My ministry is to bring up topics in the Bible
that have never been discussed, mentioned or deleted in your life that God
wants you to know.
-------------
Today we use the Gregorian calendar (Pope
Gregory, 1500's)
August 28, 2010
--------------
We restore the calendar of God
We are now in the
17th day of the 6th month of God
Change
your Judaism calendars; Judaism is
wrong again by calling the 6th month Elul, no scripture to back that
up.

I explain the Sabbath, the 7th day, each week
This is how simple it is:
Exod. 20
[8] Remember the Sabbath day, to keep
it holy.
[9] Six days shalt thou labour, and do all
thy work:
[10] But the seventh day is the sabbath of
Yehovah thy God:
in it thou shalt not do any work, thou, nor thy son, nor thy daughter, thy
manservant, nor thy maidservant, nor thy cattle, nor thy stranger that is within thy gates:
[11] For in six days Yehovah made heaven and
earth, the sea, and all that in them is, and rested the seventh day: wherefore
Yehovah blessed the sabbath day, and hallowed it.
------------
Same in Deut. 5
[12] Keep the sabbath day to sanctify it,
as Yehovah thy God hath commanded thee.
[13] Six days thou shalt labour, and do all thy work:
[14] But the seventh day is the sabbath of Yehovah thy God: in it thou
shalt not do any work, thou, nor thy son, nor thy daughter, nor thy manservant,
nor thy maidservant, nor thine ox, nor thine ass, nor any of thy cattle, nor
thy stranger that is within thy gates;
that thy manservant and thy maidservant may rest as well as thou.
[15] And remember that thou wast a servant in the
land of Egypt, and that Yehovah thy God brought thee out thence through a
mighty hand and by a stretched out arm: therefore
Yehovah thy God commanded thee to keep the sabbath day.
------------
Lev. 23
[3] Six days shall work be done:
but
the seventh day is the Sabbath of
rest, an “holy convocation”;
ye shall do no work therein:
it is the Sabbath of Yehovah in all your dwellings.
--------
Isa. 58 [13] If thou turn away thy foot from the sabbath, from doing thy pleasure on my holy day; and call the
sabbath a delight, the holy of Yehovah, honourable; and shalt honour
him,
1 - not doing thine own ways,
2 - nor finding thine own pleasure,
3 - nor speaking thine own words:
[14] Then shalt thou delight thyself in Yehovah;
and I will cause thee to ride upon the high places of the earth, and feed thee
with the heritage of Jacob thy father: for the
mouth of Yehovah hath spoken it.
------------------------
Buying and selling is evil on the Sabbath
Neh. 13 [16]
There dwelt men of Tyre also therein, which brought fish, and all manner of
ware, and sold on the Sabbath unto the
children of Judah, and in Jerusalem.
[17] Then I
contended with the nobles of Judah, and said unto them, what evil thing is this that ye do, and profane the Sabbath
day?
-----------------
The first day is mentioned only 2 times when they met for a certain event in Acts
and the letter to the Corinthians
It never says the 1st day replaced
the 7th day as Sabbath
It never says the 1st day
is a Commandment or a rest
Acts
20:7 And upon the first day
of the week,
when the disciples came together to break bread, Paul preached unto them, ready
to depart on the morrow; and continued his speech until midnight.
1Corinthians
16:2 Upon the first day
of the week let
every one of you lay by him in store, as God hath prospered him, that there be
no gatherings when I come.
------------------------
We read from law and the prophets every Sabbath
like they did in the Book of Acts.
60 times in the Gospels and letters it uses the word Sabbath!
--------------------
Today's Topic
Let’s talk about the Feasts of Yehovah and the “7” extra Sabbaths
My
Sabbaths ye shall keep: for it is a sign
Exod. 31
[13] Speak thou also unto the children of Israel,
saying, Verily my
sabbaths ye shall keep: for it is a sign
between me and you throughout your generations; that ye may know that I
am Yehovah that doth sanctify you.
[ 14] Ye shall keep the sabbath therefore; for it
is holy unto you: every one that defileth it shall surely be put to death: for
whosoever doeth any work therein, that soul shall be cut off from among his
people.
[15] Six days may work be done; but in the
seventh is the sabbath of rest, holy to Yehovah: whosoever doeth any work in
the sabbath day, he shall surely be put to death.
[16] Wherefore the children of Israel shall keep
the sabbath, to observe the sabbath throughout their generations, for a perpetual covenant.
[17 ] It is a sign
between me and the children of Israel for ever: for in six days Yehovah
made heaven and earth, and on the seventh day he rested, and was refreshed.
------------------------------
Let's look at a few vocabulary words for
better understanding:
Servile work- melakat avodah îÀìÆàëÆú òÂáÉãÈä
òÂáÉãÈä avodah - work of any kind: act, bondservant, labor,
service. Tillage, work, etc…
îÀìÆàëÆú melakat - occupation, work, business
public business
-----------------------
All Sabbaths are Holy Convocations
Holy convocation
î÷øà

called out, that is, a public meeting (the act, the persons, or the place);
also a rehearsal
÷ãùÑ
kodesh:

Lev.23
[1] And Yehovah spake unto Moses, saying,
[2] Speak unto the children of Israel, and say
unto them, concerning the feasts of Yehovah,
which ye shall proclaim to be holy convocations, even these are my feasts.
[3] Six days shall work be done: but the seventh day is the sabbath of rest, an
holy convocation; ye shall do no
work therein: it is the sabbath of Yehovah in all your dwellings.
[4] These are the feasts of Yehovah, even holy
convocations, which ye shall proclaim
in their seasons.

The feasts and holydays of Yehovah are all about the Messiah’s 1st
and 2nd coming
Shadows of “things" to come
http://oneinmessiah.net/col216b.asf
Colossians 2:16:
Let no man therefore judge you in meat, or in drink,
or in respect of an holyday, or of the new moon, or of the sabbath days: 17:
Which are a shadow of "things
to come";(future tense)
but the body is of Messiah / Christ.
---------------
The reason I give you these words in
their original language so you can get more exact meaning!
Judge - κρινω krino: to
try to condemn, to separate, put asunder, to pick out, to be of opinion,
judge, to pronounce an opinion concerning right and wrong, to contend, to
dispute
--------
Holyday - εορτη heorte -heh-or-tay' - a festival: - feast, holyday
--------
New moon - νουμηνία - noumēnia - noo-may-nee'-ah - the
festival of the new moon
--------
Sabbath days - σάββατον - sabbaton sab'-bat-on Of Hebrew origin
- the Sabbath (that is, Shabbath), 7th day of week repose from secular avocations
(also the observance or institution itself); Also there are 7 extra sabbaths in the feasts of Yehovah.
--------
Shadow - σκια skia : shadow, an image cast by an object and
representing the form of that object, a sketch, outline
--------
Now learn
something new, never talked about
"7" other
Sabbaths besides the weekly 7th day Sabbath
There are
"7" other holydays which are treated like a Sabbath
NO WORK - NO BUYING or SELLING

Passover
mentioned 28 times
Messiah our
Passover
Matt 26[2] Ye know that after two days is the feast of the Passover, and the Son of man is
betrayed to be crucified.
[17] Now the first day of the feast of
unleavened bread the disciples came to Yeshua, saying unto him, Where wilt thou
that we prepare for thee to eat the passover?
[18] And he said, Go into the city to such
a man, and say unto him, The Master saith, My time is at hand; I will keep the
passover at thy house with my disciples.
[19] And the disciples did as Yeshua had
appointed them; and they made ready the passover.
Mark 14[1] After two days was the feast of the passover, and of unleavened bread: and
the chief priests and the scribes sought how they might take him by craft, and put
him to death.
[12] And the
first day of unleavened bread, when they killed the passover, his
disciples said unto him, Where wilt thou that we go and prepare that thou
mayest eat the passover?
[14] And wheresoever he shall go in, say
ye to the goodman of the house, The Master saith, Where is the guestchamber,
where I shall eat the passover with my
disciples?
[16] And his disciples went forth, and
came into the city, and found as he had said unto them: and they made ready the
passover.
Luke 2 [41] Now his parents went to Jerusalem
every year at the feast of the passover.
Luke 22 [1] Now the feast
of unleavened bread drew nigh, which is called the passover.
[7] Then came the day of unleavened bread, when the passover must be killed.
[8] And he sent Peter and John, saying, Go
and prepare us the passover, that we may
eat.
[11] And ye shall say unto the goodman of
the house, The Master saith unto thee, Where is the guestchamber, where I shall
eat the passover with my disciples?
[13] And they went, and found as he had
said unto them: and they made ready the passover.
[15] And he said unto them, With desire I
have desired to eat this passover with
you before I suffer:
John 2 [13] And the Jews' passover was at hand, and Yeshua went up to
Jerusalem,
[23] Now when he was in Jerusalem at the
passover, in the feast day, many believed
in his name, when they saw the miracles which he did.
John 6 [4] And the passover,
a feast of the Jews, was nigh.
John 11 [55] And the Jews' passover was nigh at hand: and many went out of
the country up to Jerusalem before the passover,
to purify themselves.
John 12 [1] Then Yeshua six days before the passover came to Bethany, where Lazarus was which
had been dead, whom he raised from the dead.
John 13 [1] Now before the feast of the passover, when Yeshua knew that his hour was come
that he should depart out of this world unto the Father, having loved his own
which were in the world, he loved them unto the end.
John 18 [28] Then led they Yeshua from Caiaphas
unto the hall of judgment: and it was early; and they themselves went not into
the judgment hall, lest they should be defiled; but that they might eat the passover.
[39] But ye have a custom, that I should
release unto you one at the passover:
will ye therefore that I release unto you the King of the Jews?
John 19 [14] And it was the preparation of the passover, and about the sixth hour: and he saith
unto the Jews, Behold your King!
1 Cor. 5 [7] Purge out therefore the old leaven,
that ye may be a new lump, as ye are unleavened. For even Messiah / Messiah our passover
is sacrificed for us:
Heb. 11 [28] Through faith he kept the passover, and the sprinkling of blood, lest he
that destroyed the firstborn should touch them.

Feast of unleavened bread mentioned 9 times
Matt. 26 [17] Now the first day of the feast of unleavened bread the disciples came
to Yeshua, saying unto him, Where wilt thou that we prepare for thee to eat the
passover?
Mark 14[1] After two days was the feast of the Passover, and of unleavened bread: and the chief priests and the

[7] Then came the day of unleavened bread, when the Passover must be
killed.
Acts 12[3] And because he saw it pleased the
Jews, he proceeded further to take Peter also. (Then
were the days of unleavened bread.)
Acts 20 [6] And we sailed away from Philippi after
the days of unleavened bread, and came
unto them to Troas in five days; where we abode seven days.
1 Cor. 5[7] Purge out therefore the old leaven,
that ye may be a new lump, as ye are unleavened. For even Messiah / Messiah our Passover is sacrificed for us:
[8] Therefore let
us keep the feast, not with old leaven, neither with the leaven of
malice and wickedness; but with the unleavened bread of sincerity and
truth.

First fruits mentioned 8 times
Messiah the first fruits
Rom. 8 [23] And not only they, but ourselves
also, which have the first fruits of the
Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, waiting for the adoption, to
wit, the redemption of our body.
Rom. 16 [5] Likewise greet the church that is in
their house. Salute my wellbeloved Epaenetus, who is the firstfruits of Achaia unto Messiah.
1 Cor. 15 [20] But now is Messiah risen from the
dead, and become the first fruits of
them that slept.
[23] But every man in his own order: Messiah the first fruits; afterward they that are
Messiah / Messiah's at his coming.
1 Cor. 16 [15] I beseech you, brethren, (ye know the
house of Stephanas, that it is the first fruits
of Achaia, and that they have addicted themselves to the ministry of the
saints,)
Jas. 1 [18] Of his own will begat he us with the
word of truth, that we should be a kind of first
fruits of his creatures.
Rev. 14 [4] These are they which were not defiled
with women; for they are virgins. These are they which follow the Lamb
whithersoever he goeth. These were redeemed from among men, being the first fruits unto God and to the Lamb.

Feasts of Weeks, – Pentecost mentioned 3 times
Acts 2 [1] And when the
day of Pentecost was fully come, they were all with one accord in
one place.
Acts 20 [16] For Paul had determined to sail by
Ephesus, because he would not spend the time in Asia: for he hasted, if it were
possible for him, to be at Jerusalem the day of
Pentecost.
1 Cor. 16 [8] But I will tarry at Ephesus until Pentecost.
--------------------
Day of Atonement is talked about in the letter to the Hebrews
--------------------
Feasts of Tabernacles mentioned in the Gospel of John
[2] Now the Jews' feast of tabernacles was at hand.
[8]
Go ye up unto this feast: I go not up
yet unto this feast; for my time is
not yet full come.
[9] When he had said these words unto them, he abode still in Galilee.
[10] But when his brethren were gone up, then went he also up unto the feast, not openly, but as
it were in secret.
[11] Then the Jews sought him at the
feast, and said, Where is he?
[14]
Now about the midst of the feast Yeshua went
up into the temple, and taught.
[37]
In the last day, that great day of the feast,
Yeshua stood and cried, saying, If any man thirst, let him come unto me, and
drink.
[38] He that believeth on me, as the scripture hath said, out of his
belly shall flow rivers of living water.
[39] (But this spake he of the Spirit, which they that believe on him
should receive: for the Holy Ghost was not yet given; because that Yeshua was
not yet glorified.)
