Today is November 19, 2011

November is from the word novem, nine, because it was the 9th month in the old Roman calendar. Today it is the 11th month (with the same name)

---------------------

However we restore the calendar of God

We are now in the 8th month, 22nd day

The month Bul - rain

(Part of October & November)

Judaism calls this month Cheshvan or Marheshvan.

Marheshvan - Where did they get that name? (mar means bitter )

These names are not in the Hebrew Scriptures.

The 8th month is called Bul

1 Kgs. 6 [38] And in the eleventh year, in the month Bul, which is the eighth month, was the house finished throughout all the parts thereof, and according to all the fashion of it. So was he seven years in building it.

Tis the season to be pagan

Beware, Satan’s holidays are coming

God does not have holidays, He has Holy Days

-----------------

Today's Topic:

Beware of the "false image" of love

Beware of "false feelings and emotions"

These pagan feasts bring on loneliness, depression, suicide and oh yes, debt.

------------------

Many people are selling dead trees for pagan Christmas already in Nov. to the gentiles

I know this is about idols, but...

Jer. 10 [1] Hear ye the word which the LORD speaketh unto you, O house of Israel:
[2] Thus
saith the LORD, Learn not the way of the heathen, and be not dismayed at the signs of heaven; for the heathen are dismayed at them.
[3] For the customs of the people are vain: for one
cutteth a tree out of the forest, the work of the hands of the workman, with the axe.
[4] They deck it with silver and with gold; they fasten it with nails and with
hammers, that it move not.
[5] They are upright as the palm tree, but speak not: they
must needs be borne, because they cannot go. Be not afraid of them; for they cannot do evil, neither also is it in them to do good.

You know, made-up Thanksgiving is next week

I wonder, Thanksgiving to who or what?

Here is what Thanksgiving is to the world:

2011 Holiday Stress and Depression Awareness

With major retailers, including Kohl’s, Macy’s, Target and Best Buy, saying they will open at midnight on Thanksgiving this year to offer holiday deals, Wal-Mart is trying to do them one better. It is expected to announce Thursday that it will start deals at 10 p.m. on Thanksgiving Day nationwide.

“Our customers told us they would rather stay up late to shop than get up early,” Duncan Mac Naughton, chief merchandising officer of Wal-Mart United States, said in a statement.

A day or two before Thanksgiving, Wal-Mart will post maps on Facebook and Walmart.com with the in-store locations of hot items.

This will be the first year people will be offered the doorbuster specials on Thanksgiving, and the first time that so many major retailers are opening up on Thanksgiving night.

--------------

Here is a piece of an article you might find interesting:

The Christmas and holiday advertising is starting earlier than ever and there is little doubt that many people are aggravated that the once sacred tradition of not advertising before Thanksgiving is being broken. What does this have to do with health you might ask? Actually it has everything to do with those who suffer from depression around the holiday season. Think about it. If you feel alone or are battling depression, the sight of countless people who appear happy and content can be very disconcerting.

The bigger issue may be that advertising establishes an unrealistic world that may not exist even in the best conditions. As we get closer to the holiday the repetitive exposure to these images can worsen these feeling of depression.

I digress…

Adding and diminishing from the Word of God causes all the problems

Deut.4 [2] Ye shall not add unto the word which I command you, neither shall ye diminish ought from it, that ye may keep the commandments of the LORD your God which I command you.

Deut.12 [32] What thing soever I command you, observe to do it: thou shalt not add thereto, nor diminish from it.

Prov.30 [6] Add thou not unto his words, lest he reprove thee, and thou be found a liar.

Rev.22 [18] For I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book, If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book:

[19] And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book.

Rom.16 [17] Now I beseech you, brethren, mark them which cause divisions and offences contrary to the doctrine which ye have learned; and avoid them.

[18] For they that are such serve not our Lord Yeshua the Messiah, but their own belly; and by good words and fair speeches deceive the hearts of the simple.

Satan is trying to replace God, he already replaced the Sabbath

Another Yeshua - Another Gospel - Another Spirit

Watch out for the imposture

Let’s read some verses with good instructions

Matt.7 [15] Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves.

Matt.24 [11] And many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many.

[24] For there shall arise false Messiahs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect.

Mark.13 [6] For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Messiah; and shall deceive many.

Luke.21 [8] And he said, Take heed that ye be not deceived: for many shall come in my name, saying, I am Messiah; and the time draweth near: go ye not therefore after them.

Dan.7 [23] Thus he said, The fourth beast shall be the fourth kingdom upon earth, which shall be diverse from all kingdoms, and shall devour the whole earth, and shall tread it down, and break it in pieces.
[24] And the ten horns out of this kingdom are ten kings that shall arise: and another shall rise after them; and he shall be diverse from the first, and he shall subdue three kings.
[25] And he shall speak great words against the most High, and shall wear out the saints of the most High, and think to change times and laws: and they shall be given into his hand until a time and times and the dividing of time.

Beware of changes to the doctrine of the God of Israel

Gal.1

[1] Paul, an apostle, (not of men, neither by man, but by Yeshua Messiah, and God the Father, who raised him from the dead;)
[2] And all the brethren which are with me, unto the churches of Galatia:
[3] Grace be to you and peace from God the Father, and from our Lord Yeshua Messiah,
[4] Who gave himself for our sins, that he might deliver us from this present evil world, according to the will of God and our Father:
[5] To whom be glory for ever and ever. Amen.

[6] I marvel that ye are so soon removed from him that called you into the grace of Messiah unto another gospel:

[7] Which is not another; but there be some that trouble you, and would pervert the gospel of Messiah.

[8] But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed.
[9] As we said before, so say I now again, If any man preach any other gospel unto you than that ye have received, let him be accursed.

2Cor.11

[4] For if he that cometh preacheth another Yeshua, whom we have not preached, or if ye receive another spirit, which ye have not received, or another gospel, which ye have not accepted, ye might well bear with him. (Why would you do this?)

[13] For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into the apostles of Messiah.
[14] And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light.
[15] Therefore it is no great thing if his (Satan’s) ministers also be transformed as the ministers of righteousness; whose end shall be according to their works.

1Tim.1

[1] Paul, an apostle of Yeshua Messiah by the commandment of God our Saviour, and Lord Yeshua Messiah, which is our hope;
[2] Unto Timothy, my own son in the faith: Grace, mercy, and peace, from God our Father and Yeshua Messiah our Lord.
[3] As I besought thee to abide still at Ephesus, when I went into Macedonia, that thou mightest charge some that they teach no other doctrine,
[4] Neither give heed to fables and endless genealogies, which minister questions, rather than godly edifying which is in faith: so do.

[9] Holding fast the faithful word as he hath been taught, that he may be able by sound doctrine both to exhort and to convince the gainsayers.

[10] For there are many unruly and vain talkers and deceivers, specially they of the circumcision:
[11] Whose mouths must be stopped, who subvert whole houses, teaching things which they ought not, for filthy lucre's sake.

[12] One of themselves, even a prophet of their own, said, The Cretians are alway liars, evil beasts, slow bellies.
[13] This witness is true. Wherefore rebuke them sharply, that they may be sound in the faith;
[14] Not giving heed to Jewish fables, and commandments of men, that turn from the truth.
[15] Unto the pure all things are pure: but unto them that are defiled and unbelieving is nothing pure; but even their mind and conscience is defiled.
[16] They profess that they know God; but in works they deny him, being abominable, and disobedient, and unto every good work reprobate.

1Tim.4

[1] Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils;

[2] Speaking lies in hypocrisy; having their conscience seared with a hot iron;
[3] Forbidding to marry, and commanding to abstain from meats, which God hath created to be received with thanksgiving of them which believe and know the truth.

[4] For every creature of God is good, and nothing to be refused, if it be received with thanksgiving:
[5] For it is sanctified by the word of God and prayer.
[6] If thou put the brethren in remembrance of these things, thou shalt be a good minister of Yeshua Messiah, nourished up in the words of faith and of good doctrine, whereunto thou hast attained.

[7] But refuse profane and old wives' fables, and exercise thyself rather unto godliness.
[8] For bodily exercise profiteth little: but godliness is profitable unto all things, having promise of the life that now is, and of that which is to come.

2Tim.2

[14] Of these things put them in remembrance, charging them before the Lord that they strive not about words to no profit, but to the subverting of the hearers.

[15] Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.

[16] But shun profane and vain babblings: for they will increase unto more ungodliness.
[17] And their word will eat as doth a canker: of whom is Hymenaeus and Philetus;
[18] Who concerning the truth have erred, saying that the resurrection is past already; and overthrow the faith of some.
[19] Nevertheless the foundation of God standeth sure, having this seal, The Lord knoweth them that are his. And, Let every one that nameth the name of Messiah depart from iniquity.

Tit.3

[8] This is a faithful saying, and these things I will that thou affirm constantly, that they which have believed in God might be careful to maintain good works. These things are good and profitable unto men.

[9] But avoid foolish questions, and genealogies, and contentions, and strivings about the law; for they are unprofitable and vain.

[10] A man that is an heretick after the first and second admonition reject;
[11] Knowing that he that is such is subverted, and sinneth, being condemned of himself.

Eph.5[6] Let no man deceive you with vain words: for because of these things cometh the wrath of God upon the children of disobedience.

Col.2

[1] For I would that ye knew what great conflict I have for you, and for them at Laodicea, and for as many as have not seen my face in the flesh;
[2] That their hearts might be comforted, being knit together in love, and unto all riches of the full assurance of understanding, to the acknowledgement of the mystery of God, and of the Father, and of Messiah;
[3] In whom are hid all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge.

[4] And this I say, lest any man should beguile you with enticing words.

[5] For though I be absent in the flesh, yet am I with you in the spirit, joying and beholding your order, and the stedfastness of your faith in Messiah.
[6] As ye have therefore received Messiah Yeshua the Lord, so walk ye in him:
[7] Rooted and built up in him, and stablished in the faith, as ye have been taught, abounding therein with thanksgiving.

[8] Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Messiah.

[9] For in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily.
[10] And ye are complete in him, which is the head of all principality and power:
[11] In whom also ye are circumcised with the circumcision made without hands, in putting off the body of the sins of the flesh by the circumcision of Messiah:
[12] Buried with him in baptism, wherein also ye are risen with him through the faith of the operation of God, who hath raised him from the dead.
[13] And you, being dead in your sins and the uncircumcision of your flesh, hath he quickened together with him, having forgiven you all trespasses;
[14] Blotting out the handwriting of ordinances that was against us, which was contrary to us, and took it out of the way, nailing it to his cross;
[15] And having spoiled principalities and powers, he made a shew of them openly, triumphing over them in it.

[16] Let no man therefore judge you in meat, or in drink, or in respect of an holyday, or of the new moon, or of the sabbath days:
[17] Which are a shadow of things to come; but the body is of Messiah.

[18] Let no man beguile you of your reward in a voluntary humility and worshipping of angels, intruding into those things which he hath not seen, vainly puffed up by his fleshly mind,

[19] And not holding the Head, from which all the body by joints and bands having nourishment ministered, and knit together, increaseth with the increase of God.
[20] Wherefore if ye be dead with Messiah from the rudiments of the world, why, as though living in the world, are ye subject to ordinances,
[21] (Touch not; taste not; handle not;
[22] Which all are to perish with the using;) after the commandments and doctrines of men?
[23] Which things have indeed a shew of wisdom in will worship, and humility, and neglecting of the body; not in any honour to the satisfying of the flesh.

1Pet.1[18] Forasmuch as ye know that ye were not redeemed with corruptible things, as silver and gold, from your vain conversation received by tradition from your fathers;[19] But with the precious blood of Messiah, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot:
[20] Who verily was foreordained before the foundation of the world, but was manifest in these last times for you,
[21] Who by him do believe in God, that raised him up from the dead, and gave him glory; that your faith and hope might be in God.

--------------------------------------

Please take heed to these verses:

2Cor.10

[1] Now I Paul myself beseech you by the meekness and gentleness of Messiah, who in presence am base among you, but being absent am bold toward you:
[2] But I beseech you, that I may not be bold when I am present with that confidence, wherewith I think to be bold against some, which think of us as if we walked according to the flesh.

[3] For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh:

[4] (For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds;)

[5] Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Messiah;

[6] And having in a readiness to revenge all disobedience, when your obedience is fulfilled.

Again I say:

Beware of the:

False image of Love

False feelings and emotions

These pagan feasts bring on loneliness, depression, suicide and oh yes, debt.

Shabbat Shalom

I explain the Sabbath, the 7th day, each week

This is how simple it is:

Exod. 20

[8] Remember the Sabbath day, to keep it holy.

[9] Six days shalt thou labour, and do all thy work:

[10] But the seventh day is the sabbath of Yehovah thy God: (Rev.1 John was in Spirit on Yehovah’s day)

in it thou shalt not do any work, thou, nor thy son, nor thy daughter, thy manservant, nor thy maidservant, nor thy cattle, nor thy stranger that is within thy gates:

[11] For in six days Yehovah made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them is, and rested the seventh day: wherefore Yehovah blessed the sabbath day, and hallowed it.

 ------------

Same in Deut. 5

[12] Keep the sabbath day to sanctify it, as Yehovah thy God hath commanded thee.
[13] Six days thou
shalt labour, and do all thy work:
[14] But the seventh day is the
sabbath of Yehovah thy God: in it thou shalt not do any work, thou, nor thy son, nor thy daughter, nor thy manservant, nor thy maidservant, nor thine ox, nor thine ass, nor any of thy cattle, nor thy stranger that is within thy gates; that thy manservant and thy maidservant may rest as well as thou.

[15] And remember that thou wast a servant in the land of Egypt, and that Yehovah thy God brought thee out thence through a mighty hand and by a stretched out arm: therefore Yehovah thy God commanded thee to keep the sabbath day.
------------

Lev. 23 [3] Six days shall work be done:

but

the seventh day is the Sabbath of rest, an “holy convocation”;

ye shall do no work therein:

it is the Sabbath of Yehovah in all your dwellings.

--------

Isa. 58 [13] If thou turn away thy foot from the sabbath, from doing thy pleasure on my holy day; and call the sabbath a delight, the holy of Yehovah, honourable; and shalt honour him,

1 - not doing thine own ways,

2 - nor finding thine own pleasure,

3 - nor speaking thine own words:

[14] Then shalt thou delight thyself in Yehovah; and I will cause thee to ride upon the high places of the earth, and feed thee with the heritage of Jacob thy father: for the mouth of Yehovah hath spoken it.

------------------------

Buying and selling is evil on the Sabbath

 Neh. 13 [16] There dwelt men of Tyre also therein, which brought fish, and all manner of ware, and sold on the Sabbath unto the children of Judah, and in Jerusalem.

[17] Then I contended with the nobles of Judah, and said unto them, what evil thing is this that ye do, and profane the Sabbath day?

-----------------

 The first day is mentioned only 2 times when they met for a certain event in Acts and the letter to the Corinthians

It never says the 1st day replaced the 7th day as Sabbath

It never says the 1st day is a Commandment or a rest

Acts 20:7 And upon the first day of the week, when the disciples came together to break bread, Paul preached unto them, ready to depart on the morrow; and continued his speech until midnight.

1Corinthians 16:2 Upon the first day of the week let every one of you lay by him in store, as God hath prospered him, that there be no gatherings when I come.

------------------------

We read from law and the prophets every Sabbath like they did in the Book of Acts.

60 times in the Gospels and letters it uses the word Sabbath!
