, death, and mourning, and famine;
and she shall be utterly burned with fire: for strong is Yehovah
God who judged her.
[9]
And the kings of the earth, who have committed fornication and lived
deliciously with her, shall bewail her, and lament for her, when they shall see
the smoke of her burning,[10] Standing afar off for the fear of her torment,
saying, Alas, alas, that great city Babylon, that mighty city! for in one hour is your judgment come.
[11] And the merchants of the earth shall weep and mourn over her; for
no man buys their merchandise any more:
[12]
The merchandise of gold, and silver, and precious stones, and of pearls, and
fine linen, and purple, and silk, and scarlet, and all thyine
wood, and all manner vessels of ivory, and all manner vessels of most precious
wood, and of brass, and iron, and marble,
[13] And cinnamon, and odours, and ointments,
and frankincense, and wine, and oil, and fine flour, and wheat, and beasts, and
sheep, and horses, and chariots, and slaves, and souls of men.
[14]
And the fruits that your soul lusted after are departed from you, and all
things which were dainty and goodly are departed from you, and you shall find
them no more at all.
[15] The merchants of these things, which were made rich by her, shall
stand afar off for the fear of her torment, weeping and wailing,
[16] And saying, Alas, alas, that great city, that was clothed in fine
linen, and purple, and scarlet, and decked with gold, and precious stones, and
pearls!
[17] For in one hour so great riches is come to nought.
And
every shipmaster, and all the company in ships, and sailors, and as many as
trade by sea, stood afar off,
[18] And cried when they saw the smoke of her burning, saying, What city
is like unto this great city!
[19] And they cast dust on their heads, and cried, weeping and wailing,
saying, Alas, alas, that great city, wherein were made rich all that had ships
in the sea by reason of her costliness! for in one
hour is she made desolate.
[20]
Rejoice over her, you heavens, and you holy apostles and prophets; for God had
avenged you on her.
Rev.19
[1]
And after these things I heard a great voice of much people in heaven, saying, praise Yehovah - Hallelu Yah
; Salvation, and glory, and honor, and power, unto the
Lord our God:
[2] For true and righteous are his
judgments: for He had judged the great whore, which did corrupt the earth
with her fornication, and hath avenged the blood of his servants at her hand.
[3] And again they said, praise
Yehovah, Hallelu Yah.
And
her smoke rose up for ever and ever.
[4]
And the four and twenty elders and the four beasts fell down and worshipped God
that sat on the throne, saying, Amen; praise Yehovah Hallelu Yah
In
closing for today:
Heb.12 [29] For our God
is a consuming fire.
May Yah Bless you
