Shabbat Shalom

The Gregorian calendar (Pope Gregory, 1500's) – July 3, 2010

We restore the calendar of God

We are now in the 4th month of God which has no name in scripture

Today is the 20th day

Should we call the 4th month Tammuz? No!

It is definitely not called Tammuz, an abomination

Tammuz - (pagan deity)îÀáÇëÌåÉú àÆúÎäÇ úÌÇîÌåÌæ  - a Sumerian deity of food or vegetation, a Phoenician deity

Ezek.8 [14] Then he brought me to the door of the gate of Yehovah's house which was toward the north; and, behold, there sat women weeping for Tammuz -îÀáÇëÌåÉú

------------

Question: Why are we here today?

Answer: We were told to remember the Sabbath Day to keep it holy

The 4th Commandment is a part of the covenant given to us at Mount Sinai in the 3rd month, Sivan

Ex. 20 [8] Remember the Sabbath day, to keep it holy.

[9] Six days shalt thou labour, and do all thy work:

[10] But the seventh day is the Sabbath of Yehovah thy God: in it thou shalt not do any work, thou, nor thy son, nor thy daughter, thy manservant, nor thy maidservant, nor thy cattle, nor thy stranger that is within thy gates:

[11] For in six days Yehovah made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them is, and rested the seventh day: wherefore Yehovah blessed the Sabbath day, and hallowed it.

Tomorrow is Independence Day, the Fourth of July – be safe

Here is a short history

Created: June–July 1776

Ratified July 4, 1776

The United States Declaration of Independence is a statement adopted by the Continental Congress on July 4, 1776, which announced that the thirteen American colonies, then at war with Great Britain, were now independent states, and thus no longer a part of the British Empire.

Written primarily by Thomas Jefferson, the Declaration is a formal explanation of why Congress had voted on July 2 to declare independence from Great Britain.

Again, the birthday of the United States of AmericaIndependence Day—is celebrated on July 4, the day the wording of the Declaration was approved by Congress.

On Fox News each day, Glenn Beck is doing a good job reviewing all the forgotten, deleted history of the founding fathers of America. (Sad to say, Beck’s bible knowledge is very wrong, please disregard)

My ministry is to bring up topics in the Bible that have never been discussed, mentioned in your life that God wants you to know. They have been deleted from our history. America started without the God of Israel.

Learn the true founding fathers of Scripture.

People say to me all the time, all churches and synagogues say they are the only true right one to attend.

Who should I believe? Where should I attend?

I have comprised, in the past, a "short checklist" of scriptural credentials you need to "check off" as you choose where you attend and who you listen to.

***If the church or synagogue you decide to attend follows the "short checklist" below, you are on the right path.

Here are 2 links from my site to help you with your choice.

Topic: Restore, restore the Word of God

Here are a few topics from scripture that have been forgotten and replaced

The forgotten law – Torah

The forgotten calendar of God - God's Calendar - replaced by Pope Gregory's Calendar (1500's, we use today)

The forgotten 7th day Sabbath, a sign

The forgotten feasts of Yehovah

The forgotten 7 Sabbaths in the feasts and holy days of the Yehovah

The forgotten 10 Commandments

The forgotten food laws

The forgotten land of God

The forgotten topic of clean and unclean

The forgotten topic of being Holy (in all manner of conversation and dress)

1 - The world says be sexy, God says be holy. (Leviticus 19:2 ...Ye shall be holy: for I Yehovah your God am holy.)

2 -The world says, no one's perfect. God says be perfect as My Father which is in heaven is perfect. (Matthew 5:48)

3 - The world says, everyone sins, Yeshua says, "Go and sin no more". (John 8:11: ... go, and sin no more).

The forgotten topic of being separate unto the God of Israel

-----

The apostles of Messiah has been replaced by false apostles, deceitful workers

-----

Teachers, ministers and prophets of God have been replaced by false teachers, false ministers and false prophets.

-----

Marriage in Yehovah, between one man and one woman has been replaced by city or state laws pertaining to what constitutes a marriage - now 2 ladies or 2 men ok in many places in the world.

Now many people just live together

Most people are not married in Yehovah (the God of Israel).

Most people are married by another Yeshua in another gospel, by another spirit.

1 Cor. 7 [39]... she is at liberty to be married to whom she will; only in Yehovah.

------------

In every generation, I believe, there are always a few chosen people of God that try to restore God's laws, commandments and  feasts before He comes back.

Isa. 58

[1] Cry aloud, spare not, lift up thy voice like a trumpet, and shew my people their transgression, and the house of Jacob their sins.
[2] Yet they seek me daily, and delight to know my ways, as a nation that did righteousness, and forsook not the ordinance of their God: they ask of me the ordinances of justice; they take delight in approaching to God.
[3] Wherefore have we fasted, say they, and thou seest not? wherefore have we afflicted our soul, and thou takest no knowledge? Behold, in the day of your fast ye find pleasure, and exact all your labours.
[4] Behold, ye fast for strife and debate, and to smite with the fist of wickedness: ye shall not fast as ye do this day, to make your voice to be heard on high.

[5] Is it such a fast that I have chosen? a day for a man to afflict his soul? is it to bow down his head as a bulrush, and to spread sackcloth and ashes under him? wilt thou call this a fast, and an acceptable day to Yehovah?

[6] Is not this the fast that I have chosen? to loose the bands of wickedness, to undo the heavy burdens, and to let the oppressed go free, and that ye break every yoke?
[7] Is it not to deal thy bread to the hungry, and that thou bring the poor that are cast out to thy house? when thou seest the naked, that thou cover him; and that thou hide not thyself from thine own flesh?
[8] Then shall thy light break forth as the morning, and thine health shall spring forth speedily: and thy righteousness shall go before thee; the glory of Yehovah shall be thy rereward.

[9] Then shalt thou call, and Yehovah shall answer; thou shalt cry, and he shall say, Here I am. If thou take away from the midst of thee the yoke, the putting forth of the finger, and speaking vanity;
[10] And if thou draw out thy soul to the hungry, and satisfy the afflicted soul; then shall thy light rise in obscurity, and thy darkness be as the noonday:
[11] And Yehovah shall guide thee continually, and satisfy thy soul in drought, and make fat thy bones: and thou shalt be like a watered garden, and like a spring of water, whose waters fail not.

[12] And they that shall be of thee shall build the old waste places: thou shalt raise up the foundations of many generations; and thou shalt be called, The repairer of the breach, The restorer of paths to dwell in.

[13] If thou turn away thy foot from the sabbath, from doing thy pleasure on my holy day; and call the sabbath a delight, the holy of Yehovah, honourable; and shalt honour him, not doing thine own ways, nor finding thine own pleasure, nor speaking thine own words:

[14] Then shalt thou delight thyself in Yehovah; and I will cause thee to ride upon the high places of the earth, and feed thee with the heritage of Jacob thy father: for the mouth of Yehovah hath spoken it

A Restorer of the Word of God

Jeremiah - I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations - Jeremiah the son of Hilkiah

"In the days of Josiah"

Jer.1 [1] The words of Jeremiah the son of Hilkiah, of the priests that were in Anathoth in the land of Benjamin:

[2] To whom the word of Yehovah came in the days of Josiah the son of Amon king of Judah, in the thirteenth year of his reign.
[3] It came also in the days of Jehoiakim the son of Josiah king of Judah, unto the end of the eleventh year of Zedekiah the son of Josiah king of Judah, unto the carrying away of Jerusalem captive in the fifth month.
[4] Then the word of Yehovah came unto me, saying,

[5] Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations.

No written law for a long time, no such thing as a oral law

(There is approximately 338 years from King Asa to King Josiah)

2 Chr.12 [1] And it came to pass, when Rehoboam had established the kingdom, and had strengthened himself, he forsook the law of Yehovah, and all Israel with him.

--------------

2 Chr.15  [1] And the Spirit of God came upon Azariah the son of Oded:

[2] And he went out to meet Asa, and said unto him, Hear ye me, Asa, and all Judah and Benjamin;

Yehovah is with you, while ye be with him; and if ye seek him, he will be found of you; but if ye forsake him, he will forsake you.

[3] Now for a long season Israel hath been without the true God, and without a teaching priest, and without law.

A Restorer

Josiah

2 Kgs. 22

[1] Josiah was eight years old when he began to reign, and he reigned thirty and one years in Jerusalem. And his mother's name was Jedidah, the daughter of Adaiah of Boscath.
[2] And he did that which was right in the sight of Yehovah, and walked in all the way of David his father, and turned not aside to the right hand or to the left.

[3] And it came to pass in the eighteenth year of king Josiah, that the king sent Shaphan the son of Azaliah, the son of Meshullam, the scribe, to the house of Yehovah, saying,
[4] Go up to Hilkiah the high priest, that he may sum the silver which is brought into the house of Yehovah, which the keepers of the door have gathered of the people:
[5] And let them deliver it into the hand of the doers of the work, that have the oversight of the house of Yehovah: and let them give it to the doers of the work which is in the house of Yehovah, to repair the breaches of the house,
[6] Unto carpenters, and builders, and masons, and to buy timber and hewn stone to repair the house.
[7] Howbeit there was no reckoning made with them of the money that was delivered into their hand, because they dealt faithfully.
[8] And Hilkiah the high priest said unto Shaphan the scribe, I have found the book of the law in the house of Yehovah. And Hilkiah gave the book to Shaphan, and he read it.
[9] And Shaphan the scribe came to the king, and brought the king word again, and said, Thy servants have gathered the money that was found in the house, and have delivered it into the hand of them that do the work, that have the oversight of the house of Yehovah.
[10] And Shaphan the scribe shewed the king, saying, Hilkiah the priest hath delivered me a book. And Shaphan read it before the king.

Josiah (In the 18th year of king Josiah )

[11] And it came to pass, when the king had heard the words of the book of the law, that he rent his clothes.

(There is approximately 338 years from Asa to Josiah)

[12] And the king commanded Hilkiah the priest, and Ahikam the son of Shaphan, and Achbor the son of Michaiah, and Shaphan the scribe, and Asahiah a servant of the king's, saying,

[13] Go ye, inquire of Yehovah for me, and for the people, and for all Judah, concerning the words of this book that is found: for great is the wrath of Yehovah that is kindled against us, because our fathers have not hearkened unto the words of this book, to do according unto all that which is written concerning us.

[14] So Hilkiah the priest, and Ahikam, and Achbor, and Shaphan, and Asahiah, went unto Huldah the prophetess, the wife of Shallum the son of Tikvah, the son of Harhas, keeper of the wardrobe; (now she dwelt in Jerusalem in the college;) and they communed with her.
[15] And she said unto them, Thus saith Yehovah God of Israel, Tell the man that sent you to me,
[16] Thus saith Yehovah, Behold, I will bring evil upon this place, and upon the inhabitants thereof, even all the words of the book which the king of Judah hath read:
[17] Because they have forsaken me, and have burned incense unto other gods, that they might provoke me to anger with all the works of their hands; therefore my wrath shall be kindled against this place, and shall not be quenched.
[18] But to the king of Judah which sent you to inquire of Yehovah, thus shall ye say to him, Thus saith Yehovah God of Israel, As touching the words which thou hast heard;
[19] Because thine heart was tender, and thou hast humbled thyself before Yehovah, when thou heardest what I spake against this place, and against the inhabitants thereof, that they should become a desolation and a curse, and hast rent thy clothes, and wept before me; I also have heard thee, saith Yehovah.
[20] Behold therefore, I will gather thee unto thy fathers, and thou shalt be gathered into thy grave in peace; and thine eyes shall not see all the evil which I will bring upon this place. And they brought the king word again.

2 Kgs. 23

[1] And the king sent, and they gathered unto him all the elders of Judah and of Jerusalem.
[2] And the king went up into the house of Yehovah, and all the men of Judah and all the inhabitants of Jerusalem with him, and the priests, and the prophets, and all the people, both small and great: and he read in their ears all the words of the book of the covenant which was found in the house of Yehovah.
[3] And the king stood by a pillar, and made a covenant before Yehovah, to walk after Yehovah, and to keep his commandments and his testimonies and his statutes with all their heart and all their soul, to perform the words of this covenant that were written in this book. And all the people stood to the covenant.
[4] And the king commanded Hilkiah the high priest, and the priests of the second order, and the keepers of the door, to bring forth out of the temple of Yehovah all the vessels that were made for Baal, and for the grove, and for all the host of heaven: and he burned them without Jerusalem in the fields of Kidron, and carried the ashes of them unto Bethel.
[5] And he put down the idolatrous priests, whom the kings of Judah had ordained to burn incense in the high places in the cities of Judah, and in the places round about Jerusalem; them also that burned incense unto Baal, to the sun, and to the moon, and to the planets, and to all the host of heaven.
[6] And he brought out the grove from the house of Yehovah, without Jerusalem, unto the brook Kidron, and burned it at the brook Kidron, and stamped it small to powder, and cast the powder thereof upon the graves of the children of the people.
[7] And he brake down the houses of the sodomites, that were by the house of Yehovah, where the women wove hangings for the grove.
[8] And he brought all the priests out of the cities of Judah, and defiled the high places where the priests had burned incense, from Geba to Beer-sheba, and brake down the high places of the gates that were in the entering in of the gate of Joshua the governor of the city, which were on a man's left hand at the gate of the city.
[9] Nevertheless the priests of the high places came not up to the altar of Yehovah in Jerusalem, but they did eat of the unleavened bread among their brethren.
[10] And he defiled Topheth, which is in the valley of the children of Hinnom, that no man might make his son or his daughter to pass through the fire to Molech.
[11] And he took away the horses that the kings of Judah had given to the sun, at the entering in of the house of Yehovah, by the chamber of Nathan-melech the chamberlain, which was in the suburbs, and burned the chariots of the sun with fire.
[12] And the altars that were on the top of the upper chamber of Ahaz, which the kings of Judah had made, and the altars which Manasseh had made in the two courts of the house of Yehovah, did the king beat down, and brake them down from thence, and cast the dust of them into the brook Kidron.
[13] And the high places that were before Jerusalem, which were on the right hand of the mount of corruption, which Solomon the king of Israel had builded for Ashtoreth the abomination of the Zidonians, and for Chemosh the abomination of the Moabites, and for Milcom the abomination of the children of Ammon, did the king defile.
[14] And he brake in pieces the images, and cut down the groves, and filled their places with the bones of men.
[15] Moreover the altar that was at Bethel, and the high place which Jeroboam the son of Nebat, who made Israel to sin, had made, both that altar and the high place he brake down, and burned the high place, and stamped it small to powder, and burned the grove.
[16] And as Josiah turned himself, he spied the sepulchres that were there in the mount, and sent, and took the bones out of the sepulchres, and burned them upon the altar, and polluted it, according to the word of Yehovah which the man of God proclaimed, who proclaimed these words.
[17] Then he said, What title is that that I see? And the men of the city told him, It is the sepulchre of the man of God, which came from Judah, and proclaimed these things that thou hast done against the altar of Bethel.
[18] And he said, Let him alone; let no man move his bones. So they let his bones alone, with the bones of the prophet that came out of Samaria.
[19] And all the houses also of the high places that were in the cities of Samaria, which the kings of Israel had made to provoke Yehovah to anger, Josiah took away, and did to them according to all the acts that he had done in Bethel.
[20] And he slew all the priests of the high places that were there upon the altars, and burned men's bones upon them, and returned to Jerusalem.
[21] And the king commanded all the people, saying, Keep the passover unto Yehovah your God, as it is written in the book of this covenant.
[22] Surely there was not holden such a passover from the days of the judges that judged Israel, nor in all the days of the kings of Israel, nor of the kings of Judah;
[23] But in the eighteenth year of king Josiah, wherein this passover was holden to Yehovah in Jerusalem.
[24] Moreover the workers with familiar spirits, and the wizards, and the images, and the idols, and all the abominations that were spied in the land of Judah and in Jerusalem, did Josiah put away, that he might perform the words of the law which were written in the book that Hilkiah the priest found in the house of Yehovah.
[25] And like unto him was there no king before him, that turned to Yehovah with all his heart, and with all his soul, and with all his might, according to all the law of Moses; neither after him arose there any like him.
[26] Notwithstanding Yehovah turned not from the fierceness of his great wrath, wherewith his anger was kindled against Judah, because of all the provocations that Manasseh had provoked him withal.
[27] And Yehovah said, I will remove Judah also out of my sight, as I have removed Israel, and will cast off this city Jerusalem which I have chosen, and the house of which I said, My name shall be there.
[28] Now the rest of the acts of Josiah, and all that he did, are they not written in the book of the chronicles of the kings of Judah?

Nehemiah and Ezra the priest

Law found again and followed - Temple rebuilt

Neh. 1

[1] The words of Nehemiah the son of Hachaliah. And it came to pass in the month Chisleu, in the twentieth year, as I was in Shushan the palace,
[2] That Hanani, one of my brethren, came, he and certain men of Judah; and I asked them concerning the Jews that had escaped, which were left of the captivity, and concerning Jerusalem.

Neh. 7

[1] Now it came to pass, when the wall was built, and I had set up the doors, and the porters and the singers and the Levites were appointed,
[2] That I gave my brother Hanani, and Hananiah the ruler of the palace, charge over Jerusalem: for he was a faithful man, and feared God above many.
[3] And I said unto them, Let not the gates of Jerusalem be opened until the sun be hot; and while they stand by, let them shut the doors, and bar them: and appoint watches of the inhabitants of Jerusalem, every one in his watch, and every one to be over against his house.
[4] Now the city was large and great: but the people were few therein, and the houses were not builded.
[5] And my God put into mine heart to gather together the nobles, and the rulers, and the people, that they might be reckoned by genealogy. And I found a register of the genealogy of them which came up at the first, and found written therein,
[6] These are the children of the province, that went up out of the captivity, of those that had been carried away, whom Nebuchadnezzar the king of Babylon had carried away, and came again to Jerusalem and to Judah, every one unto his city;

Neh. 8

[1] And all the people gathered themselves together as one man into the street that was before the water gate; and they spake unto Ezra the scribe to bring the book of the law of Moses, which Yehovah had commanded to Israel.
[2] And Ezra the priest brought the law before the congregation both of men and women, and all that could hear with understanding, upon the first day of the seventh month.
[3] And he read therein before the street that was before the water gate from the morning until midday, before the men and the women, and those that could understand; and the ears of all the people were attentive unto the book of the law.
[4] And Ezra the scribe stood upon a pulpit of wood, which they had made for the purpose; and beside him stood Mattithiah, and Shema, and Anaiah, and Urijah, and Hilkiah, and Maaseiah, on his right hand; and on his left hand, Pedaiah, and Mishael, and Malchiah, and Hashum, and Hashbadana, Zechariah, and Meshullam.
[5] And Ezra opened the book in the sight of all the people; (for he was above all the people;) and when he opened it, all the people stood up:
[6] And Ezra blessed Yehovah, the great God. And all the people answered, Amen, Amen, with lifting up their hands: and they bowed their heads, and worshipped Yehovah with their faces to the ground.
[7] Also Jeshua, and Bani, and Sherebiah, Jamin, Akkub, Shabbethai, Hodijah, Maaseiah, Kelita, Azariah, Jozabad, Hanan, Pelaiah, and the Levites, caused the people to understand the law: and the people stood in their place.
[8] So they read in the book in the law of God distinctly, and gave the sense, and caused them to understand the reading.
[9] And Nehemiah, which is the Tirshatha, and Ezra the priest the scribe, and the Levites that taught the people, said unto all the people, This day is holy unto Yehovah your God; mourn not, nor weep. For all the people wept, when they heard the words of the law.
[10] Then he said unto them, Go your way, eat the fat, and drink the sweet, and send portions unto them for whom nothing is prepared: for this day is holy unto our Lord: neither be ye sorry; for the joy of Yehovah is your strength.
[11] So the Levites stilled all the people, saying, Hold your peace, for the day is holy; neither be ye grieved.
[12] And all the people went their way to eat, and to drink, and to send portions, and to make great mirth, because they had understood the words that were declared unto them.
[13] And on the second day were gathered together the chief of the fathers of all the people, the priests, and the Levites, unto Ezra the scribe, even to understand the words of the law.
[14] And they found written in the law which Yehovah had commanded by Moses, that the children of Israel should dwell in booths in the feast of the seventh month:
[15] And that they should publish and proclaim in all their cities, and in Jerusalem, saying, Go forth unto the mount, and fetch olive branches, and pine branches, and myrtle branches, and palm branches, and branches of thick trees, to make booths, as it is written.
[16] So the people went forth, and brought them, and made themselves booths, every one upon the roof of his house, and in their courts, and in the courts of the house of God, and in the street of the water gate, and in the street of the gate of Ephraim.
[17] And all the congregation of them that were come again out of the captivity made booths, and sat under the booths: for since the days of Jeshua the son of Nun unto that day had not the children of Israel done so. And there was very great gladness.
[18] Also day by day, from the first day unto the last day, he read in the book of the law of God. And they kept the feast seven days; and on the eighth day was a solemn assembly, according unto the manner.
