Phil.1[ 23] For I am in a strait betwixt two, having a desire to depart, and to be with Christ; which is far better :[24] Nevertheless to abide in the flesh is more needful for you.
2Cor.5[
6] Therefore we are always confident,
knowing that, whilst we are at home in the body, we
are absent from the Lord: [7
] (For we walk by faith, not by sight:) [
8] We are confident, I say, and
willing rather to be absent from the body, and to be
present with the Lord.[9
] Wherefore we labour, that,
whether present or absent, we may be accepted of
him.
Luke.8:[51
] And when he, Jesus came into the house, he suffered
no man to go in, save Peter, and James, and John, and the father and the mother
of the maiden.
[52] And all wept, and bewailed
her: but he said, Weep not; she is not dead, but sleepeth.
[53] And they laughed him to
scorn, knowing that she was dead.
[54] And he put them all out,
and took her by the hand, and called, saying, Maid, arise.
[55] And
her spirit came again, and she arose
straightway: and he commanded to give her meat.
Jas.2[ 26] For as the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works is dead also.

the son of the woman, the mistress of the house, fell sick; and his sickness
was so sore, that there was no breath left in him.
[18] And she said unto Elijah,
What have I to do with thee, O thou man of God? art thou come unto me to call
my sin to remembrance, and to slay my son?
[19] And he said unto her, Give
me thy son. And he took him out of her bosom, and carried him up into a loft,
where he abode, and laid him upon his own bed.
[20] And he cried unto the LORD,
and said, O LORD my God, hast thou also brought evil upon the widow with whom
I sojourn, by slaying her son?
[21] And he stretched himself
upon the child three times, and cried unto the LORD, and said, O LORD my God,
I pray thee, let this child's soul come into him again.
[22]
And the LORD heard the voice of Elijah; and the soul of the child came into
him again, and he revived.
[23] And Elijah took the child,
and brought him down out of the chamber into the house, and delivered him unto
his mother: and Elijah said, See, thy son liveth.
[24] And the woman said to Elijah,
Now by this I know that thou art a man of God, and that the word of the LORD
in thy mouth is truth.

Luke.16[
19] There was a certain rich
man, which was clothed in purple and fine linen, and fared sumptuously every
day:
[20] And there was a certain
beggar named Lazarus, which was laid at his gate, full of sores,
[21] And desiring to be fed
with the crumbs which fell from the rich man's table: moreover the dogs came
and licked his sores.
[22] And it came to pass, that
the beggar died, and was carried by the angels into
Abraham's bosom: ( with God) the rich man also died,
and was buried;
[23] And in hell he lift up
his eyes, being in torments,
and seeth Abraham afar off, and Lazarus in his bosom.
[24] And he cried and said,
Father Abraham, have mercy on me, and send Lazarus, that he may dip the tip
of his finger in water, and cool my tongue; for I am
tormented in this flame.
[25]
But Abraham said, Son, remember that thou in thy lifetime receivedst thy good
things, and likewise Lazarus evil things: but now he is comforted, and thou
art tormented.
[26] And beside all this, between
us and you there is a great gulf fixed
: so that they which would pass from hence to you cannot; neither
can they pass to us, that would come from thence.
[27] Then he said, I pray thee
therefore, father, that thou wouldest send him to my father's house:
[28] For I have five brethren;
that he may testify unto them, lest they also come into
this place of torment.

[31] And he said unto him, If
they hear not Moses and the prophets, neither will they be persuaded, though
one rose from the dead.
