Today we use the Gregorian calendar from Pope Gregory, from the 1500’s.

Today is March 25th, 2017

March -- Mars' month

Middle English March(e)
Anglo-French March(e)
Old English Martius
Latin Martius "of Mars"
Latin Marti(s) "Mars" + -us (adj. suffix)
Latin Martius mensis "month of Mars"

Martius has always had 31 days.

March was the original beginning of the year, and the time for the resumption of war

Mars is the Roman god of war. He is identified with the Greek god Ares.

------------------

Yehovah God has His own calendar, which is deleted in the world today

We are now in the 12th the month of the God of Israel called Adar, 26th day

Adar, the twelfth month is found in:

Esth.3 [7] In the first month, that is, the month Nisan,נִיסָן  in the twelfth year of king Ahasuerus, they cast Pur, that is, the lot, before Haman from day to day, and from month to month, to the twelfth month, that is, the month Adar. אֲדָר

Adarאֲדָר  - to become glorious, make honorable; a cloak, mantle

A part of March / April 2017

Question: So why are we here today?

Answer: We were told to remember the Sabbath Day to keep it holy.

Sabbath is the “4th Commandment” 0f the 10 Commandments

Today is the rest of the holy Sabbath unto Yehovah

I will explain the Sabbath day from Scripture, the 7th day.

The Sabbath is not a service for an hour and a half, but a 24 hour period, the seventh day, not any day you pick.

This is how simple Sabbath is:

At this point, there were neither Jews nor a country of Israel

Gen.2 [1] Thus the heavens and the earth were finished, and all the host of them.

[2] And on the seventh day God ended his work which He had made; and He rested on the seventh day from all His work which He had made.

[3] And God blessed the seventh day, and sanctified it: because that in it He had rested from all His work which God created and made.

-------------

Lev. 23 [32] … from even (sunset) unto even (sunset), shall ye celebrate your Sabbath.

The Sabbath is the 4th Commandment of the covenant given to us at Mount Sinai in the 3rd month, Sivan

The 10 commandments are in Exod. 20 and Deut. 5 - if you just know this, you will know more than most ministers.

זכר Remember

zâkar - zaw-kar' - A primitive root; properly to mark (so as to be recognized), that is, to remember; by implication to mention; make mention of, be mindful, recount, record (-er), remember, make to be remembered, bring (call, come, keep, put) to (in) remembrance, be still, think on, well.

Sabbath is the 4th commandment

Ex. 20 [8] Remember the Sabbath day, to keep it holy.

[9] Six days shalt thou labour, and do all thy work:

[10] But the seventh day is the Sabbath of Yehovah thy God:

in it thou shalt not do any work, thou, nor thy son, nor thy daughter, thy manservant, nor thy maidservant, nor thy cattle, nor thy stranger that is within thy gates:

[11] For in six days Yehovah made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them is, and rested the seventh day: wherefore Yehovah blessed the Sabbath day, and hallowed it.

--------

Isa.56 [1] Thus saith Yehovah, Keep ye judgment, and do justice: for my salvation is near to come, and my righteousness to be revealed.
[2] Blessed is the man that doeth this, and the son of man that layeth hold on it; that keepeth the sabbath from polluting it, and keepeth his hand from doing any evil.

[3] Neither let the son of the stranger, that hath joined himself to Yehovah, speak, saying, Yehovah hath utterly separated me from his people: neither let the eunuch say, Behold, I am a dry tree.

[4] For thus saith Yehovah unto the eunuchs that keep my sabbaths, and choose the things that please me, and take hold of my covenant;
[5] Even unto them will I give in mine house and within my walls a place and a name better than of sons and of daughters: I will give them an everlasting name, that shall not be cut off.

[6] Also the sons of the stranger, that join themselves to Yehovah, to serve him, and to love the name of Yehovah, to be his servants, every one that keepeth the sabbath from polluting it, and taketh hold of my covenant;

[7] Even them will I bring to my holy mountain, and make them joyful in my house of prayer: their burnt offerings and their sacrifices (now spiritual) shall be accepted upon mine altar; for mine house shall be called an house of prayer for all people.

Judaism is wrong saying the Gentiles don’t have to keep the Sabbath!

Isa. 58 [13] If thou turn away thy foot from the Sabbath, from doing thy pleasure on my holy day; and call the Sabbath a delight, the holy of Yehovah, honorable; and shalt honor him,

1 - not doing thine (your) own ways

2 - nor finding thine (your) own pleasure

3 - nor speaking thine (your) own words:

[14] Then shalt thou delight thyself in Yehovah; and I will cause thee to ride upon the high places of the earth, and feed thee with the heritage of Jacob thy father: for the mouth of Yehovah hath spoken it.

------------

Lev. 23 [3] Six days shall work be done: but the seventh day is the Sabbath of rest, an "holy convocation"; ye shall do no work therein: it is the Sabbath of Yehovah in all your dwellings.

Dwelling:מושׁב  môshâv - seat, assembly, dwelling-place, dwelling, your situation, location, (at) time of dwelling.

All Sabbaths are "holy convocations, a miqra kodesh"

Lev.23

[1] And Yehovah spake unto Moses, saying,

[2] Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, concerning the feasts of Yehovah, which ye shall proclaim to be holy convocations, even these are My feasts.

[3] Six days shall work be done: but the seventh day is the Sabbath of rest, an holy convocation; ye shall do no work therein: it is the Sabbath of Yehovah in all your dwellings.

[4] These are the feasts of Yehovah, even holy convocations, which ye shall proclaim in their seasons.

מקרא miqra: convocation, convoking, reading, a calling  together, sacred assembly, something called out, that is, a public meeting (the act, the persons, or the place); also a rehearsal

קדשׁ kodesh: a sacred place or thing; consecrated, dedicated, hallowed, holiness, saint, sanctuary, apartness, sacredness, separateness, apartness, sacredness, holiness: All to the God of Israel.

------------

Buying and selling is evil on the Sabbath.

Neh. 13 [16] There dwelt men of Tyre also therein, which brought fish, and all manner of ware, and sold on the sabbath unto the children of Judah, and in Jerusalem.

[17] Then I contended with the nobles of Judah, and said unto them, what evil thing is this that ye do, and profane the Sabbath day?

-------------------

We read from the law and the prophets every Sabbath like they did in the Book of Acts.

Acts: 13 [15] And after the reading of the law and the prophets…

Luke 24 [44] And Yeshua said unto them, These are the words which I spoke unto you, while I was yet with you, that all things must be fulfilled, which were written in the law of Moses, and in the prophets, and in the psalms, concerning Me.

The Word of God - Torah, Prophets and Writings (psalms), as Yeshua put it.

Ta Na Kk is an acronym for:

T = Torah (law, teachings) - first 5 books God gave to Moses

N = Navi' eem or prophets (pl. sounds like - Na vi eem)

K = Ke'tuvim or writings (psalms etc.)

At this point, there were neither gospels nor letters written.

-------------------------------------

Today’s Topic:

Sin

Can a person sin and be pleasing to God? No

Can a person die with sin on their soul and be with God for eternity? No

It seems the Baptist started a satanic doctrine labeled “once saved always saved”, which is basically a license to sin and is not scriptural.

Historians trace the earliest church labeled "Baptist" back to 1609 in Amsterdam, with English Separatist John Smyth as its pastor

Before 1609 there were no Baptists.  Just another Gentile Protestant group made up after the 1500s

---

Here are a few people that should be “always saved, if that doctrine was true, but you see their outcome was detrimental to their soul.

The Angels that were in heaven:

2Pet.2 [4] For if God spared not the angels that sinned, but cast them down to hell, and delivered them into chains of darkness, to be reserved unto judgment;

A world of people that sinned before the flood

[5] And spared not the old world, but saved Noah the eighth person, a preacher of righteousness, bringing in the flood upon the world of the ungodly;

Here is another reference pertaining to the people before the flood

1Pet.3 [19] By which alsoYeshua went and preached unto the spirits in prison; [20] Which sometime were disobedient, when once the longsuffering of God waited in the days of Noah, while the ark was a preparing, wherein few, that is, eight souls were saved by water.

People that sinned in the cities of Sodom and Gomorrha

[6] And turning the cities of Sodom and Gomorrha into ashes condemned them with an overthrow, making them an ensample unto those that after should live ungodly;

Lot separated from the other people that sin

[7] And delivered just Lot, vexed with the filthy conversation of the wicked:
[8] (For that righteous man dwelling among them, in seeing and hearing, vexed his righteous soul from day to day with their unlawful deeds;)

[9] Yehovah knoweth how to deliver the godly out of temptations, and to reserve the unjust unto the day of judgment to be punished…

[20] For if after they have escaped the pollutions of the world through the knowledge of the Lord and Savior Yeshua the Messiah, (were saved)

they are again entangled therein, and overcome, the latter end is worse with them than the beginning.(lost their salvation)

[21] For it had been better for them not to have known the way of righteousness, than, after they have known it, to turn from the holy commandment delivered unto them.

[22] But it is happened unto them according to the true proverb, The dog is turned to his own vomit again; and the sow that was washed to her wallowing in the mire.

The letter written by Jude and the letter written by Peter are in agreement

Jude [6] And the angels which kept not their first estate, but left their own habitation, he hath reserved in everlasting chains under darkness unto the judgment of the great day.

[7] Even as Sodom and Gomorrha, and the cities about them in like manner, giving themselves over to fornication, and going after strange flesh, are set forth for an example, suffering the vengeance of eternal fire.

Judas

Matt.26 [14] Then one of the twelve, called Judas Iscariot

Matt.10 [2] Now the names of the twelve apostles are these; The first, Simon, who is called Peter, and Andrew his brother; James the son of Zebedee, and John his brother;
[3] Philip, and Bartholomew; Thomas, and Matthew the publican; James the son of Alphaeus, and Lebbaeus, whose surname was Thaddaeus;
[4] Simon the Canaanite, and Judas Iscariot, who also betrayed him.

Acts 1 [25] …Judas by transgression (sin) fell

------------------

Ananias and Sapphira lied! There are not saved anymore.

Acts 5

[1] But a certain man named Ananias, with Sapphira his wife, sold a possession,
[2] And kept back part of the price, his wife also being privy to it, and brought a certain part, and laid it at the apostles' feet.
[3] But Peter said, Ananias, why hath Satan filled thine heart to lie to the Holy Ghost, and to keep back part of the price of the land?

[4] Whiles it remained, was it not thine own? and after it was sold, was it not in thine own power? why hast thou conceived this thing in thine heart? thou hast not lied unto men, but unto God.

[5] And Ananias hearing these words fell down, and gave up the ghost: and great fear came on all them that heard these things.

[6] And the young men arose, wound him up, and carried him out, and buried him.

[7] And it was about the space of three hours after, when his wife, not knowing what was done, came in.

[8] And Peter answered unto her, Tell me whether ye sold the land for so much? And she said, Yea, for so much.

[9] Then Peter said unto her, How is it that ye have agreed together to tempt the Spirit of the Lord?

behold, the feet of them which have buried thy husband are at the door, and shall carry thee out.

[10] Then fell she down straightway at his feet, and yielded up the ghost: and the young men came in, and found her dead, and, carrying her forth, buried her by her husband.

[11] And great fear came upon all the church, and upon as many as heard these things.

Here is the dictionary definition of a Backslider

To relapse into bad habits, sinful behavior, or undesirable activities

Logically speaking, you have to be in a good state before you slipped back into disarray.

The backslider

Prov.14 [14] The backslider in heart shall be filled with his own ways…

As I hope you know Israel was God’s chosen people, and many of them were overthrown, destroyed in the wilderness.

So what do you really think God would do to you Gentiles that sin?

1Cor.10

[1] Moreover, brethren, I would not that ye should be ignorant, how that all our fathers were under the cloud, and all passed through the sea;
[2] And were all baptized unto Moses in the cloud and in the sea;
[3] And did all eat the same spiritual meat;
[4] And did all drink the same spiritual drink: for they drank of that spiritual Rock that followed them: and that Rock was Messiah.

[5] But with many of them God was not well pleased: for they were overthrown in the wilderness.

as were some of them

[6] Now these things were our examples, to the intent we should not lust after evil things, as they also lusted.

[7] Neither be ye idolaters, as were some of them; as it is written, The people sat down to eat and drink, and rose up to play.

[8] Neither let us commit fornication, as some of them committed, and fell in one day three and twenty thousand.

[9] Neither let us tempt Messiah, as some of them also tempted, and were destroyed of serpents.

[10] Neither murmur ye, as some of them also murmured, and were destroyed of the destroyer.

[11] Now all these things happened unto them for ensamples: and they are written for our admonition, upon whom the ends of the world are come.

[12] Wherefore let him that thinketh he standeth take heed lest he fall.

[13] There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it.

[14] Wherefore, my dearly beloved, flee from idolatry.

As we see in the book of Jeremiah their backslidings continue

Jer.3

[1] They say, If a man put away his wife, and she go from him, and become another man's, shall he return unto her again? shall not that land be greatly polluted? but thou hast played the harlot with many lovers; yet return again to me, saith Yehovah.

[2] Lift up thine eyes unto the high places, and see where thou hast not been lien with. In the ways hast thou sat for them, as the Arabian in the wilderness; and thou hast polluted the land with thy whoredoms and with thy wickedness.

[3] Therefore the showers have been withholden, and there hath been no latter rain; and thou hadst a whore's forehead, thou refusedst to be ashamed.

[4] Wilt thou not from this time cry unto me, My father, thou art the guide of my youth?

[5] Will he reserve his anger for ever? will he keep it to the end? Behold, thou hast spoken and done evil things as thou couldest.

[6]Yehovah said also unto me in the days of Josiah the king, Hast thou seen that which backsliding Israel hath done?

she is gone up upon every high mountain and under every green tree, and there hath played the harlot.

[7] And I said after she had done all these things, Turn thou unto me. But she returned not. And her treacherous sister Judah saw it.

[8] And I saw, when for all the causes whereby backsliding Israel committed adultery I had put her away, and given her a bill of divorce; yet her treacherous sister Judah feared not, but went and played the harlot also.

[9] And it came to pass through the lightness of her whoredom, that she defiled the land, and committed adultery with stones and with stocks.

[10] And yet for all this her treacherous sister Judah hath not turned unto me with her whole heart, but feignedly, saith Yehovah.

[11] And Yehovah said unto me, The backsliding Israel hath justified herself more than treacherous Judah.

[12] Go and proclaim these words toward the north, and say, Return, thou backsliding Israel, saith Yehovah; and I will not cause mine anger to fall upon you: for I am merciful, saith Yehovah, and I will not keep anger for ever.

[13] Only acknowledge thine iniquity, that thou hast transgressed against Yehovah thy God, and hast scattered thy ways to the strangers under every green tree, and ye have not obeyed my voice, saith Yehovah.

[14] Turn, O backsliding children, saith Yehovah; for I am married unto you: and I will take you one of a city, and two of a family, and I will bring you to Zion:

[15] And I will give you pastors according to mine heart, which shall feed you with knowledge and understanding.

[16] And it shall come to pass, when ye be multiplied and increased in the land, in those days, saith Yehovah, they shall say no more, The ark of the covenant of Yehovah: neither shall it come to mind: neither shall they remember it; neither shall they visit it; neither shall that be done any more.

[17] At that time they shall call Jerusalem the throne of Yehovah; and all the nations shall be gathered unto it, to the name of Yehovah, to Jerusalem: neither shall they walk any more after the imagination of their evil heart.

[18] In those days the house of Judah shall walk with the house of Israel, and they shall come together out of the land of the north to the land that I have given for an inheritance unto your fathers.

[19] But I said, How shall I put thee among the children, and give thee a pleasant land, a goodly heritage of the hosts of nations? and I said, Thou shalt call me, My father; and shalt not turn away from me.

[20] Surely as a wife treacherously departeth from her husband, so have ye dealt treacherously with me, O house of Israel, saith Yehovah.

[21] A voice was heard upon the high places, weeping and supplications of the children of Israel: for they have perverted their way, and they have forgotten Yehovah their God.

[22] Return, ye backsliding children, and I will heal your backslidings.

Behold, we come unto thee; for thou art Yehovah our God.

[23] Truly in vain is salvation hoped for from the hills, and from the multitude of mountains: truly in Yehovah our God is the salvation of Israel.

[24] For shame hath devoured the labour of our fathers from our youth; their flocks and their herds, their sons and their daughters.

[25] We lie down in our shame, and our confusion covereth us: for we have sinned against Yehovah our God, we and our fathers, from our youth even unto this day, and have not obeyed the voice of Yehovah our God.

--------------------

Here is the dictionary definition, to forsake, which is many times in scripture:

To quit or leave entirely; abandon; desert: To give up or renounce (a habit, way of life, etc.).

Here’s another example of having something, or living a certain way and then abandoning that way.

-----------------

Of course there is always the book of Ezekiel, specifically chapters 3, 18 and 33 to show the soul that sins shall surely die

Ezek.18 [4] Behold, all souls are mine; as the soul of the father, so also the soul of the son is mine: the soul that sinneth, it shall die.

----------------------

Num.32 [23] … behold, ye have sinned against Yehovah: and be sure your sin will find you out.

Heb.10 [26] For if we sin wilfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins,

[27] But a certain fearful looking for of judgment and fiery indignation, which shall devour the adversaries.

[28] He that despised Moses' law died without mercy under two or three witnesses:

[29] Of how much sorer punishment,

suppose ye, shall he be thought worthy, who hath trodden under foot the Son of God, and hath counted the blood of the covenant, wherewith he was sanctified, an unholy thing, and hath done despite unto the Spirit of grace?

[30] For we know him that hath said, Vengeance belongeth unto me, I will recompense, saith Yehovah.

And again, Yehovah shall judge his people.

[31] It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God.

-----------------------

I have listed just a few Scriptures that prove the doctrine of “once saved always” is fallacy and therefore false doctrine.

Here is the dictionary definition Fallacy:

1. a deceptive, misleading, or false notion, belief, etc…

2. A misleading or unsound argument.

3. Deceptive, misleading, or false nature; erroneousness.

4. Logic. any of various types of erroneous reasoning that render arguments logically unsound.

John tells us:

1 John 2 [21] I have not written unto you because ye know not the truth, but because ye know it, and that no lie is of the truth.

1 John 3 [4] Whosoever committeth sin transgresseth also the law: for sin is the transgression of the law.

[8] He that committeth sin is of the devil; for the devil sinneth from the beginning.

For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil.

Rev.22

[1] And he shewed me a pure river of water of life, clear as crystal, proceeding out of the throne of God and of the Lamb.
[2] In the midst of the street of it, and on either side of the river, was there the tree of life, which bare twelve manner of fruits, and yielded her fruit every month: and the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations.
[3] And there shall be no more curse: but the throne of God and of the Lamb shall be in it; and his servants shall serve him:
[4] And they shall see his face; and his name shall be in their foreheads.
[5] And there shall be no night there; and they need no candle, neither light of the sun; for the Yehovah God giveth them light: and they shall reign for ever and ever.

[6] And he said unto me, These sayings are faithful and true: and the Yehovah God of the holy prophets sent His angel to shew unto His servants the things which must shortly be done.

[7] Behold, I come quickly: blessed is he that keepeth the sayings of the prophecy of this book.

[8] And I John saw these things, and heard them. And when I had heard and seen, I fell down to worship before the feet of the angel which shewed me these things

[9] Then saith he unto me, See thou do it not: for I am thy fellowservant, and of thy brethren the prophets, and of them which keep the sayings of this book: worship God.

[10] And he saith unto me, Seal not the sayings of the prophecy of this book: for the time is at hand.

[11] He that is unjust, let him be unjust still: and he which is filthy, let him be filthy still: and he that is righteous, let him be righteous still: and he that is holy, let him be holy still.

[12] And, behold, I come quickly; and My reward is with Me, to give every man according as his work shall be.

[13] I am Aleph and the Tav - Alpha and Omega, the A and Z, the beginning and the end, the first and the last.

[14] Blessed are they that do his commandments that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city.

[15] For without are dogs, and sorcerers, and whoremongers, and murderers, and idolaters, and whosoever loveth and maketh a lie.

[16] I Yeshua have sent mine angel to testify unto you these things in the churches. I am the root and the offspring of David, and the bright and morning star.

[17] And the Spirit and the bride say, Come. And let him that heareth say, Come. And let him that is athirst come. And whosoever will, let him take the water of life freely.

[18] For I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book, If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book:

[19] And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book.

No doctrine of once saved always saved here.  You had to be in the book to be taken out of it, right? Right!

[20] He which testifieth these things saith, Surely I come quickly. Amen. Even so, come, Lord Yeshua.

In closing:

As you can see from the book of Genesis to the book of Revelation, there is no doctrine of “once saved always saved”.

Don’t be tricked out of your salvation and eternal life.

He or she that overcomes shall inherit all things

Matt.24[13] But he (or she) that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.

Go, and sin willfully no more
