The seventh
month is called ha Ethanim below:
1Kgs.8 [2] … all the men of Israel assembled themselves
unto King Solomon at the feast in the month ha Ethanim, which is the seventh month
For the fall feasts of Yehovah 2021, ha Ethanim, the seventh month of God
Again, all these days start the evening before:
The feast of Tabernacles - Sept. 23 to 30, 2021 - Thursday to
Thursday, 2 Sabbaths
Today’s topic:
The Day of Atonement
יוֹם הַכִּפֻּרִים
We talked
about much this all last evening, here are the details:
Lev.25 [9] Then
shall you cause the trumpet of the jubile to sound on the tenth day of the
seventh month, in the day of atonement shall ye make the trumpet sound
throughout all your land.
שׁוֹפַר
תְּרוּעָה
And the jubile
Proclaiming
liberty
Yeshua said in his days, this day is this scripture fulfilled in your (their)
ears.
ἄφεσις – aphesis - af'-es-is - freedom; (figuratively) pardon: - deliverance, forgiveness, liberty, remission.
Read the rest of what Yeshua said in Luke
4
the jubile
יֹבֵל יוֹבֵל
yôbêl yôbêl the blast of a horn (from its continuous
sound); specifically the signal of the silver trumpets; hence the
instrument itself and the festival thus introduced: - jubile,
ram’s horn, trumpet.
יָבַל
yâbal - A primitive root; properly to flow; causatively to bring (especially with pomp): - bring (forth), carry, lead (forth).
דְּרוֹר
derôr der-ore' - From an unused root (meaning to move
rapidly); free run freedom; hence spontaneity of
outflow, and so clear:
- liberty, pure.
Lev.25 [1] And Yehovah spoke unto Moses in mount
Sinai, saying,
[2] Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, When you come
into the land which I give you, then shall the land keep a Sabbath unto Yehovah.
[3] Six years you shall sow your field, and six years you shall prune your
vineyard, and gather in the fruit thereof;
[4] But in the seventh year shall be a Sabbath of rest unto the land, a sabbath for Yehovah: you shall
neither sow your field, nor prune your vineyard.
[5] That which grows of its own accord of your harvest you shall not
reap, neither gather the grapes of your vine undressed: for it is a year of
rest unto the land.
[6] And the Sabbath of the land shall be meat for you; for thee, and for
your servant, and for your maid, and for your hired servant, and for your
stranger that sojourns with thee,
[7] And for your cattle, and for the beast that are in your land, shall
all the increase thereof be meat.
[8]
And you shall number seven Sabbaths of years unto thee, seven times seven
years; and the space of the seven Sabbaths of years shall be unto thee forty
and nine years.
[9] Then shall you cause the trumpet of the jubile to sound on the tenth day of the seventh month, in the
Day of Atonement shall you make the trumpet sound throughout all
your land.
[10] And you shall hallow the fiftieth year, and proclaim
liberty throughout all the land
unto all the inhabitants thereof: it shall be a jubile unto you; and you shall return every man unto
his possession, and you shall return every man unto his family.
Isa.61 to proclaim liberty
[1] The Spirit of the Lord Yehovah
is upon me; because Yehovah hath anointed me to
preach good tidings unto the meek; he hath sent me to bind up the
brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison
to them that are bound;
[2] To proclaim the acceptable year of Yehovah,
and the day of vengeance of our God; to comfort all that mourn;
[3] To appoint unto them that mourn in Zion, to give unto them beauty
for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of
heaviness; that they might be called trees of righteousness, the planting of Yehovah, that he might be glorified.
[11] A jubile shall that fiftieth year be unto you: you shall
not sow,
neither reap that which groweth of itself in it, nor
gather the grapes in it of your vine undressed.
[12] For it is the jubile; it shall be holy unto you: you shall eat the
increase thereof out of the field.
[13] In the year of this jubile you shall return every man unto his possession.
[14] And if you sell ought unto your neighbor, or buy ought of your
neighbor’s hand, you shall not oppress one another:
[15] According to the number of years after the jubile you shall
buy of your neighbor, and according unto the number of years of the fruits he
shall sell unto thee:
[16] According to the multitude of years you shall increase the price
thereof, and according to the fewness of years you shall diminish the price of
it: for according to the number of the years of the fruits doth he sell unto
thee.
[17] Ye shall not therefore oppress one another; but you shall fear your
God: for I am Yehovah your God.
[18] Wherefore you shall do my statutes, and keep my judgments, and do
them; and you shall dwell in the land in safety.
[19] And the land shall yield her fruit, and he shall eat your fill, and
dwell therein in safety.
[20] And if you shall say, what shall we eat the seventh year? Behold,
we shall not sow, nor gather in our increase:
[21] Then I will command my blessing upon you in the sixth year, and it
shall bring forth fruit for three years.
[22] And you shall sow the eighth year, and eat yet of old fruit until
the ninth year; until her fruits come in you shall eat of the old store.
[23] The land shall not be sold for ever: for the land is mine; for you
are strangers and sojourners with me.
[24] And in all the land of your possession you shall grant a redemption for the land.
[25] If your brother be waxen poor, and hath sold away some of his
possession, and if any of his kin come to redeem it, then shall he redeem that
which his brother sold.
[26] And if the man have none to redeem it, and himself be able to
redeem it;
[27] Then let him count the years of the sale thereof, and restore the
over plus unto the man to whom he sold it; that he may return unto his
possession.
[28] But if he be not able to restore it to him, then that
which is sold shall remain in the hand of him that hath bought it until the
year of jubile: and in the jubile it shall go out, and he shall return unto his
possession.
[29] And if a man sell a dwelling house in a walled city, then he may
redeem it within a whole year after it is sold; within a full year may he
redeem it.
[30] And if it be not redeemed within the space of a full year, then the
house that is in the walled city shall be established for ever to him that
bought it throughout his generations: it shall not go out in the jubile.
[31] But the houses of the villages which have no wall round about them
shall be counted as the fields of the country: they may be redeemed, and they
shall go out in the jubile.
[32] Notwithstanding the cities of the Levites, and the houses of the
cities of their possession, may the Levites redeem at any time.
[33] And if a man purchase of the Levites, then the house that was sold,
and the city of his possession, shall go out in the year of jubile: for the
houses of the cities of the Levites are their possession among the children of
Israel.
[34] But the field of the suburbs of their cities may not be sold; for
it is their perpetual possession.
[35] And if your brother be waxen poor, and fallen in decay with thee;
then you shall relieve him: yea, though he be a stranger, or a sojourner; that
he may live with thee.
[36] Take you no usury of him, or increase: but fear your God; that your
brother may live with thee.
[37] Thou shall not give him your money upon usury, nor lend him your
victuals for increase.
[38] I am Yehovah your God, which brought you
forth out of the land of Egypt, to give you the land of Canaan, and to be your
God.
[39] And if your brother that dwells by thee be waxen poor, and be sold
unto thee; you shall not compel him to serve as a bondservant:
[40] But as an hired servant, and as a sojourner, he shall be with thee,
and shall serve thee unto the year of jubile:
[41] And then shall he depart from thee, both he and his children with
him, and shall return unto his own family, and unto the possession of his fathers shall he return.
[42] For they are my servants, which I brought forth out of the land of
Egypt: they shall not be sold as bondmen.
[43] Thou shall not rule over him with rigor; but shall fear your God.
[44] Both your bondmen, and your bondmaids which
you shall have, shall be of the heathen that are round about you; of them shall
you buy bondmen and bondmaids.
[45] Moreover of the children of the strangers that do sojourn among
you, of them shall you buy, and of their families that are with you, which they
begat in your land: and they shall be your possession.
[46] And you shall take them as an inheritance for your children after
you, to inherit them for a possession; they shall be your bondmen for ever: but
over your brethren the children of Israel, you shall not rule one over another
with rigor.
[47] And if a sojourner or stranger wax rich by thee, and your brother
that dwells by him wax poor, and sell himself unto the stranger or sojourner by
thee, or to the stock of the stranger's family:
[48] After that he is sold he may be redeemed again; one of his brethren
may redeem him:
[49] Either his uncle, or his uncle's son, may redeem him, or any that
is nigh of kin unto him of his family may redeem him; or if he be able, he may
redeem himself.
[50] And he shall reckon with him that bought him from the year that he
was sold to him unto the year of jubile: and the price of his sale shall be according
unto the number of years, according to the time of an
hired servant shall it be with him.
[51] If there be yet many years behind, according unto them he shall give
again the price of his redemption out of the money that he was bought for.
[52] And if there remain but few years unto the year of jubile, then he shall count with him, and according unto his years shall
he give him again the price of his redemption.
[53] And as a yearly hired servant shall he be with him: and the other
shall not rule with rigor over him in your sight.
[54] And if he be not redeemed in these years, then he shall go out in
the year of jubile, both he, and his children with him.
[55] For unto me the children of Israel are servants; they are my
servants whom I brought forth out of the land of Egypt: I am Yehovah your God.
Lev.27
[1] And Yehovah
spoke unto Moses, saying,
[2] Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, When a man
shall make a singular vow, the persons shall be for Yehovah
by your estimation.
[3] And your estimation shall be of the male from twenty years old even
unto sixty years old, even your estimation shall be fifty shekels of silver,
after the shekel of the sanctuary.
[4] And if it be a female, then your estimation shall be thirty shekels.
[5] And if it be from five years old even unto twenty years old, then your
estimation shall be of the male twenty shekels, and for the female ten shekels.
[6] And if it be from a month old even unto five years old, then your
estimation shall be of the male five shekels of silver, and for the female your
estimation shall be three shekels of silver.
[7] And if it be from sixty years old and above; if it be a male, then your
estimation shall be fifteen shekels, and for the female ten shekels.
[8] But if he be poorer than your estimation,
then he shall present himself before the priest, and the priest shall value him;
according to his ability that vowed shall the priest value him.
[9] And if it be a beast, whereof men bring an offering unto Yehovah, all that any man giveth
of such unto Yehovah shall be holy.
[10] He shall not alter it, nor change it, a good for a bad, or a bad
for a good: and if he shall at all change beast for beast, then it and the
exchange thereof shall be holy.
[11] And if it be any unclean beast, of which they do not offer a
sacrifice unto Yehovah, then he shall present the
beast before the priest:
[12] And the priest shall value it, whether it be good or bad: as you
value it, who are the priest, so shall it be.
[13] But if he will at all redeem it, then he shall add a fifth part
thereof unto your estimation.
[14] And when a man shall sanctify his house to be holy unto Yehovah, then the priest shall estimate it, whether it be good or bad: as the priest shall estimate it, so shall it
stand.
[15] And if he that sanctified it will redeem his house, then he shall
add the fifth part of the money of your estimation unto it, and it shall be
his.
[16] And if a man shall sanctify unto Yehovah
some part of a field of his possession, then your estimation shall be according
to the seed thereof: an homer of barley seed shall be
valued at fifty shekels of silver.
[17] If he sanctify his field from the year of jubile, according to your estimation it shall stand.[18]
But if he sanctify his field after the jubile, then the priest shall reckon unto him the
money according to the years that remain, even unto the year of the jubile, and it shall be abated from your estimation.
[19] And if he that
sanctified the field will in any wise redeem it, then he shall add the fifth
part of the money of your estimation unto it, and it shall be assured to him.
[20] And if he will not redeem the field, or if he have
sold the field to another man, it shall not be redeemed any more.
[21] But the field, when it goes out in the jubile, shall be holy unto Yehovah,
as a field devoted; the possession thereof shall be the priest's.
[22] And if a man sanctify
unto Yehovah a field which he hath bought, which is
not of the fields of his possession;
[23] Then the priest shall reckon unto him the worth of your estimation,
even unto the year of the jubile: and he shall give your estimation in that day,
as a holy thing unto Yehovah.
[23] Then the priest shall reckon unto him the worth of your
estimation, even unto the year of the jubile: and he shall give your estimation in that day,
as a holy thing unto Yehovah.
[24] In the year of the jubile the field shall return unto him of whom it
was bought, even to him to whom the possession of the land did belong.
25] And all your estimations
shall be according to the shekel of the sanctuary: twenty gerahs
shall be the shekel.
[26] Only the firstling of the beasts, which should be Yehovah's firstling, no man shall sanctify it; whether it be ox, or sheep: it is Yehovah's.
[27] And if it be of an unclean
beast, then he shall redeem it according to your estimation, and shall add a
fifth part of it thereto: or if it be not redeemed, then it shall be sold
according to your estimation.
[28] Notwithstanding no devoted thing, that a man
shall devote unto Yehovah of all that he hath,
both of man and beast, and of the field of his possession, shall be sold or
redeemed: every devoted thing is most holy unto Yehovah.
[29] None devoted, which shall be devoted of men, shall be redeemed; but
shall surely be put to death.
[30] And all the tithe of the land, whether of the seed of the land, or
of the fruit of the tree, is Yehovah's: it is holy
unto Yehovah.
[31] And if a man will at all redeem ought of his tithes, he shall add
thereto the fifth part thereof.
[32] And concerning the tithe of the herd, or of the flock, even of
whatsoever passeth under the rod, the tenth shall be
holy unto Yehovah.
[33] He shall not search whether it be good or
bad, neither shall he change it: and if he change it at all, then both it and
the change thereof shall be holy; it shall not be redeemed.
[34]
These are the commandments, which Yehovah commanded
Moses for the children of Israel in mount Sinai.
Num.36 [1] And the chief fathers of the families of the children
of Gilead, the son of Machir, the son of Manasseh, of
the families of the sons of Joseph, came near, and spoke before Moses, and
before the princes, the chief fathers of the children of Israel:
[2] And they said, Yehovah commanded my lord
to give the land for an inheritance by lot to the children of Israel: and my
lord was commanded by Yehovah to give the inheritance
of Zelophehad our brother unto his daughters.
[3] And if they be married to any of the sons of the other tribes of the
children of Israel, then shall their inheritance be taken from the inheritance
of our fathers, and shall be put to the inheritance of the tribe whereunto they
are received: so shall it be taken from the lot of our inheritance.
[4] And when the jubile of the children of Israel shall be, then
shall their inheritance be put unto the inheritance of the tribe whereunto they
are received: so shall their inheritance be taken away from the inheritance of
the tribe of our fathers.
[5] And Moses commanded the
children of Israel according to the word of Yehovah,
saying, the tribe of the sons of Joseph hath said well.
[6] This is the thing which Yehovah does
command concerning the daughters of Zelophehad,
saying, let them marry to whom they think best; only to the family of the tribe
of their father shall they marry.
[7] So shall not the inheritance of the children of Israel remove from
tribe to tribe: for every one of the children of Israel shall keep himself to
the inheritance of the tribe of his fathers.
[8] And every daughter, that possesses an inheritance in any tribe of
the children of Israel, shall be wife unto one of the family of the tribe of
her father, that the children of Israel may enjoy every man the inheritance of
his fathers.
[9] Neither shall the inheritance remove from one tribe to another
tribe; but every one of the tribes of the children of Israel shall keep himself
to his own inheritance.
[10] Even as Yehovah commanded Moses, so did
the daughters of Zelophehad:
[11] For Mahlal, Tirzah,
and Hoglah, and Milcah, and
Noah, the daughters of Zelophehad, were married unto
their father's brothers' sons:
[12] And they were married into the families of the sons of Manasseh the
son of Joseph, and their inheritance remained in the tribe of the family of
their father.
[13] These are the commandments and the judgments, which Yehovah commanded by the hand of Moses unto the children of
Israel in the plains of Moab by Jordan near Jericho.
2 Cor.3 [17]
Now Yehovah is that Spirit:
and where the Spirit of Yehovah is, there
is liberty.
A day of atonement: יוֹם
הַכִּפֻּרִים
2 goats - שְׁנֵי
הַשְּׂעִירִם
2 covenants
Lev. 16:
First goat was sacrificed – like all the sacrifices
for sin that point to Messiah’s sacrifice of Himself
Second goat takes all the sins upon Himself – a
picture of Messiah again taking upon Himself the sins of the world – Isa. 53
All about Messiah and His Blood for Atonement now
כֹּפֶר kopher {ko'-fer} Meaning: price
of a life, ransom
Fasting and good deeds
have NOTHING to do with redemption, atonement.
You Need the Blood
We now have Sin, Atonement,
Forgiveness – all through Yeshua the Messiah and His blood forever!
We are rehearsing these days
as a shadow of things to come
A Day, but NO Atonement if you don't have the Messiah and His shed Blood
Rabbinical Judaism has
tried to replace "the Blood Sacrifice" with fasting.
Judaism never talks about the "blood' that is needed on Yom Kippur, day of atonement.
Judaism says they need the temple, neither Moses nor David
had the "Temple", this is not a requirement for a day of
atonement
Since 1948, there is a
State of Israel again. They are not in captivity any more.
Messiah already came to
earth, died, and rose again.
The "BLOOD" is still required.
No more animal blood.
Now it is the BLOOD of Messiah Yeshua that is needed!
The BLOOD הַדָּם
Let’s read:
Look into this spiritually:
Exod.30 [10] And Aaron shall make an
atonement upon the horns of it once in a year with the BLOOD of the sin offering of atonements: once in the year shall he make atonement upon it throughout
your generations: it is most holy unto Yehovah.
Lev.16
[15] Then shall he
kill the goat of the sin offering, that is for the people, and bring his BLOOD within the veil, and do with that BLOOD as he did with the BLOOD of the bullock, and
sprinkle it upon the mercy seat, and before the mercy seat:
[18] And he shall go
out unto the altar that is before Yehovah, and make an atonement for it; and shall take of the BLOOD of the bullock, and of the BLOOD of the goat, and put it upon the horns of the altar round
about.
[19] And he shall
sprinkle of the BLOOD upon it with his finger seven times, and
cleanse it, and hallow it from the uncleanness of the children of Israel.
[27] And the bullock
for the sin offering, and the goat for the sin offering, whose BLOOD was brought in to
make atonement in the holy place, shall one carry forth without the camp; and
they shall burn in the fire their skins, and their flesh, and their dung.
[34] And this shall
be an everlasting statute unto you, to make an atonement for the children of Israel for all their
sins once a year. And he did as Yehovah commanded
Moses
If one of the requirements
was to fast (tsom, tsum), on the Day of Atonement, why simply did not Yehovah tell us?
The word "fast"
- tsum, tsom is not found in the Torah.
צם צום tsôm tsome - a fast, fast (-ing).
The verses below are 100's
of years after Exodus.
Some people try to use these
verses for the Day of Atonement.
The verses below have
nothing to do with the Day of Atonement:
Pss.35 [13], Pss.69 [10], Ezra.8 [21], and Isa.58 [3]
"Afflict" is never used as the word "fast"
ענה ‛ânâh - A primitive root; give account, cry, afflict, to humble, be humiliated, to afflict, weaken
oneself, to be afflicted, oppress, humble, be afflicted, be bowed down, abase,
chasten
Lev. 23:26 And Yehovah spoke unto Moses, saying,
[27] Also on the
tenth day of this seventh month there shall be a day of atonement: יוֹם
הַכִּפֻּרִים it shall be an holy
convocation unto מִקְרָא־קֹדֶשׁ you; and You shall afflict your souls, אֶת־נַפְשֹׁתֵיכֶם
וְעִנִּיתֶם and offer an offering made by fire unto Yehovah.
[28] And you shall do no
work in that same day: for it is a day of atonement, to make an
atonement for you before Yehovah your
God.
[29] For whatsoever soul
it be that shall not be
afflicted in that same day, he shall be cut off from among his people.
[30] And whatsoever soul it
be that doeth any work in that same day, the same soul will I destroy from
among his people.
[31] You shall do no manner
of work: it shall be a statute for ever throughout your generations in all your
dwellings.
[32] It shall be unto you
a Sabbath of rest, and You shall afflict your souls: in the ninth day
of the month at even, from even unto even, shall You celebrate your sabbath.
Num. 29[7] And You shall have on the
tenth day of this seventh month an holy convocation; and You shall afflict your souls: You shall not
do any work therein.
Holy convocation מִקְרָא-קֹדֶשׁ
[8] But You shall offer a
burnt offering unto Yehovah for a sweet savor; one young bullock, one ram, and
seven lambs of the first year; they shall be unto you without blemish:[9] And
their meat offering shall be of flour mingled with oil, three tenth deals to a
bullock, and two tenth deals to one ram,[10] A several tenth deal for one lamb,
throughout the seven lambs:[11] One kid of the goats for a sin offering; beside
the sin offering of atonement, and the continual burnt offering, and the meat
offering of it, and their drink offerings.

[8] And Aaron shall cast
lots upon the two goats; one lot for Yehovah, and the other lot for the scapegoat.[9] And
Aaron shall bring the goat upon which Yehovah's lot fell, and offer him for a sin

of their transgressions in all their sins: and so shall he do for the

of their uncleanness.[17] And there shall be no man in the tabernacle of the
congregation when he gos in to make an atonement in the holy place, until he come
out, and have made an atonement for himself, and for his household, and for all
the congregation of Israel.
[18] And he shall go out
unto the altar that is before Yehovah, and make an atonement
for it; and shall take of the blood of the bullock, and of the blood of the
goat, and put it upon the horns of the altar round about. [19] And he shall sprinkle of the blood upon
it with his finger seven times, and cleanse it, and hallow it from the
uncleanness of the children of Israel.[20] And when he hath made an end of
reconciling the holy place, and the tabernacle of the congregation, and the
altar, he shall bring the live goat:[21] And Aaron shall lay both his hands
upon the head of the live goat, and confess over him all the iniquities of the
children of Israel, and all their transgressions in all their sins, putting
them upon the head of the goat, and shall send him away by the hand of a fit
man into the wilderness:[22] And the goat shall bear upon him all their
iniquities unto a land not inhabited: and he shall let go the goat in the
wilderness.[23] And Aaron shall come into the tabernacle of the congregation,
and shall put off the linen garments, which he put on when he went into the
holy place, and shall leave them there:[24] And he shall wash his flesh with
water in the holy place, and put on his garments, and come forth, and offer his
burnt offering, and the burnt offering of the people, and make an atonement for
himself, and for the people.[25] And the fat of the sin offering shall he burn
upon the altar.
[26] And he that let go the
goat for the scapegoat shall wash his clothes, and bathe his flesh in water,
and afterward come into the camp.[27] And the bullock for the sin offering, and
the goat for the sin offering, whose blood was brought in to make atonement in
the holy place, shall one carry forth without the camp; and they shall burn in
the fire their skins, and their flesh, and their dung.[28] And he that burneth them
shall wash his clothes, and bathe his flesh in water, and afterward he shall
come into the camp.[29] And this shall be a statute for ever unto you: that in
the seventh month, on the tenth day of the month, You shall afflict ענה anah -תְּעַנּוּ your souls, and do no work at all, whether it be one of your own

We may read the entire Book
of Hebrews & Chapter 16 of Lev. for a good understanding of the Day of
Atonement.
Let’s compare scripture and show shadows of Messiah
Lev.16 [7] And he shall take the two goats, and present
them before Yehovah at the door of the tabernacle of the congregation. [8] And
Aaron shall cast lots upon the two goats; one lot for Yehovah, and the
other lot for the scapegoat.
[9] And Aaron shall bring
the goatשָּׂעִיר upon which Yehovah's lot גּוֹרָל fell, and offer him for a sin offering. חַטָּאת
Isa.53 [10] Yet it pleased Yehovah to bruise him; he hath put him to grief:
when you shall make his soul an
offering for sin, he shall see his seed, he
shall prolong his days, and the pleasure of Yehovah shall prosper in his hand.
Lev.16 [21] And Aaron shall lay both his hands upon
the head of the live goat, and confess over him all the iniquities of the children of Israel, and
all their transgressions in all their sins, putting them upon the head of the goat, and shall send him away by the hand of a fit
man into the wilderness:[22] And the goat shall bear upon him all their iniquities unto a
land not inhabited: and he shall let go the goat in the wilderness.
Isa.53 [11] He shall see of the travail of his soul,
and shall be satisfied: by his knowledge shall my righteous servant justify
many; for he shall bear their
iniquities.
Isa.53 [12] Therefore will I divide him a portion with
the great, and he shall divide the spoil with the strong; because he hath poured
out his soul unto death: and he was numbered with the transgressors; and he bare the sin of many, and made
intercession for the transgressors.
Lev.16 [10] But the goat, on which the lot fell to be
the scapegoat, shall be presented alive before Yehovah, to make an atonement with him, and to let him
go for a scapegoat into the wilderness.[11] And Aaron shall bring the bullock
of the sin offering, which is for himself, and shall make an atonement for
himself, and for his house, and shall kill the bullock of the sin offering
which is for himself:[12] And he shall take a censer full of burning coals of fire from off the
altar before Yehovah, and his hands full of sweet incense beaten small, and bring
it within the veil…
Heb.6: [19] Which hope we have as an anchor of the soul,
both sure and steadfast, and which enters into that within the veil;
Heb.10:19 Having therefore, brethren, boldness to
enter into the holiest by the blood of Yeshua, [20] By a new and living way, which he hath
consecrated for us, through the veil, that is to say, his flesh ;[21] And
having an high priest over the house of God;[22] Let us draw near with a true
heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil
conscience, and our bodies washed with pure water.
Matt.27 [51] And, behold, the veil of the temple was
rent in twain from the top to the bottom; and the earth did quake, and the
rocks rent;
Mark.15 [38] And the veil of the temple was rent in
twain from the top to the bottom.
Luke.23 [45] And the sun was darkened, and the veil
of the temple was rent in the midst.
Lev.16 [12] And he shall take a censer full
of burning coals of fire from off the altar before Yehovah, and his
hands full of sweet incense beaten small, and bring it within the veil:
[13] And he shall put the incense upon the fire before Yehovah, that
the cloud of the incense may cover the mercy seat כַּפֹּרֶת that is upon the testimony, that he die not:
[14] And he shall take of
the blood of the bullock, and sprinkle it with his finger upon the mercy seat
eastward; and before the mercy seat shall he sprinkle of the blood with his finger seven times.
[15] Then shall he kill the
goat of the sin offering, that is for the people, and bring his blood within the veil,
and do with that blood as he did with the blood of the bullock, and sprinkle it
upon the mercy seat, and before the mercy seat:
Book of Hebrews is correct!
Heb.9 [1]
Then verily the first
covenant had also ordinances of divine service, and a worldly sanctuary.[2] For there was a tabernacle made; the first,
wherein was the candlestick, and the table, and the showbread; which is
called the sanctuary.
[3] And after the second
veil, the tabernacle which is called the Holiest of all;[4] Which had the
golden censer, and the ark of the covenant overlaid round about with
gold, wherein was the golden pot that had manna, and Aaron's rod that budded,
and the tables of the covenant;
[5] And over it the cherubims of
glory shadowing the mercy seat; of which we cannot now speak
particularly.[6] Now when these things were thus ordained, the priests went
always into the first tabernacle, accomplishing the service of God.
[7] But into the second went
the high priest alone once every year, not without blood, which he offered for
himself, and for the errors of the people:[8] The Holy Ghost this
signifying, that the way into the holiest of all was not yet made manifest,
while as the first tabernacle was yet standing:[9] Which was a figure for the
time then present, in which were offered both gifts and sacrifices, that could
not make him that did the service perfect, as pertaining to the conscience;[10]
Which stood only in meats and drinks, and divers washings, and carnal
ordinances, imposed on them until the time of reformation
Heb.12 [24] And to Yeshua the mediator of the new covenant,
and to the blood of sprinkling, that speaks better things than
that of Abel.
Isa.52 [15] So shall he sprinkle many nations; the kings shall shut their mouths at him: for
that which had not been told them shall they see; and that which they had not
heard shall they consider.)
Lev.16 [16] and he shall make an
atonement for the holy place,
because of the uncleanness of the children of Israel, and because of their
transgressions in all their sins: and so shall he do for the tabernacle of the
congregation, that remains among them in the midst of their
uncleanness.
[17] And there shall be no
man in the tabernacle of the congregation when he goes in to make an
atonement in the holy place, until he come out, and have made an atonement for
himself, and for his household, and for all the congregation of Israel.
[18] And he shall go out
unto the altar that is before Yehovah, and make an atonement for it; and shall take of the blood of the

round about.
[19] And he shall sprinkle of the blood upon it with his finger seven times, and

[20] And when he hath made
an end of reconciling the holy place, and the tabernacle of the congregation,

iniquities of the children of Israel, and all their transgressions in all their

hand of a fit man into the wilderness:
[22] And the goat shall
bear upon him all their iniquities unto a land not inhabited: and he shall let
go the goat in the wilderness.
[23] And Aaron shall come
into the tabernacle of the congregation, and shall put off the linen garments,
which he put on when he went into the holy place, and shall leave them there:
[24] And he shall wash his
flesh with water in the holy place, and put on his garments, and come forth,
and offer his burnt offering, and the burnt offering of the people, and
make an atonement for himself, and for the people.
Heb.7 [27] Who needs not daily, as those high
priests, to offer up sacrifice, first for his own sins, and then for the
people's: for this he did once, when
he offered up Himself.
Heb.10 [12] But this man, after he had offered one sacrifice for sins forever, sat down on the right hand of God;
[14] For by one offering he
hath perfected for ever them that are sanctified.
Lev.16 [25] And the fat of the sin offering shall he burn
upon the altar.
[26] And he that let go the
goat for the scapegoat shall wash his clothes, and bathe his flesh in water,
and afterward come into the camp.
[27] And the bullock for
the sin offering, and the goat for the sin offering, whose blood was brought in
to make atonement in the holy place, shall one carry forth without the camp; and they shall burn in the fire their
skins, and their flesh, and their dung.
Heb.13 [12] Wherefore Yeshua also, that he might sanctify the people
with his own blood, suffered
without the gate.
Lev.16 [28] And he that burned them shall wash
his clothes, and bathe his flesh in water, and afterward he shall come into the
camp.
[29] And this shall be a
statute for ever unto you: that in the seventh month, on the tenth day of the

country, or a stranger that sojourns among you:
[30] For on that day shall
the priest make an atonement for you, to cleanse you, that You may be clean from all your sins
before Yehovah.
[31] It shall be
a Sabbath of rest unto you, and you shall afflict your souls, by a
statute forever.
Propitiate: To conciliate,
appease:
1John.2 [2] And He is the propitiation for our sins: and not for ours only, but also for the sins
of the whole world.
1John.4 [10] Herein is love, not that we loved God, but that
he loved us, and sent His Son to be the propitiation for our sins.
Heb.9 [28] So Messiah was once offered to bear the sins of many; and unto them that look for him shall he
appear the second time (for them) without sin unto salvation.
Heb.2 [17] Wherefore in all things
it behooved Him, Yeshua to be made like unto his brethren, that he
might be a merciful and faithful high priest in things pertaining to God, to make reconciliation for the sins of the people.
Greek - ἱλαστήριον - hilastērion - hil-as-tay'-ree-on - an expiatory (place or thing),
that is, (concretely) an atoning victim, propitiation.
Relating to an appeasing or
expiating, having placating or expiating force, expiatory; a means of appeasing

1 Cor.10 [16] The cup of blessing which we bless, is it
not the communion of the blood
of Messiah? The bread which we
break, is it not the communion of the body of
Messiah?
Eph.2 [13] But now in Messiah Yeshua, you
who sometimes were far off are made nigh by the blood of Messiah.
Heb.9 [14] How much more shall the blood of Messiah, who through the
eternal Spirit offered himself without spot to God, purge your conscience from dead works to serve
the living God?
1Pet.1 [19] But with the precious blood of Messiah, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot:
2Cor.5 [21] For he, the Father hath made him, Yeshua to
be sin for us, who knew no sin;
Rom.5 [6] For when we were yet without strength, in due
time Messiah died for the
ungodly.
[8] But
God commends his love toward us, in that, while we were yet
sinners, Messiah died for us.
Rom.14 [15] But if your brother be grieved with your
meat, now walks you not charitable. Destroy not him with your meat,
for whom Messiah died.
1Cor.8 [11] and through your knowledge shall the
weak brother perish, for whom Messiah died?
Heb.1: [1] God, who at sundry times and in divers
manners spoke in time past unto the fathers by the prophets, [2] Hath
in these last days spoken unto us by his Son, whom he hath appointed heir of
all things, by whom also he made the worlds;
[3] Who being the
brightness of his glory, and the express image of his person, and upholding all
things by the word of his power, when he had by himself purged our sins, sat down on the right hand of the Majesty
on high;
Heb.2 [9] But we see Yeshua, who was made a little lower than the angels
for the suffering of death, crowned with glory and honour; that he
by the grace of God should
taste death for every man.
Heb.4 [15] For we have not an high priest which
cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted
like as we are, yet without sin.
Heb.7 [25] Wherefore he is able also to save
them to the uttermost that come unto God by him, seeing he
ever lives to make intercession for them
Pss.8 [4] What is man, that you art mindful of him? and the son of man , (Messiah) that you visits him? 5 ] For you
hast made him (Messiah) a little lower than the angels, and hast crowned
him (Messiah) with glory and honour.[6 ] You, the Father
had made him (Messiah) to have dominion over the works of Your hands;
you hast put all things under his (Messiah) feet:[ 7]
All sheep and oxen, yea, and the beasts of the field;[8 ] The fowl
of the air, and the fish of the sea, and whatsoever passes through
the paths of the seas.
The Blood of the sacrifice was to be the most important feature of the Day of
Atonement.
NOTHING can change this!
Nothing can be a substitute for the obligatory sacrifice that God gave
Moses, which was a
"pattern", "a shadow" of Messiah’s blood sacrifice.
The Blood of the Messiah is shed for sin
atonement
Read Isa. 53 for your self – it is all about Messiah
Judaism says this chapter is talking about Israel - Just remember, Israel cannot die for the sins of
Israel
This chapter 53 of Isaiah is talking about Messiah our atonement!

Remember:
Be atoned every day with Yeshua’s blood
