Today Topic:
Messiah the first fruits
The resurrection of Yeshua the Messiah
Some people might ask, is Yeshua
the Messiah alive today?
Beyond a doubt, this is the most important
question in the world to each man, woman and child in the world today; actually
for that matter, for every person who
has ever lived or whoever will be born.
On this issue of whether or not Messiah was
raised from the dead revolves the truth or falsity of what we believe as well
as all mankind’s hope of a future life with God in eternity.
This is why it's so important to know the word of
God so you can point out all the witnesses that claim they saw His appearance many
times.
The resurrection of Yeshua Messiah from the dead
Mark 16 [9] Now when Yeshua was risen early the first day of the week (Sunday), he appeared first to Mary Magdalene, out of whom he had cast seven devils.
Luke.24
[1] Now upon the first day of the week, very early in the morning,
they came unto the sepulchre, bringing the spices which they had prepared, and
certain others with them.
[2] And they found the stone rolled away from the sepulchre.
[3] And they entered in, and found not the body of the Lord Yeshua.
[4] And it came to pass, as they were much perplexed thereabout, behold, two
men stood by them in shining garments:
[5] And as they were afraid, and bowed down their faces to the earth, they said
unto them, Why seek ye the living among the dead?
[6] He is not here, but is risen: remember how he spake unto you when he was yet in Galilee,
[7] Saying, The Son of man must be delivered into the hands of sinful men, and
be crucified, and the third day rise again.
[8] And they remembered his words,
[9] And returned from the sepulchre, and told all these things unto the eleven, and to all
the rest.
Acts.1
[1] The
former treatise have I made, O Theophilus, of all that Yeshua began both to do and teach,
[2] Until the day in which He was taken up, after that He through the Holy
Ghost had given commandments unto the apostles whom he had chosen:
[3] To whom also He Messiah shewed himself alive after his passion by many
infallible proofs, being seen of them forty days, and speaking of the things
pertaining to the kingdom of God:
[4] And, He Messiah being assembled together with them, commanded them that they should not depart from Jerusalem, but wait for the promise of the Father, which, saith He, ye have heard of Me.
[5] For John truly baptized with water; but ye shall be baptized with the Holy Ghost not many days hence.
[6] When they therefore were come together, they asked of Him, saying, Lord, wilt thou at this time restore again the kingdom to Israel?
[7] And He
said unto them, It is
not for you to know the times or the seasons, which the Father hath put in his
own power.
[8] But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and
ye shall be witnesses unto Me
both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost
part of the earth.
[9] And when he had spoken these things, while they beheld, He Messiah was taken up; and a cloud received him out of their sight.
[10] And
while they looked steadfastly toward heaven as he went up, behold, two men
stood by them in white apparel;
[11] Which also said, Ye men of Galilee, why stand ye gazing up into heaven? this same Yeshua, which is taken up from you into heaven, shall so come
in like manner as ye have seen Him go into heaven.

Many Witnesses of Yeshua’s resurrection from the dead
1Cor.15
[1] Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand;
[2] By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain.
[3] For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Messiah died for our sins according to the Scriptures; TaNaKh
[4] And that He, Messiah was buried, and that He, Messiah rose again the third day according to the Scriptures; TaNaKh
[5] And that He, Messiah was seen of Cephas, Peter, then of the twelve:
[6] After that, He, Messiah was seen of above five hundred brethren at once;
of whom the greater part remain unto this present, but some are fallen asleep. Dead – Now they are all dead - 2018
[7] After that, He, Messiah was seen of James; then of all the apostles.
[8] And last of all He, Messiah was seen of me Saul also, as
of one born out of due time.
Saul explains
the resurrection
[12] Now if Messiah be preached that he
rose from the dead, how say some among you that there is no resurrection of the
dead?
[13] But if there be no
resurrection of the dead, then is Messiah not risen:
[14] And if Messiah be not
risen, then is our preaching vain, and your faith is also vain.
[15] Yea, and we are found false
witnesses of God; because we have testified of God that he raised
up Messiah: whom he raised not up, if so be that the dead rise not.
[16] For if the dead rise not,
then is not Messiah raised:
[17] And if Messiah be not
raised, your faith is vain; ye are yet in your sins.
[18] Then they also which are
fallen asleep in Messiah are perished.
[19] If in this life only we
have hope in Messiah, we are of all men most miserable.
[20] But now is Messiah risen from the dead, and become the firstfruits
of them that slept.
[21] For since by man came
death, by man came also the resurrection of the dead.
[22] For as in Adam all die,
even so in Messiah shall all be made alive.
[23] But every man in his own
order: Messiah the firstfruits; afterward they that
are Messiah's at his coming.
[24] Then cometh the end, when
he shall have delivered up the kingdom to God, even the Father; when he shall
have put down all rule and all authority and power.
[25] For he must reign, till he
hath put all enemies under his feet.
[26] The last enemy that shall
be destroyed is death.
[27] For he
hath put all things under his feet. But when he saith,
all things are put under him, it is manifest that he
is excepted, which did put all things under him.
[28] And when all things shall
be subdued unto him, then shall the Son also himself be subject unto him that
put all things under him, that God may be all in all.
[29] Else what shall they do
which are baptized for the dead, if the dead rise not at all? why are they then baptized for the dead?
[30] And why stand we in jeopardy every hour?
[31] I protest by your rejoicing
which I have in Messiah Yeshua our Lord, I die daily.
[32] If after the manner of men
I have fought with beasts at Ephesus, what advantageth
it me, if the dead rise not? let us eat and drink; for
to morrow we die.
[33] Be not deceived: evil
communications corrupt good manners.
[34] Awake to righteousness, and
sin not; for some have not the knowledge of God: I speak this to your shame.
[35] But some man will say, How are the dead raised up? and
with what body do they come?
[36] Thou fool, that which thou sowest is not quickened, except it die:
[37] And that which thou sowest, thou sowest not that body
that shall be, but bare grain, it may chance of wheat, or of some other grain:
[38] But God giveth
it a body as it hath pleased him, and to every seed his own body.
[39] All flesh is not the same
flesh: but there is one kind of flesh of men, another flesh of beasts, another
of fishes, and another of birds.
[40] There are also celestial bodies, and bodies terrestrial: but the glory of the
celestial is one, and the glory of the terrestrial is another.
[41] There is one glory of the
sun, and another glory of the moon, and another glory of the stars: for one
star differeth from another star in glory.
[42] So also is the resurrection
of the dead. It is sown in corruption; it is raised in incorruption:
[43] It is sown in dishonour; it is raised in glory: it is sown in weakness;
it is raised in power:
[44] It is sown a natural body;
it is raised a spiritual body. There is a natural body, and there is a
spiritual body.
[45] And so it is written, The first man Adam was made a living soul; the last Adam was
made a quickening spirit.
[46] Howbeit that was not first
which is spiritual, but that which is natural; and afterward that which is
spiritual.
[47] The first man is of the
earth, earthy: the second man is the Lord from heaven.
[48] As is the earthy, such are
they also that are earthy: and as is the heavenly, such are they also that are
heavenly.
[49] And as we have borne the
image of the earthy, we shall also bear the image of the heavenly.
[50] Now this I say, brethren,
that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God; neither doth corruption
inherit incorruption.
[51] Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall
all be changed,
[52] In a moment, in the
twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the
dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.
[53] For this corruptible must
put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality.
[54] So when this corruptible
shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written,
Death is swallowed up in victory.
[55] O death, where is thy
sting? O grave, where is thy victory?
[56] The sting of death is sin;
and the strength of sin is the law.
[57] But thanks be to God, which giveth us the
victory through our Lord Yeshua Messiah.
[58] Therefore, my beloved
brethren, be ye stedfast, unmoveable,
always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as ye know that your labour is not in vain in the Lord
----------------------
John 11 [25] Yeshua said unto her, I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live:
[26] And whosoever liveth and believeth in me shall never die.
Believest thou this?

Acts 2 [29] Men and brethren, let me freely speak unto you of the patriarch David, that he is both dead and buried, and his sepulchre is with us unto this day.
[30] Therefore being a prophet, and knowing that God had sworn with an oath to him, that of the fruit of his loins, according to the flesh, he would raise up the Messiah to sit on his throne;
[31] He seeing this before spake of the resurrection of the Messiah, that his soul was not left in hell, neither his flesh did see corruption.
[32] This Yeshua hath God raised up, whereof we all are witnesses.
Acts.4 [33] And with great power gave the apostles witness of the resurrection of the Lord Yeshua: and great grace was upon them all.

Pss. 132 [11] Yehovah hath sworn in truth unto David; he will
not turn from it; Of the fruit of thy body, David, will I, Messiah set upon thy
throne.
Pss. 16 [10] For thou wilt not leave My soul in hell; neither wilt thou suffer thine Holy One to see corruption.

Children of the resurrection
Luke.20 [27] Then came to him certain of the Sadducees,
which deny that there is any resurrection; and
they asked him,
[28] Saying, Master, Moses wrote unto us, If any man's brother die,
having a wife, and he die without children, that his brother should take his
wife, and raise up seed unto his brother.
[29] There were therefore seven
brethren: and the first took a wife, and died without children.
[30] And the second took her to
wife, and he died childless.
[31] And the third took her; and
in like manner the seven also: and they left no children, and died.
[32] Last of all
the woman died also.
[33] Therefore in the resurrection (which
they don’t believe) whose wife of them is she? for
seven had her to wife.
[34] AndYeshua answering said unto them, The
children of this world marry, and are given in marriage:
[35] But they which shall be accounted worthy to obtain that world, and the resurrection from
the dead, neither marry, nor are given in
marriage:
[36] Neither can they die any more: for
they are equal unto the angels; and are the children of God, being the children of the resurrection.
[37] Now that the dead are raised, even Moses shewed
at the bush, when he calleth Yehovah
the God of Abraham, and the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob.
[38]
For he is not a God of the dead, but of the living: for all live unto him.
Another account:
Mark.12 [18] Then come
unto him the Sadducees, which say there is no resurrection; and they asked him, saying,
[19] Master, Moses wrote unto us, If a
man's brother die, and leave his wife behind him, and leave no children, that his
brother should take his wife, and raise up seed unto his brother.
[20] Now there were seven
brethren: and the first took a wife, and dying left no seed.
[21] And the second took her,
and died, neither left he any seed: and the third
likewise.
[22] And the seven had her, and
left no seed: last of all the woman died also.
[23] In the resurrection (which they don’t believe) therefore, when they shall
rise, whose wife shall she be of them? for the seven
had her to wife.
[24] And Yeshua
answering said unto them, Do ye not therefore err, because ye know not the scriptures,
neither the power of God?
[25] For when they shall rise from the
dead, they neither marry, nor are given in marriage; but are as the angels which are in heaven.
[26] And as touching the dead, that they rise: have ye not read in
the book of Moses, how in the bush God spake unto
him, saying, I am the God of Abraham, and the God of Isaac, and the God of
Jacob?
[27] He is not the God of the dead, but
the God of the living: ye therefore do greatly
err.

Job 14 [7] For there is hope of a tree, if it be cut down, that it
will sprout again, and that the tender branch thereof will not cease.
[8] Though the root there of wax old in
the earth, and the stock thereof die in the ground;
[9] Yet through the scent of water it
will bud, and bring forth boughs like a plant.
[10] But
man dieth, and wasteth away: yea, man giveth up the ghost, and where is he?
[11] As the waters fail from the sea,
and the flood decayeth and drieth up:
[12] So man
lieth down, and riseth not: till the heavens be no more,
they shall not awake, nor be raised out of their sleep.
[13] O that thou wouldest hide me in the grave, that thou wouldest keep me secret, until thy wrath be past, that thou wouldest appoint me a set time, and remember me!
[14] If a man die, shall he live again? all the days of my appointed time will I wait, till
my change come.

Messiah is
raised!
John 20
[1] The first day of the week
cometh Mary Magdalene early, when it was yet dark, unto the sepulchre, and seeth
the stone taken away from the sepulchre.
[2] Then she runneth, and cometh to Simon Peter, and to the other disciple,
whom Yeshua
loved, and saith
unto them, They have taken away the Lord out of the sepulchre, and we know not where they have laid him.
[3] Peter therefore went forth, and that other disciple,
and came to the sepulchre. [4] So they ran both together: and the other
disciple did outrun Peter, and came first to the sepulchre.
[5] And he stooping down, and looking in, saw the linen clothes lying; yet went
He not in.
[6] Then cometh Simon Peter following him, and went into the sepulchre, and seeth
the linen clothes lie,
[7] And the napkin, that was about his head, not lying with the linen clothes,
but wrapped together in a place by itself.
[8] Then went in also that other disciple, which came first to the sepulchre, and he saw, and believed.
[9] For as yet they knew not the scripture, that He
Messiah must rise again from the dead.
[10] Then the disciples went away again unto their own home.
[11] But Mary stood without at the sepulchre weeping: and as she wept, she stooped down, and looked
into the sepulchre,
[12] And seeth
two angels in white sitting, the one at the head, and the other at the feet,
where the body of Yeshua
had lain.
[13] And they say unto her, Woman, why weepest thou? She saith unto them, Because they have taken away my Lord,
and I know not where they have laid Him.
[14] And when she had thus said, she turned herself back, and saw Yeshua standing, and knew not that it was Yeshua
[15] Yeshua saith unto her, Woman, why weepest thou? whom seekest thou? She, supposing him to be the gardener, saith unto Him, Sir, if thou have borne Him hence, tell me
where thou hast laid Him, and I will take Him away.
[16] Yeshua saith unto her, Mary. She turned herself, and saith unto Him, Rabboni; which is to say, Master.
[17] Yeshua saith unto her, Touch Me not; for I am not yet ascended to My
Father: but go to my brethren, and say unto them, I ascend unto my Father, and your Father; and to my God, and
your God.
[18] Mary Magdalene came and told the disciples that she had seen the Lord, and
that He had spoken these things unto her.
[19] Then the same day at evening, being the first day
of the week, when the doors were shut where the disciples were assembled
for fear of the Jews, came Yeshua
and stood in the midst, and saith
unto them, Peace be unto you.[20] And when He
had so said, he shewed
unto them His hands and His side. Then were the
disciples glad, when they saw the Lord.[21] Then said Yeshua to them again, Peace be unto you: as my Father hath sent me, even so send I you.[22] And when he
had said this, He breathed on them, and saith unto them, Receive ye the Holy Ghost:[23]
Whose soever sins ye remit, they are remitted unto them;
and whose soever sins ye retain, they are retained.[24] But Thomas, one of the twelve, called Didymus, was not with them when Yeshua came.[25] The other disciples
therefore said unto him, We have seen the Lord.
But he said unto them, Except I shall see in his hands the print of the nails, and put my finger into the print of the nails, and thrust my hand into his side, I will not believe.
[26] And after eight days again his disciples were within, and Thomas with them: then came Yeshua, the doors being shut, and stood in the midst, and said, Peace be unto you.
[27] Then saith He to Thomas, reach hither thy finger, and behold My hands; and reach hither thy hand, and thrust it into My side: and be not faithless, but believing.
[28] And Thomas answered and said unto him, My Lord and my God.
[29] Yeshua saith unto him, Thomas, because thou hast seen me, thou hast believed: blessed are they that have not seen, and yet have believed.
[30] And many other signs truly did Yeshua in the presence of his disciples, which are not written in this book:
[31] But these are written,
that ye might believe that Yeshua is
the Messiah, the Son ,
the Word of God made flesh; and that believing ye
might have life through His name, Yeshua!
In closing:
Thank the Father for the resurrection of Yeshua the Messiah and
Salvation, the forgiveness of sins.
