Today we use the Gregorian calendar from Pope Gregory; from
the 1500’s,
February
20, 2016
February -- month of Februa
Middle English Februarius
Latin Februarius "of Februa"
Latin Februa(s) "Februa" + -arius "ary (pertaining to)"
Latin Februarius mensis "month of Februa"
Latin dies februatus "day of purification"
Februarius had 28 days, until
circa 450 BC when it had 23 or 24 days on some of every second year, until
Julius when it had 29 days on every fourth year and 28 days otherwise.
Februa is the Roman
festival of purification, held on February fifteenth. It is possibly of Sabine
origin.

Yehovah
has His own calendar
We are now in the 12 month of God
called Adar, day 11

We stopped following the Torah portions when we found out
made up rabbis from Judaism made up the portions. They, on purpose leave out
chapters like Isa. 53 about the Messiah.
We read
and study from law and the prophets every Sabbath
60 times
in the Gospels and letters it uses the word Sabbath!
Here are
a few
Acts 13 [13] Now
when Paul and his company loosed from Paphos, they
came to Perga in Pamphylia: and
John departing from them returned to Jerusalem.
[14] But
when they departed from Perga, they came to Antioch in Pisidia, and went
into the synagogue on the sabbath day, and sat down.
[15] And after the reading of the law and the prophets the rulers of the synagogue sent unto them, saying, Ye men and brethren, if ye have any word of exhortation for
the people, say on.
Acts 15 [21] For
Moses of old time hath in every city them that preach him, being read in the synagogues every sabbath day.
Luke 4 [16] And
he, Yeshua came to Nazareth, where he had been brought up: and, as his custom
was, he went into the synagogue on the sabbath day, and stood up for to read.[17] And there was delivered unto him the book of the
prophet Esaias.
Acts 13:27 For they that dwell at Jerusalem, and
their rulers, because they knew him not, nor yet the voices of the prophets
which are read
every sabbath day, they have fulfilled them in condemning him.
Acts 13 [42] And when the Jews were gone out of the synagogue, the Gentiles besought that these words might be preached to
them the next sabbath.
[44]And the next sabbath day came almost the whole city together to hear the word of
God.

Today’s
topic:
A short review
of Purim which is the 14 and 15 of Adar from the book of Esther
Always
remember:
Est 9:28 And that these days should be remembered and kept throughout every generation, every
family, every province, and every city;
and that these days of Purim should not fail from among the Jews,
nor the memorial of them perish from their seed.
---------------
Forget not Yehovah, the God of Israel and His
wondrous works, acts
Always remind each other about the ways
of God
Lest we forget about the God of Israel!
Purim is a good
time to reflect and remind ourselves on the many things of the
God of Israel that are "hidden, silent".
Esth.9 [1] Now in the twelfth month,
that is, the month Adar
אדר a-dar - A primitive root; to
expand, that is, be great or (figuratively) magnificent: - (become) glorious,
honorable – (Purim)
(A mantle, cloak)
"Hidden - Star"
----------
Book of Esther אֶסְתֵּר / Hadassah הֲדַסָּה
Esth.9 [17] On the
thirteenth day of the month Adar; and on the
fourteenth day of the same rested they, and made it a day of feasting and
gladness.
[18] But the Jews that
were at Shushan assembled together on the thirteenth day thereof; and on
the fourteenth thereof; and on the fifteenth day of the same they rested, and
made it a day of feasting and gladness.
[19] Therefore the Jews of the
villages, that dwelt in the unwalled towns, made the fourteenth day of the month Adar a day of gladness and
feasting, and a good day, and of sending portions one to another.
[20] And Mordecai wrote
these things, and sent letters unto all the Jews that were in all the provinces
of the king Ahasuerus, both nigh and far,
[21] To stablish this among them, that they should keep the fourteenth day
of the month Adar, and the fifteenth day of the same, yearly,
[22] As the days wherein the Jews
rested from their enemies, and the month which was turned unto them from sorrow
to joy, and from mourning into a good day: that they should make them days of
feasting and joy, and of sending
portions one to another, and gifts to the poor.
[23] And the Jews
undertook to do as they had begun, and as Mordecai had written unto them;
[24] Because Haman the son of Hammedatha, the Agagite, the enemy of all
the Jews, had devised against the Jews to destroy them, and had cast Pur, that is, the lot, to consume them, and to destroy them;
פֻּרִים
פּוּרִים פּוּר
pûr - A primitive root; to crush: - break, bring to naught, a lot (as by means of a broken piece)
[25] But
when Esther came before the king, he commanded by letters that his wicked
device, which he devised against the Jews, should return upon his own head, and
that he and his sons should be hanged on the gallows.
[26] Wherefore
they called these days Purim after the name of Pur.
Therefore for all the
words of this letter, and of that which they had seen concerning this matter,
and which had come unto them,
[27] The Jews ordained, and took upon them, and upon their seed,
and upon all such as joined themselves unto them, so as it should not fail,
that they would keep these two days according to their writing, and according
to their appointed time every year;
[28] And
that these days should be remembered
and kept throughout every generation, every family, every province, and every
city; and that these days of Purim should not fail from among the Jews, nor the
memorial of them perish from their seed.
[29] Then
Esther the queen, the daughter of Abihail, and Mordecai
the Jew, wrote with all authority, to
confirm this second letter of Purim.
[30] And he sent the
letters unto all the Jews, to the hundred twenty and seven provinces of the
kingdom of Ahasuerus, with words of peace
and truth,
[31] To confirm these days of Purim in their times appointed,
according as Mordecai the Jew and Esther the queen had enjoined them, and as they had decreed for themselves and for their seed, the
matters of the fastings and their cry.
[32] And the decree of
Esther confirmed these matters of Purim; and it was written in the book.

A short
look at the word "Adar" and the Book of Esther
Adar
אֲדָר
The first letter in the Hebrew alef- bet is alef א and it is "hidden or silent". The
next two letters can convey the meaning: דָר to dwell,
live
I see by this word Adar, when broken down, can convey a
message that the "invisible God" wants to dwell among us and in us.
Here are a few verses below:
Mat 10:19 But when they deliver you up, take no thought
how or what ye shall speak: for it shall be given you in that same hour what ye
shall speak.
20 For it is not ye that speak, but the Spirit
of your Father which speaketh in you.
Joh 14:15 If ye love me, keep my
commandments.
16 And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever;
John 14:17 Even the Spirit of truth; whom
the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye
know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in
you.
18 I will not leave
you comfortless: I will come to you.
John 14:20 At that day ye shall know that
I am in my Father, and ye in me, and I in you.
John 15:4 Abide in me, and I in you. As the
branch cannot bear fruit of itself, except it abide in the vine; no more can
ye, except ye abide in me.
--------------
In the Book of
Esther, the Hebrew the word "Esther" means "star" but the root
of the word "Esther"
is "satar" and means "hidden".
The words, God and
Lord do not appear in the book of Esther,
they are "hidden or silent".
Adar can also convey the meaning of glorious, fire
which is light

Now in
the Book of Esther:
Book of
Esther, a hidden message, shadows of the Messiah?
Resurrection,
Deliverance and Salvation
------
Esth. 3: [12] Then were the king's scribes called on the thirteenth day of the first month (Aviv / Nisan), and there was
written according to all that Haman had commanded unto the king's lieutenants,
and to the governors that were over every province, and to the rulers of every
people of every province according to the writing thereof, and to every people
after their language; in the name of king Ahasuerus was it written, and sealed with the king's ring.
Esth. 4: [16] Go, gather together all the Jews that are present in Shushan, and fast ye for
me, and neither eat nor drink three days, night or
day:
This should be the 16th of Aviv / Nisan below:
Esth. 5: [1] Now it came to pass on the
third day, that Esther put on her royal apparel, and stood in the
inner court of the king's house, over against the king's house: and the king
sat upon his royal throne in the royal house, over against the gate of the
house.
[4] And Esther answered, If it seem good unto the king, let the king
and Haman come this day unto the banquet that I have prepared for him.
Then:
Esth. 5: [8] If I have
found favour in the sight of the king, and if it please the king to grant my
petition, and to perform my request, let the king and Haman come to the banquet
that I shall prepare for them, and I will do tomorrow as
the king hath said.
This
should be the 17th of Aviv / Nisan, above
Esth. 7: [1] So the king
and Haman came to banquet with Esther the queen.
[2] And the king said again unto Esther on the second day at the
banquet of wine, What is thy petition, queen Esther? and it shall be granted
thee: and what is thy request? and it shall be performed, even to the half of
the kingdom.
[3] Then Esther the queen answered and said, If I have found favour in thy sight, O
king, and if it please the king, let my life be given me at my petition, and my
people at my request:
[4] For we are sold, I and my people, to be destroyed, to be slain, and
to perish. But if we had been sold for bondmen and bondwomen, I had held my
tongue, although the enemy could not countervail the king's damage.
[5] Then the king Ahasuerus answered and said unto Esther the queen, Who is
he, and where is he, that durst presume in his heart to do so?
[6] And Esther said, The adversary and enemy is this wicked Haman.
Then Haman was afraid before the king and the queen.
[7] And the king arising from the banquet of wine in his wrath went
into the palace garden: and Haman stood up to make request for his life to
Esther the queen; for he saw that there was evil determined against him by the
king.
[8] Then the king returned out of the palace garden into the place of
the banquet of wine; and Haman was fallen upon the bed whereon Esther was. Then
said the king, Will he force the queen also before me in the house? As the word
went out of the king's mouth, they covered Haman's face.
[9] And Harbonah, one of the chamberlains, said before the king, Behold also, the
gallows fifty cubits high, which Haman had made for Mordecai, who had spoken
good for the king, standeth in the house of Haman. Then the king said, Hang him
thereon.
[10] So they hanged Haman on the
gallows that he had prepared for Mordecai. Then was the king's wrath pacified.
The
people of God were delivered.
---------------
Book of
Exodus, a hidden message, shadows of the Messiah?
Resurrection,
Deliverance and Salvation
We read
in the Book of Exodus another event (deliverance and shadows of the Messiah) on
the 17th of Aviv / Nisan:
Exod. 14 [24] And it came to
pass, that in the morning watch Yehovah looked
unto the host of the Egyptians through the pillar of
fire and of the cloud, and troubled the host of the Egyptians,
[25] And took off their chariot wheels, that they drave them heavily: so
that the Egyptians said, Let us flee from the face of Israel; for Yehovah fighteth for them
against the Egyptians.
[26] And Yehovah said unto Moses, Stretch out thine hand over the sea,
that the waters may come again upon the Egyptians, upon their chariots, and
upon their horsemen.
[27] And Moses stretched forth his hand over the sea, and
the sea returned to his strength when the morning appeared; and the Egyptians fled
against it; and Yehovah overthrew the Egyptians in the midst of the sea.
[28] And the waters returned, and covered the chariots, and the
horsemen, and all the host of Pharaoh that came into the sea after them; there
remained not so much as one of them.
[29] But the children of Israel walked upon dry land in the midst of
the sea; and the waters were a wall unto them on their right hand, and on their
left.
[30] Thus Yehovah saved Israel that day out of the hand of the Egyptians; and Israel
saw the Egyptians dead upon the sea shore.
[31] And Israel saw that great work which Yehovah did upon the
Egyptians: and the people feared Yehovah, and believed Yehovah, and his servant
Moses.
-----------------
Yeshua was raised on the third day, in the morning - the 17th
of Aviv / Nisan and delivered us!
Mark 16 [2] And very early in the morning the first day of the week, they came unto
the sepulchre at the rising of the sun.
[9] Now when Yeshua was risen early the first
day of the week, he appeared first to Mary Magdalene, out of whom he had
cast seven devils.
As you can see, the scriptures have a central
theme of Resurrection, Deliverance and
Salvation.

We have to always be mindful
that:
The God of
Israel is hidden
The God of
Israel's land is given away
The God of
Israel's true people are hidden
The God of
Israel's true Messiah, the Word of God is hidden
The God of
Israel's justice and judgments are hidden
The God of
Israel's torah / laws, commandments are hidden
The God of
Israel's feasts are hidden
The God of
Israel's Sabbath is hidden
The God of
Israel's food laws are hidden
The God of
Israel's calendar is hidden
In most bibles, from the Hebrew TaNakh, in English the word Yah / Jah is only one
time in Psalm 68:4 - over 50 times it is missing
The word Yehovah is only 7 times, over 6500 times missing.
All the other many times the Hebrew words Yah and Yehovah are
replaced by either the words LORD or GOD.
In most bibles,
“Yah and Yehovah” are missing altogether in both the Greek and
English, in all the Gospels and Letters, and so much more…
Jer.23 [27] Which
think to cause my people to forget my name by their dreams which they tell every man to his neighbour, as their fathers have forgotten my name for Baal.
