Today we use the Gregorian calendar from Pope Gregory; from the 1500’s,
August 22, 2015
August -- Augustus Caesar's month
Latin Augustus "Augustus"
Latin Augustus mensis "month of
Augustus"
Latin sextilis mensis "sixth month"
Sextilis had 30 days, until Numa when it had 29 days, until Julius when it became 31 days long.
Augustus Caesar clarified and completed the calendar reform of Julius Caesar. In the process, he also renamed this month after himself.
-----------------
We acknowledge God’s calendar
We are now in the 6th month of God called Elul, the 6th day
These 2 verses below should prove Elul
Neh. 6 [15] So the wall was finished
in the twenty
and fifth day of the month Elul, אֱלוּל in fifty and two days
Neh. 7 [73] So the priests, and the Levites, and the porters, and the singers, and some of the people, and the Nethinims, and all Israel, dwelt in their cities; and when the seventh month came, the children of Israel were in their cities.

Today’s Topic:
Let’s review, review to get the fall feast and holy days
right
Question: Why are we here today?
Answer: We were told to remember the Sabbath Day to keep it holy
The 4th Commandment is a part of the covenant given to us at Mount Sinai in the 3rd month, Sivan
Ex. 20 [8] Remember the Sabbath day, to keep it holy.
Remember
the 4th commandment
[9] Six days shalt thou labour, and do all thy work:
[10] But the seventh day is the Sabbath of Yehovah thy God: in it thou shalt not do any work, thou, nor thy son, nor thy daughter, thy manservant, nor thy maidservant, nor thy cattle, nor thy stranger that is within thy gates:
[11] For in six days Yehovah made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them is, and rested
the seventh day: wherefore Yehovah blessed the Sabbath day, and hallowed it.
--------------
Let’s review
Here is one
place in scripture the 10 commandments are found
Exod.20
[1] And God spake
all these words, saying,
[2] I am Yehovah
thy God, which have brought thee out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of
bondage.
Commandment 1
[3] Thou shalt
have no other gods before me.
Commandment 2
[4] Thou shalt
not make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness of any thing
that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the
water under the earth:
[5] Thou shalt
not bow down thyself to them, nor serve them: for I Yehovah
thy God am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the
children unto the third and fourth generation of them that hate me;
[6] And shewing
mercy unto thousands of them that love me, and keep my commandments.
Commandment 3
[7] Thou shalt
not take the name of Yehovah thy God in
vain; for Yehovah
will not hold him guiltless that taketh his name in
vain.
Commandment 4
[8] Remember
the sabbath day,
to keep it holy.
[9] Six days shalt
thou labour,
and do all thy
work:
[10] But the seventh day is the sabbath
of Yehovah
thy God: in it thou shalt not do any
work, thou, nor thy son, nor thy daughter, thy manservant, nor thy maidservant,
nor thy cattle, nor thy stranger that is within thy
gates:
[11] For in six days Yehovah
made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them is, and rested the seventh
day: wherefore Yehovah blessed the sabbath
day, and hallowed it.
Unto this day, some people are still breaking the 4th commandment each week by not keeping the Sabbath as it is described above.
-------------
Commandment 5
[12] Honour
thy father and thy mother: that thy days may be long upon the land which Yehovah
thy God giveth
thee.
Commandment 6
[13] Thou shalt
not kill, murder
Commandment 7
[14] Thou shalt
not commit adultery.
Commandment 8
[15] Thou shalt
not steal.
Commandment 9
[16] Thou shalt
not bear false witness against thy neighbour.
Commandment 10
[17] Thou shalt
not covet thy neighbour's house,
thou shalt
not covet thy neighbour's wife, nor his manservant,
nor his maidservant, nor his ox, nor his ass, nor any thing that is thy neighbour's.

Let’s review
I shall define again a few words:
Remember
זכר zâkar - zaw-kar' - A primitive root; properly to mark (so as to be recognized), that is, to remember; by implication to mention; make mention of, be mindful, recount, record (-er), remember, make to be remembered, bring (call, come, keep, put) to (in) remembrance, still, think on, well.
----------
Holy Convocation
מקרא miqra: convocation, convoking, reading, a calling together, sacred assembly, something called out, that is, a public meeting (the act, the persons, or the place); also a rehearsal
קדשׁ kodesh: a sacred place or thing; consecrated, dedicated, hallowed, holiness, saint, sanctuary, apartness, sacredness, separateness, apartness, sacredness, holiness
----------
Dwelling - môshâv - seat, assembly, dwelling-place, dwelling, situation, location, (at) time of dwelling
-------------------------
Let’s review
Get ready for the coming feast and holy days in the 7th month of the God of Israel called ha Ethanim not Tishrei
Here is one simple verse below to prove it is the 7th month not new year, and it is called ha Ethanim not Tishrei, which is not found in the Hebrew Bible
1 Kgs.8 [2] And all the men of Israel assembled themselves unto king Solomon at the feast in the month Ethanim, which is the seventh month.
This verse proves: It is not New Year nor head of the year, Rosh ha Shannah nor when the world was created nor Adam’s birthday.
Judaism and some Messianics are wrong!
---------------
Let’s review
We believe the fall holy days start the 15, Tuesday or 16, Wednesday of September, this year. We will just have to wait and see when the new
moon appears. Then you can figure out the rest of the dates by scripture.
Please take note that some of these holy convocations, Sabbaths are not on the 7th day. Some holy convocations fall on different days of the week. Arrange your schedule to observe these days.
Remember the 1st day, the 10th day and the 15th and 22nd days of ha ethanim
are all Sabbaths
Remember September and ha ethanim
are different.
Read this slow over and over until you get it
Example 1:
When I give you a date such as the 15th of
September to start the memorial of trumpets, it is the 1st day of the
7th month of God and it starts in the evening before on the 14th of
September. So all day Tuesday, the 15th is a Sabbath until sunset.
Example 2:
When I give you a date such as the 16th of
September to start the memorial of trumpets, it is the 1st day of
the 7th month of God and it starts in the evening before on the 15th of
September. So all day Wednesday, the 16th is a Sabbath until sunset.
These are just examples.
---------------------
Let’s review
The 3 Feasts and Holy days of the God of Israel are all
pertaining to the Messiah’s first and second comings
3 Feasts – 3 harvests
He was (as in a body form as the Messiah) - Feast of
Unleavened Bread – barley harvest
He is (he came as the Holy Spirit) - Feast of Weeks –
wheat harvest
He is to come (as the Almighty God) - Feast of Tabernacle – harvest of everything else
The last harvest
The fall Feast and Holy days of the God of Israel
pertain to the second coming of Messiah in someone’s life time in the near
future.
------------
The 7th month, ha Ethanim has “4” extra Sabbaths
My Sabbaths you shall keep: for it is a sign
Exod. 31
[13] Speak thou also unto the children of Israel, saying, Verily my sabbaths you shall keep: for it is a sign between me and you throughout your generations; that you may know that I am Yehovah that doth sanctify you.
[ 14] Ye shall keep the sabbath therefore; for it is holy unto you: every one that defileth it shall surely be put to death: for whosoever doeth any work therein, that soul shall be cut off from among his people.
[15] Six days may work be done; but in the seventh is the sabbath of rest, holy to Yehovah: whosoever doeth any work in the sabbath day, he shall surely be put to death.
[16] Wherefore the children of Israel shall keep the sabbath, to observe the sabbath throughout their generations, for a perpetual covenant.
[17 ] It is a sign between me (God) and the children of Israel for ever: for in six days Yehovah made heaven and earth, and on the seventh day he rested, and was refreshed.
All Sabbaths are Holy Convocations
Holy convocation
מקרא miqra: convocation, convoking, reading, a calling together, sacred assembly, something called out, that is, a public meeting (the act, the persons, or the place); also a rehearsal
קדש kodesh: a sacred place or thing; consecrated, dedicated, hallowed, holiness, saint, sanctuary, apartness, sacredness, separateness, apartness, sacredness, holiness

Let’s review the fall feast and holy days of Yehovah in Lev. 23 again
Lev.23
[1] And Yehovah
spake
unto Moses, saying,
[2] Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, Concerning the feasts of Yehovah, which you shall proclaim to be holy convocations, even these are my feasts.
Fall Feast and Holy Days
Memorial of blowing of trumpetsזִכְרוֹן תְּרוּעָה - 1st day
The 1st extra Sabbath *** [24] Speak unto the children of Israel, saying, In the seventh month, in the first day of the month, shall you have a sabbath, a memorial of blowing of trumpets, an holy convocation.
[25] Ye shall do no servile work therein: but you shall offer an
offering made by fire unto Yehovah.

[26] And Yehovah
spake
unto Moses, saying,
The Day of Atonement - יוֹם הַכִּפֻּרִים 10th day
The 2nd extra Sabbath *** [27] Also on the tenth day of this seventh month there shall be a day of atonement: it shall be an holy convocation unto you; and you shall afflict your souls, and offer an offering made by fire unto Yehovah.
[28] And you shall do no work in that same day: for it is a day of atonement, to make an atonement for you before Yehovah your God.

[29] For whatsoever soul it be that shall not be afflicted in that same day, he shall be cut off from among his people.
[30] And whatsoever soul it be that doeth any work in that same day,
the same soul will I destroy from among his people.
[31]
Ye shall do no manner of work: it shall be a statute for ever throughout your
generations in all your dwellings.

you shall afflict your souls: in the ninth day of the month at even, from even
unto even, shall you celebrate your sabbath.

[39] Also in the fifteenth day of the seventh month, when you
have gathered in the fruit of the land, you shall keep
a feast unto Yehovah seven days:
on the first day (the 15th) shall be
a sabbath,
and on the eighth day (the 22nd day) shall be a sabbath.
[40] And you shall take you on the first day the boughs of goodly trees,
branches of palm trees, and the boughs of thick trees, and willows of the
brook; and you shall rejoice before Yehovah your God seven
days.

you shall keep it a feast unto Yehovah seven days
in the year.
It shall be a statute for ever in your generations: you shall celebrate it in the seventh month.
[42] Ye
shall dwell in booths seven days; all that are Israelites born shall
dwell in booths:
[43] That
your generations may know that I made the children of Israel to dwell in
booths, when I brought them out of the land of Egypt: I am Yehovah
your God.
[44]
And Moses declared unto the children of Israel the feasts of Yehovah.
And
so I declare them unto you again in 2015
