Today we are
still using the Gregorian calendar from Pope Gregory; from the 1500’s
The Gregorian
calendar is
the calendar used in most
parts of the world today. It went into effect in October 1582 issued by Pope Gregory XIII, which introduced
it as a modification of, and replacement for the Julian calendar.
We still use this calendar today in the 21th century, approx.
6 centuries later. L
When
we looked up the names of the months in our calendar in the past, they said all
the names they use come from false gods or they named the month after
themselves.
Today is August
17, 2024
August -
Augustus Caesar's month
Augustus
Caesar clarified and completed the calendar reform of Julius Caesar.
In the
process, he
also renamed this month after himself.
The Julian calendar was proposed in 46 BC to the Gregorian calendar 1582 we are
still useing today in the 21 century.
Latin Augustus "Augustus"
Latin Augustus mensis "month of Augustus"
Latin sextilis mensis "sixth
month" - today the 8th month
Sextilis had 30 days,
until Numa when it had 29 days, until Julius when
it became 31 days long.
30, 29, 31
days L
so what’s the date?
We
acknowledge Yehovah’s calendar:
We are now in the 5th month of God.
This 5th month has no scriptural name , day 12
Av is not the name of the 5th month as Judaism and some Messianics state which is made up.
Remember:
Deut.4 [2] You shall not add unto
the word which I command you, neither shall you diminish ought
from it, that you may keep the commandments of Yehovah your God which I
command you.
Deut.12 [32] What thing whatsoever I
command you, observe to do it: you shall not add thereto, nor
diminish from it.

Today’s topic:
The procedures of God
We see the bible has all
the procedures and answers to follow pertaining to the many things in our
lives.
We are gods, judges - Judge righteously
Scriptures says:
Deut.1 [16] And
I charged your judges at that time, saying, Hear the causes
between your brethren, and judge righteously between every man and his brother, and the
stranger that is with him.
[17] You shall not
respect persons in judgment; but you shall hear the small as well as the great;
you shall not be afraid of the face of man (kind); for the judgment is God's…
Prov.31 [9] Open
thy mouth, judge righteously, and plead the cause of the poor and needy.
A few simple procedures in scriptures to follow:
Torah said:

Notes: gods: or,
judges
I remember when I found
this in the scriptures many years ago, Yeshua was quoting correctly. J
Below:
John 10:34 - Yeshua / Jesus answered
them, Is it not written in your law, I said, You are gods?
The Law
In Exod.21:6 the words the judges in
the Hebrew is the
gods
In Exod.22:8 and 9 the words the judges in the Hebrew is the gods
אֱלֹהִים - noun common masculine plural absolute
הַ particle - the
הָאֱלֹהִים
The gods
Exod.21 [1] Now
these are the judgments which you shall set before them.
[6] Then
his master shall bring him unto הָאֱלֹהִים the judges; he shall also bring him to the door, or unto the door post; and his
master shall bore his ear through with an aul; and he shall serve him forever.
Exod. 22 [8] If the thief be not found, then the master
of the house shall be brought unto the judges, הָאֱלֹהִים to see whether he have put his hand unto his
neighbor’s goods.
[9]
For all manner of trespass, whether it be for ox, for ass, for sheep, for
raiment, or for any manner of lost thing, which another challenges to be his, the cause of both parties shall
come before the judges; הָאֱלֹהִים and whom the judges הָאֱלֹהִים shall condemn, he shall pay double unto his neighbor.
הָאֱלֹהִים
Notes: gods: or, judges
Pss.82 - a psalm of Asaph:
God stands in the congregation of god, among the gods He (God) judges
gods = judges
מִזְמוֹר
לְאָסָף
אֱלֹהִים
נִצָּב
בַּעֲדַת־אֵל בְּקֶרֶב אֱלֹהִים יִשְׁפֹּט׃
Pss.82 [1] God stands in the congregation of the mighty (gods); He judges among the gods
(judges).
[2] How long
will you judge unjustly, and accept the persons of the wicked? Selah.
[3] Defend the poor
and fatherless: do justice to the afflicted and needy.
[4] Deliver the poor and needy: rid them out of the hand of the wicked.
[5] They know not,
neither will they understand; they walk on in darkness: all the foundations of
the earth are out of course.
[6] I have said, (in Exod.
21 – 22) You are gods; and all of you are children of the most High.
[7] But you shall die like men, and fall like one
of the princes.
[8] Arise, O God,
judge the earth: for thou shalt inherit all nations.
John 10:
[30] I
and my Father are one.
[31] Then the Jews took up stones again to stone him.
[32] Yeshua / Jesus
answered them, Many good works have I showed you from my Father; for
which of those works do ye stone me?
[33]
The Jews answered him, saying, For a good work we stone thee not; but
for blasphemy; and because that thou, being a man, make yourself God.
[34] Yeshua / Jesus answered them, Is it not
written in your law, I said, You are gods?
[35] If he
called them gods, unto whom the word of God
came, and the scripture cannot be broken;
[36] Say you of him, whom the Father had sanctified, and sent into the world,
you blaspheme because I said, I am the Son of God?
[37]
If I do not the works of my Father, believe me not.
[38] But if I do, though you
believe not me, believe the works: that you may know, and believe, that the
Father is in me, and I in him.
Saul / Paul quotes Exod.
22:28
Acts.23 [5] Then said Paul, I did not know,
brethren, that he was the high priest:
for it is written, You
shall not speak evil of the
ruler (leaders, judges) of your people.
Lev.19 [18] You shall not avenge, nor bear any grudge against the children of your people, but you shall love
your neighbor as yourself: I am Yehovah.
Yeshua quoted this:
Matt. 22
[36] Master,
which is the great commandment in the law / Torah?
[37] Yeshua said unto
him,
You shall love Yehovah your
God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind.
[38] This is the first and
great commandment.
[39] And the second is like unto it,
You shall love your neighbor
as yourself.
[40] On
these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets.
Saul / Paul repeats this:
Gal.5 [14] For all the law is fulfilled
in one word, even in this; You shall your neighbor as yourself.
[15] But if ye bite and
devour one another, take heed that you be not consumed one of another.
James likewise repeats this:
Jas.2 [8] If you
fulfill the royal law according to the scripture, You shall love your neighbor as yourself: you do well:
[9] But if you have respect to persons, you commit sin, and are convinced of the
law as transgressors.
We see in the scriptures
that some people did not follow the procedures but were “wise in your own eyes”.
Here are a few verses:
Some people in scripture needed
a physical reminder:
Num.15 [38] Speak unto the children of Israel,
and bid them that they make them fringes in the borders of their garments
throughout their generations, and that they put upon the fringe of the borders
a ribbon of blue:
[39] And it shall be unto you for a fringe,
that you may look upon it,
and remember all the commandments of Yehovah, and do them;
and that ye seek not
after your own heart and your own eyes, after which ye use to go a whoring:
[40] That you may remember,
and do all my commandments, and be holy unto your God.
They are right or wise in
their own eyes,
bad…
Deut.12 [8] You shall not do after all the things
that we do here this day, every man whatsoever is right in his own eyes.
Judg. 17:6 and 21:25 In those days there was no king in Israel, but every man did that which was right in
his own eyes.
Pss.36 [1] The transgression of the wicked said
within my heart, that there is no fear of God before his eyes. [2]
For he flatter himself in his own eyes, until his iniquity be found to be hateful.
Prov.3 [7] Be not wise in your own eyes: fear Yehovah, and depart from evil.
Prov.12 [15] The way of a fool is right in his own
eyes: but he that
hearkens unto counsel is wise.
Prov.16 [2] All the ways of a man (kind)
are clean in his own
eyes; but Yehovah
weighs the spirits.
Prov.21 [2] Every way of a man (kind) is
right in his own eyes: but Yehovah ponders the hearts.
Prov.30 [12] There is a generation that are pure in their own eyes, and yet is not washed from their filthiness.
Isa.5 [21] Woe unto them that are wise in their own eyes, and prudent in their own sight!
Prov.29 [1] He / she that being often
reproved and hardens his / her neck shall suddenly be
destroyed, and that without remedy.
This is why we seek Godly
counsel from Gods judges, leaders.
Prov.12 [5] The thoughts of the righteous
are right: but the counsels
of the wicked are deceit.
[20] Deceit is in the heart of them that imagine
evil: but to the counselors of peace is joy.
Prov.15 [22] Without counsel purposes
are disappointed: but in the multitude of counselors they are
established.
Prov.20 [18] Every purpose is established by counsel: and with good advice make war.
Prov.24 [6] For by wise counsel you shall make your war: and in multitude of counselors
there is safety.
Prov.27 [9] Ointment and perfume rejoice
the heart: so doth the sweetness of a man's friend by hearty counsel.
An important procedure in
scripture to follow:
We understand:
Deut.19 [15] One witness shall not rise
up against a man for any iniquity, or for any sin, in any sin that he sins:
At the mouth of two witnesses, or at the mouth of
three witnesses, shall the matter be established.
Not false witnesses
Pss.27 [12], Pss.35 [11], Mtt.26 [60], Acts.6
[13]1Cor.15 [15].
And to the Corinthians:
2Cor.13 [1] This is the third time I am
coming to you. In
the mouth of two or three witnesses shall every word be established.
Proper procedure in a
congregation:
1Tim.5 [1] Rebuke not an elder, a
judge, leader
but entreat him as a father; and the
younger men as brethren;
[2] The elder women
as mothers;
the younger as sisters, with all purity.
[17] Let
the elders, a judge, leader that rule well be counted
worthy of double honor, especially they who labor in the word and doctrine.
[19] Against an elder, a judge, a leader receive not an accusation, but before two or three witnesses.
(Above - Deut.19 [15] again)
[20] Them that sin rebuke
before all, that others also may fear.
Let’s look up “elder”
πρεσβύτερος - {pres-boo'-ter-os}
Meaning: 1) elder, of age,
1a) the elder of two people
1b) advanced in life,
an elder, a senior
2) a term of rank or office
2a1) members of the great
council (the rulers of the people, judges, etc., were selected
from elderly men)
2b) among the Christians,
those who presided over the assemblies, congregations or churches
Usage: AV - elder 64, eldest 1, elder woman 1
To sun this all up, let’s
review:
A ruler, a judge, leader,
elder, man or woman:
curse not nor receive an false accusation against them
use 2 or 3 witnesses to
establish truth
get wise counsel from godly
people
nor bare a grudge
As you can see, there is a
proper procedure to follow for a leader, a, judge, elder man or elder woman or
anyone for that matter.
In closing for today,
To all the people that left
us in the past, please follow the procedures above. Come back, let’s talk.
We are gods, judges, judge
righteously in all things
Let nothing or no one or
situation separate you from God or the people of the Living God of Israel.
Follow Yeshua the
Messiah, the Word of God, onward in God…
Be safe…
