All Welcome

 Let’s pray

Today we use the Gregorian calendar from Pope Gregory, from the 1500’s

Sad to say, it was said, that the month June was named after the Roman goddess Juno, wife of Jupiter and equivalent to the Greek goddess Hera, sick.

--------------------

Today is June 11, 2011

----

God has His own calendar

We are now in the 3rd month called Sivan

Esth.8 [9] Then were the king's scribes called at that time in the third month, that is, the month Sivan...

The month Sivan, ñÄéåÈï

çÉãÆùÑ äÇùÌÑÀìÄéùÑÄé äåÌà-çÉãÆùÑ ñÄéåÈï

ñÄéå  (seev) bright, splendid

**Remember: This is the “7th Sabbath” of the 7 Sabbaths we were told to count.

We did count the "Sabbaths" not omers

An "omer" is a "sheaf" of barley - òîø

omer - A dry measure of 1/10 ephah  (about 2 liters)

-------------

Lev.23 [15] And ye shall count unto you from the morrow after the sabbath, from the day that ye brought the sheaf of the wave offering; seven Sabbaths shall be complete:

[16] Even unto the morrow after the seventh Sabbath shall ye number fifty days; and ye shall offer a new meat offering unto Yehovah.

Here is the final date for the Spring holy days, 2011 again:

Amen
