Today we
use the Gregorian calendar from Pope Gregory; from the 1500’s.
Today is November 9, 2013
November -- the ninth month (now the 11th month)
Middle English Novembre
Latin November
Latin Novembris mensis "ninth month"
Novembris had 30
days, until Numa when it had 29 days, until Julius when it became 30 days long.
------------------
Yehovah has His own calendar
We are now in the 9th month Chislev, 4th day
Zech.7[1] And it came to pass in the fourth year
of king Darius, that the word of Yehovah came unto Zechariah in the fourth day
of the ninth month, even in Chisleu;

Today's Topic:
“tis the season to be pagan” is coming, and
already in the stores!
Let’s clear up “some” misunderstood
verses and understandings
First I will explain the word TaNaKh
The Word of God - TaNaKh : Torah, Prophets and
Writings (psalms) not gospels nor letters
Torah (law, teachings)
Ta Na
Kh is a acronym for:
T = Torah - first 5 books of Moses which God gave him
N = Navi' eem
or prophets (pl. sounds like - Na vi eem)
K = Ke'tuvim or writings (psalms
etc.)
At this point, there were neither gospels nor letters.
Let’s go over the word Christian, we
find it three times in the Bible
Remember, there were neither
Protestants before 1500 AD nor Catholics at the time of Messiah Yeshua.
Here are the verses:
Acts.11[ 26] And when he had found him, he brought him unto
Antioch. And it came to pass, that a whole year they assembled themselves with
the church, and taught much people. And the disciples were called Christians
first in Antioch.
Acts.26[ 28] Then Agrippa said unto Paul, Almost thou persuadest me to be a Christian.
1Pet.4[ 16] Yet if any man suffer as a Christian, let
him not be ashamed; but let him glorify God on this behalf.
Here is the meaning of the
word Christian:
מְשִׁיחִ
י
Messiah - מְשִיחַ
The English word Christian
below is Messiah follower, neither Protestant nor Catholic.

Marry only in the Lord, the God of Israel
1Cor.7 [39] the wife is bound by the law as long as her husband
liveth; but if her husband be dead, she is at liberty
to be married to whom she will; only in the
Lord.
Most people were married
unto another Jesus other the God of Israel
Dedicate yourselves to the
God of Israel if you intend to serve the God of Israel. Think this over.

What's
wrong with these two sentences?
"He

Pg. XIII - 3rd paragraph, last line:
I certainly had no special expertise in biblical Hebrew that would justify my trying to translate the Tanakh.
Pg. XIV - 3rd paragraph:
I translated the

Does David Stern speak or read Koine Greek? I doubt it.

One law תּוֹרָה
אַחַת for all!
Exod.12 [49] One law תּוֹרָה
אַחַת shall be to him that is homeborn, and
unto the stranger גֵּר that sojourneth among you.
Num.15 [16] One law and one manner תּוֹרָה
אַחַת
וּמִשְׁפָּט
אֶחָד shall be for you, and for the stranger that
sojourneth with you.
[29] Ye shall have one law תּוֹרָה
אַחַת for him that sinneth through
ignorance, both for him that is born among the children of Israel, and for the
stranger that sojourneth among them.
Num.9[ 14] And if a stranger shall sojourn among
you, and will keep the passover unto Yehovah;
according to the ordinance of the passover, and
according to the manner thereof, so shall he do: ye shall have one ordinance, חֻקָּה
אַחַת both for the stranger, and for him that was born
in the land .
Num.15 [15] One ordinance חֻקָּה
אַחַת shall be both for you of the congregation, and also for the
stranger that sojourneth with you, an ordinance for ever in your generations: as ye are, so shall the
stranger be before Yehovah.

Sabbath for all that joins
Exod.20[ 10] But the seventh day is the sabbath of Yehovah thy God : in it thou shalt not do
any work, thou, nor thy son, nor thy daughter, thy manservant, nor thy
maidservant, nor thy cattle, nor thy stranger that is within thy gates :
Lev.25 [6] And the sabbath
of the land shall be meat for you; for thee, and for thy servant, and for thy
maid, and for thy hired servant, and for thy stranger that sojourneth
with thee,
Deut.5[ 14] But the seventh day is the sabbath of Yehovah thy God: in it thou shalt not do any
work, thou, nor thy son, nor thy daughter, nor thy manservant, nor thy
maidservant, nor thine ox, nor thine ass, nor any of thy cattle, nor thy stranger that is
within thy gates; that thy manservant and thy maidservant may rest as
well as thou.
Isa.56 [1] Thus saith Yehovah, Keep ye judgment, and do justice: for my
salvation is near to come, and my righteousness to be revealed.
[2] Blessed is the man that doeth this, and the son of man that layeth hold on it; that keepeth
the sabbath from polluting it, and keepeth his hand from doing any evil.
[3] Neither let the son of the stranger, that hath joined himself to Yehovah,
speak, saying, The Yehovah hath utterly separated me from his people: neither
let the eunuch say, Behold, I am a dry tree.
[4] For thus saith Yehovah unto the eunuchs that keep my sabbaths,
and choose the things that please me, and take hold of my covenant;
[5] Even unto them will I give in mine house and within my walls a place and a
name better than of sons and of daughters: I will give them an everlasting
name, that shall not be cut off.
[6] Also the
sons of the stranger, that join themselves to Yehovah, to serve him, and to
love the name of Yehovah, to be his servants, every one that keepeth the sabbath from
polluting it, and taketh hold of my covenant;[7] Even them will I bring to my
holy mountain, and make them joyful in my house of prayer: their burnt offerings and their sacrifices shall be
accepted upon mine altar; for mine house shall be called
an house of prayer for all people .
Acts.13 [42] And when the Jews were gone
out of the synagogue, the Gentiles besought that these
words might be preached to them the next sabbath. [ 43] Now when the congregation was broken up, many of the Jews
and religious proselytes followed Paul and Barnabas: who, speaking to them,
persuaded them to continue in the grace of God. [44] And the next sabbath
day came almost the whole city together
to hear the word of God.
-------------------
How to
keep Sabbath
This is how simple it is:
The Sabbath is the 4th Commandment of the covenant given to us at Mount Sinai in the 3rd month, Sivan
Exod. 20 [8] Remember the Sabbath day, to keep it holy.
זכר Remember
zâkar - zaw-kar' - A primitive root; properly to mark (so as to be recognized), that is, to remember; by implication to mention; make mention of, be mindful, recount, record (-er), remember, make to be remembered, bring (call, come, keep, put) to (in) remembrance, still, think on, well.
[9] Six days shalt thou labour, and do all thy work:
[10] But the seventh day is the Sabbath of Yehovah thy God:
-----
Rev.1 [10] I, John was in the Spirit on Yehovah's Day - (The Sabbath Exod. 20:10)
-----
Back to verse 10
in
it thou shalt not do any work, thou, nor thy son, nor thy daughter, thy
manservant, nor thy maidservant, nor thy cattle, nor thy stranger that is within thy gates:
[11]
For in six days Yehovah made heaven
and earth, the sea, and all that in them is, and rested the seventh day:
wherefore Yehovah blessed the sabbath day, and hallowed it.
--------
Isa. 58
[13] If thou turn away thy foot from the sabbath, from
doing thy pleasure on my holy day; and call the sabbath a delight, the holy of Yehovah, honorable;
and shalt honor him,
1 - not doing thine own ways,
2 - nor finding thine own pleasure,
3 - nor speaking thine own words:
[14]
Then shalt thou delight thyself in Yehovah;
and I will cause thee to ride upon the high places of the earth, and feed thee
with the heritage of Jacob thy father: for the mouth
of Yehovah hath spoken it.
------------
Lev. 23 [3] Six days shall work be done: but the seventh day is the Sabbath of rest, an "holy convocation"; ye shall do no work therein: it is the Sabbath of Yehovah in all your dwellings.
Dwelling מושׁב
môshâv - seat, assembly, dwelling-place, dwelling, your situation, location, (at) time of dwelling
------------
The Sabbath is a "holy convocation"
מקרא miqra: convocation, convoking, reading, a calling together, sacred assembly, something called out, that is, a public meeting (the act, the persons, or the place); also a rehearsal(for the God of Israel)
קדשׁ kodesh: a sacred place or thing; consecrated, dedicated, hallowed, holiness, saint, sanctuary, apartness, sacredness, separateness, apartness, sacredness, holiness (all to the God of Israel)
------------
Buying and selling is evil on the Sabbath
Neh. 13
[16] There dwelt men of Tyre
also therein, which brought fish, and all manner of ware, and sold on the sabbath unto the children of Judah,
and in Jerusalem.
[17] Then I contended with the nobles of Judah,
and said unto them, What evil thing is this that ye do, and profane the Sabbath day?
----------------------
All keep Passover the same
way
Exod.12 [48] And when a stranger shall
sojourn with thee, and will keep the passover to Yehovah, let all his males be
circumcised, and then let him come near and keep it; and he shall be as one
that is born in the land: for no uncircumcised person shall eat thereof.
Num.9[ 14] And if a stranger shall sojourn among
you, and will keep the passover unto Yehovah;
according to the ordinance of the passover, and
according to the manner thereof, so shall he do: ye shall have one ordinance
, both for the stranger, and for him that was born
in the land.
-----------------
One Yehovah, One God
Deut.6[4] Hear, O Israel: The Yehovah our God is one Yehovah:
Zech.14[9] And Yehovah shall be king over all
the earth: in that day shall there be one Yehovah, and his name one.
Mark.12 [29] And Jesus answered him, The
first of all the commandments is, Hear, O Israel; The Yehovah our God
is one Yehovah:
1Cor.8 [5] For though there be that are called gods, whether in heaven
or in earth, (as there be gods many, and lords many,)
[6] But to
us there is but one God, the Father, of whom are all things, and we in him; and
one Lord Yeshua the Messiah , by whom are all things, and we by him.
Eph.4[4] There is one body, and one Spirit, even as ye are called
in one hope of your calling;[5] One Lord, one faith, one baptism,[6] One God
and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all.
Jas.4[12] There is one lawgiver , who is
able to save and to destroy:
-----------------
ONE SACRIFICE FOR SINS FOREVER
Some Messianics think they need to sacrifice
in the future – WORNG!
No more daily sacrifice needed for sin
Heb.7[ 27]
Who needeth not daily, as those high priests, to offer up
sacrifice, first for his own sins, and then for the people's: for this he did once , when he, Messiah offered up
himself.
Heb.9[ 12]
Neither by the blood of goats and calves, but by his own blood he, Messiah entered in once into the holy place,
having obtained eternal redemption for us.
[26] For then must he often have
suffered since the foundation of the world: but now
once in the end of the world hath he, Messiah appeared to put away sin
by the sacrifice of himself.
[28] So Messiah
was once offered to bear the sins of many; and unto them that look for him shall he appear the second
time (for them) without sin unto salvation.
Heb.10 [10] By the which will we are
sanctified through the offering of the body of Yeshua the Messiah once for all.
[11] And every priest standeth daily ministering and offering oftentimes the same
sacrifices, which can never take away sins:
[12] But this man, Yeshua, after he had
offered one sacrifice for sins for
ever, sat down on the right hand of God;
Rom.6[ 10] For in that he died, he died
unto sin once
1Cor.5[7] Purge out therefore the
old leaven, that ye may be a new lump, as ye are unleavened. For even Messiah
our Passover is sacrificed for us:
Eph.5[2] And walk in love, as Messiah also hath loved us, and hath given himself
for us an offering and a sacrifice to God for a sweet smelling savour.
Should we fellowship with unbelievers or "anti-Messiah" people?
Neither give place to the devil
2 Corinthians 6:14 Be ye not unequally yoked together
with unbelievers :
for what fellowship hath righteousness with
unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with
darkness?15 And what concord hath Christ with Belial? or
what part hath he that believeth with an infidel? 16 And what agreement hath
the temple of God with idols?
for ye are the temple of the living God; as God hath said, I
will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they shall
be my people. 17 Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith
the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you. 18And will
be a Father unto you, and ye shall be my sons and daughters, saith the Lord
Almighty.
1 Corinthians 10:20 But I say, that the things which the Gentiles
sacrifice, they sacrifice to devils, and not to God: and I would not that ye should have fellowship with devils.
Ephesians 5:11 And have
no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather reprove
them. 12 For it is a shame even to speak of those things which are done of them
in secret.
1 John 2:18 Little children, it is the last time: and as ye have heard that antichrist shall come, even now are there
many antichrists ; whereby we know that it is the last time.
19 They went out from us, but they were not of us; for if they had been of us,
they would no doubt have continued with us: but they went out, that they might
be made manifest that they were not all of us.
1 John 2:22 Who is a liar but he
that denieth that Yeshua is the Messiah? He is antichrist that denieth the
Father and the Son.
23 Whosoever denieth the Son, the same hath not the Father: he that acknowledgeth the Son hath the Father also.
2 John 1 : 7 For many
deceivers are entered into the world, who confess not
that ( Yeshua the Messiah ) Yeshua the Messiah is come in the flesh (of
Israel ). This is a deceiver and an antichrist.
9 Whosoever transgresseth,
and abideth not in the doctrine of Messiah, hath not God. He that abideth in the doctrine of Messiah, he hath both the Father and the
Son.
10 If there come any unto you, and bring not this doctrine, receive him
not into your house, neither bid him God speed: 11 For he that biddeth him God speed is partaker of his evil deeds.
This could mean paltalk
or any other chat room that is used as your house at the time.
John.3[ 18] He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath
not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.
[36] He that believeth on the Son (the
Word) hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not
the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth
on him.

It is not Lashon Hara – the Evil Tongue to name people who are evil and
pervert the Word of God.
Rom.16 [17] Now I beseech you, brethren ,
mark them which cause divisions and offences
contrary to the doctrine which ye have learned; and avoid
them .
2Thes.3 [14] And if any man obey not our word by this epistle, note that man , and have no company with him, that he
may be ashamed.
1Tim.5 [20] Them that sin rebuke
before all, that others also may fear.
Just to name a few people to show it is scriptural to name evil
people.
Rom.9[ 13] As it is written, Jacob have I loved, but Esau have I hated .
Num.16 [ 1] Now Korah
, the son of Izhar, the son of Kohath,
the son of Levi, and Dathan and Abiram , the
sons of Eliab, and On, the son of Peleth,
sons of Reuben,
1Tim.1 [ 19] Holding faith, and a good conscience; which some
having put away concerning faith have made shipwreck:[20] Of whom is Hymenaeus and Alexander ; whom I have delivered unto Satan,
that they may learn not to blaspheme.
2Tim.4 [ 14] Alexander the coppersmith did me much evil: the Lord
reward him according to his works:
3John.1 [ 9] I wrote unto the
church: but Diotrephes,
who loveth to have the preeminence among them,
receiveth us not.[10] Wherefore, if I come, I will remember his deeds which he
doeth, prating against us with malicious words: and not content therewith,
neither doth he himself receive the brethren, and forbiddeth
them that would, and casteth them out of the church.
---------
Remember you have an adversary – Satan the artificial light
1Pet.5 [ 8] Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil , as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour:
Matt.7 [ 15] Beware of false prophets, which come to you in
sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening
wolves.
Matt.10 [ 16] Behold, I send you forth as sheep in the midst of wolves : be ye
therefore wise as serpents, and harmless as doves.
Satan - angel of "artificial" light - Satan’s ministers -
ministers of "artificial" righteousness are coming!
The artificial light, false image engulfing the world
The NIV calls Lucifer, "Jesus / Yeshua" in Isaiah 14:12
הֵילֵל
בֶּן־שָׁחַר
הֵילֵל (hay root ה )
ילֵל weeping, crying, howling, extreme sadness, (yod rootי )
בֶּן son
שָׁחַר black, darkness of the morning
In the Hebrew text, the word for star, כּוֹכָב is not there! Just look above.
Everybody should know the word "Lucifer" is another name for Satan. The word "Lucifer" is found one time in the King James Bible.
KJV -
Isaiah 14:12 How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of
the morning! how art
thou cut down to the ground, which didst weaken the nations!
--------------------------------------------
Satan is really the Son of the blackness
בֶּן-שָׁחַר
שׁחר shâchar - A primitive root - the idea of the duskiness of early dawn); to be dim or dark (in color): - be black.
Isa.14 [12] How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! Son of the blackness
how art thou cut down to the ground, which didst weaken the nations!
אֵיךְ

מִשָּׁמַיִם, הֵילֵל בֶּן-שָׁחַר;
נִגְדַּעְתָּ
לָאָרֶץ,
חוֹלֵשׁ
עַל-גּוֹיִם
2 Cor. 11[14] And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light. [15] Therefore it is no great thing if Satan’s ministers also be transformed as the ministers of righteousness; whose end shall be according to their works.
Satan - angel of "artificial" light
Satan’s ministers - ministers of righteousness
angel of “artificial” light
ἄγγελος – aggelos - ang'-el-os - a messenger; especially an “angel”; by implication a pastor: - angel, messenger
φῶς - phōs –foce- to shine or make manifest, especially by rays; luminousness (in the widest application, natural or artificial, abstract or concrete, literal or figurative): - fire, light.
Satan – angel, spirit of "artificial" light
The
following passages in the NIV bible show the
words "morning star" as Yeshua and Satan.
Remember, in the Hebrew text, the word for star, כּוֹכָב is not there!
In the NIV, the word "Lucifer" is gone and this evil creature is identified as the "morning star".
NIV -Isaiah 14:12 How you have fallen from heaven, O morning star, son of the dawn! You have been cast down to the earth, you who once laid low the nations!
NIV: Revelation 22:16 - " I, Yeshua, have sent my angel to give you [1]
this testimony for the churches. I am the Root and
the Offspring of David, and the bright Morning Star
These false Bibles below turned Satan into the "morning star" which is Yeshua. This is very evil!
Also
the words "star and day star" are not in the Hebrew scripture.

Now let’s talk about Chanukah 2013 – Nov.27 to Dec. 5th
this year (Judaism calendar)
Scripture says:
John.10 [22] And
it was at Jerusalem the feast of the dedication, and
it was winter [23] And Yeshua walked in the temple in
Solomon's porch.
In the scripture above, pertaining to Chanukah or dedication, John was talking about Solomon's temple that Ezra help rebuild.
Let’s explore: Chanukah - Hanukkah
The First book of Maccabees is a book written in Hebrew by a Jewish author after the restoration of an independent Jewish kingdom, about the latter part of the 2nd century BC. In modern-day Judaism, the book is often of great historical interest, but has no official religious status.
The 2 Maccabees focuses on the Jews' revolt against Antiochus IV Epiphanes and concludes with the defeat of the Syrian general Nicanor in 161 BC by Judas Maccabeus, the hero of the work.
These books were not included in the Hebrew Bible, but they are part of the Apocrypha, a group of Jewish writing from this period that was preserved by the Christian Church. (Catholic)
Judah Machabee made his own feast up – sound familiar?
Sounds like Christmas?
Here are what the scripture report:
We do not read the apocrypha
The term apocrypha is used with various meanings, including "hidden", "esoteric", “spurious", "of questionable unscriptural authenticity.
Praying for the dead is belief held by the Catholic Church and others
2 Machabees 12 44 (For if he had not hoped that they that were slain should rise again, it would have seemed superfluous and vain to pray for the dead,)
2 Machabees 12 46 It is therefore a holy and wholesome thought to pray for the dead , that they may be loosed from sins.
2 Machabees 12 43 And making a gathering, he sent twelve thousand drachms of silver to Jerusalem for sacrifice to be offered for the sins of the dead , thinking well and religiously concerning the resurrection, 44 (For if he had not hoped that they that were slain should rise again, it would have seemed superfluous and vain to pray for the dead,) 45 And because he considered that they who had fallen asleep with godliness, had great grace laid up for them. 46 It is therefore a holy and wholesome thought to pray for the dead , that they may be loosed from sins .
Do you think Yeshua or Daniel quoted from these books? Never!
--------------
Back to the made up Chanukah of today
Questions:
What is the Hebrew word for dedication?
What month was it in the scriptural calendar not pope Greg's calendar?
Did Yeshua do a feast that is not scriptural as some do today? NO!!!
We will
answer all these questions and more is this study, please read slowly.
Remember these points also:
Chanukah in Hebrew means dedication pertaining to the Temple not 8 days of oil
There is no Temple now (The Temple was destroyed in 70 AD). God had it destroyed according to what he spoke to Solomon in 1 Kings 9 and 2 Chronicles 7. It was destroyed as a punishment from God, so why would we still keep a dedication to it.
The temple was destroyed around 260 years after the Machabees (a book we do not recognize as part of the TaNaK.
Another point, it was the Wrong month, should be Adar which is Feb. / March (Winter ends March 21th) (Ezra 6:14, 15)
The first dedication / Chanukah in scripture was in the 7th month, ha Ethanim, 1Kings. 8:2 (Sept. - Oct.) not November nor December
The second dedication/ Chanukah in scripture was in Adar – February / March – Esth. 3 [7] - not December
No 8 days of oil are found in the 2 book of Maccabees but in the Talmud
No 8 or 9 candlestick menorah in Scripture (only 7 and very important)

In the scriptures above, pertaining to Chanukah or dedication, John was talking about Solomon's temple that Ezra help rebuild.
(1 Kings 8:2; 2 Chr. 5:3) Also please read the scriptures below in Ezra, chapter 6.
----
Ezra 6: [14] And the elders of the Jews builded, and they prospered through the prophesying of Haggai the prophet and Zechariah the son of Iddo.
And they builded, and finished it, according to the commandment of the God of Israel, and according to the commandment of Cyrus, and Darius, and Artaxerxes king of Persia.
[15] And this house was finished on the third day of the month Adar, (our Feb. / March - cold - not December), which was in the sixth year of the reign of Darius the king.
[16] And the children of Israel, the priests, and the Levites, and the rest of the children of the captivity, kept the dedication of this house of God with joy,
[17] And offered at the dedication of this house of God an hundred bullocks, two hundred rams, four hundred lambs; and for a sin offering for all Israel, twelve he goats, according to the number of the tribes of Israel.
-----
Esth. 3 [7] In the first month, that is, the month Nisan, in the twelfth year of king Ahasuerus, they cast Pur, that is, the lot, before Haman from day to day, and from month to month, to the twelfth month, that is, the month Adar. (Feb. not Dec.)
----
Hanukkah is a Hebrew word meaning dedication to God, the temple built by Solomon and also at the time of Ezra, the rebuilding of the temple of God which also was dedicated to God.
Please remember: The first dedication was in the 7th month, ha Ethanim, 1Kings. 8:2 (Sept. - Oct.) not December:
1Kgs.8:[2] And all the men of Israel assembled themselves unto king Solomon at the feast in the month Ethanim, which is the seventh month.
This is not new years as some falsely report.
[63] And Solomon offered a sacrifice of peace offerings, which he offered unto Yehovah, two and twenty thousand oxen, and an hundred and twenty thousand sheep. So the king and all the children of Israel "dedicated" the house of Yehovah. וַיַּחְנְכוּ

This is what you will hear from tradition, which is wrong.
Also please remember there is "NO" commandment from God to "light candles" on this made up feast or the Holy Shabbat.
If you light candles on the Shabbat, it is fine as long as you DON'T say it is a commandment.
The other common made-up name for this feast is Hag Ha-orim, which means 'the Feast of Lights' It is found in the writings of Josephus, who was a first Century Jewish historian.
This second name, however, is based upon a tradition.
Supposedly, when the Jews rededicated the Temple and wanted to rekindle the lamp stand, they found only enough oil for one day.
It would take 8 days to make a new supply they decided to kindle and burn the remaining oil, a (fake) miracle occurred as the oil that was enough for only one day lasted for eight days ... thus, the term representing, "the Feast of Lights.
This is why the Hanukkah menorah has eight candles, (which is unscriptural) instead of the seven the scriptural menorah has.
They made 8 candles to commemorate "this made up miracle".
----
The made of feast of today, Chanukah, in and of itself, is not found anywhere in the Scriptures, as it originated during the time of history after the Book of Malachi.
There were no prophets for many years after the book of Malachi.
Luke 16:6 The law and the prophets were until John: since that time the kingdom of God is preached, and every man presseth into it.
This proves that Yeshua NEVER read the Machabees.
It is not included in the Law and the prophets!
It should be remembered: that "none of the historical books mention this fake miracle", as it originates with the "Talmud" and not with the books of the Holy Scriptures.
----
The historical books that speak of the Maccabean revolt as a real event are in the uninspired "Catholic" I and 2 Maccabees and they make no mention of any miracle of 8 days of oil at all. Do your hear this?
----
As you can see, it is fact that this made-up feast is recorded in rabbinic writings not found in the Holy Scriptures.
Read below if you care to:
Talmud - Mas. Shabbath 21b
It does not require attention, and one may make use of its light. R. Zera said in R. Mattenah's name — others state, R. Zera said in Rab's name — :Regarding the wicks and oils which the Sages said, One must not light therewith on the Sabbath, one may light therewith on Hanukkah, either on weekdays or on the Sabbath. Said R. Jeremiah, What is Rab's reason? He holds, If it goes out, it does not require attention, and one may not make use of its light.1
The Rabbis stated this before Abaye in R. Jeremiah's name, but he did not accept it. [But] when Rabin came,2
the Rabbis stated it before Abaye in R. Johanan's name, whereupon he accepted it.3
Had I, he observed, merited the great fortune,4
I would have learnt this dictum originally. But he learnt it [now]?-The difference is in respect of the studies of one's youth. 5
Now, if it goes out, does it not require attention? But the following contradicts it: Its observance is from sunset until there is no wayfarer in6
the street. Does that not mean that if it goes out [within that period] it must be relit?-No: if one has not yet lit, he must light it;7
or, in respect of the statutory period. 8
‘Until there is no wayfarer in the street.’ Until when [is that]? — Rabbah b. Bar Hanah said in R. Johanan's name: Until the Palmyreans have departed.9
Our Rabbis taught: The precept of Hanukkah [demands] one light for a man and his household;10
the zealous [kindle] a light for each member [of the household]; and the extremely zealous, — Beth Shammai maintain: On the first day eight lights are lit and thereafter they are gradually reduced;11 ,
but Beth Hillel say: On the first day one is lit and thereafter they are progressively increased.12
‘Ulla said: In the West [Palestine] two amoraim,13
R. Jose b. Abin and R. Jose b. Zebida, differ therein: one maintains, The reason of Beth Shammai is that it shall correspond to the days still to come,14
and that of Beth Hillel is that it shall correspond to the days that are gone; but another maintains: Beth Shammai's reason is that it shall correspond to the bullocks of the Festival;15
whilst Beth Hillel's reason is that we promote in [matters of] sanctity but do not reduce.
Rabbah b. Bar Hana said: There were two old men16
in Sidon:17
one did as Beth Shammai and the other as Beth Hillel: the former gave the reason of his action that it should correspond to the bullocks of the Festival, while the latter stated his reason because we promote in [matters of] sanctity but do not reduce.
Our Rabbis taught: It is incumbent to place the Hanukkah lamp by the door of one's house on the outside;18
if one dwells in an upper chamber, he places it at the window nearest the street. But in times of danger19
it is sufficient to place it on the table. Raba said: Another lamp is required for its light to be used;20
yet if there is a blazing fire it is unnecessary. But in the case of an important person,21
even if there is a blazing fire another lamp is required.
What is [the reason of] Hanukkah? For our Rabbis taught: On the twenty-fifth of Kislew 22
[commence] the days of Hanukkah, which are eight on which a lamentation for the dead and fasting are forbidden.23
For when the Greeks entered the Temple, they defiled all the oils therein, and when the Hasmonean dynasty prevailed against and defeated them, they made search and found only one cruse of oil which lay with the seal of the High Priest,24
but which contained sufficient for one day's lighting only; yet a miracle was wrought therein and they lit [the lamp] therewith for eight days. The following year these [days] were appointed a Festival with [the recital of] Hallel25
and thanksgiving.26
We learnt elsewhere: If a spark which flies from the anvil goes forth and causes damage, he [the smith] is liable. If a camel laden with flax passes through a street, and the flax overflows into a shop, catches fire at the shopkeeper's lamp, and sets the building alight, the camel owner is liable; but if the shopkeeper placed the light outside, the shopkeeper is liable.27
R. Judah said: In the case of a Hanukkah lamp he is exempt.28
Rabina said in Rab's name: This proves that the Hanukkah lamp should [in the first instance] be placed within ten.29
For should you think, above ten, let him say to him, ‘You ought to have placed it higher than a camel and his rider.’ ‘Yet perhaps if he is put to too much trouble, he may refrain from the [observance of the] precept’.30

Here is purported Tradition from off the web:
Around 200 BCE Jews lived as an autonomous people in the land of Israel, which at this time was controlled by the Seleucid King of Syria. The Jewish people paid taxes to Syria and accepted its legal authority, and by and large were free to follow their own faith, maintain their own jobs, and engage in trade.
By 180 BCE Antiochus IV Epiphanes ascended to the Seleucid throne.
At first little changed, but under his reign Jews were gradually forced to violate the precepts of their faith. Jews rebelled at having to do this. Under the reign of Antiochus IV, the Temple in Jerusalem was looted, Jews were massacred, and Judaism was effectively outlawed.
In 167 BCE Antiochus ordered an altar to Zeus erected in the Temple.
Mattathias, a Jewish priest, and his five sons John, Simon, Eleazar, Jonathan, and Judah led a rebellion against Antiochus.
Judah became known as Judah Maccabe (Judah The Hammer).
By 166 BCE Mattathias had died, and Judah took his place as leader.
By 165 BCE the Jewish revolt against the Seleucid monarchy was successful. The Temple was liberated and rededicated.
----
The festival of Chanukah was instituted by Judah Maccabee and his brothers to celebrate this event. (1 Macc. iv. 59).
After having recovered Jerusalem and the Temple, Judah ordered the Temple to be cleansed, a new altar to be built in place of the polluted one, and new holy vessels to be made. When the fire had been kindled anew upon the altar and the lamps of the candlestick lit, the dedication of the altar was celebrated for eight days amid sacrifices and songs (1 Macc. iv. 36).
A number of historians believe that the reason for the eight day celebration was that the first Hanukkah was in effect a belated celebration of the festival of Sukkot, the Feast of Tabernacles (2 Macc. x. 6 and i. 9). During the war the Jews were not able to celebrate Sukkot properly.
Sukkot also lasts for eight days, and was a holiday in which the lighting of lamps played a prominent part during the Second Temple period (Suk.v. 2-4).
Lights were also kindled in the household, and the popular name of the festival was, therefore, according to Josephus (Jewish Antiquities xii. 7, § 7) the "Festival of Lights." (No 8 days of oil yet)
----
The Rabbis, years later commemorated this miracle that occurred, then decided to make this holiday more special so they designed a special menorah in which eight candles plus the 9th the Shamash candle were represented instead of the usual 7 candle lamp stand in the temple.
***From that came the concept of the eight days of Hanukkah, which in actuality is merely a copying of the Feast of Tabernacles which has 8 days.
Also, they put this made-up feast at the same time the gentile children were getting presents, December 25, pagan Christmas.
Now all the Jewish children can get presents and not feeling left out.

Traditions, some good, some bad
Matt. 15 [3]Yeshua said:....... Why do ye also transgress the commandment of God by your tradition?
[6] ... Thus have ye made the commandment of God of none effect by your tradition.
Mark 7 [13] Making the word of God of none effect through your tradition, which ye have delivered: and many such like things do ye.
[9] And he said unto them, Full well ye reject the commandment of God, that ye may keep your own tradition.
Col. 2 [8] Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men , after the rudiments of the world, and not after Messiah.
1 Pet. 1 [18] Forasmuch as ye know that ye were not
redeemed with corruptible things, as silver and gold, from your vain conversation received by tradition from your fathers ;[19 ] But with the precious blood of
Messiah, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot:

was manifest in these last times for you,
Jews' religion, doctrine of the Pharisees and of the Sadducees
Matt. 16 [6] Then Yeshua said unto them, Take heed and beware of the leaven of the Pharisees and of the Sadducees.
[12] Then understood they how that he bade them not beware of the leaven of bread, but of the doctrine of the Pharisees and of the Sadducees .
Luke. 12 [1] In the mean time, when there were gathered together an innumerable multitude of people, insomuch that they trode one upon another, he began to say unto his disciples first of all, Beware ye of the leaven of the Pharisees, which is hypocrisy .
Gal.1 [13] For ye have heard of my conversation in time past in the Jews' religion , how that beyond measure I persecuted the church of God, and wasted it:
[14] And profited in the Jews' religion above many my equals in mine own nation , being more exceedingly zealous of the traditions of my fathers
[15] But when it pleased God, who separated me from my mother's womb, and called me by his grace,
[16] To reveal his Son in me, that I might preach him among the heathen; immediately I conferred not with flesh and blood:

Misc. Information
Some people preach Antiochus IV Epiphanes was the AntiMessiah - wrong
Below in the book of Daniel, it is not talking about Antiochus IV Epiphanes (remember - he is not at the end of time) When Alexander the Great's empire broke up, it resolved into four major kingdoms.
Seleucus was one of Alexander's generals, and came to control the Syrian portion of the empire. Syria was one of the two dominant divisions of the empire, and continued through twenty kings. Antiochus IV was the eighth of these twenty Seleucid kings. He ruled from 175 - 164 BC.
Approximately 200 years after Antiochus IV Epiphanes Yeshua said pertaining to the time of the end by quoting Daniel which was approximately in 600 BC: (ruler of the Hellenistic Seleucid Empire)
----
The Time at the end
Yeshua said:
Matt.24 [15] When ye therefore shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, stand in the holy place, (whoso readeth, let him understand:)
Mark.13 [14] But when ye shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, standing where it ought not, (let him that readeth understand,) then let them that be in Judaea flee to the mountains:
Read all Dan.8 to prove Yeshua was talking about the end – of time
9 - And out of one of them came forth a little horn, which waxed exceeding great, toward the south, and toward the east, and toward the pleasant land.
[10]
And it waxed great, even to the host of heaven; and it cast down some of the
host and of the stars to the ground, and stamped upon them.
[11]
Yea, he magnified himself even to the prince of the host, and by him the daily sacrifice was taken away, and the place of his sanctuary was cast down.
[12] And an host was given him against the daily sacrifice by reason of transgression, and it cast down the truth to the ground; and it practised, and prospered.
[13] Then I heard one saint speaking, and another saint said unto that certain saint which spake, How long shall be the vision concerning the daily sacrifice, and the transgression of desolation, to give both the sanctuary and the host to be trodden under foot?
[14] And he said unto me, Unto two thousand and three hundred days; then shall the sanctuary be cleansed.
[15] And it came to pass, when I, even I Daniel, had seen the vision, and sought for the meaning, then, behold, there stood before me as the appearance of a man.
[16] And I heard a man's voice between the banks of Ulai, which called, and said, Gabriel, make this man to understand the vision.
[17] So he came near where I stood: and when he came, I was afraid, and fell upon my face: but he said unto me, Understand, O son of man: for at the time of the end shall be the vision.
[18] Now as he was speaking with me, I was in a deep sleep on my face toward the ground: but he touched me, and set me upright.
[19] And he said, Behold, I will make thee know what shall be in the last end of the indignation: for at the time appointed the end shall be.
[20] The ram which thou sawest having two horns are the kings of Media and Persia.
[21] And the rough goat is the king of Grecia: and the great horn that is between his eyes is the first king.
[22] Now that being broken, whereas four stood up for it, four kingdoms
shall stand up out of the nation, but not in his power.
[23] And in the latter time of their kingdom, when the transgressors are come to the full, a king of fierce countenance, and understanding dark sentences, shall stand up.
[24] And his power shall be mighty, but not by his own power: and he shall destroy wonderfully, and shall prosper, and practise, and shall destroy the mighty and the holy people.
[25] And through his policy also he shall cause craft to prosper in his hand; and he shall magnify himself in his heart, and by peace shall destroy many: he shall also stand up against the Prince of princes; but he shall be broken without hand.
[26] And the vision of the evening and the morning which was told is true: wherefore shut thou up the vision; for it shall be for many days.
[27 ] And I Daniel fainted, and was sick certain days; afterward I rose up, and did the king's business; and I was astonished at the vision, but none understood it.
----
Remember this point:
Antiochus IV Epiphanes - 215-163 BC, he reigned 175-163 BC. He was neither in the time of the end nor in the last end of the indignation or in the latter time.
