Let’s pray
--------------------------------------------
Today we use the Gregorian calendar from Pope Gregory; from
the 1500’s
Today is November 11, 2017 - in the 21 Century
November -- the nineth month – now it is the 11th month
Middle English Novembre
Latin November
Latin Novembris mensis "nineth month"
Novembris had 30 days, until Numa when it had 29 days, until Julius when it became 30 days long.
-----------------
We acknowledge God’s calendar
We are now in the eighth month of God called Bul / Bool, בּוּל, the 21h day - A sense of rain – 1 Kgs.6 [38]… in the month Bul, which is the eighth month

Always remember: Embellished made-up stories are still lies!
Sad to say, I know most of the world is getting ready to do the made up Thanksgiving, Chanukah and then Christmas.
Stores can’t be setup fast enough for these days to make money. Another year goes by and a new generation of the youth is polluted.
You are to teach your children:
Deut.4 [9] Only take heed to
thyself, and keep thy soul diligently, lest thou forget the things which thine eyes have seen, and
lest they depart from thy heart all the days of thy life: but teach them thy sons, and thy sons' sons;
[10] Specially the day that thou stoodest
before Yehovah thy God in Horeb, when Yehovah said unto me, Gather
me the people together, and I will make them hear my words, that they may learn
to fear me all the days that they shall live upon the earth, and that they may teach their children.

“Tis the season to be pagan” is all around us!
I am reminded always to inform you to beware of the false image of love, false emotions, loneliness, depression, financial drain, suicide.
Be aware of the artificial, false festival lights and music they put up.
Satan really sets the stage for you.
Beware if you feel or hear a voice telling you to separate yourself from the congregation, go off on your own and read or whatever.
Scriptures says:
Prov.11 [14] Where no counsel is, the people fall: but in the multitude of counselors there is safety.
--------------------------
Today Topic:
How to use the tongue, words and speech
1- How to speak to each other in the body
2- How to speak to those without the body
3- How to address questions of the made-up holidays
[2] For in many things
we offend all. If any man offend not in word,
the same is a perfect man, and able also to bridle the whole body.
[3] Behold, we put bits
in the horses' mouths, that they may obey us; and we
turn about their whole body.
[4] Behold also the ships, which though they be so great, and are driven of
fierce winds, yet are they turned about with a very small helm, whithersoever
the governor listeth.
[5] Even so the tongue is a little member, and boasteth great things. Behold, how great a matter a little fire kindleth!
[6] And the
tongue is a fire, a world of iniquity: so is the tongue among our members, that
it defileth
the whole body, and setteth on fire the
course of nature; and it is set on fire of hell.
[7] For every kind of beasts,
and of birds, and of serpents, and of things in the sea, is tamed, and hath
been tamed of mankind:
[8] But the tongue can no man tame; it is an unruly
evil, full of deadly poison.
[9] Therewith bless we God, even the
Father; and therewith curse we men, which are
made after the similitude of God.
[10] Out of the same mouth proceeds blessing
and cursing. My brethren, these things ought not
so to be.
[11] Doth a fountain
send forth at the same place sweet water and bitter?
[12] Can the fig tree, my brethren, bear olive berries? either
a vine, figs? so can no fountain both yield salt
water and fresh.
[13] Who is a wise man and endued with knowledge among you? let him shew out of a good conversation his works with meekness of wisdom.
[14] But if ye have bitter
envying and strife in your hearts, glory not, and lie
not against the truth.
[15] This wisdom descendeth
not from above, but is earthly, sensual, devilish.
[16] For where envying and strife is, there is confusion and every evil work.
[17] But the wisdom that
is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, and easy to be intreated,
full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy.
[18] And the fruit of righteousness is sown in peace of them that make peace.
Jas.4 [11] Speak not
evil one of another, brethren. He that speaketh evil of his
brother, and judgeth his brother, speaketh
evil of the law, and judgeth the law: but
if thou judge the law, thou art not a doer of the law, but a judge.[12] There
is one lawgiver, who is able to save and to destroy: who art thou that judgest
another?

Paul says:
When speaking to someone pertaining to these holidays, you need to learn how to sidestep their words and bring them into your arena of dialogue.
An example of this would be:
If I am asked about these holidays, I would swiftly reply, we don’t do them but do you know about the feasts of God in the Bible?
Did you know that the feasts of God pertaining to the first and second coming of Messiah?
The feasts of God are so exciting and it is such a sad thing they had been deleted from most people’s knowledge.
You see, I just bought them into my arena, and started asking them questions.
I learned how to do this by Yeshua in the Bible. He always answered a question with a question to get them to respond.
Luke.6 [7] And
the scribes and Pharisees watched him, whether he would heal on the sabbath
day; that they might find an accusation against him.
[8] But he knew their thoughts, and said to the man which had the withered
hand, Rise up, and stand forth in the midst. And he arose and stood forth.
[9] Then said Jesus unto them, I
will ask you one thing…Is it lawful on the sabbath
days to do good, or to do evil? to save life, or to
destroy it?[10] And looking round about upon them all, he said unto the man,
Stretch forth thy hand. And he did so: and his hand was restored whole as the other.
Luke.20 [1] And it came to
pass, that on one of those days, as he taught the people in the temple, and
preached the gospel, the chief priests and the scribes came upon him with the
elders,
[2] And spake
unto him, saying, Tell us, by what authority doest thou these things? or
who is he that gave thee this authority? [3] And he answered
and said unto them, I will also ask you one thing; and answer me… [4] The baptism of
John, was it from heaven, or of men?
[5] And they reasoned with themselves, saying, If
we shall say, From heaven; he will say, Why then believed ye him not?
[6] But and if we say, Of men; all the
people will stone us: for they be persuaded that John was a prophet.
[7] And they answered, that they could not tell whence it was.
[8] And Jesus said unto them, Neither
tell I you by what authority I do these things.
------------------
[1] And I, brethren,
when I came to you, came not with excellency
of speech or of wisdom, declaring unto you the testimony of God.
[2] For I determined not to know any thing among you,
save Yeshua
the Messiah, and him crucified.
[3] And I was with you
in weakness, and in fear, and in much trembling.
[4] And my speech and my preaching was not with enticing words of
man's wisdom, but in demonstration of the
Spirit and of power:[5] That your faith should not stand in the wisdom of men,
but in the power of God.
[6] Howbeit we speak
wisdom among them that are perfect: yet not the wisdom
of this world, nor of the princes of this world, that come
to nought:
[7] But we speak the wisdom of God in a mystery, even the
hidden wisdom, which God ordained before the world unto our glory:
[8] Which none of the princes of this world knew: for had they
known it, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory.
[9] But as it is
written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart
of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him.
[10] But God hath
revealed them unto us by his Spirit: for the Spirit searcheth
all things, yea, the deep things of God.
[11] For what man knoweth
the things of a man, save the spirit of man which is in him? even
so the things of God knoweth no man, but
the Spirit of God.
[12] Now we have received,
not the spirit of the world, but the spirit which is of God; that we might know
the things that are freely given to us of God.
[13] Which things also we speak, not
in the words which man's wisdom teacheth, but which the Holy Ghost teacheth;
comparing spiritual things with spiritual.
[14] But the natural man receiveth not the
things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he
know them, because they are spiritually discerned.
[15] But he that is
spiritual judgeth
all things, yet he himself is judged of no man.
[16] For who hath known
the mind of the Lord, that he may instruct him? But we have the mind of Messiah.
-------------------
Don’t bombard people with facts, figures, dates and names which your opponent has no knowledge of.
Also don’t talk over your opponent while they are speaking, speak one at a time. Otherwise, you know, no one is listening to what is being said anyway.
Also remember
is not to your advantage to get into an argument.
Don’t fall
into it into a debate, politely excuse yourself.
By doing this you are leaving the door open for the next time you may have a chance to discuss the matter.
Always think before you speak. You need to learn before you speak how a word or phrase is going to affect someone.
If you know what you are about to say will immediately put up a wall between you two, don’t say it.
If you learn how to do this, you could use it in every situation in your life.
You should avoid arguments or disagreements; knowing most people will just shut you out.
Always try to find common ground where you know the person will agree in what you’re saying.
Most attorneys use this in their dialogue. They will never ask a question that they don’t already know the answer or the possible answer you might give.
Just saying
that these holidays are pagan is not sufficient.
You do need to learn how to explain in a sensible way these holidays if needed.
Remember, we are in the business of winning souls to Yeshua, not losing them.
When dialoguing with someone pertaining to these holidays, remember, there are no canned pitches, everyone is different.
Make sure you understand to whom you are speaking, what type of person they are, what is their level of understanding, do they seem a bit interested. When you are trying to convey truth to them, watch for signs of their interest.
Watch body language and other telltale signs. You should know in a matter of seconds if they are even interested to hear what you have to offer.
Don’t proceed and try to prove your point, if they are unwilling to even listen to the first few sentences that come out your mouth.
Apostle Paul tells the Colossians:
Col.4 [6]
Let your speech be always with grace, seasoned
with salt, that ye may know how ye ought to answer every man.\
--------------------
In
the book of Proverbs, we read:
The stage is
always set to trick you
Prov.7 [7] And beheld among the
simple ones, I discerned among the youths, a young man void of understanding,
[8] Passing through the street near her corner; and he went the way to her
house,
[9] In the twilight, in the evening, in the black and dark night:
[10] And, behold, there met him a woman with the attire of an harlot, and subtil
of heart.
[11] (She is loud and stubborn; her feet abide not in her house:
[12] Now is she without, now in the streets, and lieth
in wait at every corner.)
[13] So she caught him, and kissed him, and with an impudent face said unto him,
[14] I have peace offerings with me; this day have I payed
my vows.
[15] Therefore came I forth to meet thee, diligently to seek thy face, and I
have found thee.
[16] I have decked my bed with coverings of tapestry, with carved works, with
fine linen
of Egypt.
[17] I have perfumed my bed with myrrh, aloes, and cinnamon.
[18] Come,
let us take our fill of love until the morning: let us solace ourselves with
loves.
[19] For the goodman is not at home, he is gone a
long journey:
[20] He hath taken a bag of money with him, and will come home at the day
appointed.
[21] With her much fair speech she caused him to yield,
with the flattering of her lips she forced him.
[22] He goeth after her straightway, as an ox goeth
to the slaughter, or as a fool to the correction of the stocks;
[23] Till a dart strike through his liver; as a bird hasteth
to the snare, and knoweth not that it is for his life
Prov.15 [1]
A
soft answer turneth away wrath: but
grievous words stir up anger.
[2] The tongue of the wise useth knowledge aright: but
the mouth of fools poureth out foolishness.
[4] A wholesome tongue is a tree of life: but perverseness therein is a breach in the spirit.
Prov.12 [18] There is that speaketh like the piercings of a sword: but the tongue of the wise is health.
Prov.18 [21] Death and life are in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof.
Prov.21 [23] Whoso keepeth his mouth and his tongue keepeth his soul from troubles.
If you are tricked and brought into an argument and things start getting loud, you just lost your whole strategy.
You become just like the person that you debating.
Again - Prov.26 [4] Answer not a fool according to his folly, lest thou also be like unto him.
------------------------
There are many other verses in the Bible pertaining to how
to answer people.
As you see I only listed a few. You can use this wisdom for any made-up holiday, event or situation.
Obviously, after these two made-up holidays, then we have
the major made-up holiday known as Christmas
/ Xmas.
Please learn how to talk about these holidays and I say again, always try to leave the door open, say to them, you have to go, in the event you see the conversation starts getting heated up.
Prov.11 [30] The fruit of the righteous is a tree of life; and he that winneth souls is wise.
-------------
“Tis the season to be pagan” is already around us!
I am reminded always to inform you to beware of the false image of love, false emotions, loneliness, depression, financial drain, suicide and the artificial false festival lights they put up.
Satan really sets the stage for you.
Beware if you feel or hear a voice telling you to separate yourself from the congregation, go off on your own and read or whatever.
----------------
Remember
these points:
Thanksgiving
Much of the credit for the adoption of "of a later ANNUAL national Thanksgiving Day may be attributed to Mrs. Sarah Joseph Hale, the editor of Godey's Lady's Book.
For thirty years, she promoted the idea of a national Thanksgiving Day, contacting President after President until President Abraham Lincoln responded in 1863 by setting aside the last Thursday of November as a national Day of Thanksgiving.
Over the next seventy-five years, Presidents followed Lincoln's precedent, annually declaring a national Thanksgiving Day.
Then, in 1941, Congress permanently established the fourth Thursday of each November as a national holiday.
-----------
The problem with this is today "ANYONE" does Thanksgiving.
Whatever religion you have or do not have, maybe family or friends
get together, drinking beer, eating
turkey, eating left over Halloween pumpkin (pumpkin pie) and watching football
and the parade.
All this has replaced the God of Israel. Thank god? Which god? Or no
god

Oh well, if only they were that
diligent to keep God’s Laws
We start our Sabbath service for God at 12
noon because I could not get the people here sooner; some people were
late all the time even at our noon service.
I can’t image telling people to be at our congregation at 4, 5, 6, 7,
8, 9 Am
-------------------------------
And then
there is:
Chanukah
Just remember:
1. Chanukah in Hebrew means dedication pertaining to the Temple
2. There is no Temple (destroyed in 70 AD)
3. Wrong month, should be Adar which is Feb. / March ( Winter ends March 21th ) ( Ezra 6:14, 15 )
4. No 8 days of oil in the Maccabees
5. No 8 candlestick menorah in Scripture (only 7 and very important)
-------------
Beware of the "false image" of love
Beware of "false feelings and emotions"
These made – up feasts bring on loneliness, depression, suicide and oh yes, debt.
----------------
Also Remember:
Once upon a time, Christmas / Xmas was banned in 1659 in America
-----------------------
Peter has the same message:
1Pet.3 [15] But sanctify the Lord God in your hearts: and be ready always to give an answer to every man that asketh you a reason of the hope that is in you with meekness and fear…
Be safe
Shabbat Shalom
