Latin Augustus "Augustus"
Latin Augustus mensis "month of Augustus"
Latin sextilis mensis "sixth month"

Sextilis had 30 days, until Numa when it had 29 days, until Julius when it became 31 days long.

Augustus Caesar clarified and completed the calendar reform of Julius Caesar. In the process, he also renamed this month after himself.

These 2 verses below indicated to us Elul must be the 6th month

The Memorial of blowing of trumpets, the seventh month, ha Ethamin is going to be on September 8, 2013 Sunday – 2 Sabbaths in a row.

 The Day of Atonement is going to be the 17th, Tuesday – a Sabbath.

 The feast of Tabernacles is going to be the 22nd through the 29th. The 22 and 29 are both on Sundays. There are 2 Sabbaths in this feast, one at the start and one at the end of the feast.

The battle between:

The True Light and Darkness, the artificial light

The True Image and the artificial image

Of all the books in the world, I believe the Bible is the only book that has genuine fulfilled prophecy and true shadows of future events. This is proof of the divine inspiration from God.

By shadows, I mean forecasts, whether direct or indirect of past, fulfilled prophecy, and future events that are prophesied yet to come.

As the fall holy days of God approach and then the pagan holidays of the world approach, I am reminded again to inform you to beware of the false image of love, false emotions, loneliness, depression, financial drain, suicide and the artificial false festival lights they put up. They really set the stage for you.

Remember, Satan is the prince of the power of the air.

Let’s begin:

Gen.1[26] And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.

[27] So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them

Messiah - Who is the “image” of the invisible God

Col.1

[12] Giving thanks unto the Father, which hath made us meet to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in light:
[13] Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son, Word made flesh:
[14] In whom we have redemption through (the son’s) his blood, even the forgiveness of sins:
[15] Messiah - Who is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of every creature:
[16] For by him(the son, the Word) were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him: (the son, the Word)
[17] And he is before all things, and by him all things consist.
[18] And he (the son, the Word) is the head of the body, the church: who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead; that in all things he might have the preeminence.
[19] For it pleased the Father that in him(the son, the Word)  should all fulness dwell;
[20] And, having made peace through the blood of his cross, by him to reconcile all things unto himself; by him, I say, whether they be things in earth, or things in heaven.

Now let's talk about day and night and the seasons.

Below I have put together a few verses to show pictures, shadows and forecasts to show the many ways the words darkness and light are used.

Shadows of the resurrection of the Sun, Son – Messiah

I have always thought of the rising of the sun in the mornings as the shadow of the Messiah's resurrection and the Sun of God arising in a hearts.

Mal.4[2] But unto you that fear my name shall the Sun of righteousness arise with healing in his wings;

Night and darkness with its sleep, rest, and quietness seemed to suggest symbols of death.

The sunrise, light and the awakening of the next morning are to me, a constant reminder of life and the resurrection.

As we know, even the winter months are symbols of death. Everything is frozen, dead, no life.

God's New Year in the spring is a symbol of life. Everything arises and is born again, does that sound familiar?

Out of darkness, death come “Life”

Messiah is the First Fruits

1Cor.15 [23] … Messiah the firstfruits

1Cor.15 [20] But now is Messiah risen from the dead, and become the firstfruits of them that slept.(dead)

Messiah is the resurrection

John.11[24] …[25] Yeshua said unto her, I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live:

Messiah is the Light of this world

John.8[12] Then spake Yeshua again unto them, saying, I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life.

John.9[5] As long as I am in the world, I am the light of the world.

1John.1 [5] … God is light, and in him is no darkness at all.

Out of darkness, death cometh the light, life

Gen.1[1] In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.
[2] And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters.

[3] And God said, Let there be light: and there was light.

[4] And God saw the light, that it was good: and God divided the light from the darkness.

[5] And God called the light Day, and the darkness he called Night. And the evening and the morning were the first day. [16] And God made two great lights;

the greater light to rule the day, and the lesser light to rule the night: he made the stars also.

 

[17] And God set them in the firmament of the heaven to give light upon the earth, [18] And to rule over the day and over the night, and to divide the light from the darkness: and God saw that it was good.

1Thes.5 [5] Ye are all the children of light, and the children of the day: we are not of the night, nor of darkness.

We are children of Light, Life – the Resurrection

We are lights of this world

Matt.5[14] Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on an hill cannot be hid.[15] Neither do men light a candle, and put it under a bushel, but on a candlestick; and it giveth light unto all at are in the house.[16] Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.

Messiah - Luke.1[79] To give light to them that sit in darkness and in the shadow of death, to guide our feet into the way of peace

Messiah -  Luke.2[32] A light to lighten the Gentiles, and the glory of thy people Israel.

Luke.11[33] No man, when he hath lighted a candle, putteth it in a secret place, neither under a bushel, but on a candlestick, that they which come in may see the light.[34] The light of the body is the eye: therefore when thine eye is single, thy whole body also is full of light; but when thine eye is evil, thy body also is full of darkness.

Which are you above?

[35] Take heed therefore that the light which is in thee be not darkness.[36] If thy whole body therefore be full of light, having no part dark, the whole shall be full of light, as when the bright shining of a candle doth give thee light.

2Tim.1 [8] Be not thou therefore ashamed of the testimony of our Lord, nor of me his prisoner: but be thou partaker of the afflictions of the gospel according to the power of God;[9] Who hath saved us, and called us with an holy calling, not according to our works, but according to his own purpose and grace, which was given us in Messiah Yeshua before the world began,[10] But is now made manifest by the appearing of our Saviour Yeshua Messiah, who hath abolished death, and hath brought life and immortality to light through the gospel Whereunto I am appointed a preacher, and an apostle, and a teacher of the Gentiles.

John.1[4] In him was life; and the life was the light of men.[5] And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not.[7] The same came for a witness, to bear witness of the Light, that all men through him might believe.[8] He was not that Light, but was sent to bear witness of that Light.[9] That was the true Light, which lighteth every man that cometh into the world.

John.3[19] And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil.[20] For every one that doeth evil hateth the light, neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved.[21] But he that doeth truth cometh to the light, that his deeds may be made manifest, that they are wrought in God.

Messiah - John.5[35] He was a burning and a shining light: and ye were willing for a season to rejoice in his light.

John.11[9] Yeshua answered, Are there not twelve hours in the day? If any man walk in the day, he stumbleth not, because he seeth the light of this world.[10] But if a man walk in the night, he stumbleth, because there is no light in him.

The children of light

John.12[35] Then Yeshua said unto them, Yet a little while is the light with you. Walk while ye have the light, lest darkness come upon you: for he that walketh in darkness knoweth not whither he goeth.[36] While ye have light, believe in the light, that ye may be the children of light

[46] I am come a light into the world, that whosoever believeth on me should not abide in darkness.

Acts.13  Paul was sent to be a light

[47] For so hath the Lord commanded us, saying, I have set thee to be a light of the Gentiles, that thou shouldest be for salvation unto the ends of the earth.

Acts.26[13] At midday, O king, I saw in the way a light from heaven, above the brightness of the sun, shining round about me and them which journeyed with me.[18] To open their eyes, and to turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan unto God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins, and inheritance among them which are sanctified by faith that is in me.[23] That Messiah should suffer, and that he should be the first that should rise from the dead, and should shew light unto the people, and to the Gentiles.

Jas.1[17] Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning.

1Tim.6 [16] Who only hath immortality, dwelling in the light which no man can approach unto; whom no man hath seen, nor can see: to whom be honour and power everlasting. Amen.

Messiah - Matt.4[16] The people which sat in darkness saw great light; and to them which sat in the region and shadow of death light is sprung up.

The artificial light, false image engulfing the world

The NIV calls Lucifer, "Jesus / Yeshua" in Isaiah 14:12

הֵילֵל בֶּן־שָׁחַר

הֵילֵל  (hay root ה   )

ילֵל  weeping, crying, howling, extreme sadness, ( yod rootי  )

בֶּן   son

שָׁחַר black, darkness of the morning

In the Hebrew text, the word for star, כּוֹכָב   is not there! Just look above.

Everybody should know the word "Lucifer" is another name for Satan. The word "Lucifer" is found one time in the King James Bible.

KJV - Isaiah 14:12 How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer , son of the morning! how art thou cut down to the ground, which didst weaken the nations!

KJV - Revelation 22:16: I Yeshua have sent mine angel to testify unto you these things in the churches. I am the root and the offspring of David, and the bright and morning star.

 Son of the blackness

בֶּן-שָׁחַר

שׁחר  shâchar - A primitive root - the idea of the duskiness of early dawn); to be dim or dark (in color): - be black.

 

Isa.14[12] How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! Son of the blackness

how art thou cut down to the ground, which didst weaken the nations!

 

אֵיךְ נָפַלְתָּ מִשָּׁמַיִם, הֵילֵל בֶּן-שָׁחַר; נִגְדַּעְתָּ לָאָרֶץ, חוֹלֵשׁ עַל-גּוֹיִם

 

2 Cor. 11[14] And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light. [15] Therefore it is no great thing if Satan’s ministers also be transformed as the ministers of righteousness; whose end shall be according to their works.

ἄγγελος – aggelos - ang'-el-os - a messenger; especially an “angel”; by implication a pastor: - angel, messenger

φῶς - phōs –foce- to shine or make manifest, especially by rays; luminousness (in the widest application, natural or artificial, abstract or concrete, literal or figurative): - fire, light.

 

Satan – angel, spirit of "artificial" light

 

The following passages in the NIV bible show the words "morning star" as Yeshua and satan.

Remember, in the Hebrew text, the word for star, כּוֹכָב  is not there!

In the NIV, the word "Lucifer" is gone and this evil creature is identified as the "morning star".

NIV -Isaiah 14:12 How you have fallen from heaven, O morning star, son of the dawn! You have been cast down to the earth, you who once laid low the nations!

NIV: Revelation 22:16 - " I, Jesus, have sent my angel to give you [1] this testimony for the churches. I am the Root and the Offspring of David, and the bright Morning Star

These false Bibles below turned Satan into the "morning star" which is Yeshua.

 

 This is very evil.

 

Also the words "star and day star" are not in the Hebrew scripture.

Deut.7[5] But thus shall ye deal with them; ye shall destroy their altars, and break down their images, and cut down their groves, and burn their graven images with fire.

[25] The graven images of their gods shall ye burn with fire: thou shalt not desire the silver or gold that is on them, nor take it unto thee, lest thou be snared therein: for it is an abomination to Yehovah thy God.

Deut.9[12] And Yehovah said unto me, Arise, get thee down quickly from hence; for thy people which thou hast brought forth out of Egypt have corrupted themselves; they are quickly turned aside out of the way which I commanded them; they have made them a molten image.

Deut.12[3] And ye shall overthrow their altars, and break their pillars, and burn their groves with fire; and ye shall hew down the graven images of their gods, and destroy the names of them out of that place.

Deut.16[22] Neither shalt thou set thee up any image; which Yehovah thy God hateth.

Deut.27[15] Cursed be the man that maketh any graven or molten image, an abomination unto Yehovah, the work of the hands of the craftsman, and putteth it in a secret place.

And all the people shall answer and say, Amen.

I'm sure we are all aware of the book of Daniel and the story of the three Hebrew children that would not fall down and worship the image that Nebuchadnezzar set up

Dan.3 [17] If it be so, our God whom we serve is able to deliver us from the burning fiery furnace, and he will deliver us out of thine hand, O king.
[18] But if not, be it known unto thee, O king, that we will not serve thy gods, nor worship the golden image which thou hast set up.

The last false Image

 

Rev.14 [6] And I saw another angel fly in the midst of heaven, having the everlasting gospel to preach unto them that dwell on the earth, and to every nation, and kindred, and tongue, and people,
[7] Saying with a loud voice, Fear God, and give glory to him; for the hour of his judgment is come: and worship him that made heaven, and earth, and the sea, and the fountains of waters.
[8] And there followed another angel, saying, Babylon is fallen, is fallen, that great city, because she made all nations drink of the wine of the wrath of her fornication.
[9] And the third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, If any man worship the beast and his image, and receive his mark in his forehead, or in his hand,
[10] The same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out without mixture into the cup of his indignation; and he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels, and in the presence of the Lamb:
[11] And the smoke of their torment ascendeth up for ever and ever: and they have no rest day nor night, who worship the beast and his image, and whosoever receiveth the mark of his name.
[12] Here is the patience of the saints: here are they that keep the commandments of God, and the faith of Yeshua.

 

 

Rev.15

[1] And I saw another sign in heaven, great and marvellous, seven angels having the seven last plagues; for in them is filled up the wrath of God.
[2] And I saw as it were a sea of glass mingled with fire: and them that had gotten the victory over the beast, and over his image, and over his mark, and over the number of his name, stand on the sea of glass, having the harps of God.
[3] And they sing the song of Moses the servant of God, and the song of the Lamb, saying, Great and marvellous are thy works, Lord God Almighty; just and true are thy ways, thou King of saints.
[4] Who shall not fear thee, O Lord, and glorify thy name? for thou only art holy: for all nations shall come and worship before thee; for thy judgments are made manifest.

 

Rev.16

[1] And I heard a great voice out of the temple saying to the seven angels, Go your ways, and pour out the vials of the wrath of God upon the earth.
[2] And the first went, and poured out his vial upon the earth; and there fell a noisome and grievous sore upon the men which had the mark of the beast, and upon them which worshipped his image.

 

Rev.19 [19] And I saw the beast, and the kings of the earth, and their armies, gathered together to make war against him that sat on the horse, and against his army.
[20] And the beast was taken, and with him the false prophet that wrought miracles before him, with which he deceived them that had received the mark of the beast, and them that worshipped his image. These both were cast alive into a lake of fire burning with brimstone.

 

Rev.20[4] And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: and I saw the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Yeshua, and for the word of God, and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had received his mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Messiah a thousand years. (Somewhere)

[4] And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.
[5] And he that sat upon the throne said, Behold, I make all things new. And he said unto me, Write: for these words are true and faithful.
[6] And he said unto me, It is done. I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end. I will give unto him that is athirst of the fountain of the water of life freely.
[7] He that overcometh shall inherit all things; and I will be his God, and he shall be my son.
[8] But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.

[23] And the city had no need of the sun, neither of the moon, to shine in it: for the glory of God did lighten it, and the Lamb is the light thereof.

[26] And they shall bring the glory and honour of the nations into it.

Rev.22

[1] And he shewed me a pure river of water of life, clear as crystal, proceeding out of the throne of God and of the Lamb.
[2] In the midst of the street of it, and on either side of the river, was there the tree of life, which bare twelve manner of fruits, and yielded her fruit every month: and the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations.
[3] And there shall be no more curse: but the throne of God and of the Lamb shall be in it; and his servants shall serve him:
[4] And they shall see his face; and his name shall be in their foreheads.
[5] And there shall be no night there; and they need no candle, neither light of the sun; for the Lord God giveth them light: and they shall reign for ever and ever.
[6] And he said unto me, These sayings are faithful and true: and the Lord God of the holy prophets sent his angel to shew unto his servants the things which must shortly be done.
[7] Behold, I come quickly: blessed is he that keepeth the sayings of the prophecy of this book.
[8] And I John saw these things, and heard them. And when I had heard and seen, I fell down to worship before the feet of the angel which shewed me these things.
[9] Then saith he unto me, See thou do it not: for I am thy fellowservant, and of thy brethren the prophets, and of them which keep the sayings of this book: worship God.
[10] And he saith unto me, Seal not the sayings of the prophecy of this book: for the time is at hand.
[11] He that is unjust, let him be unjust still: and he which is filthy, let him be filthy still: and he that is righteous, let him be righteous still: and he that is holy, let him be holy still.
[12] And, behold, I come quickly; and my reward is with me, to give every man according as his work shall be.
[13] I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end, the first and the last.
[14] Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city.
[15] For without are dogs, and sorcerers, and whoremongers, and murderers, and idolaters, and whosoever loveth and maketh a lie.
[16] I Yeshua have sent mine angel to testify unto you these things in the churches. I am the root and the offspring of David, and the bright and morning star.
[17] And the Spirit and the bride say, Come. And let him that heareth say, Come. And let him that is athirst come. And whosoever will, let him take the water of life freely.
[18] For I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book, If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book:
[19] And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book.
[20] He which testifieth these things saith, Surely I come quickly. Amen. Even so, come, Lord Yeshua.

Beware

As the fall holy days of God approach and then the pagan holidays of the world approach, I am reminded again to inform you to beware of the false image of love, false emotions, loneliness, depression and the artificial false festival lights they put up. They really set the stage for you.
