May -- Maia's month
Old English Maius - Maius has always had 31 days.
Latin Maius of Maia" - Latin Maius mensis "month of Maia"
Maia (meaning "the great one")
is the Italic goddess of spring, the daughter of
Faunus, and wife of Vulcan.
----
God has His own calendar
We are now in the 2nd month of God, Ziv / Zif – 24th day
1 Kgs. 6 [1] And it came to pass in the
four hundred and eightieth year after the children of Israel were come out of
the land of Egypt, in the fourth year of Solomon's reign over Israel, in the month Zif, which is the second month, that he began to build the house of Yehovah.
זִו - ziv - brightness, (figuratively) the month of flowers
***Make sure you change your
Judaism calendars – The 2nd month is not Iyyar as Judaism states, it is Ziv.

We are
spiritually on a seven week journey that we observe, in memorial to meet God again
on Mt. Sinai to receive the commandments and receive the Spirit of God.
From slaves in Egypt (our last lives of sin) to the people

We were told to count "Sabbaths"
not omers
An "omer" is a "sheaf" of barley, עמר omer - A dry measure of 1/10 ephah (about 2 liters)
Lev.23 [15] And ye
shall count unto you from the morrow after the sabbath, from the day that ye
brought the sheaf of the wave offering; seven sabbaths shall be complete:
[16] Even unto the morrow after the seventh sabbath shall ye number fifty days; and ye shall offer a new meat offering
unto Yehovah.

Just a note before we start
Monday is Memorial Day: a US federal holiday wherein the men
and women who died while serving in the United States Armed Forces are
remembered. The holiday, which is celebrated every year on the final Monday of
May, was formerly known as Decoration Day and originated after the
American Civil War to commemorate the Union and Confederate soldiers who died
in the Civil War. By the 20th century, Memorial Day had been extended to honor
all Americans who have died while in the military service. It typically marks
the start of the summer vacation season, while Labor Day marks its end.
Many people visit cemeteries and memorials, particularly
to honor those who have died in military service. Many volunteers place an
American flag on each grave in national cemeteries. – be safe!

come (in the volume of the book it is written of me,) to
do thy will, O God.
Pss.40[ 7] Then said I, Lo, I
come: in the volume of the book it is written of me,[8] I delight to do thy
will, O my God: yea, thy law is within my heart.

It was written
Luke.4[ 17] And there was
delivered unto him the book of the prophet Esaias. And when he had opened
the book, he found the place where it was written,[18] The Spirit of Yehovah is upon me, because he
hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the
brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight
to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised,[19] To preach the
acceptable year of Yehovah.]
Isa.61[ 1] The Spirit of Yehovah GOD is upon me; because
Yehovah hath anointed me to preach good tidings
unto the meek; he hath sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim
liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to them that are
bound;[2 ] To proclaim the acceptable year of Yehovah, and the day of
vengeance of our God; to comfort all that mourn;
[3] To appoint unto them that mourn in Zion, to give unto them beauty for
ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of
heaviness; that they might be called trees of righteousness, the planting of Yehovah, that he might be
glorified.

Heb.3[ 15] While it is said, To day if ye will hear his
voice, harden not your hearts, as in the provocation.[ 8] Harden not your
hearts, as in the provocation, in the day of temptation in the wilderness:
[9] When your fathers tempted me, proved me, and saw my works forty years.
[10] Wherefore I was grieved with that generation, and said, They do alway err in their heart; and
they have not known my ways.
[11] So I sware in my wrath, They shall not enter into my
rest.)
Pss.95[ 7] For he is our God;
and we are the people of his pasture, and the sheep of his hand. To day if ye will hear his
voice,[ 8] Harden not your
heart, as in the provocation, and as in the day of temptation in the
wilderness:
[9] When your fathers tempted me, proved me, and saw my work.
[10] Forty years long was I grieved with this generation, and said, It is a
people that do err in their heart, and they have not known my ways:
[11] Unto whom I sware in my wrath that they
should not enter into my rest.

his name Lo-ammi: for ye are not my
people , and I will not be your God.

measured nor numbered; and it shall come to pass, that in the place where it
was said unto them, Ye are not my people , there it shall be said unto them, Ye
are the sons of the living God.

the builders refused is become the head stone of the corner.[23] This is Yehovah's doing; it is marvellous in our eyes.
------------------------
Matt.22[ 29] Yeshua answered and said unto
them, Ye do err, not knowing the scriptures ,
nor the power of God.[30 ] For in the resurrection they neither marry, nor are given
in marriage, but are as the angels of God in heaven. [31] But as touching the
resurrection of the dead, have ye not read that which was spoken unto you by
God, saying,
[32] I am the God of Abraham, and the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob? God
is not the God of the dead, but of the living.
Exod.3[ 6] Moreover he said, I
am the God of thy father, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of
Jacob. And Moses hid his face; for he was afraid to look upon God.

In conclusion: This study is by no
means finished, just a sample.
I hope you can see that all the people in the Bible that we read
about today, quoted from the TaNaKh – Genesis to Malachi.
So don’t throw away the
Sabbaths, Holy days and Feasts of Yehovah anymore.
Remember: The Feast of Weeks – the 3rd month Sivan - Sunday
- June 8, 2014 starts the evening of June 7th - (There are 2 Sabbaths in a row)
We, in the last 1900
plus years are fortunate to have the words of Yeshua the Messiah also in the
Gospels.
By
the way,
Bible Books & letters = 66 or 12 or 3
TaNaK = 39 books or 12 or 3
1 John 5 [7]
For
there are “three” that bear record in heaven, the
Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one.
