Shabbat Shalom
March 10 , 2007 Sat.
( remember, Sunday spring ahead 1 hour )
We need to educate all people about God's calendar.
We are now in the 12th month - Adar, 20th day.
Esth.3 [ 7] In the first month, that is, the month Nisan, in the twelfth year of king Ahasuerus, they cast Pur, that is, the lot, before Haman from day to day, and from month to month, to the twelfth month, that is, the month Adar.
Adar
I see by this word Adar, when broken down, can convey a
message that the invisible, hidden or silent
God wants to dwell among us and in us.
------------------
Purim joy is over, we are now on our way to days of searching
our souls and atonement ( a ransom
) .
"11 more days and it is
New Years"
Exod.12[
2] This
month shall be unto you the beginning of months: it shall be the first month
of the year to you.
Exod.13 [
4] This day came ye out in the
month Abib./ Aviv
Esth.3
[7
] In the first month, that is, the month
Nisan
God's New Year ( March / April
- Spring ) All is new, ALIVE.
( Pope Greg's calendar, in Jan., all is dead,
cold )
Some people think the feasts are just for the
Jews and that they are done, let's look:
Lev.23 [1] And the LORD spake unto
Moses, saying, [2] Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, Concerning
the feasts of the LORD
, which ye shall proclaim to be holy convocations, even
these are my feasts.
[3] Six days shall work be done: but the seventh day
is the sabbath of rest, an holy convocation; ye shall do no work therein: it
is the sabbath of the LORD in all your dwellings. [4]
These are the feasts of the LORD , even holy convocations,
which ye shall proclaim in their seasons.
Exod.12 [
49] One
law shall be to him that is homeborn, and unto the
stranger that sojourneth among you.
Lev.7
[7]
As the sin offering is, so is the trespass offering: there is
one law for them: the priest that
maketh atonement therewith shall have it.
Num.15[
16] One
law and one manner shall be for you, and for the stranger
that sojourneth with you.
[29] Ye shall
have one law for him that sinneth
through ignorance, both for him that is born among the children of Israel,
and for the stranger that sojourneth among them.
Jas.4[
12] There is
one lawgiver
, who is able to save and to destroy: who art thou that judgest
another?
Num.9 [
14] And if a stranger shall
sojourn among you, and will keep the passover unto the LORD; according to the
ordinance of the passover, and according to the manner thereof, so shall he
do: ye shall have one ordinance,
both for the stranger, and for him that was born in the land.
Num.15
[15
] One ordinance
shall be both for you of the congregation, and also for the stranger that sojourneth
with you, an ordinance for ever in your generations: as ye are, so shall the
stranger be before the LORD.

2 - The feast of unleavened bread
- Hag HaMatzah
- shadows
of the Messiah, separate from sin, a true Nazarite-
Also the separation
needed in a believer's walk and service to God.
We need to educate all people to put a difference
between holy and unholy, and between unclean and clean
Lev.10[
10] And that ye may
put difference between holy and unholy, and between unclean
and clean;[11
] And that ye may teach
the children of Israel all the statutes which the LORD hath spoken
unto them by the hand of Moses.
Lev.11
[47] To make a difference between the unclean and the
clean, and between the beast that may be eaten and the beast that may not be
eaten.
Lev.20[
25] Ye shall therefore put difference
between clean beasts and unclean, and between unclean fowls and clean: and
ye shall not make your souls abominable by beast, or by fowl, or by any manner
of living thing that creepeth on the ground, which I have separated from you
as unclean.
Ezek.22[
26] Her priests have violated
my law, and have profaned mine holy things: they have put no difference between
the holy and profane, neither have they shewed difference between the
unclean and the clean, and have
hid their eyes from my sabbaths, and I am profaned among them.
Ezek.44[23] And
they shall teach my people the
difference between the holy and profane, and cause them to discern between
the unclean and the clean.
Deut.23[
14] For the LORD thy God walketh
in the midst of thy camp, to deliver thee, and to give up thine enemies before
thee; therefore shall thy camp be holy
: that he see no unclean thing
in thee, and turn away from thee.
Hag.2[
13] Then said Haggai, If one
that is unclean by a dead body touch any of these, shall it be unclean? And
the priests answered and said, It shall be unclean.

Matt.26
[2
] Ye know that after two days is the feast of the
passover, and the Son of man is betrayed
to be crucified.
[17] Now the
first day of the feast of unleavened bread the disciples came to Jesus, saying
unto him, Where wilt thou that we prepare for thee to eat the
passover? [
18] And he said, Go into the city to such a man,
and say unto him, The Master saith, My time is at hand; I will keep the
passover at thy house with
my disciples. [19] And the disciples
did as Jesus had appointed them; and they made ready the
passover.
Mark.14
[1
] After two days was the feast of the passover
, and of unleavened bread: and the chief priests and
the scribes sought how they might take him by craft, and put him to death.
[12] And the
first day of unleavened bread, when they killed the
passover, his disciples said unto him, Where wilt thou
that we go and prepare that thou mayest eat the passover
?
[14] And wheresoever
he shall go in, say ye to the goodman of the house, The Master saith, Where
is the guestchamber, where I shall eat the passover
with my disciples?
[16] And his
disciples went forth, and came into the city, and found as he had said unto
them: and they made ready the passover
.
Luke.2
[41
] Now his parents went to Jerusalem every year at the feast of
the passover.
Luke.22
[1
] Now the feast of unleavened bread drew nigh, which is called
the Passover.
[7] Then came
the day of unleavened bread, when the passover
must be killed. [8
] And he sent Peter and John, saying, Go and prepare us the
passover, that we may eat.
[11] And ye
shall say unto the goodman of the house, The Master saith unto thee, Where
is the guestchamber, where I shall eat the passover
with my disciples?
[13] And they
went, and found as he had said unto them: and they made ready the
passover.
[15] And he
said unto them, With desire I have desired to eat this
passover with you before I suffer:
John.2
[13
] And the Jews' passover
was at hand, and Jesus went up to Jerusalem,
[23] Now when
he was in Jerusalem at the passover
, in the feast day, many believed in his name, when they saw the
miracles which he did.
John.6
[4
] And the passover
, a feast of the Jews, was nigh.
John.11
[55
] And the Jews' passover
was nigh at hand: and many went out of the country up to Jerusalem
before the passover, to purify
themselves.
John.12
[1
] Then Jesus six days before the passover
came to Bethany, where Lazarus was which had been
dead, whom he raised from the dead.
John.13
[1
] Now before the feast of the passover
, when Jesus knew that his hour was come that he should
depart out of this world unto the Father, having loved his own which were in
the world, he loved them unto the end.
John.18
[28
] Then led they Jesus from Caiaphas unto the hall of judgment:
and it was early; and they themselves went not into the judgment hall, lest
they should be defiled; but that they might eat the
passover.
[39] But ye
have a custom, that I should release unto you one at the
passover: will ye therefore that I
release unto you the King of the Jews?
John.19
[14
] And it was the preparation of the passover
, and about the sixth hour: and he saith unto the Jews,
Behold your King!

Acts.2
[1
] And when the day of Pentecost
was fully come, they were all with one accord in one
place.[ 2] And suddenly there
came a sound from heaven as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled all the
house where they were sitting.[3
] And there appeared unto them cloven tongues like as of fire,
and it sat upon each of them.
[16] But
this is that which was spoken
by the prophet Joel;[17
] And it shall come to pass in the last days, saith God,I
will pour out of my Spirit upon all flesh: and your sons and your daughters
shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall
dream dreams:
[39] For the
promise is unto you, and to your children, and to
all that are afar off, even as many as the Lord our God shall call.
Acts.1[
4] And, being assembled together
with them, commanded them that they should not depart from Jerusalem, but wait

the Holy Ghost not many days hence.

afterward, that I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh; and your sons and
your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young
men shall see visions:

to sail by Ephesus, because he would not spend the time in Asia: for he hasted,
if it were possible for him, to be at Jerusalem the day of
Pentecost.

until Pentecost.

Exod. 30:11
[11] And the
LORD spake unto Moses, saying,
ransom - atonement
Rom. 5
[1] Therefore
being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ:
[6] For when we were yet without strength, in due time Christ
died for the ungodly.
[9] Much more then, being now
justified
by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath
through him.
[10] For if,
when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much
more, being reconciled, we shall
be saved by his life.
[11] And not
only so, but we also joy in God through our Lord Jesus Christ, by whom
we have now received the
atonement.
parallels between Adam and
Messiah
[12] Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world,
and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned:
[14] Nevertheless death reigned from Adam to Moses, even
over them that had not sinned after the similitude of Adam's transgression,
who is the figure of him that was
to come. ( Messiah )
[15] But not as the offence, so also is the free gift. (
in other words ) For if through the offence of one many be dead, much more the
grace of God, and the gift by grace, which is by one man, Jesus Christ, hath
abounded unto many.
[16] And not as it was by one that sinned, so is the gift:
( in other words ) for the judgment was by one to condemnation, but the free
gift is of many offences unto justification.
[17] For if by one man's offence death reigned by one; much
more they which receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness
shall reign in life by one, Jesus Christ.)
[18] Therefore as by the offence of one judgment came upon
all men to condemnation; even so by the righteousness of one the free gift
came upon all men unto justification of life.
[19] For as by one man's disobedience many were made sinners,
so by the obedience of one shall many be made righteous.
[20] Moreover the law entered, that the offence might abound.
But where sin abounded, grace did much more abound:
[21] That as sin hath reigned unto death, even so might
grace reign through righteousness unto eternal life by Jesus Christ our Lord.
ransom and atonement
Exod.21 [
30] If there be laid on him
a sum of money, then he shall give for the ransom of
his life whatsoever is laid upon him.
Exod.30 [
12] When thou takest the sum
of the children of Israel after their number, then shall
they give every man a ransom for his soul unto the LORD,
when thou numberest them; that there be no plague among
them, when thou numberest them.
Job.33 [
24] Then he is gracious unto
him, and saith, Deliver him from going down to the pit: I have found a
ransom.
Job.36 [
18] Because there is wrath,
beware lest he take thee away with his stroke: then a great
ransom cannot deliver thee.
Pss.49
[7] None of them can by any means redeem his brother, nor give to God a
ransom for him:
Prov.6 [
35] He
will not regard any ransom; neither will he rest content,
though thou givest many gifts.
Prov.13 [
8] The
ransom of a man's life are his riches: but the
poor heareth not rebuke.
Prov.21 [
18] The
wicked shall be a ransom for the righteous, and the
transgressor for the upright.
Isa.35 [
10] And
the ransomed of the LORD shall return
, and come to Zion with songs and everlasting joy upon their heads:
they shall obtain joy and gladness, and sorrow and sighing shall flee away.
Isa.43 [
3] For I am the LORD thy God,
the Holy One of Israel, thy Saviour: I gave Egypt for thy
ransom, Ethiopia and Seba for thee.
Isa.51 [
10] Art thou not it which hath
dried the sea, the waters of the great deep; that hath made the depths of the
sea a way for the ransomed to
pass over?
Jer.31 [
11] For
the LORD hath redeemed Jacob, and ransomed him from the hand
of him that was stronger than he.

Hos.13 [
14]
I will ransom them from the power of the grave
; I will redeem them from death: O death, I will be
thy plagues; O grave, I will be thy destruction: repentance shall be hid from
mine eyes.
Matt.20 [
28] Even as the Son of man came
not to be ministered unto, but to minister, and to give
his life a ransom for many.
Mark.10 [
45] For even the Son of man
came not to be ministered unto, but to minister, and
to give his life a ransom for many.
1Tim.2 [
6] Who
gave himself a ransom for all, to be testified in due

[4] And they were
all filled with the Holy Ghost, and
began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.[
5] And there were dwelling at
Jerusalem Jews, devout men, out of every nation under heaven.
[18] And on my servants and
on my handmaidens I will pour out in those days of my Spirit; and they shall
prophesy:
[19] And I will shew wonders
in heaven above, and signs in the earth beneath; blood, and fire, and vapour
of smoke:
[20] The sun shall be turned
into darkness, and the moon into blood, before that great and notable day of
the Lord come:
[21] And it shall come to pass,
that whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved.
[29] And also upon the servants
and upon the handmaids in those days will I pour out my spirit.
[30] And I will shew wonders
in the heavens and in the earth, blood, and fire, and pillars of smoke.
[31] The sun shall be turned
into darkness, and the moon into blood, before the great and the terrible day
of the LORD come.
[32] And it shall come to pass,
that whosoever shall call on the name of the LORD shall be delivered: for in
mount Zion and in Jerusalem shall be deliverance, as the LORD hath said, and
in the remnant whom the LORD shall call.
[12]
When thou takest the sum of the children of Israel
after their number, then shall they give every man
a ransom
for his soul unto the LORD, when thou
numberest them; that there be no plague among them, when thou numberest them.
[2] By whom also we have access
by faith into this grace wherein we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory
of God.
[3] And not only so, but we
glory in tribulations also: knowing that tribulation worketh patience;
[4] And patience, experience;
and experience, hope:
[5] And hope maketh not ashamed;
because the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost which
is given unto us.
[7] For scarcely for a righteous man will one die: yet peradventure for a good
man some would even dare to die.
[8] But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners,
Christ died for us.
[13] (For until the law sin was in the world: but sin is not imputed when there
is no law.
