שָׁלוֹם
Today, we sadly use the Gregorian calendar
from Pope Gregory; from the 1500’s.
Today is 1/6/2024
Yehovah has His own calendar which is deleted from the world
We are now in the 10th month called Teveth, day 23 - Esther 2:16 - in English,
scripture calls it Tebeth.
New moon soon, Next Friday evening, Shevat- Zach 1:7
- in English, scripture calls itSebat
Today’s topic:
The only Savior with salvation
is
Yehovah and His word made flesh Yeshua
Isa.43 [3]
For I am Yehovah your God, the Holy One of
Israel, your Savior:
I gave Egypt for your ransom, Ethiopia and Seba for you.
[11] I, even I, am Yehovah; and beside (except for) me there is no savior.
Isa.45 [15] Verily you are a God that hides thyself, O God of Israel, the Savior.
[21] Tell you, and bring them near; yea, let
them take counsel together: who had declared this from ancient time? who had told it from that
time? Have not I Yehovah? and there is no God else
beside (except) me; a just God and aSavior; there is none beside (except) me.
Yeshua, the word of God made flesh
The builders, religious leaders,
the people at Yeshua’s time – the priests, and the captain
of the temple, and the Sadducees… grieved
Acts 4 [1] And as they spoke unto the people,
the priests, and
the captain of the temple, and the Sadducees, came upon them,
[2] Being grieved that they taught
the people, and preached through Yeshua the resurrection from the dead.
[3] And they laid hands on them, and put them
in hold unto the next day: for it was now eventide.
[4] Howbeit many of them which heard the word believed; and the number of the
men was about five thousand.
[5] And it came to pass on the morrow,(the next day) that their rulers, and elders, and scribes,
[6] And Annas the high priest, and
Caiaphas, and John, and Alexander, and as many as were of the kindred of the high priest, were gathered
together at Jerusalem.
[7] And when they had set them in the midst, they asked, By what power, or by what name, have ye done this?
[8] Then Peter, filled with the Holy Ghost, said unto them, You rulers of
the people, and elders of Israel,
[9] If we this day be examined of the good deed done to the impotent man, by
what means he is made whole;
[10] Be it known unto you all, and to all the people of Israel, that by the name of Yeshua the Messiah of Nazareth, whom you
crucified, whom God raised from the dead, even by him doth this man stand here
before you whole.
[11] This is the stone which was set at naught of you
builders, which is become the head of the corner.
[12] Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name
under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.
Pss.118 [22] The stone which the builders refused is become the head stone of the corner.
Isa.8 [14] And he shall be for a
sanctuary; but for a stone of stumbling and for a rock of offence to both the houses of Israel, for a gin and
for a snare to the inhabitants of Jerusalem.

1b2) to restrain, make averse,
discourage
Origin:
a primitive root

AV - disallow 3,
discourage 2, make to non effect 1, break 1, misc 2; 9 times
593 ἀποδοκιμάζω apodokimazo {ap-od-ok-ee-mad'-zo}
Meaning: 1) to disapprove, reject, repudiate

1Pet.2 (4, 7)
disallowed
[1] Wherefore laying aside all malice, and
all guile, and hypocrisies, and envies, and all evil speaking
[2] As newborn babes,
desire the sincere milk of the word, that you may grow thereby:
[3] If so be you have tasted that the Lord is gracious.
[4] To whom coming, as unto a living stone, disallowed indeed
of men, but chosen of God, and precious,
[5] You also, as lively stones, are built up a spiritual house, an
holy priesthood, to offer up spiritual sacrifices,
acceptable to God by Yeshua
the Messiah.
[6] Wherefore also it is contained in the
scripture,
Behold, I lay in Sion a chief corner
stone, elect, precious: and he that believeth on him shall not be confounded.
[7] Unto you therefore which believe he is precious:
but unto them
which be disobedient, the stone which the builders disallowed, the same is made the head of
the corner,[8] And a stone of stumbling, and a rock of offence, even to them
which stumble at the word, being disobedient: whereunto also they were
appointed.
[9] But you are a chosen generation, a royal
priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar
people; that you should show forth the praises of
him who had called you out of darkness into his marvelous light:
[10] Which in time past were not a people,
but are now the people of God: which had not obtained mercy, but now have
obtained mercy.
[11] Dearly beloved, I beseech you as strangers and pilgrims abstain from fleshly lusts, which war against
the soul…
Exod.19 [6] And you shall be unto me a kingdom
of priests,
and an holy nation.
Deut.14 [2]
for you are an holy people unto Yehovah your God, and Yehovah had chosen you to be a peculiar people unto himself, above all the
nations that are upon the earth.
Deut.26 [18] And Yehovah had avouched you this day to be his peculiar people, as he had promised you, and
that you should keep all his commandments; [19] And to make you high above all
nations which he had made, in praise, and in name, and in honor; and that you
may be an holy people unto Yehovah your God, as he had spoken.

Yeshua - יֵשׁוּעַ (Matt. 1:1)
Yeshua the
Messiah יֵשׁוּעַ
הַמָּשִׁיחַ (Matt. 1:18)
Gen.49 [18] I have
waited for your salvation, O Yehovah.
Zech.9 [9] Rejoice greatly, O daughter of Zion; shout, O
daughter of Jerusalem: behold, your
King cometh unto you: he is just, and having salvation; lowly, and riding upon an ass, and upon a colt the foal of an ass.
Matt.21 [1]
And when they drew nigh unto Jerusalem, and were come to Bethphage, unto the mount of Olives, then sent Yeshua two disciples,
[2] Saying unto them, Go into the village over against you, and straightway you
shall find an ass tied, and a colt with her: loose them, and bring them unto
me. Yeshua
[3] And if any man say ought unto you, ye shall say, The Lord had
need of them; and straightway he will send them.
[4] All this was done, that it might be fulfilled which was spoken by the
prophet, saying, in Zech 9:9:
[5] Tell ye the
daughter of Sion,
Behold, your King cometh unto you, meek, and sitting upon an ass, and a colt
the foal of an ass.
People that bring salvation of the Gospel to the world:
Isa.52 [7] How beautiful upon the mountains are the feet of him that brings good tidings, that publishes peace;
that bringeth good tidings of
good, that publishes salvation;
that said unto Zion, Yehovah
reigns!
Rom.10 [15] And how
shall they preach, except they be sent? as
it is written, How beautiful are
the feet of them that preach the gospel of peace, and bring glad tidings of
good things!
Salvation is near, not far off
Isa.49 [6] And he said, It is a light
thing that you should be my servant to raise up the tribes of Jacob, and to
restore the preserved of Israel: I will also give you for a light to the
Gentiles, that you may be my salvation unto the
end of the earth.
[8] Thus said Yehovah,
in an acceptable time have I heard you, and in a day
of salvation have I helped you: and I will preserve you, and give you
for a covenant of the people, to establish the earth, to cause to inherit the
desolate heritages…
2 Cor.6 [2] (For he saith, I have heard you in a time accepted, and
in the day of salvation have I succored / helped you: behold, now is the accepted time;
behold, now is the day of salvation.)
Rom.10 [5]
For Moses describes the righteousness which is of the law, That the man which does those things shall live
by them.
[6] But the righteousness which is of faith speaks on this wise, Say not in your heart, Who shall ascend into
heaven? (that is, to bring Messiah
down from above:)
[7] Or, Who shall descend into the deep? (that is, to bring up Messiah again from the
dead.)
[8] But what said it? The word is nigh you, even in your
mouth, and in your heart: that is, the word of faith, which we preach;
[9] That if you shall confess with your mouth the
Lord Yeshua and shall
believe in your heart that God hath raised him
from the dead, you shall be saved. [10] For with the heart man believeth unto
righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. [11]
For the scripture said, whosoever believeth on him shall
not be ashamed.
[12] For there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek: for the same
Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon him.
[13] For
whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.
Deut. 30 [11]
For
this commandment which I command thee this day, it is not hidden from thee, neither is it far off.
[12] It is not in heaven, that
you should say, Who shall go up for us to heaven,
and bring it unto us, that we may hear it, and do it?
[13] Neither is it beyond the sea
that you should say, who shall go over the sea for us, and bring it unto us,
that we may hear it, and do it?
[14] But the word is very nigh unto
you, in your mouth, and in your heart, that you may do it.
A light to the Gentiles,
salvation to the nations
Yeshua, the Apostles, Paul, and us at the end
Acts.13 [47] For so had the Lord
commanded us, saying, I have set you to be a light of the Gentiles, that you should be
for salvation unto the ends of the earth.
Acts.28 [28] Be it known therefore unto
you, that
the salvation of God is sent unto the Gentiles, and that
they will hear it.
Luke.2 [30]
For mine eyes have seen your salvation, [31] Which you have prepared
before the face of all people;[32] A light to lighten the
Gentiles, and the glory of your people Israel.
Isa.11 [10] And in that day there shall
be a root of Jesse, which shall stand for an ensign of the people; to it shall the Gentiles seek: and
his rest shall be glorious.
Isa.42 [1] Behold my servant, whom
I uphold; mine elect, in whom my soul delights; I have put my spirit upon him: he shall bring forth
judgment to the
Gentiles. [2] He shall not cry, nor lift up, nor cause his
voice to be heard in the street.
[3] A bruised reed shall he not break, and the smoking flax shall he not
quench: he shall bring forth judgment unto truth.
[4] He shall not fail nor be discouraged, till he have set judgment in the earth: and the isles
shall wait for his law.
[5]
Thus said God Yehovah, he that created the
heavens, and stretched them out; he that spread forth the earth,
and that which cometh out of it; he that gives breath unto the people upon it,
and spirit to them that walk therein:
[6] I Yehovah
have called you in righteousness, and will hold thine hand, and will keep thee, and give you for a covenant of
the people, for a light of the Gentiles;
[7]
To open the blind eyes, to bring out the prisoners from the prison, and them
that sit in darkness out of the prison house.
[8] I am Yehovah: that is my name: and my glory will I not
give to another, neither my praise to graven images.
[9] Behold, the former things are come to pass, and new things do I declare:
before they spring forth I tell you of them.
Isa.49 [6]
And he said, It is a light thing that you should be my
servant to raise up the tribes of Jacob, and to restore the preserved of
Israel: I will also give thee for a
light to the Gentiles,
that you may be my salvation unto the end of the earth.
[22] Thus said the Lord Yehovah, Behold, I
will lift up mine hand to the Gentiles, and set up my standard
to the people: and they shall bring thy sons in their arms, and thy daughters
shall be carried upon their shoulders.
Isa.60 [3] And the Gentiles shall come to thy light, and kings to the brightness of thy
rising.
[6] And he said, It
is a light thing that you should be my servant to raise up the tribes of Jacob,
and to restore the preserved of Israel: I will also give thee for a light to the Gentiles, that you may be my salvation unto
the end of the earth.
Isa.61 [9] And their seed shall be known
among the
Gentiles, and their offspring among the people: all that see
them shall acknowledge them, that they are the seed which Yehovah hath blessed.
Isa.62 [2] And the
Gentiles shall see thy righteousness, and all
kings thy glory: and you shall be called by a new name, which the mouth of Yehovah shall name.
Isa.66 [12] For
thus said Yehovah,
Behold, I will extend peace to her like a river, and the glory of the Gentiles like a flowing stream:
then shall ye suck, ye shall be borne upon her sides, and be dandled upon her
knees.
Rom.11 [11]
I say then, Have they stumbled that they
should fall? God forbid: but rather through their
fall salvation is come unto the Gentiles, for to provoke them to
jealousy.
A few other scriptures on salvation:
Exod.14
[13] And Moses said unto the people, Fear you not,

you shall see them again no more forever.

into your resting place, you, and the ark of your strength: let your priests, Yehovah God,

fortress, and my deliverer; my God, my strength, in whom I will trust; my
buckler, and the horn of my salvation, and my high tower.
[35]
You have also given me the shield of your salvation: and your right hand
had helped me up, and your gentleness had made me great.
[46]
Yehovah lives; and blessed be my
rock; and let the God of my salvation be
exalted.

salvation;
whom shall I fear? Yehovah is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid?

flesh, they stumbled and fell.

should rise against me, in this will I be confident.
[4]
One thing have I desired of Yehovah, that will I seek after; that I may dwell in the
house of Yehovah all the days of my life, to
behold the beauty of Yehovah, and to inquire in his temple.
[5]
For in the time of trouble he shall hide me in his pavilion: in the secret of
his tabernacle shall he hide me; he shall set me up upon a rock.
[6]
And now shall mine head be lifted up above mine enemies round about me:
therefore will I offer in his tabernacle sacrifices of joy; I will sing, yea, I
will sing praises unto Yehovah.
[7]
Hear, Yehovah, when I cry with my voice:
have mercy also upon me, and answer me.
[8] When you said, Seek ye my face; my heart said unto you, Thy face, Yehovah, will I seek.
[9]
Hide not your face far from me; put not your servant away in anger: thou have
been my help; leave me not, neither forsake
me, O God of my salvation.
[10]
When my father and my mother forsake me, then Yehovah will take me up.
[11] Teach me your way, Yehovah, and lead me in a plain path, because of mine
enemies.
[12] Deliver me not over unto the will of mine enemies: for false witnesses are
risen up against me, and such as breathe out cruelty.
[13] I had fainted, unless I had believed to see the goodness of Yehovah in the land of the living.
[14] Wait on Yehovah: be of good courage, and he shall strengthen your
heart: wait, I say, on Yehovah.
Pss.35 [9]

loving kindness and your truth from the great congregation.
[16]
Let all those that seek you rejoice and be glad in you: let such as love
your salvation say continually, Yehovah be magnified.

my salvation:
and my tongue shall sing aloud of your righteousness.

Truly my soul waits upon
God: from him cometh my salvation. [2] He only is my rock and
my salvation; he is my defense; I shall not be greatly moved.
[5] My soul, wait thou
only upon God; for my expectation is from him.
[6]
He only is my rock and my salvation: he is my defence; I shall not be moved.[7] In God is my salvation and my
glory: the rock of my strength, and my refuge, is in God.

Blessed be the Lord, who
daily loads us with benefits, even the God of
our salvation.

of salvation;
and unto God the Lord belong the issues from death.

purge away our sins, for your name's sake.
Pss.85 [4]

let us make a joyful noise to the rock of our salvation.

is
a great God, and a great King above all gods.
Pss.96 [2]
Sing unto Yehovah, bless his name; show forth his salvation from day to day.
Pss.98 [2]

sight of the heathen. [3] He had remembered his mercy and his truth toward the
house of Israel: all the ends of the earth have seen
the salvation of our God.
Pss.106 [4]
Remember me, Yehovah,
with the favor that you bear unto your people: O visit me with
your salvation;

your chosen, that I may rejoice in the gladness of your nation, that I may
glory with thine inheritance.
Pss.116 [13]
I will take the cup of salvation, and call upon the name of Yehovah.
Pss.118 [14]
Yehovah is my strength and
song, and is become my salvation.[15] The voice of rejoicing
and salvation is in the tabernacles of the righteous: the right hand
of Yehovah does valiantly.
[21]
I will praise you: for you have heard me, and are become
my salvation.
Pss.119 [41]

Isa.45 [5] I am Yehovah,
and there is none else, there is no God
beside (except) me: I girded you, though
thou hast not known me:[6] That they may know
from the rising of the sun, and from the west, that there is none beside me. I
am Yehovah, and there is none else.[7] I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create
evil: I Yehovah do all these things.[8]
Drop down, you heavens, from above, and let the skies pour down righteousness:
let the earth open, and let them bring
forth salvation, and let righteousness spring up together; I Yehovah have created it.
[17] But Israel shall be saved in Yehovah with an
everlasting salvation: you shall not be ashamed nor confounded world without end.

My righteousness is near; my salvation is gone forth, and mine arms shall judge
the people; the isles shall wait upon me, and on mine arm shall they trust [6]
Lift up your eyes to the heavens, and look upon the earth beneath: for the
heavens shall vanish away like smoke, and the earth shall wax old like a
garment, and they that dwell therein shall die in like manner: but
my salvation shall be forever, and my righteousness shall not be
abolished.
[8]
For the moth shall eat them up like a garment and the worm shall eat them like
wool: but my righteousness shall be forever, and my salvation from
generation to generation.
Isa.60 [18]
Violence shall no more be heard in your land, wasting nor destruction within
your borders; but you shall call your walls Salvation, and your gates Praise.
Isa.61 [10]
I will greatly rejoice in Yehovah,
my soul shall be joyful in my God; for he had clothed me with the garments of salvation, he had covered me with the robe of righteousness, as a bridegroom
decked himself with ornaments, and as a bride adorned herself with her jewels.
Isa.62 [1]
For Zion's sake will I not hold my peace, and for Jerusalem's sake I will not
rest, until the righteousness thereof go forth as brightness, and the salvation thereof as a lamp that burns.
[11]
Behold, Yehovah had proclaimed unto
the end of the world, Say you to the daughter of Zion, Behold, your salvation cometh; behold, his reward is with him, and his work
before him.
Jer.3 [23]
Truly in vain
is salvation hoped for from the hills, and from the multitude of
mountains: truly in Yehovah our God is the salvation of
Israel.
Lam.3 [26]
It is good that a man should
both hope and quietly wait for the salvation of Yehovah.
Jonah.2 [9]
But I will sacrifice unto you with the voice of thanksgiving; I will pay that

[68] Blessed be the Lord God of Israel; for he hath visited and redeemed his people,
[69]
And had raised up an horn
of salvation for us (Yeshua)
in the house of his servant David…
[70] As he(God) space by
the mouth of his holy prophets, which have been since the world began:
[71] That we should be saved from our enemies, and from the hand of all that
hate us;
[72] To perform the mercy promised to our fathers, and to remember his holy
covenant;
[73] The oath which he swore to our father Abraham,
[74] That he would grant unto us, that we being delivered out of the hand of
our enemies might serve him without fear,
[75] In holiness and righteousness before him, all the days of our life.
[76] And you, child, shall be called the prophet of the Highest: for you shall go before the face of Yehovah
to prepare his ways;
[77] To give knowledge of
salvation unto his people by the remission of their sins,(by Yeshua)
[78] Through the tender mercy of our God; whereby the dayspring from on high
had visited us,
[79] To give light to them that sit in darkness and in the shadow of death, to
guide our feet into the way of peace.

sleep: for now is our salvation nearer than when we

the Messiah…

to God for you, brethren beloved of the Lord, because God had from the

We have the most important message to take to the
world
Luke 14
[15]
And when one of them that sat at meat with him heard these things, he said unto
him, Blessed is he that shall eat
bread in the kingdom of God.
[16] Then said he unto him, A certain man made a great supper, and bade (called, invited) many:
[17] And sent his servant at supper time to say to them that were
bidden, Come; for all things are now ready.
[18] And they all with one consent
began to make excuse. The
first said
unto him, I have bought a piece of ground, and I must needs go and see it: I
pray you have me excused.
[19] And another said, I have bought five yoke of oxen, and I go to prove
them: I pray you have me excused.
[20] And another said, I have married a wife, and
therefore I cannot come.
[21] So that servant came, and
showed his lord these things. Then the master of the house being
angry said to his servant, Go out quickly into the streets and lanes of the
city, and bring in hither the poor, and the maimed, and the
halt,
and the blind.
[22] And the servant said, Lord, it is done as you have commanded, and yet
there is room.
[23]
And the lord said unto the servant, Go
out into the highways and hedges, and compel them to come in, that my house may be
filled.
[24] For I say unto you, that
none of those men which were bidden shall taste of my supper.
