Today we use the Gregorian calendar from Pope Gregory; from
the 1500’s
Today is Oct. 15, 2016
October -- the eighth
month – now it is the 10th month
Middle English octobre
Latin October
Latin octo "eight"
+ -ber (adj. suffix)
Latin october mensis "eighth month"
October has always had 31 days.
-----------------
Yehovah has His own calendar
We are now in the
7th month, day 13, of the God of Israel called ha Ethanim
A part of October and November
------------
Here are the dates that are left for this year, 2016
Reminder: starts Sunday evening
Feast of tabernaclesחַג הַסֻּכּוֹת
Feast of ingathering חַג הָאָסִף
The feast at the year's end (the last
harvest of the year)
Remember, they all start the evening before!
Monday, October 17th,
2016 to Monday, October 24th, 2016 – two
Sabbaths - the feast of tabernacles
----------------
The name ha Ethanim has been
deleted from the world
The Gregorian calendar calls it October and
Judaism and some Messianics call it Tishri
Here is what is missing
God calls it ha Ethanim
הָ
אֵ תָ
נִים
אֵ תָ
God is the Alef
and Tav, the Alpha and Omega, the first and the last,
the beginning and the ending
The Alpha and Omega is the first and last letters
of the Greek alphabet
-----
הָ
אֵ תָ
נִים
Ha Ethanim = “enduring” - the permanent brooks,
water
הָאֵתָנִים
- ha Ethanim
הָ Ha,
the (the
definite article)
אֵ
aleph (first letter in Hebrew
alphabet)
תָ tov (last letter in
Hebrew alphabet)
נִים neem permanent brooks
הָאֵתָנִים - ha Ethanim
always has the definite article ha, “the”,
which means the permanent brooks, enduring, so named because permanent streams, water still flowed - plural of the
below word:
איתן eythan - perpetual, constant, perennial,
ever-flowing, ever-flowing (of a stream),
permanence, permanent, enduring - water
Are you ready for "an
enduring", "permanent", "perpetual" fountain of living
waters?
Messiah is the Living waters מַיִם
חַיִּים
Jer. 2 [13] For my people have committed two evils; they have forsaken me the fountain of living waters, and hewed them out
cisterns, broken cisterns, that can hold no water.
---------------
Jer. 17 [13] Yehovah, the hope of Israel, all that
forsake thee shall be ashamed, and they that depart from me shall be written in
the earth, because they have forsaken Yehovah, the fountain
of living waters .
---------------
Most people have never heard of ha Ethanim from scripture, they are brainwashed by
websites, books by Judaism and some Messianics to say
Tishri which is nowhere in scripture.
They need to read :
1Kgs.8 [2] And all the men of Israel assembled
themselves unto king Solomon at the feast in the month
ha Ethanim, which is the seventh month.

The Sabbath
The Sabbath, the 4th Commandment is a part of the covenant given to us
at Mount Sinai in the 3rd month, Sivan
Exod. 20
[8] Remember the Sabbath day, to keep
it holy.
זכר zâkar - zaw-kar' - A primitive root; properly to mark
(so as to be recognized), that is, to remember;
by implication to mention; make mention of, be
mindful, recount, record (-er), remember, make to be remembered, bring (call, come,

[9] Six days shalt thou

[10] But the seventh day is the sabbath of Yehovah
thy God:
in it thou shalt not do any work, thou, nor thy son, nor thy daughter, thy
manservant, nor thy maidservant, nor thy cattle, nor thy stranger that is within thy gates:
[11] For in six days Yehovah
made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them is, and rested the seventh
day: wherefore Yehovah blessed the sabbath day, and hallowed it.
Deut. 5
[12] Keep the sabbath day to sanctify it, as Yehovah
thy God hath commanded thee.
[13] Six days thou shalt
labour, and do all thy
work:
[14] But the seventh day is the sabbath of Yehovah thy God: in it
thou shalt not do any work, thou, nor thy son, nor
thy daughter, nor thy manservant, nor thy maidservant, nor thine
ox, nor thine ass, nor any of thy cattle, nor thy stranger that is within thy gates; that thy
manservant and thy maidservant may rest as well as thou.
Lev. 23 [3] Six days shall work be done:
But the seventh day is
the Sabbath of rest, an holy convocation;
ye shall do no work therein:
it is the Sabbath of Yehovah in all your dwellings.
Dwelling מושׁב - môshâv - seat, assembly, dwelling-place, dwelling, your situation, location,
(or at the) time of dwelling
The Sabbath is a "holy convocation"

The feast of the God of Israel review
Lev.23
[1] And Yehovah spake unto Moses, saying,
[2] Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, Concerning the feasts of Yehovah,
which ye shall proclaim to be holy convocations, even these
are my feasts.
[3] Six days shall work be done: but the seventh day is the sabbath of rest, an holy convocation; ye shall do no
work therein: it is the sabbath of Yehovah in all your dwellings.
[4] These are the feasts of Yehovah, even holy convocations, which ye shall proclaim in
their seasons.
----------------------------
[33] And Yehovah spake unto Moses, saying,
[34] Speak unto the children of Israel, saying, The
fifteenth day of this seventh month shall be the feast of tabernacles for seven
days unto Yehovah.
[35] On the first day shall be an holy
convocation: ye shall do no servile
work therein.
[36] Seven days
ye shall offer an offering made by fire unto Yehovah:
on the eighth day shall be an holy convocation unto
you; and ye shall offer an offering made by fire unto Yehovah: it is a solemn assembly;
and ye shall
do no servile work therein.
-----------------------
[37] These are the
feasts of Yehovah,
which ye shall proclaim to be holy convocations, to offer an offering made by
fire unto Yehovah, a burnt offering, and a meat
offering, a sacrifice, and drink offerings, every thing
upon his day:
[38] Beside the sabbaths
of Yehovah, and beside your gifts, and beside all
your vows, and beside all your freewill offerings, which ye give unto Yehovah.
----------------------
[39] Also in the fifteenth day of the seventh month, when ye
have gathered in the fruit of the land, ye shall keep
a feast unto Yehovah seven days: on the first day
shall be a sabbath, and on
the eighth day shall be a sabbath.
[40] And ye shall take
you on the first day the boughs of goodly trees, branches of palm trees, and the
boughs of thick trees, and willows of the brook; and ye shall rejoice before Yehovah your God seven days.
[41] And ye shall keep
it a feast unto Yehovah seven days in the year.
It shall be a statute for ever
in your generations: ye shall celebrate it in
the seventh month.
[42] Ye shall dwell in booths seven
days; all that are Israelites born shall dwell in booths:
[43] That your generations may know that I made
the children of Israel to dwell in booths, when I brought them out of the land
of Egypt: I am Yehovah your God.
[44] And Moses declared unto the children of
Israel the feasts of Yehovah.

Today’s Topic:
God wants to "tabernacle" - dwell among us and in
us
The Tabernacle, מִשְׁכָּן
The tent of meeting אֹהֶל
Exod.25
[1] And Yehovah spake
unto Moses, saying,
[2] Speak unto the children of Israel, that they bring me an offering: of every
man that giveth it willingly with his heart ye shall
take my offering.
[3] And this is the offering which ye shall take of them; gold, and silver, and
brass,
[4] And blue, and purple, and scarlet, and fine linen, and goats' hair,
[5] And rams' skins dyed red, and badgers' skins, and shittim
wood,
[6] Oil for the light, spices for anointing oil, and for sweet incense,
[7] Onyx stones, and stones to be set in the ephod, and in the breastplate.
[8] And let them make me a sanctuary; that I may dwell
among them.

[9] According to all that I shew
thee, after the pattern of the tabernacle, and the pattern of all the instruments thereof, even so
shall ye make it.
[40] And
look that thou make them after their pattern,
which was shewed thee in the mount.
------------------------
I will meet you
Exod.29 [42] This shall be a continual burnt offering
throughout your generations at the door of the tabernacle of the congregation
before Yehovah: where I will
meet you, to speak there unto thee.
[43] And there I will
meet with the children of Israel, and the tabernacle
shall be sanctified by my glory.
[44] And I will sanctify the tabernacle of the
congregation, and the altar: I will sanctify also both Aaron and his sons, to
minister to me in the priest's office.
[45] And I will dwell
among the children of Israel, and will be their God.
[46] And they shall know that I am Yehovah their God, that brought them forth out of the land
of Egypt, that I may dwell
among them: I am Yehovah their God.
----------------------
Exod.30 [1] And thou shalt
make an altar to burn incense upon: of shittim wood shalt thou make it.
[2] A cubit shall be the length thereof, and a
cubit the breadth thereof; foursquare shall it be: and two cubits shall be the
height thereof: the horns thereof shall be of the same.
[3] And thou shalt
overlay it with pure gold, the top thereof, and the sides thereof round about,
and the horns thereof; and thou shalt make unto it a
crown of gold round about.
[4] And two golden rings shalt
thou make to it under the crown of it, by the two corners thereof, upon the two
sides of it shalt thou make it; and they shall be for
places for the staves to bear it withal.
[5] And thou shalt make
the staves of shittim wood, and overlay them with
gold.
[6] And thou shalt put
it before the vail that is by the ark of the
testimony, before the mercy seat that is over the testimony, where I will meet with thee.
[7] And Aaron shall burn thereon sweet incense
every morning: when he dresseth the lamps, he shall
burn incense upon it.
[8] And when Aaron lighteth
the lamps at even, he shall burn incense upon it, a perpetual
incense before Yehovah throughout your generations.
[9] Ye shall offer no strange incense thereon,
nor burnt sacrifice, nor meat offering; neither shall ye pour drink offering
thereon.
[10] And Aaron shall make an atonement upon the
horns of it once in a year with the blood of the sin offering of atonements:
once in the year shall he make atonement upon it throughout your generations:
it is most holy unto Yehovah.
-----------------
[31] And thou shalt
speak unto the children of Israel, saying, This shall
be an holy anointing oil unto me throughout your generations.
[32] Upon man's flesh shall it not be poured,
neither shall ye make any other like it, after the composition of it: it is
holy, and it shall be holy unto you.
[33] Whosoever compoundeth
any like it, or whosoever putteth any of it upon a
stranger, shall even be cut off from his people.
[34] And Yehovah said unto Moses, Take unto thee
sweet spices, stacte, and onycha, and galbanum; these sweet spices with pure
frankincense: of each shall there be a like weight:
[35] And thou shalt
make it a perfume, a confection after the art of the apothecary, tempered
together, pure and holy:
[36] And thou shalt
beat some of it very small, and put of it before the testimony in the
tabernacle of the congregation, where I will meet with
thee: it shall be unto you most holy.
[37] And as for the perfume which thou shalt make, ye shall not make to yourselves according to
the composition thereof: it shall be unto thee holy for Yehovah.
[38] Whosoever shall make like unto that, to
smell thereto, shall even be cut off from his people.

Exod.39 [32] Thus was all the work of the tabernacle of the tent of the
congregation finished:
מִשְׁכַּן
אֹהֶל מוֹעֵד
and the children of Israel did according to all that Yehovah
commanded Moses, so did they.
[33] And they brought the tabernacle unto Moses,
the tent, and all his furniture, his taches, his
boards, his bars, and his pillars, and his sockets,
[34] And the covering of rams' skins dyed red,
and the covering of badgers' skins, and the vail of
the covering,
[35] The ark of the testimony, and the staves
thereof, and the mercy seat,
[36] The table, and all the vessels thereof, and the
shewbread,
[37] The pure candlestick, with the lamps
thereof, even with the lamps to be set in order, and all the vessels thereof,
and the oil for light,
[38] And the golden altar, and the anointing oil,
and the sweet incense, and the hanging for the tabernacle door,
[39] The brasen altar,
and his grate of brass, his staves, and all his vessels, the laver and his
foot,
[40] The hangings of the court, his pillars, and
his sockets, and the hanging for the court gate, his cords, and his pins, and
all the vessels of the service of the tabernacle, for the tent of the
congregation,
[41] The cloths of service to do service in the
holy place, and the holy garments for Aaron the priest, and his sons' garments,
to minister in the priest's office.
[42] According to all that Yehovah
commanded Moses, so the children of Israel made all the work.
[43] And Moses did look upon all the work, and,
behold, they have done it as Yehovah had commanded,
even so had they done it: and Moses blessed them.

Lev.1 [1] And Yehovah called unto Moses, and spake unto
him out of the tabernacle of the congregation, מֵאֹהֶל

Lev.9 [23] And Moses and Aaron went into the tabernacle
of the congregation, and came out, and blessed the people: and the glory of Yehovah appeared unto
all the people.

"Yehovah will
dwell, tabernacle among us and in us"
כְבוֹד
יְהוָה - Glory of Yehovah
Let us set up a place in our hearts and lives for Yehovah
Exod. 40 [1] And Yehovah spake
unto Moses, saying, [2] On the first day of the first
month shalt thou set up the tabernacle of the tent of
the congregation. מִשְׁכַּן
אֹהֶל מוֹעֵד
[3] And thou shalt put therein the ark of the testimony, and cover the
ark with the vail.
[4] And thou shalt
bring in the table, and set in order the things that are to be set in order
upon it; and thou shalt bring in the candlestick, and
light the lamps thereof.
[5] And thou shalt set
the altar of gold for the incense before the ark of the testimony, and put the
hanging of the door to the tabernacle.
[6] And thou shalt set
the altar of the burnt offering before the door of the tabernacle of the tent
of the congregation.
[7] And thou shalt set
the laver between the tent of the congregation and the altar, and shalt put water therein.
[8] And thou shalt set
up the court round about, and hang up the hanging at the court gate.
[9] And thou shalt take
the anointing oil, and anoint the tabernacle, and all that is therein, and shalt hallow it, and all the vessels thereof: and it shall
be holy.
[10] And thou shalt
anoint the altar of the burnt offering, and all his vessels, and sanctify the
altar: and it shall be an altar most holy.
[11] And thou shalt
anoint the laver and his foot, and sanctify it.
[12] And thou shalt
bring Aaron and his sons unto the door of the tabernacle of the congregation,
and wash them with water.
[13] And thou shalt put
upon Aaron the holy garments, and anoint him, and sanctify him; that he may
minister unto me in the priest's office.
[14] And thou shalt
bring his sons, and clothe them with coats:
[15] And thou shalt
anoint them, as thou didst anoint their father, that
they may minister unto me in the priest's office: for their anointing shall
surely be an everlasting priesthood throughout their generations.
[16] Thus did Moses: according to all that Yehovah commanded him, so did he.
[17] And it came to pass in the first
month in the second year, on the first day of the month, that
the tabernacle was reared up.
[18] And Moses reared up the tabernacle, and
fastened his sockets, and set up the boards thereof, and put in the bars
thereof, and reared up his pillars.
[19] And he spread abroad the tent over the
tabernacle, and put the covering of the tent above upon it; as Yehovah commanded Moses.
[20] And he took and put the testimony into the ark, and set the staves on the
ark, and put the mercy seat above upon the ark:
[21] And he brought the ark into the tabernacle,
and set up the vail of the covering, and covered the
ark of the testimony; as Yehovah commanded Moses.
[22] And he put the table in the tent of the
congregation, upon the side of the tabernacle northward, without the vail.
[23] And he set the bread in order upon it before
Yehovah; as Yehovah had
commanded Moses.
[24] And he put the candlestick in the tent of
the congregation, over against the table, on the side of the tabernacle
southward.
[25] And he lighted the lamps before Yehovah; as Yehovah commanded
Moses.
[26] And he put the golden altar in the tent of
the congregation before the vail:
[27] And he burnt sweet incense thereon; as Yehovah commanded Moses.
[28] And he set up the hanging at the door of the
tabernacle.
[29] And he put the altar of burnt offering by
the door of the tabernacle of the tent of the congregation, and offered upon it
the burnt offering and the meat offering; as Yehovah
commanded Moses.
[30] And he set the laver between the tent of the
congregation and the altar, and put water there, to wash withal.
[31] And Moses and Aaron and his sons washed
their hands and their feet thereat:
[32] When they went into the tent of the
congregation, and when they came near unto the altar, they washed; as Yehovah commanded Moses.
[33] And he reared up the court round about the
tabernacle and the altar, and set up the hanging of the court gate. So Moses
finished the work.
[34] Then a cloud covered the tent of
the congregation, and the glory of Yehovah filled the
tabernacle.
[35] And Moses was not able to enter into the
tent of the congregation, because the cloud abode thereon, and the glory of Yehovah כְבוֹד
יְהוָה filled the tabernacle.
[36] And when the
cloud was taken up from over the tabernacle, the children of Israel went onward
in all their journeys:
[37] But if the cloud
were not taken up, then they journeyed not till the day that it was taken up.
[38] For the cloud
of Yehovah was upon the tabernacle by day, and fire
was on it by night, in the sight of all the house of Israel, throughout all
their journeys.
Num. 35 [34] Defile not therefore the land
which ye shall inhabit, wherein I dwell: for I Yehovah dwell among the children of Israel.
1 Kgs. 6
[13] And I will dwell among the
children of Israel, and will not forsake my people Israel.
Pss. 68
[17] The chariots of God are
twenty thousand, even thousands of angels: Yehovah is
among them, as in Sinai, in the holy place.
[18] Thou hast ascended on high, thou hast led
captivity captive: thou hast received gifts for men; yea, for the rebellious
also, that Yehovah God might dwell among them.
Rev. 21 [3] And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell
with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them,
and be their God.
He (God) shall be for a sanctuary for
us
Exod. 25
[8] And let them make me a sanctuary; that I may dwell
among them.
Pss. 68 [24] They have seen thy goings, O God;
even the goings of my God, my King, in the sanctuary.
Pss. 77 [13] Thy way, O
God, is in the sanctuary: who is so great a God as our God?
Pss. 78 [54] And he brought them to the border of his
sanctuary, even to this mountain, which his right hand had purchased.
[69] And he built his sanctuary like high
palaces, like the earth which he hath established for ever.
Pss. 96 [6] Honour
and majesty are before him: strength and beauty are in his sanctuary.
Pss. 102 [19] For he hath looked down from the
height of his sanctuary; from heaven did Yehovah
behold the earth;
[14] And he shall be for
a sanctuary; but for a stone of stumbling and for a rock of offence to
both the houses of Israel, for a gin and for a snare to the inhabitants of
Jerusalem.
We are the temple of God now
The body is known as the tabernacle
2 Pet. 1 [13] Yea, I think it meet, as long as I am in this tabernacle, to stir
you up by putting you in remembrance; [14] Knowing that shortly I must put off this my tabernacle, even as our Lord Yeshua the Messiah hath shewed
me.
I will dwell in them, and walk in them

Some people pollute God’s sanctuary
Ezek 44: [7] In that ye have brought into my sanctuary strangers, uncircumcised in heart, and uncircumcised in flesh, to
be in my sanctuary, to pollute it, even my house,
when ye offer my bread, the fat and the blood, and they have broken my covenant
because of all your abominations.
[8] And ye have not kept the charge of mine holy
things: but ye have set keepers of my charge in my
sanctuary for yourselves.
[9] Thus saith the Lord
Yehovah; No stranger,
uncircumcised in heart, nor uncircumcised in flesh, shall enter into my
sanctuary, of any stranger that is among the children of Israel.
Exod. 29 [45] And I will dwell among the children of
Israel, and will be their God. [46] And they shall know that I am Yehovah their God, that brought
them forth out of the land of Egypt that I may dwell among them: I am Yehovah their God.
1 Cor. 3 [16] Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God
dwelleth in you? [17] If any man defile the temple of
God, him shall God destroy; for the temple of God is holy, which temple ye are.
2 Cor. 6 [14] Be ye not unequally yoked together with
unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness?
[15] And what concord hath Messiah with
Belial? or what part hath he that believeth with an
infidel?
[16] And what agreement hath the temple
of God with idols?
for ye are the temple of the living God; as God hath said, I
will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they shall
be my people.
[17] Wherefore come out from among them, and be
ye separate, saith Yehovah,
and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you
[18] And will be a Father unto you, and ye shall
be my sons and daughters, saith Yehovah
Almighty.
We need to be purified
Many shall be purified, and made white,
and tried
Dan. 12 [10] Many shall be purified, and made white, and
tried; but the wicked shall do wickedly: and none of the wicked shall
understand; but the wise shall understand.
1 Pet. 1 [22] Seeing
ye have purified your souls in obeying the truth through the Spirit unto
unfeigned love of the brethren, see that ye love one another with a pure heart
fervently:
[23] Being born again,
not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth for ever.
[24] For all flesh is as grass, and all the glory
of man as the flower of grass. The grass withereth,
and the flower thereof falleth way:
[25] But the word of Yehovah endureth for ever. And this is the word which by the gospel
is preached unto you.

The remnant
Rev.7 [1] And after these things I saw four angels standing on the four corners
of the earth, holding the four winds of the earth, that the wind should not
blow on the earth, nor on the sea, nor on any tree.
[2] And I saw another angel ascending from the
east, having the seal of the living God: and he cried with a loud voice to the
four angels, to whom it was given to hurt the earth and the sea,
[3]
Saying, Hurt not the earth, neither the sea, nor the trees, till we have sealed the servants of our God in their foreheads.
[4] And I heard the number of them which were sealed:
and there were sealed an hundred and forty and four thousand of all the tribes
of the children of Israel.
[5] Of the tribe of Juda
were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Reuben were sealed twelve
thousand. Of the tribe of Gad were sealed twelve thousand.
[6] Of the tribe of Aser
were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Nepthalim
were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Manasses
were sealed twelve thousand.
[7] Of the tribe of Simeon were sealed twelve
thousand. Of the tribe of Levi were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of
Issachar were sealed twelve thousand.
[8] Of the tribe of Zabulon
were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Joseph were sealed twelve
thousand. Of the tribe of Benjamin were sealed twelve thousand.
The Gentiles, nations
[9] After this I beheld, and, lo, a great multitude, which no man could number, of all
nations, and kindreds, and people, and tongues,
stood before the throne, and before the Lamb, clothed with white
robes, and palms in their hands;
[10] And cried with a loud voice, saying,
Salvation to our God which sitteth upon the throne,
and unto the Lamb.
[11] And all the angels stood round about the
throne, and about the elders and the four beasts, and fell before the throne on
their faces, and worshipped God,
[12] Saying, Amen:
Blessing, and glory, and wisdom, and thanksgiving, and honour,
and power, and might, be unto our God for ever and
ever. Amen.
[13] And one of the elders answered,
saying unto me, What are these which are arrayed in
white robes? and whence came they?
[14] And I said unto him, Sir, thou knowest.
And he said to me, These are they which came out of great tribulation, and have washed their robes, and made them white in the
blood of the Lamb.
[15] Therefore are they before the
throne of God, and serve him day and night in his temple: and He that sitteth on the throne shall dwell among them.
[16] They shall hunger no more,
neither thirst any more; neither shall the sun light
on them, nor any heat.
[17] For the Lamb which is in the
midst of the throne shall feed them, and shall lead them unto living fountains
of waters: and God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes.

We will tabernacle with God forever!
Rev.21
[1] And I saw a new heaven and a new
earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was
no more sea.
[2] And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared
as a bride adorned for her husband.
[3] And I heard a great voice out of
heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell
with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them,
and be their God.
[4] And God shall wipe away all tears from
their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying,
neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.
[5] And he that sat upon the throne said, Behold,
I make all things new. And he said unto me,
Write: for these words are true and faithful.
[6] And he said unto me, It is done. I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end.
I will give unto him that is athirst of the fountain of the water of life
freely.
[7] He that overcometh shall inherit all things; and I will be his God, and he
shall be my son.
[8] But the fearful, and unbelieving,
and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and
idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.
[9] And there came unto me one of the seven
angels which had the seven vials full of the seven last plagues, and talked
with me, saying, Come hither, I will shew thee the
bride, the Lamb's wife.
[10] And he carried me away in the spirit to a
great and high mountain, and shewed me that great
city, the holy Jerusalem, descending out of heaven from God,
[11] Having the glory of God: and her light was
like unto a stone most precious, even like a jasper stone, clear as crystal;
[12] And had a wall great and high, and had twelve gates, and at the
gates twelve angels, and names written thereon, which are the names of the
twelve tribes of the children of Israel:
[13] On the east three gates; on the north three gates; on the south
three gates; and on the west three gates.
[14] And the wall of the city had twelve foundations, and in them
the names of the twelve apostles of the Lamb.
[15] And he that talked with me had a golden reed to measure the
city, and the gates thereof, and the wall thereof.
[16] And the city lieth foursquare, and
the length is as large as the breadth: and he measured the city with the reed,
twelve thousand furlongs. The length and the breadth and the height of it are
equal.
[17] And he measured the wall thereof, an hundred and forty and four
cubits, according to the measure of a man, that is, of the angel.
[18] And the building of the wall of it was of jasper: and the city
was pure gold, like unto clear glass.
[19] And the foundations of the wall of the city were garnished with
all manner of precious stones. The first foundation was jasper; the second,
sapphire; the third, a chalcedony; the fourth, an emerald;
[20] The fifth, sardonyx; the sixth, sardius;
the seventh, chrysolite; the eighth, beryl; the
ninth, a topaz; the tenth, a chrysoprasus; the
eleventh, a jacinth; the twelfth, an amethyst.
Pearly gates
[21] And the twelve gates were twelve pearls; every several gate was of one pearl: and the street of the city was pure gold,
as it were transparent glass.
------------------
[22] And I saw no temple therein: for
the Lord God Almighty and the Lamb are the temple of
it.
[23] And the city had no need of the
sun, neither of the moon, to shine in it: for the
glory of God did lighten it, and the Lamb is the light thereof.
[24] And the nations of them which are saved
shall walk in the light of it: and the kings of the earth do bring their glory
and honour into it.
[25] And the gates of it shall not be shut at all by day: for there
shall be no night there.
[26] And they shall bring the glory and honour of the nations into it.
[27] And there shall in no wise enter
into it any thing that defileth,
neither whatsoever worketh
abomination, or maketh a lie: but they which
are written in the Lamb's book of life.
Rev.22
[1] And he shewed me a
pure river of water of life, clear as crystal,
proceeding out of the throne of God and of the Lamb.
[2] In the midst of the street of it, and on either side of the
river, was there the tree of life, which bare twelve manner of fruits, and
yielded her fruit every month: and the leaves of the tree were for the healing
of the nations.
[3] And there shall be no more curse: but the throne of God and of the Lamb shall be
in it; and his servants shall serve him:
[4] And they shall see his face; and His name shall be in their foreheads.
[5] And there shall be no
night there; and they need no candle, neither
light of the sun; for the Lord God giveth them
light: and they shall reign for
ever and ever.
[6] And he said unto me,
These sayings are faithful and true:
and the Yehovah God of the holy prophets sent
his angel to shew unto his servants the things which
must shortly be done.
[7] Behold, I come quickly: blessed is
he that keepeth
the sayings of the prophecy of this book.
[8] And I John saw these things, and heard them. And when I had heard and seen, I fell down to worship before the
feet of the angel which shewed me these things.
[9] Then saith he unto
me, See thou do it not: for I am thy fellowservant,
and of thy brethren the prophets, and of them which
keep the sayings of this book: worship God.
[10] And he saith unto
me, Seal not the sayings of the prophecy of this book: for the time is at hand.
[11] He that is unjust, let him be unjust still: and
he which is filthy, let him be filthy still: and he
that is righteous, let him be righteous still: and he that is holy, let him be
holy still.
[12] And, behold, I come quickly; and
my reward is with me, to give every man according as his work shall be.
[13] I am Alef and Tav, the beginning and the end, the first and the last.
[14] Blessed are they that do His
commandments that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in
through the gates into the city.
[15] For without are dogs, and sorcerers, and
whoremongers, and murderers, and idolaters, and whosoever loveth
and maketh a lie.
[16] I Yeshua have sent
mine angel to testify unto you these things in the churches. I am the root and
the offspring of David, and the bright and morning star.
[17] And the Spirit and the bride say,
Come.
And let him that heareth
say, Come.
And let him that is athirst come.
And whosoever will, let him take the
water of life freely.
[18] For I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book, If any man
shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are
written in this book:
[19] And if any man shall take away
from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out
of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are
written in this book.
[20] He which testifieth these
things saith, Surely I come
quickly. Amen.
Even so, come, Lord Yeshua
