Today, we sadly use the
Gregorian calendar from Pope Gregory; from the 1500’s.
Today’s date is Dec. 3, 2022
December -- the tenth month – now the 12th month
Middle
English decembre
Old French decembre
Latin december "tenth month"
Latin decem
"ten" + -ber (adj. suffix)
December had 30 days, until Numa when it had 29
days, until Julius when it became 31 days long.
The God of Israel has His own Calendar: we are
now in the 9th month of God, Chislev כִסְלֵֽו - in English, it is
called Chisleu - day 8
Zechariah 7:1 And
it came to pass in the fourth year of king Darius, that the
word of the LORD came unto Zechariah in the fourth day of the
ninth month, even in Chisleu…

With the entire fake, made up theme going on in
the world, songs, fake holiday sales, dead tree sales and all the rest, I was going
to do a different study for today on Love; however this study came into my mind,
Truth.
Today’s Topic:
We only want the Truth
2 Thes.2
[11] … God shall send them strong delusion, that they
should believe a lie: [12] That
they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in
unrighteousness.
Pss.15
[1]
Yehovah, who shall abide in your tabernacle? Who
shall dwell in your holy hill?
[2] He that walks uprightly, and works righteousness, and speaks the truth in his heart.
[3]
He that back bites not with his tongue nor does evil to his neighbor, nor takes
up a reproach against his neighbor.
[4] In whose eyes a vile person is contemned; but he honors them that
fear Yehovah. He that swears to his
own hurt and changes not.
[5]
He that puts not out his money to usury, nor takes reward against the innocent.
He that doeth these things shall never be moved.
Pss.60
[1]
O God, you have cast us off, you have scattered us, you
have been displeased; O turn yourself to us again.
[2] You have made the earth to tremble; you have broken it: heal the
breaches thereof; for it shakes.
[3] You have showed your people hard things: You have made us to drink
the wine of astonishment.
[4] You have given a banner to them that fear you, that it may be
displayed because of the truth.
Selah.
Pss.117
[1]
O praise Yehovah, all you nations: praise him, all you
people.
[2] For his merciful kindness is great toward us: and the truth of Yehovah endures forever. Praise Yah.
Pss.119
[142] Your righteousness is an
everlasting righteousness, and your law is the truth.
Prov.23
[23] Get, acquire, create, buy,
possess, the truth, and sell it not; also wisdom, and instruction, and
understanding.
קָנָה qanah {kaw-naw'}
Meaning: 1) to get, acquire, create, buy, possess
Isa.26
[1] In that day shall this song be
sung in the land of Judah; We have a strong city; salvation will God appoint
for walls and bulwarks.
[2]
Open the gates that the righteous nation which keeps the truth
may enter in.
[3] You will keep him in perfect
peace, whose mind is stayed on you: because he trusts in you.
[4] Trust you in Yehovah for ever: for in Yehovah is everlasting strength:
[5] For he brings down them that dwell on high; the lofty city, he lays
it low; he lays it low, even to the ground; he brings it even to the dust.
Jer.5
[1] Run you to and fro through the streets of Jerusalem,
and see now, and know, and seek in the broad places thereof, if
you can find a man, if there be any that execute judgment, that seek the truth;
and I will pardon it.
[2] And though they say, Yehovah
lives; surely they swear falsely.
[3] O Yehovah, are not
your eyes upon the truth?
Jer.9
[1] Oh that my head were waters, and mine eyes a fountain
of tears, that I might weep day and night for the slain of the daughter of my
people!
[2] Oh that I had in the wilderness a lodging place of
wayfaring men; that I might leave my people, and go from them! For they be all
adulterers, an assembly of treacherous men.
[3] And they bend their tongues like their bow for lies:
but they are not valiant for the truth upon the earth; for they
proceed from evil to evil, and they know not me, said Yehovah.
[4] Take you heed every one of his neighbor, and trust you
not in any brother: for every brother will utterly supplant, and every neighbor
will walk with slanders.
[5] And they will deceive everyone his neighbor, and will
not speak the truth: they have taught their tongue to speak lies, and weary themselves to
commit iniquity.
[6] Your habitation
is in the midst of deceit; through deceit they refuse to know me, said Yehovah.
[16] These are
the things that you shall do; Speak
you every man the truth to his neighbor; execute the judgment of truth and peace in your gates:
[17] And let none of you imagine evil in your hearts against his
neighbor; and love no false oath: for all these are things that I hate, said Yehovah.
[28] And one of
the scribes came, and having heard them reasoning together, and perceiving that
he had answered them well, asked him, Which is the first
commandment of all?
[29] And Yeshua answered him, The first of all the commandments is,
Hear, O Israel; Yehovah our God is one Yehovah:
[30] And you shall love Yehovah your God with
all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind, and with all
your strength: this is the first commandment.
[31] And the second is like,
namely this, you shall love your neighbor as thyself. There is none other
commandment greater than these.
[32] And the scribe said unto him, Well,
Master, you have said the truth: for there is one God; and there is none
other but he:
[33] And to love him with all the heart, and with all the understanding,
and with all the soul, and with all the strength, and to love his neighbor as
himself, is more than all whole burnt offerings and sacrifices.
[28] Marvel not
at this: for the hour is coming, in the which all that are in the graves shall
hear his voice,
[29] And shall come forth; they
that have done good, unto the
resurrection of life;
and they that have done evil, unto the resurrection of damnation.
[30] I can of mine own self do nothing: as I hear, I judge: and my
judgment is just; because I seek not mine own will, but the will of the Father
which had sent me.
[31] If I bear witness of myself, my witness is not true.
[32] There is another that bears witness of me; and I know that the
witness which he
witnesses of me is true.
[33] You sent unto John, and he
bare witness unto the truth.
[34] But I
receive not testimony from man: but these
things I say, that you might be saved.
[35] He was a burning and a shining light: and you were willing for a
season to rejoice in his light.
[36] But I have greater witness than that of John: for the works which the Father had given me to
finish, the same works that I do, bear witness of me,
that the Father had sent me.
[37] And the Father himself, which had sent me, had borne
witness of me.
You have neither heard
his voice at any time, nor seen his shape.
[31] Then said Yeshua to those Jews which believed on him, If you continue in my word, then are you my disciples
indeed;
[32] And
you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.
[33] They
answered him, we be Abraham's seed, and were never in
bondage to any man: how say you, You shall be made free?
[34] Yeshua answered them, Verily, verily, I
say unto you, Whosoever commits sin is the servant of sin.
[35] And the servant abides not in the house for ever: but the Son abides
ever.
[36] If the Son therefore shall
make you free, you shall be free indeed.
[37] I know that you are Abraham's seed; but you seek to kill me,
because my word had no place in you.
[38] I speak that which I have seen with my Father: and you do that
which you have seen with your father. (the devil)
[39] They answered and said unto him, Abraham is our father.
Yeshua said
unto them, If you were Abraham's children, you would
do the works of Abraham.
[40] But now you seek to kill me, a
man that had told you the truth, which I have heard of God: this did not
Abraham.
[41] You do the deeds of your father. Then said they to him, We be not born of fornication; we have one Father, even God.
[42] Yeshua said unto them, If God were your
Father, you would love me: for I proceeded forth and came from God; neither came I of myself, but he sent me.
[43] Why do you not understand my
speech? Even because you cannot
hear my word.
[44] You are of your father the devil, and the
lusts of your father you will do.
He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode
not in the truth, because there is no truth in him.
When he speaks a lie, he
speaks of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it.
[45] And because I
tell you the truth, you
believe me not.
[46] Which of you
convinces me of sin? And if I say the
truth, why do you not believe me?
[47] He that is of God hears
God's words: you therefore hear them not, because you are not of God.
John 14
[1] Let not your heart be troubled: you believe in God,
believe also in me.
[2] In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would
have told you. I go to prepare a place for you.
[3] And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and
receive you unto myself; that where I am, there you may be also.
[4] And whither I go you know, and the way you know.
[5] Thomas said unto him, Lord, we know not whither you go; and how can
we know the way?
[6] Yeshua said unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the
life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.
[14] I have given
them your word; and the world had hated them, because they are not of the
world, even as I am not of the world.
[15] I pray not that you should take them out of the world, but that you
should keep them from the evil.
[16] They are not of the world, even as I am not of the world.
[17] Sanctify them through your truth: your word is truth.
[18] As you have sent me into the world, even so have I also sent them
into the world.
[19] And for their sakes I sanctify myself, that they also might be sanctified through the
truth.
[20] Neither pray I for these
alone, but for them
also which shall believe on me through
their word; (that’s
us)
[21] That they all may be one; as you, Father, are in me, and I in You,
that they also may be one in us: that the world may believe that you have sent
me.
[22] And the glory which you gave me I have given them; that they may be
one, even as we are one:
[23] I in them, and you in me, that they may be made perfect in one; and
that the world may know that you have sent me, and have loved them, as you have
loved me.
[24] Father, I
will that they also, whom you have given me, be with me where I am; that they
may behold my glory, which you have given me: for you love me before the foundation of the world.
[25] O righteous Father, the world had not known you: but I have known you,
and these have known that you have sent me.
[26] And I have declared unto them your name, and will declare it: that
the love wherewith you have loved me may be in them, and I in them.
[18] For the wrath of God is
revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in
unrighteousness;
[19] Because that which may be known
of God is manifest in them; for God had showed it unto them.
[20] For the invisible things of him
from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things
that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without
excuse:
[21] Because that, when they knew
God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in
their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened.
[22] Professing themselves to be
wise, they became fools,
[23] And changed the glory of the incorruptible God into an image made
like to corruptible man, and to birds, and four footed beasts, and creeping
things.
[24] Wherefore God also gave them up
to uncleanness through the lusts of their own hearts, to dishonor their own
bodies between themselves:
[25] Who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator, who
is blessed forever. Amen.
[26] For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections:
for even their women did change the natural use into that which is
against nature: (lesbians)
[27] And likewise
also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one
toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in
themselves that recompense of their error which was meet. (Homosexual)
[32] Who knowing
the judgment of God, that they which commit such things are worthy of death,
not only do the same, but have pleasure in them that do them.
2 Cor.13
[8] For we can do nothing against the truth,
but for the truth.
Gal.3
[1] O foolish Galatians, who had bewitched you,
that you should not obey the truth, before whose eyes Yeshua the Messiah had
been evidently set forth, crucified among you?
Gal.4
[16] Am I therefore become your enemy, because
I tell you the truth?
Eph.4
[21] If so be that you have heard him, and have been taught
by him, as the
truth is in Yeshua…
Some people are:
2 Tim.4
[3] For the time will
come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall
they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears;
[4] And they shall turn away their ears from the
truth, and shall be turned unto fables.
Tit.1
[1] Paul, a servant of God, and an apostle of Yeshua the Messiah, according to the faith of God's elect,
and the acknowledging of the truth which is after godliness; [2]
In hope of eternal life, which God, that cannot lie, promised before the world
began;
[3] But had in due times manifested his word through preaching, which is
committed unto me according to the commandment of God our Savior;
[14] Not giving heed
to Jewish fables, and commandments of men, that turn from the truth.
1 John 1:
[6] If we say that we have fellowship with him, and walk in
darkness, we lie, and
do not the truth:
[7] But if we walk in
the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the
blood of Yeshua the Messiah his Son cleanses us from all
sin.
[8] If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us.
1 John 2:
[4] He that said, I know him, and keeps not his
commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him.
[21] I have not written unto you because you know not the
truth, but because you know it, and that no lie is of the truth.
1 John 3:
[19] And hereby we know that we are of the truth,
and shall assure our hearts before him.
3 times: the truth of
the gospel
John 18
[36] Yeshua
answered, My kingdom is not of this world: if my
kingdom were of this world, then would my servants fight, that I should not be
delivered to the Jews: but now is my kingdom not from here.
[37] Pilate therefore said unto him, Art thou a king then? Yeshua answered, you say that I am a king. To this end was
I born and for this cause did I come into the world, that I should bear witness unto the truth. Every one that is of the truth hears my
voice.
[38] Pilate said
unto him, What is truth?
And when he had said this, he went out again unto the Jews, and
said unto them, I find in him no fault at all.
In closing for today,
We are bound to give thanks always to God for you, brothers
and sisters, beloved of the Lord,
because God had from the beginning chosen you to salvation through
sanctification of the Spirit and belief of the truth - where he called you by our
gospel, to the obtaining of the glory of our Lord Yeshua
the Messiah.
Therefore, brothers and sisters,
stand fast, and hold the traditions which you have been taught, whether by the Word
of God, or my website studies. (From the Word of God)
Now our Lord Yeshua the Messiah himself, and God, even our Father, which
had loved us, and had given us everlasting consolation and good hope through
grace comfort your hearts, and establish you in every good word and work.
Remember:
Beware of the "false image" of love
Beware of "false feelings and emotions"
These pagan feasts bring on loneliness, depression,
suicide and oh yes, great debt.
Be safe out there; keep your eyes open if you are
around crowds, malls etc…
