Today’s Topic

Every wind of doctrine

 

I quoted recently:

Amos 3 [3] Can two walk together, except they be agreed?

1 John 2 [21] I have not written unto you because you know not the truth, but because you know it

and that no lie is of the truth.

 

Saul / Paul said:

Eph.4 [14] … be no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, and cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive…

 

John 9 [31] Now we know that God hears not sinners: but if any man be a worshipper of God, and does his will, him he hears.

 

From the time of the Apostles unto now, almost 2000 years have passed.

 

Today, in the 21 century:

there are so many false doctrines, so many, false Bible versions, so many phony social media platforms and fancy Jewish looking websites and Jewish Judaism acting people (and other religions) to deceive you.

 

False manuscripts are popping up all the time to deceive you.

Pseudo sciences and made up philosophies abound.

 

Saul / Paul spoke of:

Tit.1

[10] For there are many unruly and vain talkers and deceivers, especially they of the circumcision: Jews that rejected the Messiah

[11] Whose mouths must be stopped, who subvert whole houses, teaching things which they ought not, for filthy lucre's sake.

[14] Not giving heed to Jewish fables, and commandments of men, that turn from the truth.

[15] Unto the pure all things are pure: but unto them that are defiled and unbelieving is nothing pure; but even their mind and conscience is defiled.

[16] They profess that they know God; but in works they deny him, being abominable, and disobedient, and unto every good work reprobate.

 

1 Tim.1

[1] Paul, an apostle of Yeshua the Messiah by the commandment of God our Savior, and Lord Yeshua the Messiah, which is our hope; 

[2] Unto Timothy, my own son in the faith: Grace, mercy, and peace, from God our Father and Yeshua the Messiah our Lord.

[3] As I besought you to abide still at Ephesus, when I went into Macedonia that you might charge some that they teach no other doctrine, 

[4] Neither give heed to fables and endless genealogies, which minister questions, rather than godly edifying which is in faith: so do.

[5] Now the end (goal) of the commandment is charity out of a pure heart, and of a good conscience, and of faith unfeigned:[6] From which some having swerved have turned aside unto vain jangling;

Jangling:

ματαιολογα mataiologia {mat-ah-yol-og-ee'-ah}

Meaning:  1) vain talking, empty talk

****[7] Desiring to be teachers of the law; understanding neither what they say, nor whereof they affirm.

[8] But we know that the law is good, if a man use it lawfully;

[9] Knowing this that the law (the judgments) is not made for a righteous man,

but for the lawless and disobedient, for the ungodly and for sinners, for unholy and profane, for murderers of fathers and murderers of mothers, for manslayers,
[10] For whoremongers, for them that defile themselves with mankind, for men stealers, for liars, for perjured persons, and 
if there be any other thing that is contrary to sound doctrine…

Heb.13

[9] Be not carried about with divers and strange doctrines.

 

1 Tim. 4

[1] Now the Spirit speaks expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils;
[2] Speaking lies in hypocrisy; having their conscience seared with a hot iron;[7] But refuse profane and old wives' fables, and exercise thyself rather unto godliness.

 

2 Tim. 4

[1] I charge you therefore before God, and the Lord Yeshua the Messiah, who shall judge the quick and the dead at his appearing and his kingdom;

[2] Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all longsuffering and doctrine.

[3] For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears; [4] And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables.

 

Rom.16

[17] Now I beseech you, brethren, mark them which cause divisions and offences contrary to the doctrine which you have learned; and avoid them.
[18] For they that are such serve not our Lord Yeshua the Messiah, but their own belly; and 
by good words and fair speeches deceive the hearts of the simple.

 

Be aware of:

2 Cor. 11 [26] …false brothers and sisters

Gal. 2 [4] And that because of false brethren unawares brought in…

2 Cor. 11[13] … false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into the apostles of Messiah[14] And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light.[15] Therefore it is no great thing if his, Satan’s ministers also be transformed as the ministers of righteousness; whose end shall be according to their works.

 

I also said last Sabbath:

John’s words are very powerful and to the point

1 John 2

[18] Little children, it is the last time: and as you have heard that antichrist shall come, even now are there many antichrists; whereby we know that it is the last time.

[22] Who is a liar but he that denies that Yeshua is the Messiah?

He is antichrist that denies the Father and the Son (the Word).

[23] Whosoever denies the Son, (the Word) the same hath not the Father:

 

Think of all the religions that don’t believe God was manifested in the flesh:

John 1 [1] 

In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.

[14] And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.

 

2 John 1

[7] For many deceivers are entered into the world, who confess not that Yeshua the Messiah is come in the flesh (of Israel). This is a deceiver and an anti-Messiah.

[8] Look to yourselves, that we lose not those things which we have wrought, but that we receive a full reward.

[9] Whosoever transgresses, and abides not in the doctrine of Messiah, had not God.

He that abides in the doctrine of Messiah, he hath both the Father and the Son.

[10] If there come any unto you, and bring not this doctrine, receive him not into your house,

***neither bid him God speed:

[11] For he that bids him God speed is partaker of his evil deeds.

 

Please look of each word below and understand them.

Doing such things, you will not inherit the kingdom of God.

Gal.5

[19] Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these; Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness,
[20] Idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies,
[21] Envyings, murders, drunkenness, revellings, and such like: of the which I tell you before, as I have also told you in time past, that they which
do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God.

 

1Cor.6

[9] Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God?

Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind, [10] Nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God.

Misc.

One last thing:

I will explain how to keep the Sabbath if needed

This is how simple it is: 

We were told to remember the Sabbath Day to keep it holy.

Sabbath is the “4th Commandment” 0f the 10 Commandments

The Sabbath is not a service for an hour and a half, but a 24 hour period on the seventh day.

 Nor any day you pick.

 

Gen.2 [1] Thus the heavens and the earth were finished, and all the host of them.

[2] And on the seventh day God ended his work which He had made; and He rested on the seventh day from all His work which He had made.

[3] And God blessed the seventh day, and sanctified it: because that in it He had rested from all His work which God created and made.

 

Lev. 23 [32] … from even (sunset) unto even (sunset), shall you celebrate your Sabbath.

Even:

עֶרֶב `ereb {eh'-reb}

Meaning:  1) evening, sunset

 

The Sabbath is the 4th Commandment of the covenant given to us at Mount Sinai in the 3rd month, Sivan

The 10 commandments are in Exod. 20 and Deut. 5 - if you just know this, you will know more than most ministers.

זכר Remember

zâkar - zaw-kar' A primitive root; properly to mark (so as to be recognized), that is, to remember; by implication to mention; make mention of, be mindful, recount, record (-er), remember, make to be remembered, bring (call, come, keep, put) to (in) remembrance, be still, think on, well.

 

Ex. 20 [8] Remember the Sabbath day, to keep it holy.

[9] Six days shall you labor, and do all thy work:

[10] But the seventh day is the Sabbath of Yehovah thy God:

in it you shall not do any work, you, nor thy son, nor thy daughter, thy manservant, nor thy maidservant, nor thy cattle, nor thy stranger that is within thy gates:

[11] For in six days Yehovah made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them is, and rested the seventh day: wherefore Yehovah blessed the Sabbath day, and hallowed it.

Isa. 58 [13] If you turn away thy foot from the Sabbath, from doing thy pleasure on my holy day; and call the Sabbath a delight, the holy of Yehovah, honorable; and shall honor him,

1 - not doing thine (your) own ways

2 - nor finding thine (your) own pleasure

3 - nor speaking thine (your) own words:

[14] Then shall you delight thyself in Yehovah; and I will cause thee to ride upon the high places of the earth, and feed thee with the heritage of Jacob thy father: for the mouth of Yehovah hath spoken it.

 

Lev. 23 [3] Six days shall work be done: but the seventh day is the Sabbath of rest, an "holy convocation"; you shall do no work therein: it is the Sabbath of Yehovah in all your dwellings.

Dwelling:מושׁב   môshâv - seat, assembly, dwelling-place, dwelling, your situation, location, (at) time of dwelling.

 

All Sabbaths are "holy convocations, a miqra kodesh"

Holy convocations:

מִקְרָאֵי קֹדֶשׁ

There are “7” others Sabbaths in the feasts of Yehovah.

יְהֹוָה Yehovah {ye-ho-vah'}

Lev.23 – read the whole chapter pertaining to the feasts

[1] And Yehovah spoke unto Moses, saying,

[2] Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, concerning the feasts of Yehovah, which you shall proclaim to be holy convocations, even these are My feasts. [3] Six days shall work be done: but the seventh day is the Sabbath of rest, an holy convocation; you shall do no work therein: it is the Sabbath of Yehovah in all your dwellings.

[4] These are the feasts of Yehovah, even holy convocations, which you shall proclaim in their seasons. (Not when it is convenient for you)

מקרא miqra: convocation, convoking, reading, a calling  together, sacred assembly, something called out, that is, a public meeting (the act, the persons, or the place); also a rehearsal

קדשׁ kodesh: a sacred place or thing; consecrated, dedicated, hallowed, holiness, saint, sanctuary, apartness, sacredness, separateness, apartness, sacredness, holiness:

All to the God of Israel.

 

Buying and selling is evil on the Sabbath.

Neh. 13 [16] There dwelt men of Tyre also therein, which brought fish, and all manner of ware, and sold on the sabbath unto the children of Judah, and in Jerusalem.

[17] Then I contended with the nobles of Judah, and said unto them, what evil thing is this that you do, and profane the Sabbath day?
