Today we use
the Gregorian calendar from Pope Gregory, from the 1500’s
Today is
September 29, 2012
Yehovah has
His own calendar
We are now
in the 7th month of God called ha Ethanim,
12th day
1Kgs.8[2] And all the men of Israel
assembled themselves unto king Solomon at the feast in the month Ethanim,
which is the seventh month.
It is not New Year, Rosh
ha Shannah nor when the world was created nor Adam’s
birthday, Judaism and some Messianics
are wrong!
This
month is called ha Ethanim
not Tishrei which
is not found in the Hebrew Bible, wake up!

The Fall Feast is coming
***Remember all dates start
the evening before
Feast of Tabernacles - Tuesday, October 2nd and
ends Tuesday,
October 9th - the 2nd and 9th are
Sabbaths
Today’s Topic:
God wants to "tabernacle" -
dwell among us and in us
The
Tabernacle, משׁכּן
The tent of
meeting
אהל
The אהל ohel seems to be
in the משׁכּן mishkan
Exod.25 מקּדשׁ miqdash - קּדש ko'-desh - sacred, holy place
[8] And let
them make me a sanctuary; that I may dwell among them.
[9] According to
all that I shew thee, after the pattern
of the tabernacle, and the pattern of
all the instruments thereof, even so shall ye make it.
[40] And look that
thou make them after their pattern,
which was shewed thee in the mount.
Exod.26
[1] Moreover thou shalt make the tabernacle with…
[9] And thou shalt
make the court of the tabernacle
[19] All the
vessels of the tabernacle in all the service thereof, and all the pins thereof,
and all the pins of the court, shall be of brass.
[20] And thou shalt command the children of Israel, that they bring thee
pure oil olive beaten for the light, to cause the lamp to burn always.
[21] In the tabernacle of the congregation without the vail,
which is before the testimony, Aaron and his sons shall order it from evening
to morning before Yehovah: it shall be a statute for ever unto their
generations on the behalf of the children of Israel.
[42] And thou
shalt make them linen breeches to cover their nakedness; from the loins even
unto the thighs they shall reach:
[43] And they shall be upon Aaron, and upon his sons, when they come in
unto the tabernacle of the congregation, or when they come near unto the altar
to minister in the holy place; that they bear not iniquity, and die: it shall
be a statute for ever unto him and his seed after him.
[43] And there I will meet with the children of Israel,
and the tabernacle shall be sanctified by my glory.
[44] And I will
sanctify the tabernacle of the congregation, and the altar: I will sanctify
also both Aaron and his sons, to minister to me in the priest's office.
[45] And I will dwell among the children of Israel, and will be
their God.
[46] And they
shall know that I am Yehovah their God, that brought them forth out of the land
of Egypt,
that I may dwell among them:
I am Yehovah their God.
Exod.30
[2] A cubit shall
be the length thereof, and a cubit the breadth thereof; foursquare shall it be:
and two cubits shall be the height thereof: the horns thereof shall be of the
same.
[3] And thou shalt
overlay it with pure gold, the top thereof, and the sides thereof round about,
and the horns thereof; and thou shalt make unto it a crown of gold round about.
[4] And two golden
rings shalt thou make to it under the crown of it, by the two corners thereof,
upon the two sides of it shalt thou make it; and they shall be for places for
the staves to bear it withal.
[5] And thou shalt
make the staves of shittim wood, and
overlay them with gold.
[6] And thou shalt
put it before the vail that is by the ark of the testimony, before
the mercy seat that is over the testimony, where I
will meet with thee.
[7] And Aaron
shall burn thereon sweet incense every morning: when he dresseth
the lamps, he shall burn incense upon it.
[8] And when Aaron
lighteth
the lamps at even, he shall burn incense upon it, a perpetual
incense before Yehovah throughout your generations.
[9] Ye shall offer
no strange incense thereon, nor burnt sacrifice, nor meat offering; neither
shall ye pour drink offering thereon.
-----------------
[32] Upon man's
flesh shall it not be poured, neither shall ye make any other like it, after
the composition of it: it is holy, and it shall be holy unto you.
[33] Whosoever compoundeth
any like it, or whosoever putteth any of it
upon a stranger, shall even be cut off from his people.
[34] Ad Yehovah
said unto Moses, Take unto thee sweet spices, stacte,
and onycha, and galbanum; these sweet spices with
pure frankincense: of each shall there be a like weight:
[35] And thou
shalt make it a perfume, a confection after the art of the apothecary, tempered
together, pure and holy:
[36] And thou
shalt beat some of it very small, and put of it before the testimony in the
tabernacle of the congregation, where I will meet
with thee: it shall be unto you most holy.
[37] And as for
the perfume which thou shalt make, ye shall not make to yourselves according to
the composition thereof: it shall be unto thee holy for Yehovah.
[38] Whosoever
shall make like unto that, to smell thereto, shall even be cut off from his
people.
[33] And they
brought the tabernacle unto Moses, the tent, and all his furniture, his taches,
his boards, his bars, and his pillars, and his sockets,
[34] And the
covering of rams' skins dyed red, and the covering of badgers' skins, and the vail
of the covering,
[35] The ark of
the testimony, and the staves thereof, and the mercy seat,
[36] The table,
and all the vessels thereof, and the shewbread,
[37] The pure
candlestick, with the lamps thereof, even with the lamps to be set in order,
and all the vessels thereof, and the oil for light,
[38] And the
golden altar, and the anointing oil, and the sweet incense, and the hanging for
the tabernacle door,
[39] The brasen
altar, and his grate of brass, his staves, and all his vessels, the laver and
his foot,
[40] The hangings
of the court, his pillars, and his sockets, and the hanging for the court gate,
his cords, and his pins, and all the vessels of the service of the tabernacle,
for the tent of the congregation,
[41] The cloths of
service to do service in the holy place, and the holy garments for Aaron the
priest, and his sons' garments, to minister in the priest's office.
[42] According to
all that Yehovah commanded Moses, so the children of Israel made all the work.
[43] And Moses did
look upon all the work, and, behold, they have done it as Yehovah had
commanded, even so had they done it: and Moses blessed them.
Lev.1 [1] And Yehovah called unto Moses, and spake unto him out of the tabernacle of
the congregation, saying…
Many shall be purified, and made white, and tried
Dan. 12
[10] Many shall be
purified, and made white, and tried; but the wicked shall do
wickedly: and none of the wicked shall understand; but the wise shall
understand.
1 Pet. 1 [22] Seeing
ye have purified your souls in obeying the truth through the Spirit unto
unfeigned love of the brethren, see that ye love one another with a pure heart
fervently:
Rev.7
[1] And after these things I saw four angels standing on the
four corners of the earth, holding the four winds of the earth, that the wind
should not blow on the earth, nor on the sea, nor on any tree.
[2] And I saw another angel ascending from the east, having the
seal of the living God: and he cried with a loud voice to the four angels, to
whom it was given to hurt the earth and the sea,
The remnant
[3] Saying, Hurt not the earth, neither the sea, nor the trees,
till we have sealed the servants of our God in their foreheads.
[4] And I heard the number of them which were sealed: and there
were sealed an hundred and forty and four thousand of all the tribes of the
children of Israel.
[5] Of the tribe of Juda
were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Reuben were sealed twelve
thousand. Of the tribe of Gad were sealed twelve thousand.
[6] Of the tribe of Aser
were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Nepthalim were sealed twelve thousand. Of the
tribe of Manasses were sealed twelve
thousand.
[7] Of the tribe of Simeon were sealed twelve thousand. Of the
tribe of Levi were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Issachar were sealed
twelve thousand.
[8] Of the tribe of Zabulon
were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Joseph were sealed twelve
thousand. Of the tribe of Benjamin were sealed twelve thousand.
[9] After this I beheld, and, lo, a great
multitude, which no man could number, of all nations, and kindreds, and people, and tongues, stood
before the throne, and before the Lamb, clothed with white robes, and palms in
their hands;
[10] And cried with a loud voice, saying, Salvation to our God which sitteth upon the throne, and
unto the Lamb.
[11] And all the angels stood round about the throne, and about the
elders and the four beasts, and fell before the throne on their faces, and
worshipped God,
[12] Saying, Amen: Blessing, and glory, and wisdom, and thanksgiving,
and honour, and power, and
might, be unto our God for ever
and ever. Amen.
[13] And one of the elders answered, saying unto me, What are these which are
arrayed in white robes? and
whence came they?
[16] They shall hunger no more, neither thirst any more; neither shall the
sun light on them, nor any heat.
"He will dwell among us, in us"
Let us set up a place in our hearts and lives for Yehovah
Exod. 40 [1] And Yehovah spake unto Moses, saying,
[4] And thou shalt bring in the table, and
set in order the things that are to be set in order upon it; and thou shalt
bring in the candlestick, and light the lamps thereof.
[5] And thou shalt set the altar of gold for
the incense before the ark of the testimony, and put the hanging of the door to
the tabernacle.
[6] And thou shalt set the altar of the
burnt offering before the door of the tabernacle of the tent of the
congregation.
[7] And thou shalt set the laver between
the tent of the congregation and the altar, and shalt put water therein.
[8] And thou shalt set up the court round
about, and hang up the hanging at the court gate.
[9] And thou shalt take the anointing oil,
and anoint the tabernacle, and all that is therein, and shalt hallow it, and
all the vessels thereof: and it shall be holy.
[10] And thou shalt anoint the altar of
the burnt offering, and all his vessels, and sanctify the altar: and it shall
be an altar most holy.
[11] And thou shalt anoint the laver and
his foot, and sanctify it.
[12] And thou shalt bring Aaron and his
sons unto the door of the tabernacle of the congregation, and wash them with
water.
[13] And thou shalt put upon Aaron the
holy garments, and anoint him, and sanctify him; that he may minister unto me
in the priest's office.
[14] And thou shalt bring his sons, and
clothe them with coats:
[15] And thou shalt anoint them, as thou
didst anoint their father, that
they may minister unto me in the priest's office: for their anointing shall
surely be an everlasting priesthood throughout their generations.
[16] Thus did Moses: according to all that
Yehovah commanded him, so did he.
[19] And he spread abroad the tent over the
tabernacle, and put the covering of the tent above upon it; as Yehovah
commanded Moses.
[20] And he took and put the testimony into the ark, and set the staves
on the ark, and put the mercy seat above upon the ark:
[21] And he brought the ark into the tabernacle,
and set up the vail of
the covering, and covered the ark of the testimony; as Yehovah commanded Moses.
[22] And he put the table in the tent of
the congregation, upon the side of the tabernacle northward, without the vail.
[23] And he set the bread in order upon it
before Yehovah; as Yehovah had commanded Moses.
[24] And he put the candlestick in the
tent of the congregation, over against the table, on the side of the tabernacle
southward.
[25] And he lighted the lamps before Yehovah;
as Yehovah commanded Moses.
[26] And he put the golden altar in the
tent of the congregation before the vail:
[27] And he burnt sweet incense thereon;
as Yehovah commanded Moses.
[28] And he set up the hanging at the door
of the tabernacle.
[29] And he put the altar of burnt
offering by the door of the tabernacle of the tent of the congregation, and
offered upon it the burnt offering and the meat offering; as Yehovah commanded
Moses.
[30] And he set the laver between the tent
of the congregation and the altar, and put water there, to wash withal.
[31] And Moses and Aaron and his sons
washed their hands and their feet thereat:
[32] When they went into the tent of the
congregation, and when they came near unto the altar, they washed; as Yehovah
commanded Moses.
[33] And he reared up the court round
about the tabernacle and the altar, and set up the hanging of the court gate.
So Moses finished the work.
[36] And when the cloud was taken up from over
the tabernacle, the children of Israel went onward in all their journeys:
[37] But if the cloud were not taken up,
then they journeyed not till the day that it was taken up.
[38] For the cloud of Yehovah was upon the
tabernacle by day, and fire was on it by night, in the sight of all the house
of Israel, throughout all their journeys.
Rev. 21 [3] And I heard a
great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the
tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be
his people, and God himself shall be with them, and be their God.
He (God) shall be for a sanctuary for us
Exod. 25 [8] And let them make me a
sanctuary; that I may dwell among them.
Pss. 77 [13] Thy way, O God, is in the sanctuary: who is so great a God as our God?
Pss. 78 [54] And he brought them to the border of his sanctuary, even to this mountain, which his right hand had purchased.
[69] And he built his sanctuary like high palaces, like the earth which he hath established for ever.
Pss. 96 [6] Honour and majesty are before him: strength and beauty are in his sanctuary.
Pss. 102 [19] For he hath looked down from the height of his sanctuary; from heaven did Yehovah behold the earth;
[14] And he shall be for a sanctuary; but for a stone of stumbling and for a rock of offence to both the houses of Israel, for a gin and for a snare to the inhabitants of Jerusalem.
People pollute God’s sanctuary
Ezek 44: [7] In that ye have brought into my sanctuary strangers, uncircumcised in heart, and uncircumcised in flesh, to be in my sanctuary, to pollute it, even my house, when ye offer my bread, the fat and the blood, and they have broken my covenant because of all your abominations.
[8] And ye have not kept the charge of mine holy things: but ye have set keepers of my charge in my sanctuary for yourselves.
[9] Thus saith the Lord Yehovah; No stranger, uncircumcised in heart, nor uncircumcised in flesh, shall enter into my sanctuary, of any stranger that is among the children of Israel.
Exod. 29 [45] And I will dwell among the children of Israel, and will be their God. [46] And they shall know that I am Yehovah their God, that brought them forth out of the land of Egypt that I may dwell among them: I am Yehovah their God.
The body is known as the tabernacle
2 Pet. 1 [13] Yea, I think it meet, as long as I am in this tabernacle, to stir you up by putting you in remembrance; [14] Knowing that shortly I must put off this my tabernacle, even as our Lord Yeshua the Messiah hath shewed me.
We are the temple of God
I will dwell in them, and walk in them
Some people pollute God’s sanctuary
1 Cor. 3 [16] Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you? [17] If any man defile the temple of God, him shall God destroy; for the temple of God is holy, which temple ye are.
2 Cor. 6 [14] Be ye not unequally yoked together with
unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath
light with darkness?
[15] And what concord hath Messiah with Belial? or what part hath he that believeth with an infidel?
[16] And what agreement hath the temple of God with idols?
for ye are the temple of the living God; as God hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people.
[1] And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea.
[2] And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.
[3] And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them, and be their God.
[4] And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.
[5] And he that sat upon the throne said, Behold, I make all things new. And he said unto me, Write: for these words are true and faithful.
[6] And he said unto me, It is done. I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning
and the end. I will give unto him that is athirst of the fountain of the water
of life freely.
[7] He that overcometh
shall inherit all things; and I will be his God, and he shall be my son.
[8] But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.
[9] And there came unto me one of the seven angels which had the seven vials full of the seven last plagues, and talked with me, saying, Come hither, I will shew thee the bride, the Lamb's wife.
[10] And he carried me away in the spirit to a great and high mountain, and shewed me that great city, the holy Jerusalem, descending out of heaven from God,
[11] Having the glory of God: and her light was like unto a stone most precious, even like a
jasper stone, clear as crystal;
[12] And had a wall great and high, and had twelve gates, and
at the gates twelve angels, and names written thereon, which are the names of
the twelve tribes of the children of Israel:
[13] On the east three gates; on the north three gates; on
the south three gates; and on the west three gates.
[14] And the wall of the city had twelve foundations, and in
them the names of the twelve apostles of the Lamb.
[15] And he that talked with me had a golden reed to measure
the city, and the gates thereof, and the wall thereof.
[16] And the city lieth foursquare,
and the length is as large as the breadth: and he measured the city with the
reed, twelve thousand furlongs. The length and the breadth and the height of it
are equal.
[17] And he measured the wall thereof, an hundred and forty
and four cubits, according to the measure of a man, that is, of the angel.
[18] And the building of the wall of it was of jasper: and
the city was pure gold, like unto clear glass.
[19] And the foundations of the wall of the city were
garnished with all manner of precious stones. The first foundation was jasper;
the second, sapphire; the third, a chalcedony; the fourth, an emerald;
[20] The fifth, sardonyx; the sixth, sardius;
the seventh, chrysolite; the eighth, beryl; the
ninth, a topaz; the tenth, a chrysoprasus; the
eleventh, a jacinth; the twelfth, an amethyst.
Pearly gates
[21] And the twelve gates were twelve pearls; every several gate was of one pearl: and the street of the city was pure gold, as it were transparent glass.
------------------
[22] And I saw no temple therein: for the Lord God Almighty and the Lamb are the temple of it.
[23] And the city had no need of the sun, neither of the moon, to shine in it: for the glory of God did lighten it, and the Lamb is the light thereof.
[24] And the nations of them which are saved shall walk in
the light of it: and the kings of the earth do bring their glory and honour into it.
[25] And the gates of it shall not be shut at all by day: for
there shall be no night there.
[26] And they shall bring the glory and honour of the nations into it.
[27] And there shall in no wise enter into it any thing that defileth, neither whatsoever worketh abomination, or maketh a lie: but they which are written in the Lamb's book of life.
Rev.22
[1] And he shewed
me a pure river of water of life, clear as crystal, proceeding out of the
throne of God and of the Lamb.
[2] In the midst of the street of it, and on either side of
the river, was there the tree of life, which bare twelve manner of fruits, and yielded her fruit every
month: and the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations.
[3] And there shall be no more curse: but the throne of God
and of the Lamb shall be in it; and his servants shall serve him:
[4] And they shall see his face; and his name shall be in their
foreheads.
[5] And there shall be no night there; and they need no candle, neither light of the sun; for the Lord God giveth them light: and they shall reign for ever and ever.
[6] And he said unto me, These sayings are faithful and true: and the Yehovah God of the holy prophets sent his angel to shew unto his servants the things which must shortly be done.
[7] Behold, I come quickly: blessed is he that keepeth the sayings of the prophecy of this book.
[8] And I John saw these things, and heard them. And when I had heard and seen, I fell down to worship before the feet of the angel which shewed me these things.
[9] Then saith he unto me, See thou do it not: for I am thy fellowservant, and of thy brethren the prophets, and of them which keep the sayings of this
book: worship God.
[10] And he saith unto me, Seal not the sayings of
the prophecy of this book: for the time is at hand.
[11] He that is unjust, let him be unjust still: and he which is filthy, let him be filthy still: and he that is righteous, let him be righteous still: and he that is holy, let him be holy still.
[12] And, behold, I come quickly; and my reward is with me, to give every man according as his work shall be.
[13] I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end, the first and the last.
[14] Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city.
[15] For without are dogs, and sorcerers, and whoremongers, and murderers, and idolaters, and whosoever loveth and maketh a lie.
[16] I Yeshua have sent mine angel to testify unto you these things in the churches. I am the root and the offspring of David, and the bright and morning star.
[17] And the Spirit and the bride say, Come.
And let him that heareth say, Come.
And let him that is athirst come.
And whosoever will, let him take the water of life freely.
[18] For I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book, If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book:
[19] And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book.
[20] He which testifieth these things saith, Surely I come quickly. Amen.
Even so, come, Lord Yeshua
